Antalya Döner in Lübeck

Super delicious food, fair prices, friendly staff. We come here at least once a year during our vacation for lunch. I've already had doner kebab, durum kebab, and calzone kebab, always delicious and with a very generous portion. So far, however, always with chicken. Highly recommended. We'd love to come back.

Highly recommended; the price-performance ratio is top-notch. A regular kebab is as large and generous as an XL elsewhere. Truly top-notch.

Ordered a large coleslaw today. Then he asked if he should add anything else, and I got some lettuce leaves. He added the two slices of cucumber and three tomato pieces himself, and suddenly it was €1 more expensive because it was now a mixed salad. He also forgot to add the dressing. So, that's €1 won and a customer lost. It's not about the euro, but the way it was done.

I don't recommend it to anyone. We paid for a big doner, but got a mini.

I've had Dürum here twice. It tasted very delicious compared to the others.

We had 2 doner kebabs and 2 UFO doner kebabs. Everything was just bread and salad. Not recommended.

I wanted to try this kebab shop at least once. There was only one other customer in front of me. There were two employees behind the counter, and the kebabs were prepared quickly. I ordered a takeaway kebab with veal, tzatziki, and all the salad. The two employees were as stressed as if there were 20 customers waiting in line, and they didn't seem particularly friendly. When I got home, I realized that the kebabs had actually been swapped; that shouldn't happen with only two customers. It's a shame, they messed up the first time. I won't be coming back.

I went to the store late at night and ordered a Turkish pizza with meat. 1. Turkish pizza has no toppings, just a little bit of color. 2. I wasn't asked what kind of meat I wanted. They replaced it with chicken, but I wanted lamb. 3. The food is so greasy that you'll definitely get diarrhea. So I won't be eating there again!!

UFO Döner is simply terrible when ordering... The staff have no idea what they're serving there, it's a pain to explain what you want, no German skills, and even rude when they don't understand us. Not recommended!!!

A friend and I ordered two UFO doner kebabs from here, and so far, so good. I ordered a vegetarian one with cheese, and my friend ordered a sucuk doner. When we took the food home and unpacked it, my doner was missing the cheese, and my friend had a veal doner instead of a sucuk doner. Also, the meat was cold in some places. Otherwise, it tasted pretty good!

I have just ordered and asked that no onions are put on the food because of an intolerance but this was not taken into account, which a juice shop really

Today we visited the beautiful city of Lübeck for the first time. We went to eat at the Antalya restaurant. The man who served us was rude. The salad wasn't fresh, and the sauces were covered in dried skin. The rice wasn't fresh, but sticky. As I looked around the table, I was horrified by how much trash was on the floor. And the toilet—just horrible: filthy. It's sad that there are people who shouldn't have anything to do with the restaurant industry. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Luckily, a very delicious ice cream parlor nearby somewhat salvaged the situation. That was the worst kebab I've ever eaten.

I was there last night with my wife and shortly afterwards my stomach turned and we both ate... thank you never again Hänschen ordered a grill plate which was almost raw and simply disgusting

Not recommended – hazardous to health and outrageously expensive Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. After the visit, two people in our group experienced severe gastrointestinal problems with vomiting and diarrhea – a clear indication of poor hygiene or spoiled food. The wait times were also outrageous: we waited over an hour for our food, even though the restaurant wasn't full. In addition, we were repeatedly charged amounts on the bill that did not match the prices shown on the menu. You have to look closely to avoid being ripped off. Overall, a very unpleasant experience – both culinary and health-wise. Never again!

Bad doesn't even begin to describe it. I just paid €8.00 for two 0.5-liter bottles of water, even though I ordered two 1-liter bottles. My doner kebab plate was crammed with onions, I could barely find my meat, and the fries were also completely soggy.... The chicken burger consisted of nothing but bread, onions, and three wafer-thin strips of iceberg lettuce, a teaspoon of mayo, and the burger patty was so tiny that I didn't even notice it at first..... Sorry, but you've really let up, what a shame.

I paid €11 for a kebab, which is quite a lot in itself, but I thought: Maybe it's worth it. Unfortunately, the opposite was the case. The meat was completely oversalted, barely edible. After waiting over 90 minutes, the food arrived lukewarm and was a complete disappointment. For that price, I expect quality and care, but unfortunately, neither was present here. A waste of money. I definitely won't order from here again. Tip for others: Save yourself the frustration.

The best kebab shop in the city. You feel welcome as a guest and the service is very friendly. The prices are the same as everywhere else, and the portions are generous. Definitely recommended. Top!

After a long and hard day, you can end the evening here in a relaxed manner, or so I thought... When my good colleague Michael and I entered the shop, everything was fine. We ordered, and our food was brought to our table. The kebab tasted okay, but when Michael wanted to pay, the server dropped the money and, instead of apologizing, shouted "amenakeum" (sorry for the spelling)?! Whether that was an expression of anger or an insult remains a mystery to us to this day.

I ordered a kebab from you today, but I was very dissatisfied with it. The meat was dry, there was hardly any sauce, and the flavor was bland – there was no salt or seasoning at all. I then tried to reach you by phone to explain my concerns. Unfortunately, I was not taken seriously, and they refused to address my complaint.

I walk into the store and explain that my bus will be here in 2 minutes. She shoves the bread in and prepares the meat. Conclusion: I walk out of the store and the bus pulls up. The employees are on point ☝️

The kebab was incredibly delicious, with sauce and meat everywhere. 5/5 stars! Super friendly salespeople and an absolutely great shop.

I can only recommend it; it's very cozy and the food is amazing. A solid 5 stars. By the way, we had the largest order here and got a few things for free.

I don't even know where to start, I would prefer not to give any stars at all. Ordered on Lieferando: kebab with cheese and chicken. Rollo with veal. What arrived: kebab without cheese and also without onions that were specified and a rollo vegetarian, without meat. When we contacted us by phone, an incredibly unfriendly employee tried to tell us that we had ordered it that way even though the order confirmation said otherwise. When we asked if they could deliver a new one because the blind was wrong, we were told 'It's already too late now' even though according to the internet the store is open until 2:00. They reluctantly agreed to deliver a new one. We've been waiting for this for almost 45 minutes now. Result: We will no longer order or eat there. Maybe if I had read the reviews beforehand, I probably would have saved myself the stomach ache. To the store: Did everything wrong that could have been done wrong.

Used to be my favorite kebab shop, but now it's just garbage. First, I'm asked to pay for something I didn't even order – mistakes happen, but it's still annoying. Then the kebab becomes more expensive just because I want some salad? Seriously? It was sorted out, but then they serve me bread that's so thinly toasted that it completely rips open at the bottom. Of course, the whole kebab falls apart. Absolute disappointment!

We ate a kebab plate and were very satisfied. The restaurant was very clean and personally friendly. The food was completely fresh. The fries as well as the meat and the salad were crispy and tasty. The dish was brought to the table and cleared away again. The toilets were also new and very clean. Really upscale for a “kebab shop” and highly recommended!

Food comes without a warming box and is therefore cold when it arrives. The kebab meat looks like the sole of a shoe. I immediately threw the burger away, the meat was disgusting and I didn't want to risk food poisoning. 0 stars!

Classic kebab shop in a convenient location. Ambiance could be improved but clean, staff very friendly and quick in service. This time I had a pizza to take away and unfortunately I couldn't eat it: either it was too salty or the cheese was gone 🤷🏼‍♂️ - Visually it looked good and the price was right. I will still give the shop another chance at kebab soon.

I have to say I'm honestly disappointed with this shop, according to the opening times it's open until 2 a.m. I tried to reach him at 11 p.m. to place an order but after calling 10 times no one answered the phone, it says there is a delivery service on site and The store is open until 2 a.m. very poor service

I ordered today via Lieferando. When the app only said it would take 10 minutes for delivery, I called and asked about my order. I was told at 0:08 that my order would be there in 10 minutes. At 0:15 the driver set off for the delivery

Ordered 2 kebab plates via Lieferando. Delivery person arrived almost 30 minutes late, without a warming bag. Of course the food was almost cold. Nobody answers the phone in the restaurant. Complaint about Lieferando. Hopefully I'll get my money back.

Food is OK but I wouldn't recommend it, service is bad, not even a tea on the house, which is something I never experience at a Turkish restaurant.

Normal standard kebab. Nothing special. Very greasy. Paper was soaked. I would rather eat somewhere else.

I find the staff very uninterested in customers. It was my first and last time there.

I was in this restaurant today and unfortunately I have to say that the visit was a total disappointment. The service was so unfriendly and had no hint of hospitality. The waiter seemed condescending and responded to our questions with a mocking smile. The food was inedible and not worth the money. There was gossip and whispering about the customers in their language. My husband, who speaks the same language, understood this. I've never experienced anything like that.

I wanted to get a kebab box during the break and I'm just throwing up every 2 minutes and I have food poisoning

The food itself was tasty and of good quality, but unfortunately the kebab was very thin, everything fell out and it was very greasy. The ambience was very nice, the music was a little annoying but the service was very good, so I gave it 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend it.

We were just there with the family. We ate a super delicious kebab plate, a great kebab and a kebab pizza! Everything was super tasty and fresh. The doner plate had 10 out of 10 stars, different sauces, kebab and chicken kebab, very fresh salad, delicious!!! Price performance top!!!

I'm giving this review because we ordered prosciutto pizza and they brought us with mushrooms. We waited about 30 minutes. They came and asked where our prosciutto was, after which we ate pizza with mushrooms for another 30 minutes..

If you order online via Lieferando, the whole thing usually works. Unfortunately, part of the order was forgotten during our last delivery. When we called we were told that there was a lot going on that day and that they didn't want to deliver the missing item to us that day, but that the next order would be completely free. Unfortunately, apparently no one could remember this and we were then offered to only deliver what was missing last time, i.e. not the entire order. After I called them again and at some point I didn't feel like talking to a wall anymore, they wanted to at least deliver the missing thing from last time free of charge. This took almost 1 1/2 hours and then the driver was there also at the wrong address and visibly annoyed that he doesn't understand me. After I was finally able to tell the driver where I lived, he came and brought the things. All in all, I unfortunately have to say that it's an absolute nonsense when you treat your customers like that, and of course it would also be nice if your company spoke the local language, then things would be easier. We've actually been customers for a long time and then something like that. It's a real shame and, in my opinion, actually avoidable.
