Anspacher Döner & Pizzahaus in Neu-Anspach

Super delicious no matter what you order there, but I usually order a lahmacun with everything and garlic sauce and every time my lahmacun is full to the brim, no matter whether it's sauce, meat or salad. The staff is also super friendly and caters to every request. Inshallah, business is still going well!

Fantastic kebab shop, very tasty and you can have a great chat I had already eaten 1 pizza tonno, 1 kebab pizza, 1 sucuk pide, 1 kebab box gratinated with cheese and 2 kebab boxes, all super delicious!

We were served very friendly and courteously. A very nice owner and also the staff. We had a kebab but had to skip the garlic sauce as we had duty the next day. But the kebab tasted very good with yogurt sauce, but also with that. The flatbread had plenty of toppings. The price-performance ratio was appropriate. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back next time. It is definitely a recommendation.

I've eaten her kebab plate several times and have always been very satisfied. The salads are very fresh and the kebab meat tastes very good. The kitchen is very clean and the staff is refreshingly friendly.

I complained about the food that was delivered. I was then told that it couldn't be and that we were the first delivery location and he was with us within 5 minutes. He admitted that he couldn't find the address. The call was ended without compensation. 5 minutes later he calls and says we complained about it way too late, cuts me off, threatens me with his boss and becomes aggressive. Very unprofessional and poor service.

It was super disgusting! People didn't understand us and didn't listen to us. The food was cold before it even got here, soggy and really bad! Zero seasoning!!! The food that was supposed to be spicy was not spicy and the food that wasn't supposed to be spicy was spicy! The fries were dry and inedible. We then called them to complain. No reaction was shown or any response was given to us. The boss of the kebab shop then said, "There's nothing you can do about it!" Instead we were told to order somewhere else! It's a shame that a shop like this is still open!

Delicious food, but often delivered incorrectly and no goodwill.

Best kebab in Neu Anspach, unfortunately on vacation for 4 weeks, supposedly back since August 22nd, but the shop is dark! I hope they'll be back soon!

Most of the time the kebab here is delicious. Always seems to fluctuate a bit. But I've never had a bad kebab here

I was already impressed by the quality of the food in Usingen. The new address in Neu Anspach is of course the optimal setting for the friendly hosts.

Currently the tastiest kebab in NA for me. Delicious hot sauce and, compared to Anspacher's competitors, always plenty of meat in the crispy flatbread.

War früher als Sahin Döner in Usingen bekannt. Richtig leckeres Essen, vor allem die Pide (werden frisch gebacken) und den Iskender Kebap kann ich empfehlen. Die Leute sind richtig freundlich und helfen euch auch gerne bei Sonderwünschen. TOP!

War heute das erste Mal da, kann ich nur empfehlen. Der Laden ist etwas kleiner dafür schmeckt das Essen, bei mir hat es keine 5 min gedauert...muss aber sagen das nicht viel los war. Also ich komme wieder....

Endlich hat Mustafa, der in Usingen übelst verdrängt wurde, wieder ein neues Restaurant in Neu-Anspach aufgemacht und ganz neu eingerichtet. Endlich wieder die besten Döner der Region und ein super-freundliches Team in Ruhe, Gelassenheit und Kundenorientierung. Ich bin sehr froh, dass er das geschafft hat.

Auf Empfehlung eines ehemaligen Klassenkameraden meiner Tochter haben wir unsere 2 Lahmacun heute mal hier geholt und sind mehr als positiv beeindruckt. Geschmacklich wirklich mit Abstand der beste! Angestellte sind auch sehr freundlich und gut es ist noch neu aber es macht einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Wenn das alles so bleibt kommen wir gerne wieder!

Ich war am Eröffnungstag und dann noch einmal ein paar Tage später hier vor Ort und habe mir Essen geholt. Das bei der Eröffnung noch nicht alles rund läuft, das Team nicht richtig eingespielt ist und vielleicht die Speisen noch nicht ihren finalen Status erreicht haben lasse ich jetzt mal aussen vor. Aber gut eine Woche später hat mich auch mein zweiter Besuch etwas ratlos zurückgelassen. Es ist alles sehr sauber, das Team wirklich bemüht und nett, aber leider überzeugt mich das Essen nicht wirklich. Das Fleisch vom Drehspieß ist zwar gar, aber mir persönlich fehlt da eine Bräunungskruste, das Brot bei meinem Döner war wie bei einem Burger komplett getrennt so das sehr viel unten heraus floss. Dadurch das das Fleisch eher "gekocht" denn gebraten wirkte, war es sehr saftig, was das Tröpfelproblem noch verstärkte. Und dann kamen noch größere Mengen Soße hinzu. Leider waren beide Mahlzeiten für mich so belanglos das ich sie nicht völlig aß sondern nach gut der Hälfte die Lust daran verlor. Ich mag ein Einzelfall sein, denn ich traf vor Ort auch Bekannte die völlig begeistert waren. Aber wenn ich wieder vor der Wahl stehe welchen der beiden Dönerläden in Sichtweite ich besuchen werde, es wird nicht dieser sein. Aber wie bei allem im Leben sollte man seine Entscheidungen von Zeit zu Zeit überprüfen und so werde ich in Zukunft noch mal schauen ob es mir besser schmeckt.
