Leckeres Essen (leider mit 1:20 Std. nach Bestellung extrem lange Wartezeit, Freitag, ausgebucht), alle Schnitzel sehr lecker, große Portionen, Soße beim Schnitzel „Edelpilz“ gewöhnlich und kaum Pilze, Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis okay, Restaurant durchaus empfehlenswert.

Sehr nette Bedienung, wahnsinnig leckeres Essen und die Portionen sind so groß, dass jeder sicher satt wird. Und alles zu guten Preisen. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Top Location, wenn man gemütlich und deftig essen möchte.

Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal .Wer ein richtig gutes Steak essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig ,sehr gute Qualität für ein herzhaftes Essen. Preisleistung ist gut und angemessen. Platzreservierung wird empfohlen.

Sehr gutes Restaurant mit Sitzgelegenheiten direkt am Marktplatz. Der Innenbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und die Speisen durch ihre Qualität und Geschmack. Abends sollte .an besser reservieren, den das Restaurant ist beliebt.

Zum ersten Mal dort gegessen und spontan fürs Anno 1510 entschieden Was soll ich sagen,unfassbar lecker. Auswahl auf der Speiserkarte gigantisch. Wer hier nichts findet,der sollte zuhause essen. Preis Leistung top Traditionelle Gerichte modern gekocht . Personal im Service super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist urig und gemütlich,keinesfalls altbacken was viele bei urig denken. Es ist in einem historischen Gebäude da muss es so sein. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke ans Team Anno 1510 für eure Gastfreundlichkeit und Kochkunst.

Von Herzen empfehlenswert! 🍽️ Wir haben hervorragende Schnitzel und Steaks gegessen, das Fleisch war perfekt zubereitet. Der Garten des Restaurants ist wunderschön und sehr einladend. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unbedingt den Brandy und zum Abschluss einen erstklassigen Cappuccino probieren! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Schönes Restaurant im Zentrum von Quakenbrück, netter Service und eine tolle kleine Karte auf der jeder seinen Traum findet. Meine Rosenkohlpfanne war wirklich, (Entschuldigung) zum Reinsetzen. Leider gibt es einen Punkt der nicht so schön ist, man sollte Reservieren ist leider zu lecker.

Wer die deutsche Küche vor allen Dingen Aufläufe liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Ok. Schnitzel und Steaks sind sehr lecker. Montag's geöffnet! Klasse! Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Guter Service aber ein etwas gestresster Chef setzt die gemütliche Atmosphäre in Hetzshäre um. Das stört schon mal.

Anno is great in general; I love the food and the atmosphere. However, my younger brother told me that they sell cocktails (alcohol) to underage patrons. Of course, those affected shouldn't have ordered them, but honestly, what are teenagers like? Just like in a shop, a gas station, or anywhere else, it's the restaurant's responsibility to check age. Unfortunately, this is completely unacceptable, and ID checks are simply a must! Perhaps this could be discussed internally within the team.

As mentioned above, the great location on the market square. The staff are very attentive and very friendly, not pushy. The food is very, very tasty (and the portions are large enough for even the most appreciative). Menu: Thankfully, there aren't 100 dishes from all over the world, but rather regional dishes with various variations, which is how it should be. So, ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

Giant schnitzel in the heart of Quakenbrück

The restaurant's ambiance is great and the staff is very friendly! The wait times were reasonable, and there was always someone at the table. Very good! The vegan chili sin carne was delicious, and my wife also loved her vegetarian casserole. Everything was great! Thank you for the wonderful dinner. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Be sure to stop by Anno for the Burgmannsfest. The super-delicious Ritter schnitzel is also available as a chicken schnitzel. Highly recommended!

After a bike ride, we stopped at Anno for a beer and schnitzel and were absolutely thrilled with the food and the friendly service.

I went to the restaurant with my colleagues, and we were all thrilled. I had the plain chicken breast with potatoes and vegetables – everything was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. We'd love to come back!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and got a table for three without a reservation. The staff was very friendly, the food was served quickly, and it was delicious. The prices for the dishes are moderate. The ambiance is rather rustic.

My lamb was cooked to perfection. My husband had a steak, super good, cooked to perfection, and big enough to fill him up.

Great food at a fair price. The Artländer-style schnitzel (a portion is almost too large) costs just under €20. When the weather's nice, you can sit outside in front of the restaurant.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Unfortunately the food was extremely disappointing. Rump Steak advertised on the menu ended up being a piece of Chuck, dry, course and definitely no rump. Their baked dishes were interesting although not well presented. I had the grilled salmon, which unfortunately ended up dry. Follow-up: Following the reply from the establishment, I believe it is safe to say that those having steaks accepted what they got, one was returned (asked for medium rare and arrived well done, and was then replaced). Yes, they asked how our meal was and we kindly nodded without too much comment. Why did I write in English, well perhaps because it's my mother tongue and maybe I am able to speak not only German, but 4 other languages as well. Perhaps not understandable to the normal infadels running the establishment. And even their German has grammatical error's, perhaps showing the calibre we are dealing with. In closing, an interesting establishment I wouldn't recommend.

Absolute top. Really a recommendation. Great, friendly, courteous but by no means intrusive service. Food excellent and portions really large. My rump steak was estimated to be a good 350 grams. Well fried as desired, the pepper sauce was delicious. We were definitely not here for the last time. Ambience great too. Old, historic building, when the weather is good you can also sit outside (heaters provided for cooler evenings)

For our child's first communion, we decided to order food for our party of 18 from the Anno1510 restaurant - and we were completely thrilled! From the first contact to the timely delivery of the food, everything went smoothly. The menu selection was varied and appealing. The dishes ordered were of excellent quality and very tastefully prepared. Be it the main courses or the delicious side dishes - everything was fresh, hot and appetizingly prepared, even for transport. Our guests were consistently enthusiastic and praised the food highly. Particularly noteworthy is the generous portion size, which was more than enough for our group of 18 people (13 adults and 5 children). The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair and appropriate for the quality and excellent service offered. The organization and logistics of the pickup were perfect. Everything was carefully packaged and labeled, making it incredibly easy to use at home. We can fully recommend the Anno1510 restaurant for catering outside the home, especially for festive occasions such as a first communion. The quality of the food, the friendly and professional service and the smooth processing perfectly rounded off our special day from a culinary perspective. We will definitely consider Anno1510 again!

Very tastefully decorated restaurant. Wooden menus. Excellent selection of dishes. Five of us dined there in the evening. Reservations are recommended. The food was delicious (various schnitzels, pork fillet, and a casserole). All in all, a lovely evening for us. We'd love to go back!

We had dinner at Anno last Wednesday (8/1/25). At 9:15 p.m. the music was turned off and at 9:30 p.m. the employees asked if we wanted to pay despite the drink being full. It doesn't work at all!!!

Absolutely recommended – a perfect meal! Wow! We stayed at Anno 1510 with the family on Boxing Day and it was just great. The portions were perfect, even huge! Each of us was more than satisfied. What was particularly impressive was that all 10 people were served their food fresh at the same time. The atmosphere was cozy, the service attentive and friendly - everything you could want for a great family reunion. We will definitely come back next year! A completely successful visit!

When we go out to eat we usually end up at Anno, it's always a wonderful evening with world-class food. What's particularly nice is how warmly the entire team treats children. We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary there with friends and family. There were 10 people. Anyone could order ala cart and everyone was very satisfied. The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Beer mugs were simply used as vases for the bouquets, very flexible. We'd love to come back.

There was a brief confusion about our reservation. But the food was very good and the service was very nice and tried hard, would be happy to come again.

Mega tasty but portions far too large, even for grown men. I think too much ends up being wasted here. Otherwise, definitely a clear recommendation.

We, a bike tour group of 6, were there on May 4th, 2024. Summary: Simply super and brilliant!!! In addition to the super boss, we were served by an excellent staff. This is how you want to be served as a guest. The extensive menu tempts you to eat more. We had 6 different dishes and everyone who ate them was completely satisfied. The crowning achievement was the inimitable house fire (trade secret). This restaurant is an absolute must when you are in Quaklenbrück. Be sure to reserve a table in advance!

Super delicious food...really rustic...you feel like you've been transported to the Middle Ages...you get a lot for your money and the food isn't expensive for the quantity...it would be advisable to order in advance .....great experience there....staff super friendly, despite it being so full....even the boss personally came to the table and asked if it tasted good 😊

We ended up here completely by chance. All seats were occupied, only a small table that was probably not otherwise used for guests was offered to us with multiple apologies. We gratefully accepted and it was really worth it. The service is very attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. I had a spinach casserole and my husband had the hearty knight (a huge schnitzel with fried egg and fried potatoes). Both portions were very, very tasty and everything was freshly prepared. The prices are okay. If we didn't live so far away, this place would be one of our favorite restaurants. That's why we give it the full 5 stars or, if possible, I would give it 10 stars.

Were stranded in Quakenbrück and wanted something to eat. While wandering through the city we ended up in Anno 1510. Without a reservation, we quickly checked what was going according to plan and were offered a small table and asked if it was ok. The restaurant is rustic and stylishly furnished and has a lovely charm. Then came the best; the Hearty Knight was a delight. The service is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Ann 1510 is my first choice when I come to Quakenbrück.

A great restaurant with character. We were served in a friendly manner, special requests were taken into account and at the end we even got a round of schnapps on the house. We always feel comfortable there, thank you.

We actually always enjoyed eating there. Usually the portions were good and the taste was great. When we were there again last week, the schnitzel was totally over salted. The mango spritzer was also made incorrectly, namely with still water and not sparkling water. When we wanted to pay we were told that the card reader was broken. The waitress told us in a stroppy tone: “That’s what your colleague told you at the beginning.” But we definitely weren't told otherwise we wouldn't have ordered as we always travel cashless. We had to come back the next day and pay the bill in cash. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the boss got really annoyed and told us that we were late to pay. Really absolute shame from start to finish. We are absolutely disappointed by the totally poor service.

I have rarely eaten so well. Large portions, the steak was cooked incredibly well to medium. Great location, great staff. There were seven of us there and everyone was completely satisfied
