You have to get such a bad kebab right. The meat was like silicone, you would think you were chewing a tire. No idea what they did there, but you can't offer something like that to customers. Please no emergency kebab next time. When it's off, it's over. Meat zero bad of the worst kind.

We recently went to the restaurant with a large group. In Turkish restaurants there is usually a cold starter (meze) before the main course. To our surprise, there was only pide and salad (many dishes come with salad as a side dish). One of our group wanted to eat a kebab plate, but it wasn't available (why do you have that on your menu?) When the food was served, one dish was missing. We had to wait forever for this to be served! One of our group had ordered dessert, but we also had to wait a long time for that. The waiters were quite rude and not very friendly. When we wanted to pay (separately) the counter question came: "why"? It's new to me that you have to justify your payment method! The food was okay but I can't recommend this place.

The food was very tasty, BUT when we came in, everyone else, including those who came after us, were served first, even though we had also made a reservation, then asked three times if we could order and only after 50 minutes were we allowed to order food and drinks, all the other waiters took the order and never came forward again or said that they would be coming soon. After that, no one came by to order more drinks or dessert; when we packed leftovers, half of the leftover dish wasn't packed. So with a lot of patience you can go, otherwise you'd better go somewhere else for a delicious Turkish meal!

Food as always very good. But the service doesn't deserve the name. Wait, wait and wait with the store almost empty. Grim faces with “zero enthusiasm”. Drinks all placed on the corner of the table instead of giving everyone their drink. If you want “I don’t care, you have to ask a colleague”. The rating refers to delivery: This used to be significantly better. On the last 3 orders the food arrived lukewarm. The taste is ok, but first put it in the microwave - which completely spoils the taste of anything with salad in it. After the last price increase, fries are called “Patates Kizartma” and cost 6 euros. Even the always very nice drivers don't save anything. Too bad.

The Antep Doy Doy in Langenfeld impresses with a varied menu and some highlights. The pizza was thin, with plenty of cheese - solid in taste, but nothing extraordinary. The food was delicious, although the rice wasn't really warm. Ambience is also nice. Then the positive ends too. The service seemed very stressed and disorganized. They ran haphazardly and hectically. They made an unfriendly and disinterested impression. They were also very taciturn and did not know polite phrases such as please, thank you, good afternoon and goodbye. In between, no one asked whether everything was okay or whether there was anything else that could be done. First I waited in the entrance area for at least 10 minutes until someone spoke to me and assigned me a seat. At the place itself I waited for a good 10 minutes without being noticed. There were still dirty dishes on the table from the guests in front of them. The table was not cleaned after it was cleared. After I got the starter, the drink I ordered didn't come. Wow, one of the best restaurants I have visited in Germany. Because of my work I have to commute often and I have eaten Turkish food in many cities and it was excellent here.

Four of us had dinner at Antep DoyDoy yesterday and overall it was okay. The starters and salad were well portioned and tasty. However, the main courses came far too quickly one after the other, so we didn't have enough time to enjoy the starters in peace. I found it positive that card payment was possible. However, the service could be much more attentive. Unfortunately the tea we were given had spilled and both the cup and the saucer were full of tea. Unfortunately, the baklava didn't impress us either, it was very soft and completely soaked in sugar syrup. Overall, a mixed experience for the price.

We ordered three main courses and drinks and didn't get a starter plate, the man next to us ordered something small and got a starter plate 😂 A bit embarrassing for a restaurant of this size. We'll go to Birlik next time.

I rarely write reviews but I have never experienced service like this so I have to evaluate the situation. We ordered at work for 240 euros, everything was ok apart from a few small errors. The delivery took 2 hours, the food was already cold, which wasn't a problem because there was a lot and because the food was still delicious, BUT we were missing a Dürüm and 2 Ayran. No problem either, it can happen given the quantity. After I called them there was a discussion for 10 minutes about the fact that what was missing hadn't been paid for (which isn't true). There was then a 10 minute discussion about the fact that the food had been counted and it couldn't be that something was missing. At first I pointed it out in a nicer way and asked for a delivery because my colleague at work was hungry and we paid for it, but as the conversation went on I just got angry. My colleague had to take the phone away from me and ask to speak to the boss so that the young man on the phone finally said that he would deliver. Although the food was delicious, we will never order there again. Thanks for the experience.

Last week I ate in this restaurant for the first time with my husband and our two children, even though we come from Langenfeld and the restaurant is practically around the corner. My husband recommended it to me because he had eaten there occasionally lately and found it "pretty good." Since I hadn't cooked that day, I thought I'd take advantage of the opportunity. Unfortunately, I can say that we were very disappointed with the visit - especially because of the poor service. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. The staff was inattentive, slow and not very friendly. The service was so bad that the actually good food almost lost its taste. This is particularly a shame because the location is really nice and the quality of the food would have been impressive. But the poor service ruins the entire experience. That's why I can unfortunately only give one star - and if it were possible, I wouldn't even give it a star. It's a shame about the restaurant's potential!

This day today has finished me off. There is no denying that the service in this restaurant is totally terrible. The service staff has now served us more often and is absolutely not polite and knows no forms of politeness. No hello, please and thank you. You don't talk to the customers, you just wait until they tell you what you want to eat. We've been there a few times now. So I can judge it quite well. The meat was raw the previous time, so there was still blood in my veal. Nevertheless, I wanted to give the restaurant another chance because it can just happen that the meat isn't completely cooked through. But today's really finished me off. There was just a dead fly without a head in my plate. I called the service person over and showed him this fly. He nodded and started grinning, apparently finding it funny that I had a dead fly in my food. There was no response, apology or accommodation. I haven't seen something so outrageous in a long time!

Has worn off a lot! Neither the service nor the food is really good. Or the plates are very lean. At 7 p.m. you could only get kebab leftovers for 5 euros! Got an extra charge on the grill plate, where there was hardly anything in it anyway. There were no grilled peppers or mushrooms. You had to ask for bread. The Lahmacun, one with salad and one with kebab, tasted good. As you can see in the picture, there was only one thin napkin included. Not enough for a dish that is eaten with your hands. By far the worst service I have ever experienced. We only ordered two kebabs. The driver didn't manage to find us even though a clear address and description were given. I am very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The service was extremely poor - we were almost completely ignored even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. It took forever to place our order and when the food finally came it was lukewarm to cold and unappetizing. We used to get salad, flatbread, dips and tea on the house, but this time we weren't offered any of that while all the other customers got these extras. This made us feel very disadvantaged and treated badly. To make matters worse, both I and my companion got stomach aches after eating. This is absolutely unacceptable. We definitely won't be back and can't recommend this restaurant to anyone, even though we enjoyed going here a few years ago.

Mantı is absolutely bad hence 1 star. The minced meat filling is only provisional, so the price is exorbitant. Therefore only two stars. Bad-tempered service, should work better in a restaurant atmosphere.

The fact that the service is sometimes really slow or in a bad mood shouldn't be blamed on the food. Go somewhere else now and see how much ends up on your plate and what the price is. We ordered a lentil soup and a grill plate for two people. Bread only came after we asked for it. Normally we are used to the fact that when the bread is empty, we either add new bread or we are asked if we would like more bread. nothing came. No facial expressions. Sauces were only made upon request, which is actually a given. The so-called grill plates for two people didn't have sauces on them or were distributed in any way. When asked that we would like to take the food with us, we had to take the plate ourselves and carry it to the front and repeatedly ask them to pack it up. The pay was also relatively monotonous. Please drive a few meters further and look for a good chip shop or another Turk. Unfortunately, the name is tarnished. We are used to different things from Doy doy in Cologne on Kolbstrasse. We're talking about worlds here.

It is very annoying that the service is bad and there are waiters who are unhappy and do not like their job or children. If you go on busy days and hours, there is no problem except that your meals take about 1 hour to arrive.

Unfortunately, it is an unnecessarily exaggerated place where extremely rude waiters work, tasteless food is served. I think especially the waiters have serious problems with communication. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. It's a waste of your money and time.

The tables were very narrow and there was no room for four of us to move our legs. We ordered Hamsi, it was cold and then we got severe flatulence.!!!

Catastrophe! First of all, I only gave one star for lahmacun. Everything else isn't even worth 1 star. The waitress doesn't feel like working and lets you feel it. I ordered something very simple, namely kuzu şiş dürüm. It arrived “cold”! I just thought the aluminum foil was cold, but the meat was also cold and the meat looked dried out, as if it came from the fridge, which you had already prepared and put in the morning. Meze patlıcan was way too much garlic and didn't have the delicious taste of köz patlıcan that we know. Choke. Tea was so disgusting I have no idea what day the tea was from 🙈 Changing room disaster disgusting and no paper to dry your hands either. More of a storage room. The empty plates were on the table until the end even though they were seen so there was simply no space, really stupid and unprofessional. As soon as we ordered, you could see that they weren't interested. That was the first and last time I visited this juice shop. It's just so sad that people go up on price and down on quality. Everyone is just greedy for money but doesn't want to do anything for it. A pity.
