Food was OK. You couldn't enjoy your starter in peace. The drinks didn't work at all.

There were four of us, I had salad, which was ok. My three companions had pizza and pasta and were unfortunately all disappointed: they had hoped for more taste, freshness and consistency. Even though we sat close to the counter, we had trouble getting the waitress to our table. Overall, unfortunately not a good experience, although the restaurant is actually very advantageous in terms of the location (Linn Castle, parking/public transport/bicycle) and conditions (terrace, windows, atmosphere).

Recommended from the service to the food and drinks. We had pizza and pasta and both were generous portions. We took half of the pizza in the box. It was huge. The topping was balanced, high quality, fresh, tasty and more than we know from other Italian restaurants. The pasta dish actually had plenty of salmon. Price performance is absolutely in proportion. The service was friendly. The restaurant for indoors and outdoors. Both attractive and comfortable. We will go again.

The service was great, very friendly and nice. Unfortunately the food couldn't keep up with the service today. Maybe the cook had a bad day, that can happen. 😉

We found a fly in the pizza. Afterwards I kindly informed the waiter, who was courteous and understood. He said he would let the boss know. Afterwards he came out and said that next time I would get a free pizza. When I was billed, I paid as normal and asked again about the free pizza that was offered to me. He confirmed that there would be a free pizza for me next time. Afterwards the boss came over and said that I couldn't expect a free pizza and that he couldn't do that and he addressed us in a harsh tone. This is really sad and ruined our evening. Please pay attention to your food and don't be confrontational. We were consistently friendly, but were unnecessarily attacked. This is a pity.

Surprisingly good! We haven't been to this restaurant in a long time -- a mistake, we discovered. The food (risotto with asparagus and prawns) was exceptionally good, and the friendly and attentive waiter convinced us that in the local service desert there are still restaurants where you receive friendly and courteous service. We will be back!

Very tasty Italian cuisine, good service and great service. If we are in Linn again, we would be happy to do so again

Delicious food good prices. Unfortunately the chairs are quite hard. And you would have liked to be able to ask if you would like another drink when the glass is empty. Still 5 stars because it was really tasty and the food was prepared very quickly, even though it was well attended. I can especially recommend the desserts. Parking is easy in several bays nearby.

Very good restaurant, the selection of pizzas is quite small, but that's not a bad thing, the pizzas are very large and taste very good. The service is very friendly and the restaurant is beautifully designed.

We were looking for an Italian we could trust without having to travel long distances. The restaurant itself really has a nice atmosphere. The service is ok, there is still room for improvement. Unfortunately, the food ranged between ok and subpar. The bottom line is that the whole evening was ok, nothing more and nothing less. If it weren't my choice for a good meal, I'd rather go further into the city and enjoy really good food. The audience seemed happy, so everything is good, in my opinion the food was adapted to the audience's taste.

We were in this restaurant for the first and last time on March 23rd, 2024. When we got to the restaurant it was really cold. The heating was probably turned on too late or not at all. The first drinks arrived quite quickly and the food was ordered quickly. There was a greeting from the house where we were able to put the plates aside ourselves so that the dishes we ordered came to the table without the table being cleared. All the food came except for one for which we then had to wait 5 minutes. Afterwards drinks were taken and two were simply forgotten. That was the last time a waitress came to the table. Unfortunately, a complaint only resulted in the bill being thrown on the table. Service absolutely underground. The food. The dough on the pizza we ordered was so thick that the knife could barely get through. There are much better ones out there. The dessert tartufo was a disgrace. Tasteless and rock hard. Did BoFrost deliver it? We probably won't see this restaurant again.

Here you get your steak as you order it. MEDIUM is MEDIUM and ENGLISH is ENGLISH. The starters were also very good and tasty. The desserts too. We were very satisfied. Thanks to all involved

Our food was good and we couldn't complain. Only the service could have been a bit more attentive. Overall we (6 people in total) were satisfied.

Unfortunately, our visit to Antico Borgo was a disappointment. We were greeted quite coldly, the table assigned to us wasn't exactly clean, and the toilets were broken. Wine is not listed on the food and drink menu. The pizzas tasted okay, but the dough was so tough and hard that it took a lot of effort to cut them apart. That's why we only ate half of it and complained when we asked whether we liked it. Presumably the owner himself then tried to cut the pizza into pieces, which he didn't manage to do easily. It was then cleared away without a word, and there was no accommodation whatsoever. However, there will be no further visit.

The food was very fresh and deliciously prepared. The portions were good.

Sehr schönes Lokal mit gutem Essen und nettem Personal unter Leitung von Mario. Eine Empfehlung in Krefeld, um Essen zu gehen.

Hatte Calzone mit Spinat bestellt, darin war gekochtes Ei, Salami, Schinken , diese hat mir dort nicht geschmeckt. Wir waren mit vier Personen gut zwei Stunden im Lokal. Die Gläser blieben lange leer, bis wir dann nachgefragt haben. Insgesamt hat es uns nicht gefallen, wir gehen nicht mehr dort hin, haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit charmantem Ambiente. Sehr leckere Speisen (u. a. die Pizzen sind Spitze, der Boden ist phantastisch). Dazu ein Chardonnay oder ein Merlot begleitet von einer Flasche Aqua Morelli... perfekt. Nicht zu vergessen: Tiramisu vom feinsten. Erwähnte ich schon den Gruß aus der Küche mit Brot und Oliven vorab? Ein Träumchen.

Nach einem schönen Abend auf dem Linner Weihnachtsmarkt, dachten wir, dass wir diesem, in dem Restaurant Antico Borgo bei einem leckeren Essen ausklingen lassen. Die Pizza war auch ganz gut ( Preis / Leistung), jetzt kommt das große aber....bei dem Betreten des Restaurants, hatte man schon das Gefühl nicht erwünscht zu sein. Genau das bekamen wir auch bei der Bedienung zu spüren. Es wurde alles lieblos daher gestellt. Hier wird geworben mit, Essen wie in Italien.....das ist eine Unverschämtheit gegenüber jedem Landsmann. Ich kenne es aus meinem Heimatland anders. Dort wird man herzlichst empfangen und immer nett behandelt. Aber hier absolut nicht. Der Gipfel kam noch.....man sollte sich schon mal darüber Gedanken machen, dass es auch Gäste gibt, die der italienischen Sprache mächtig sind und jedes Wort verstehen , wenn der Kellner mit anderen Gäste über uns lästert und sich lustig macht.......Dumm gelaufen würde ich sagen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Gute Pizza gibt es auch woanders!

Exzellentes Essen, man merkt das alles frisch zubereitet ist! Superfreundlicher Service und tolles Ambiente , an dem man im Sommer draußen sitzen kann. Ein allumfassender Wohlfühlort und ein Paradies für die Seele. 6 Sterne :-)

Wir haben hier in der Mittagszeit mit 6 Personen gegessen. Alle Gerichte waren gut und schmackhaft sowie vom Preis her angemessen (Pizza und Pasta wurden konsumiert). Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Auch beim zweiten Besuch, hat es uns leider nicht so gut gefallen. Beim ersten Mal kann ja immer was sein, aber jetzt beim zweiten Versuch war es leider nicht besser. Die Vorspeisen kamen relativ zügig. Aber die Wartezeit auf die Hauptgerichte dauert sehr, sehr lange, fast zwei Stunden, dass geht gar nicht! Leider hat es uns auch dieses Mal nicht so gut geschmeckt. Eine Unterhaltung war auch kaum möglich, da es sehr laut war. Das Personal war aber überwiegend freundlich

Tolle, schmackhafte Antipastiplatte gegessen mit frischen Produkten. Der Bedienung würde allerdings ein wenig Freundlichkeit besser zu Gesicht stehen. -> keine gute Werbung!!!

Wahr sehr leckeres Essen, freundlich, sympathisch. Sehr zum wohl fühlen. Alles ist lecker von der Vorspeise bis hin zum Nachtisch. Nur zu empfehlen

Das Team hat unsere Hochzeitsfeier am vorigen Sonntag erstklassig im Restaurant durchgeführt. Wir waren mit dem Service und den angebotenen Speisen sehr zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich. Die Beratung ein paar Wochen vorher war perfekt. Für Familienfeiern kann ich das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich esse oft und gerne hier: Alle Speisen sind köstlich, meine Favoriten sind: Pappardelle con Punto di Filetto und Spaghetti alla Crudaiola. In allen Punkten zu empfehlen!!

Dieser Italiener ist wirklich eine Überraschung. Eine angenehme übersichtliche Karte dieser nicht überladen wirkt. Die Pizza ist gut gemacht und schön belegt. Schon lange nicht mehr eine so leckere Pizza gehabt. Die Bedienung ist freundlich. Hat mir gut gefallen. Und das Ambiente ist angenehm modern. Update 28.09.2023 Nach wie vor, gerade für ein Mittagessen einfach super. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Inhaber geführte Restaurant bei uns in Krefeld Linn ist immer einen Besuch wert. Gutes essen und klasse Service. Das man dort oft die gleichen Gäste oder seine Nachbarschaft trifft, spricht eindeutig für diese Location. Grüße an Mario und auch an Giovanni aus dem Service.

Die Pizza war hervorragend 🫶🤩 auch der Service war super schnell und freundlich, obwohl es sehr voll war. Unser Essen kam trotz allem zügig. Einzig einen Stern Abzug für die wirklich nervigen und vielen Fliegen, wenn man draußen sitzen möchte.

Hervorragendes Restaurant, freundliche Bedienung, sehr zu empfehlen! Ich hatte leckeres Birnen-Carpaccio, eine exzellente Pizza Spinaci und eine überragende Panna Cotta. Toll! Trotz plötzlichem Unwetter im Außenbereich blieb alles recht entspannt und gut organisiert, als sich die Gäste alle auf einmal reingesetzt haben.

Ich gehe hier hin und wieder mit Arbeitskollegen in der Mittagspause essen. In der Regel gibt es dann Pizza. Die Auswahl finde ich sehr gut, da sie nicht überladen ist und dafür aber sehr gut sind. Besonders die Pizza Antico gefällt mir sehr. Ambiente und Service sind auch einwandfrei. Die Terrasse lädt bei gutem Wetter ein zum draußen sitzen und mit Blick ins Grüne in Richtung Burg Linn, macht es auch was her. Komme gerne wieder.

Sehr nettes Restaurant mit tollem Essen, wir hatten Pizza mit Champignons und Salat mit Lachs. Zum Nachtisch frisch aufgeschlagene Zabaione, ein Traum... Sehr sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Angemessene Preise. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Einfach nur gut. Nach dem Besuch des Botanischen Gartens sind wir hier per Zufall gelandet. Die Lachs Nudeln waren sehr gut und ich hatte seit langer Zeit mal eine richtig gute Pizza Diabolo. Auch das was den anderen Gästen serviert wurde sah sehr appetitlich aus. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Ein sehr guter Italiener in Sichtweite der Burg Linn. Zu empfehlen ist u.a. die Pizza Tonno und das Zitronen-Sorbet. Auch Turamisu und der Lachs mit Kartoffeln und Gemüse. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und die gesamte Örtlichkeit läd zum Verweilen ein - und natürlich zum Wiederkommen. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Ein schön gelegenes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Service und gutem Essen.

Gestern, am 04.06. seit langem mal wieder da gewesen. Vorab: Gastronomie ist hart, gerade, seit nach den Coronabeschränkungen alles wieder hochgefahren wurde und gutes Personal knapp ist. Auch Respekt dafür, wer einen Sonntag Vollzeit, seit Vormittag und ohne Mittagspause durchzieht. Verständnis auch dafür, dass Lebensmittel und Zutaten ausgehen können. +++ ABER!!! +++ Wer dann einen Antipasti-Teller für 14,50 Euro serviert, der zu 50 Prozent aus Dosenzutaten besteht und die anderen 50 Prozent aus einer kleinen Scheibe Aubergine, aufgetauten, ungewürzten Shrimps mit Preiselbeeren und drei Stücken gebratenen Champignons, vergrault seine Gäste. Darauf angesprochen, sagt mir der Inhaber, es war ein langer Tag und darum waren wahrscheinlich einige Zutaten nicht mehr verfügbar. Der Antipasti-Teller wäre aber sonst sensationell. Ok. Das ist für die Gäste, die ihn sonst bekommen vielleicht schön, für mich war er jedoch eine Enttäuschung, zumal er vom Inhaber persönlich voll berechnet wurde. So etwas verdirbt mir den Sonntag Abend. Da hilft dann auch der Espresso auf‘s Haus nicht!!!

Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten draußen und ganz gutes Essen. Leider wurden wir am ersten Abend etwas vergessen. Am zweiten Abend war der Service aber ok!

Eine konservativ gute italienische Küche. Keine influencer hippi toppi. Kleine Speisekarte aber dafür gut und bezahlbar. Immer gerne wieder

Es handelt sich hier um einen Italiener der alten Schule Mit kleiner, aber immer frisch und zügig bereiteten Speisen, die immer wohlschmeckend und bekömmlich waren.

Hier gibt es super leckeres italienisches Essen, sowohl die Pizzen als auch die Nudelgerichte waren ausgezeichnet und die Antipasti auch lecker. Dem italienischen Personal konnte man den Stress anmerken (Personalmangel?), aber trotzdem waren sie superfreundlich und zuvorkommend und hatten immer alle Tische proaktiv im Blick. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr nette Atmosphäre, trotz direkter strassenanbindung. Durch die weit geöffneten Fenster scheint alles Outdoor zu sein. Haben keine Riesen Karte , aber für jeden etwas und wohl sortiert. Wir hatten Pizza, Pasta und Fisch .. alles frisch und perfekt. Auch die verschiedenen Dessert waren top. Wirklich ein guter und authentischer Italiener
