Interesting restaurant just outside. Very tasty food and nice service

We were visiting Augsburg and were lucky enough to get a table in Antons. Our order: Beef roulade with red cabbage and butter spaetzle as well as ravioli with cream cheese, Hokkaido pumpkin on salmon trout. Delicious is an understatement… We'll be back - on our next visit to Augsburg.

Super tasty meat patties, pork fillet and roulade, sauce and spaetzle are also great. Very committed and friendly service! We'll be back! Modern tavern kitchen

A very nice, modern restaurant just outside of Augsburg and away from mass tourism. The food was very tasty and absolutely sufficient. The menu is clear but just right, quality rather than quantity. Unfortunately we didn't make it to dessert, but it looked delicious at the neighboring table. Overall we had a nice evening. We would love to come back and can really recommend the restaurant

The two of us went there for dinner without a reservation - everything was perfect! We were warmly welcomed, served very attentively and quickly and the food was a dream! Special recommendation is the onion roast - the price is a little higher, but the quality is incredible, the dish is large and worth every euro.

We were there for the third time now and each time the service was quick and warm and all the main courses tasted delicious! The chocolate cake with a liquid center was unfortunately very runny twice and could probably use a minute longer in the oven, but otherwise everything was very successful. The only downer about the beer garden outside is that it has to close at 8 p.m. sharp due to complaints from the neighborhood, which brings an entertaining evening to a rather abrupt end, at least outside. But this was also explained very nicely by the service and we were invited inside so that we could finish our drinks in peace. All in all, I'm happy to come back because you're treated courteously here and you get hearty Bavarian dishes at a great price-performance ratio.

Roast pork can be pulled with a fork, so good. The crust is so crispy, I've never eaten it so well. There was no binding agent in the sauce. The currant spritzer really tasted like currants and there was also sparkling water in it and no stale water. The plum crumble was so heavenly delicious. Absolute recommendation!!

Mega delicious food and rarely received such friendly service! Portions a little small.

Been there twice so far. The beer garden is in an idyllic and quiet location, but the parking situation is correspondingly difficult, so you have to search for 10-15 minutes. That's the first reason why we won't be coming anymore. Currently it is not possible for us to come by bike or public transport. The second reason is the food. It looks nicely prepared, but it's not tasty enough for us. The tortellini were undercooked (mushy) and tasteless (not seasoned). The Kässpatzen were boring and dry and the portion was garnished with vinegary salad. The char wasn't crispy. The salad with halloumi had an unspectacular dressing. Not a single meal came with sophistication! All in all, far too little performance for the hefty price. The man in service is very attentive and present, even towards children. He proactively brought us games. The woman in service is far too slow and also forgetful. All the best anyway! Especially for the professional gentleman in service!

It's been a long time since I have been at Antons. This time I've tried a salad. It was good and very fresh, but the vinaigrette was too sour, and I needed the bread. As dessert I had the crumble which was very good. So ai definitely will come back.

The two ladies who served us were super nice and on top of their game. Even if the outdoor area was full, we were kindly provided with drinks inside and immediately seated outside when a table became available. We wish the trainees a good degree and a lot of fun at work.

We spontaneously made a reservation for dinner for two people. The service was very attentive and friendly. The goulash soup was excellent and the other dishes (meat patties and onion roast) also tasted good. The price-performance ratio was good.

Lunch on April 28, 2024 Ordered “Anton’s delicacies” - with the request for a slightly more browned pork fillet. The first plate was taken back and within a short time I got a new plate, unfortunately the meat and cheese spaetzle, even in the current version, was not suitable for a home kitchen (according to the appearance on the Internet). Two kinds of onions and dark beer sauce don't make a delicacy! Almost like in the photo, the plate went back. “Praise where praise is due”

Very relaxed beer garden in an area with seemingly unpleasant neighbors. We all really enjoyed the food and the service was also very good. You can only sit at a table with a maximum of 4 people outside (for noise reasons). You should take this into account in your own plans beforehand.

We come here often, whether for a nightcap or a seasonal dish. So far it has always been excellent. Our favorite meals at the moment are the asparagus dish and the burger, although these are not always on the menu. We can't get enough of the rhubarb crumble. We are already looking forward to the beer garden season. The service is very attentive and friendly.

Friendly service, clean rooms, but unfortunately not at all what we expected from a typical Bavarian inn. The Google images are deceiving, there are very few dishes. A Viennese style schnitzel or even Viennese schnitzel is missed. So we had to make do with a chicken schnitzel. This was nicely prepared but in a minimal portion that wouldn't even satisfy a child, unfortunately disappointing. Unfortunately the taste was also very weak, it just didn't taste like anything. All in all, unfortunately not so that we will come back.

Very tasty modern German cuisine. Explanation of the photos: Goat cheese gratin on caramelized apples with leaf salad, Anton's delicacies (pork fillet, meat patties with cheese spaetzle and two kinds of onions, semi-liquid chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and berries). Everything was delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere was also very harmonious. In the summer there is also a nice little beer garden. The espresso after the meal is in no way inferior to that of a good Italian restaurant. We'd love to come back!

Very nice and quiet location, in our case we were the only ones there. It was also very early in the afternoon. Extremely pleasant. The food was very good, the waiting time was absolutely reasonable, and it was worth it. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Maybe we'll take a look again next time we're in Augsburg.

We were looking for a restaurant to avoid because we come from further away and our regular restaurant had a closed company. We ended up here by chance and found our new favorite restaurant in Augsburg. Both of our dishes were excellent and there is not the slightest thing to complain about. Gladly again!

Ein Besuch lohnt sich, kann es nur Empfehlen

Nach fast 40 Jahren Studentenkneipe, Namens "Mohrenkönig", war ein Besuch mal wieder überfällig. Der legendäre Billardtisch ist weg aber Erinnerungen bleiben. Pizza und Knoblauchbrot gibt es auch nicht mehr, dafür Rinderhüftsteak. Insgesamt alles in Ordnung aber "früher war mehr Lametta". Alles ändert sich eben.

Das war eine Empfehlung vom hotel. Und es war super. Tolles Ambiente Service gut. Würden wieder kommen

Das Essen war wirklich himmlisch. Das Schnitzel war butterweich und hatte die schönste Panade die ich je in einem Restaurant bekommen hab. Auch der Kartoffelsalat war super lecker und selbst mein kritischer Vater war schlicht begeistert von der Ente. (Und der findet normal immer was zu bemängeln). Absolut Herzensempfehlung ist jedoch der Schokokuchen! Der absolute Hammer und traumhaft lecker, und das ist keine Übertreibung. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, man fühlt sich hier wohl und das Lokal hat eine mukelige warme Atmosphäre. Meine Familie und ich können das Antons nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen definitiv bald wieder :)

Wir waren am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag mit der Familie zum Mittagessen hier. Der Service war überaus freundlich, das Essen über Vor- und Hauptspeise bis zum Nachtisch wirklich etwas Besonderes . Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Dankeschön

Sehr angenehmes, kleines Restaurant. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und einer der besten Schweinebraten den ich bislang gegessen habe.

Das Lokal ist einladend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich hatte Schweinebraten., den ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann. Die Apfelküchle waren etwas zu cross für meinem Geschmack und der Zimt-Zucker zu grobkörnig, haben aber dennoch geschmeckt. Gutes Mittelklasse-Niveau zu fairen Preisen, lediglich den Zwiebelrostbraten empfinde ich für zu teuer und sticht im sonat guten Preisgefüge etwas heraus.

Gutes Gasthaus um die Ecke. Komme gerne wieder.

Wir riefen an, ob wir in 15 Minuten kommen könnten, um zu essen. Wir konnten! Danke. Bei Ankunft wurde uns ein schöner Tisch zugewiesen. Obwohl es voll war, war es mugglig gemütlich. Ich fühlte mich wohl. Schnell wurden die Wünsche nach Essen und Trinken aufgenommen und schnell erfüllt. Mittlerweile waren einige Gäste gegangen und gleich danach wurden die Tische abgewischt und die Tischdecken gewechselt. Aber sehr, sehr gründlich. Toll! Das Essen kam und erfüllte unsere Sehnsucht nach gutem Essen ausführlich. Sehr gut. Wir hatten Fleischpflanzerl mit Käsespätzle. Zum Schluss wurde gefragt ob wir noch einen Nachtisch oder Espresso haben wollten Bei solch einer netten Nachfrage ( der Köchin?) konnten wir nicht NEIN sagen. Der Espresso kam schnell und war auch sehr gut. Fazit: Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir es schaffen. Danke für den schönen Nachmittag.

Eine absolut positive Überraschung - wir waren vor einem Event im Kongress am Park dort. (Nicht nur) dafür ist das Antons ideal gelegen... Es ist ein schön gestaltetes Restaurant mit gutem Service und klasse Essen. Einfach zu empfehlen - genauso wie die Reservierung, um einen Platz sicher zu haben :-)

Schöne Location, gut gelegen. Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung- Fleisch gut, Fleischpflanzerl und Kässspätzle ausbaufähig. Aperol bisschen klein, trinkts lieber an Obstler.

Super lecker und super freundlich. Die Kürbissuppe war ein Traum. Die Portion Spätzle war ein bisschen klein, aber vielleicht weil ich keinen Käsespätzle wollte.

Einfach die Adresse in Augsburg. Hammer Essen, Hammer Service (vorallendingen Aileen) und Ambiente passt absolut. Wir waren gleich 2mal dort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Freue mich darauf.

Waren hier zum Essen da es geöffnet hatte zum Feiertag. Haben draußen gegessen, kleines Restaurant kleine Menue Karte aber sehr leckeres Essen. Wir hatten Hähnchen mit Kartoffelsalat und Zwiebel rostbraten. Als Nachtisch Apfelküchle mit Vanilleeis und Schokokuchen. Sehr lecker was nur empfehlenswert. Preisleistung auch top.
