Hello. I am a regular Esso customer. I only fill up with this company at various stations in Hanover. But I have never experienced such terrible and unpleasant service. I mean this lady from China or Vietnam. Arrogant, unpleasant woman who always frowns. Other stations have connections from all over the world, but everything is fine. Dear customers, avoid this station as much as possible. There are other gas stations with very nice service.

Can you forget the shop doesn't have enough meat, I don't want to say anything more about it, I advise eating from there so have fun eating there

Staff don't understand you at all! Some of them are totally unfriendly! Ordered coffee! He came and didn't come! After about 30 minutes, the waitress said that she had already cleaned the coffee machine because she finished work at 7 p.m. 😳😱 instead of immediately saying that there is no more coffee, she simply says nothing and is still rarely experienced as unfriendly 😂

The meat just doesn't taste good. Had to spit it out immediately. Fries were ok but the guy put my red and white fries across the bag so that everything got mixed up and some of it came out. Brain would be appropriate. And way too expensive for the quality. But it was actually quick. Sorry, never again

The order was taken incorrectly, when it was clarified it was unfriendly, you were spoken to by direct mail and accused of being cheeky when ordering, people, is that customer friendly????

The food tastes very good and my daughter likes to get something to eat there after school BUT ... My daughter wanted to buy a student fries and an employee tried to persuade her to buy a pizza "since she has enough money for it" Another day people made fun of her for having a lisp. I think something like that is an impudence and shouldn't happen.

Addition to your answer: I ordered online and the extra tzatziki was displayed there as 0.00 euros (see picture). In addition, you did NOT tell me over the phone that I would have to pay extra for this, which I would of course have done. So please stop telling lies and just stick to the truth! Because of your untruths, I am only rating your service with one star. -------------------------------- We placed an online order (doner kebab plate) and also very kindly pointed out over the phone that we didn't want to forget the various sauces. Unfortunately, two (!) sauces were still missing. The double tzatziki was also not taken into account! Unfortunately that's not professional, in fact it's quite disappointing. The delivery person was very personable, polite and punctual. The food (unfortunately) “only” arrived warm. The quality of the kebab plate was acceptable. Overall, we are upset with the ordering process and will not be ordering from them in the future. The price-performance ratio no longer meets our expectations, which we have experienced over the past many years. It's a shame that they don't seem to pay much attention to regular customers anymore.

I've ordered from Antalya several times in the last few years and it's mostly been fine for a kebab shop. The last time I felt sick, the meat only consisted of fat (which is actually always the case), the fries were fried in frying fat that was at least two months old and there were a lot of hairs in my kebab plate! Not one or two but really at least ten hairs, how can something like that happen? “Tzatziki” was also very bland, no garlic, no cucumbers, can you even call that tzatziki? The only edible thing was the pepperoni over the "coleslaw", if you want to call it that.

Order with delivery for 8 people. The food was good. But hummus with the 2 falafel plates was missing. And 3x French fries for the children were also missing. Also delivered late. Delivery + service can definitely be improved.

I haven't eaten something so tasty in a long time. The boys know their stuff.

The meat of the kebab was salty and very fatty, so that there was a real puddle of fat in the kebab paper. The meat was also very firm and probably grilled a little too long. But the service was very friendly and nice!

Essen war gut und schnell war es da Super weiter so

Ich finde das Essen hier schmeckt sehr sehr gut! Die Preise sind ein wenig hoch aber sonst kommt alles sehr gut hin, allerdings möchte ich anmerken das es öfter dazu kommt das ich Haare in meinem Essen finde was ich nicht gerade sehr appetitlich finde.

Habe 8 Pizzen bestellt und die Bearbeitung hat keine 45 Minuten gedauert trotz anderer Bestellungen. Die Pizzen waren gut, sowie auch die Döners. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hole mir dort oft einen Döner oder Dönerteller, immer alles super 😄

Im Großen und ganzen gutes Essen. Der Döner schmeckt soweit ganz gut.

Qualität gut, die Preise haben aber erheblich angezogen, Pommes EUR 5,90 ohne vorher darauf hinzuweisen, lieferbar nur große Portionen.

Döner wurde geliefert. Statt Salat und scharfer Sauce, war nur Rotkohl und knorpliges Fleisch auf dem Döner. Kalt dazu. Das einzige was den zweiten Stern gibt sind die guten Zigarren Börek...

Naja, was soll ich sagen? Gebe nur 3 Sterne, weil es uns wirklich schmeckt, aber ……. das ich noch die Lieferung bezahlen muss, ärgert mich. Es sind mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten 🧐 Ich wohne nicht am anderen Ende der Stadt 😉

Alles sehr lecker und frisch. Hätte nicht gedacht aber hier esse ich sehr gerne was. Leckere Auswahl von Menüs. Gute Soßen Auswahl alles perfekt.

Leckerer Dönerteller, preislich nach der Erhöhung noch angemessen. Döner Tasche mit 6,50 schon recht heftig vom Preis, grade in Anbetracht der Lage/Umgebung. Döner Teller geschmacklich gut, definitiv die obere Döner Liga in Hannover. Bedienung nicht wirklich aufmerksam. Habe dann selber am Tresen bestellt.

Geschmacklich gut. Es wird alles teurer, dass ist klar und ihr müsst es auch teurer kaufen, aber 6.50€ für eine Dönertasche ist richtig heftig. Schade, aber dann geht's zum Mitbewerber.

Teuerung ein Döner 5 Euro und dafür nicht sehr schmackhaft.Brötchen wie Gummi und Sauce fehlte.In Ricklingen kann man preiswerter und besser satt werden.Schade,hat nachgelassen.

Döner, Salat sind sehr groß. Es gibt verschiedene Größen zu bestellen so das man bestimmt was für seinen Hunger findet. Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen. Man findet eigentlich immer einen Sitzplatz und zur Not kann man es zum Mitnehmen bestellen.Das Personal ist immer freundlich. Für uns ist es "unser" Dönerladen
