The pasta here, made in a wood-fired oven by a master baker, is surprisingly delicious. The regulars love the shop; everything here tastes like it does in the old country.

After being recommended by “Bonngehtessen”, we wanted to eat here and came from another city specifically for this purpose. We wanted to order the Manakish (pasta). These are usually freshly prepared to order. After a brief exchange of words in Persian between the staff, I was told that it was “difficult” and that I should order something else, or some of the things that were already ready. Since I understand the language, I noticed that the employee asked how many and which Manakish were ordered. Afterwards I was told it wasn't possible. It seemed like the employee was weighing up whether it was worth preparing the order. I wonder why they offer this on the menu if it is “difficult”. The whole thing became sad when a short time later the neighboring table received the “Manakish” in question. So it seems that it depends a lot on who orders for the food to be prepared? We definitely won't come here again. Addendum: Interesting answer from the owner, instead of responding to criticism they write emojis and are accused of lying. This confirms my negative experience. Someone probably can't handle criticism, as can be seen in the responses to the other negative reviews😶

The day before yesterday I was with two friends, all of us Egyptians, and we were treated like dirt. I can only rate the pizza...and that's enough...they make even worse ones Pizza when I was inedible....half of the ingredients were missing...which I was kindly told...but there was no offer of alternatives...but I had to pay the price in full...the staff let me Not seen at first and after you noticed someone who didn't speak Arabic was in the store...they talked in Arabic and laughed...only when I wanted to leave the store did they take care of me...Hygiene seems to be a topic of its own there The shop was very dirty, the pizza man constantly wiped the sweat from his face with his arm... there are no gloves there... and friendliness, well... I'll "NEVER" go there again ..sorry ...actually I wanted to go to Pascal's Grill too...unfortunately it was closed ☹️ a waste of money

No respect for customers, working without gloves, bad shop, no cleanliness, no control from the health department on such dirty restaurants

An absolute juice shop. No greeting! Tables unhygienic! Employees unfriendly! Not possible to order on request, only what is already in the counter... Not recommended! Absolute horror! Such shops should be closed immediately!

We drove 30 min to try the Manakish. I ordered the Manakish as written on the menu. The waiter said they didnt have time to make it/ they didnt prioritize making Manakish when they are busy and I should choose something already made in the store (Fatayer). In the future dont have stuff on the menu that you cant bother making when you are busy

Dort hole ich an Wochenenden Käse-Teigwaren für mein Frühstück. Ab und zu hole ich auch große Bestellungen für die Arbeit. Das Team ist total nett und kompetent. Die Vielfalt ist groß. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalen in Bonn. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben zwei Pizzen bestellt, waren ganz lecker zu einem akzeptablen Preis. Die Pizzen jedoch wurden erstmals vergessen und wir haben nach 30min warten nachgefragt. Nachdem wir nachgefragt haben wurde uns versichert, das es nur 2min dauert und die Pizzen fast fertig sind, jedoch er nochmal gefragt hat welche Toppings wir überhaupt auf den Pizzen hatten, ergo die Pizzen wurden noch nicht zubereitet. 3 Andere Kunden die nach uns bestellt haben wurden vor uns bedient und unsere Pizza kam dann nach insgesamt 45min bei uns an. Schade drum da das Essen und der Preis sonst gestimmt haben

Kommunikationsprobleme, da die Mitarbeiter nur arabisch sprechen. Nachdem wir getrennt zahlen wollten, hieß es, dass die darauf bestehen das wir alles zusammen zahlen sollen. Bei der Quittung stand auch nur der Preis und nicht die einzelnen Produkte.

Besser geht's nicht. Alles schmeckt, unfassbar freundlich und herzlich.

Wir kommen gerne hier zum frühstücken oder brunchen hin. Manakish immer frisch, heiß und lecker und auch auf extra Wünsche wird geachtet. Tee kann man sich einfach wegnehmen. Tische gibt es draußen 2 und drin ein paar, da muss man meist Glück haben. Kann man auch gut zu mitnehmen holen und zuhause kurz im Ofen aufwärmen. Personal immer freundlich, wir müssen zum vor Ort essen aber immer nach den Beilagen fragen. Kann’s nur empfehlen und es ist im Vergleich preiswert.
