Cozy atmosphere and super delicious food.

After spending 2 weeks in Andalucía before my visit to this restaurant I can say it doesn't compare with the authentic food. It was just ok

Andalucia isn't what it used to be (I've known the store for over 25 years).... Now totally chaotic, disorganized and uncoordinated from ordering to payment (don't say anything about it!!) The service was bad: You order something and wait for some time until you find out that the dish is unfortunately out. The search for alternatives has to be quick...you wait for it!!!! The food was bad: ordered anchovies, got sardines (plus arguments about the difference :))))). Then I had to wait a while. My wife then gave me some of her food so that she didn't have to eat alone. Then came the fried anchovies but they were old and tasted like rubber (I make anchovies a lot at home and I know exactly the difference). By the way, the salad with the fish is only green with some red hidden under the leaves :)))...I think it was a piece 🍅. The waitress tried hard and had to constantly apologize (also to the neighboring table). According to the staff in the kitchen, you should make tandoori chicken instead of tapas (by the way: eggplant tapas was not tasty). I don't really understand the positive reviews! but the "tastes" are different ;) Well then, adios Andalucia!

Unfortunately I can't understand the negative reviews. Yes, the service could be better. But the food was really great and the price was right. I've been there twice so far and will definitely go again when I'm in the mood for Spanish tapas.

We went last night for dinner, apart from the slow service, the food was completely tasteless, tapas that looked like they had just been taken out of a can. The bean soup was inedible… I think it's a canned product, reheated with a bay leaf on top. Beer was ok.

I come from Freiburg and had my date there. It was very nice and the food was okay, but the employee - her name was Sara - made our evening sweeter!

I was here with a group of about 10 people. At first we were happy that we still got tapas (it was almost 10 p.m.) but they really weren't good. Nothing really tasted like anything and everything was rather dry (especially the meatballs). The only thing I liked were the wild potatoes. The lady in service was really nice, but the boss reacted to our question about food in an unfriendly and annoyed manner. Unfortunately, the ambience has already crossed the line from rustic to run-down.

It's so hard to find the menu online

My partner is from Germany and I am from Spain, I missed Spanish cuisine since I have been here for a few weeks and we found this place. 40 minutes passed after ordering and after waiting patiently and hungry the waitress came to tell us that they didn't have what we had ordered. We ordered other dishes and what arrived was disappointing. A radioactive and tasteless yellow fish, a sad salad, the lamb chops were good (in my opinion a little overcooked and hard), we eat almost everything but we see that not everything we had ordered arrived. Only the aioli arrives (in the bravas) and when we finish all the food the potatoes come with another tray of aioli but this aioli falls to the floor... a little pathetic but funny. At least one dog passing by on the street enjoyed the sauce he dropped. We ordered the food to take away and I see how the cook goes to the other restaurant to get a tupperware, we get the bill and they had added dishes to us that did not arrive… The waitress was nice, the food was questionable, it would be sad if this establishment represented Spain in Stuttgart.

Today was the day: I ate in one of the worst restaurants of my life. 1 star is still too much: food is not edible, there is no need to talk about service and the toilets are unreasonable. We were wondering why we got a table at the game between Spain and Croatia: the restaurant simply doesn't work at all and was hardly attended. Spanish food is different...

The tapas were not good. The spanish tortilla was tasteless and super dry, the alioli had a plastic like consistency and the shrimps were super small for the price. I will not come back, was nothing like spanish cuisine

Rustic atmosphere with a great selection of tapas at really great prices. The main course of lamb was also very good and again at unbeatable prices. It was our first time there, but we were served like regulars. Service was very friendly. We have filled ourselves very well.

We had tapas. They were super tasty and completely reasonable for the price. Rustic atmosphere. Service was friendly but sometimes you had to wait a long time for both the drinks and the food. There is a clear recommendation for food.

Delicious Spanish cuisine. Great staff and clean location. If you don't value the ambience but value the quality of your food, this is the place for you. Due to illness there was only one waitress there, but she managed everything really well. Conclusion: I would love to come back.

Very cozy restaurant and nice service who unfortunately forgot one or two orders. Tapas and meat dishes were good but the paella was unfortunately a complete disaster. Maybe I'm wrong, but we had the feeling that a kind of rice stew was pre-cooked in a large container and then transferred to the paella pan to be served.

I've been there several times and went from completely thrilled to "I won't go here again." The shop itself is very rustically furnished, which in my opinion makes it cozy, especially in winter. You can smell the kitchen quite strongly throughout the store, but for me that's just part of it, but it can definitely bother others. The tapas are cheap by Stuttgart standards and taste delicious. Nothing outstanding, but perfectly fine and all the classics included. What really bothers me is the service staff. The fact that you always have to wait in the store until you get attention is one thing, and that if you have questions you get pat answers, that's just not part of service. This starts with reservation requests by phone, when you ask about alternatives because there are no free tables left for the suggestion mentioned, and continues with the fact that in the summer you reserve early for a birthday in order to be seated (in the summer it has something depressing and communicated instead of rustic). you as a good service person in advance) and above all not being able to sit at the free window table because it is reserved (I still don't understand what makes one reservation more special than the other and went back and forth very unpleasantly for several minutes until we preferred somewhere else eaten have) to simple questions about what dishes are. I would really like to recommend the store, but I just can't anymore.

For years I have been coming from Heilbronn to Stuttgart with friends to eat the wonderful tapas there. Order up and down the menu! The house wine goes perfectly with it. Finally, always a cognac! It's a bit tight and difficult to get a spot without a reservation, but that doesn't deduct any points! The interior design has to stay the same, it hasn't changed in decades!

Super delicious food, service friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is a bit old. Still highly recommended for anyone who likes good food

I ordered Aperol Sour but only Aperol Spritz came out of the bottle mixed with orange juice. The waitress who made it didn't even bother to look up the recipe when I brought it to her attention. (Aperol Sour is made from pure Aperol (not a “spritz”), orange, lemon juice and sugar syrup.) I didn’t drink the drink but still paid for it. The actual food came about 45 minutes later, which we were told beforehand. The paella tasted like a frozen paella you can buy in the supermarket. We didn't eat those either.

We got the impression that the waitress wasn't interested in us and seemed annoyed. Friendly and professional service looks different.

Very nice, small and cozy. Authentic Spanish cuisine with lots of delicacies. Price-performance ratio is definitely top! The only thing I didn't like was the baked crab claws (but that's subjective and no reason for points to be deducted).

A highlight for me for years, a piece of Spain 🇪🇸 at home. You come in and it smells wonderfully of Spanish cuisine It's so cozy and quaint and you feel so comfortable. I always eat the liver there (and only there), and of course the wild potatoes first, that's a must! ;-)

We ate very tasty tapas here. The atmosphere is a bit old. Price - performance is right. We'll definitely be back!

Paella mit Eier?! Ein Teller Calamari paniert hatte genau 4 Calamaris?! Essen hatte überhaupt keinen Geschmack. Sangria war wie süßer Wein, den man außerhalb des Kühlschranks vergessen hat

It's not worth spending the money, for the quality of the food (no flavour) and the quantity (paid too much for only 4 not even good calamari) tasteless food. Disappointed.

Eine der wenigen Stuttgarter Institutionen über Jahrzehnte mit wechselnden Besitzern. Wilde Kartoffeln mit Aioli und Landwein rot immer zu empfehlen. Auch andere spanusche Gerichte sind immer zu empfehlen. Am WE immer voll.

Es war wieder mal sehr gut Ausser es ist etwas zu dunkel im Innenbereich zum essen etwas sehr schlecht

Gemütlicher Spanier am Eck. Tolle Tapas und sehr leckere Gerichte mit Fisch und Meeresfrüchten. Platzangebot sehr begrenzt.

Wir sind gerne hier. Das Andalucia ist ein nettes, normales Restaurant mit guten Tapas und netten Menschen die dort arbeiten.

Das Essen war lecker und authentisch spanisch. Die Preise sind für die Lage des Restaurants und die Qualität des Essens angemessen und die Bedienungen waren freundlich. Das restaurant ist eine absolute Empfehlung

Leider nur unterdurchschnittliches Essen, die tapas alle recht lieblos präsentiert und die Fisch bzw. Meeresfrüchte Sachen schmeckten eher aufgewärmt oder wie aus dem Glas statt Frosch zubereitet. Die chorizo war ganz gut aber für den Preis leider recht wenig. Service war auch nicht besonders, selbst als später weniger los war musste man stark auf sich aufmerksam machen, um bedient zu werden. Zudem konnte nur bar bezahlt werden

Sehr leckeres Essen, authentisch, uriges Ambiente, freundliches Personal. Ich gehe immer mal wieder gerne hin.

Vorweg: Das Essen ist gut und die Preise fair. Jedoch sind manche der Bedienungen sehr pampig und ungelernt dass es einem die Freude nimmt dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Teilweise arbeiten dort völlig ungelernte Kräfte. Bei unserem letzten Besuch wurden wir gebeten unseren Platz für Stammgeräste zu räumen - als wir schon unser Essen hatten. Tut mir leid, aber da gehe ich lieber zu einem der anderen zahlreichen Spanier in Stuttgart.

Lecker essen in gemütlicher Atmosphäre

Very tasty food - loved the zingy dressing on the salad and those potatoes were divine! Polite service. The restaurant was fairly quiet when we ate, we sat outside.

Wir kommen schon 30 Jahre in dieses Lokal und gehen immer wieder begeistert nach Hause. Die Gerichte sind seit Jahren lecker und in gleich bleibender Qualität und wir werden immer freundlich bedient. Das Mobiliar ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber so hat man doch das Gefühl, dass auch etwas Bestand hat. Wie gut, weiter so!

When I asked why there's no Pan con tomate in the menu, the waiter told me that's an Italian dishes, my expectations for the upcoming food had dropped. And my assumption is correct. All the food tasted not bad, but still missing some flavour. However, the price is friendly, i would still consider it's a good place for group gathering.

Andalucía ist der falsche Name...es sollte eher "Bombay" heissen... Alle Speisen mit starkem entsprechendem Geschmack. Spanisch geht definitiv anders! Sorry, mit spanischer Küche hat das - außer den Bezeichnungen - mal gar nichts zu tun....

Tapas were poor, beer was warm and owner was impolite. Moreover he insisted to get tip, when he didn’t deserve it. We will not return again.

La comida no estaba buena, el pan estaba duro y la cerveza caliente. Lo peor de todo fue lo mal educado que es el dueño. Nada que ver con un restaurante español. No volveremos.

I know this place for a long time from only passing by. From outside it looks authentic, so yesterday I decided to give it try. The boss is somewhat unfriendly. To his guests and personal. I had a friendly waitress but her boss was not to her. Food: more or less. Tapas there are not made with passion and seem not all authentic and this you taste. To sum up: after one try I will not come back again

Eigentlich war das unser Lieblingsrestaurant. Wir konnten nicht reservieren für zwei, wie andere auch schon für unseren Jahrestag. Es hieß das letzte mal, man solle die Paella vorbestellen aber es wusste keiner was. Unser Kellner kam nicht mehr und die Kellnerin auch nicht mehr die uns Karten gab. Haben 30min gewartet ohne was zu trinken und sind dann gegangen von unserem Tisch mit Zigaretten Asche der nie sauber gemacht wurde. Schade, aber wir konnten unser Jubiläum im Madagaskar feiern, da war alles perfekt

Einfach, preiswert und gut - und freundlicher Service!

Wir sind zu zweit in ein fast leeres Andalucia gegangen. Obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war mussten wir uns an den kleinsten aller Tische setzen. Das Essen hatte kaum Platz und die Sitze hatten keine Lehne. Unsere Frage, ob wir nicht an einem anderen Tisch Platz nehmen könnten, wurde barsch abgebügelt - alle Tische wären reserviert. Wir schlugen vor, dass wir vorübergehend an einem größeren Tisch sitzen könnten und dann an den kleinen Tisch weichen würden, sobald der Größere benötigt wird. Aber auch war keine Option. Als wir nach fast 3 Stunden gegangen sind, waren immer noch die Hälfte aller Tische frei. Darauf hin angesprochen wurden wir angeraunzt, dass die Reservierungen nicht erschienen sind und sie das ja nicht wissen konnten. Für die Unfreundlichkeit und den fruchtbaren Platz nur 1 Stern. Das Essen gibt 3 Sterne. Gesamt leider nur 2 Sterne - und ich werde sicher nicht wieder kommen.

Sehr gutes Essen in rustikalem Ambiente bei typisch spanischer Bewirtung.

Wie immer sehr gutes Essen und entspannte Atmosphäre. Heute habe ich die beste gegrillte Brasse meines Lebens gegessen. Sehr, sehr lecker. Seit 35 Jahren gehe ich hier unregelmäßig essen und bin wie immer sehr angetan. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

We were seated quickly on a Saturday night without a reservation. This was our first Spanish restaurant as a family. We loved the Paella! Such a variety of seafood and perfectly cooked rice. The Albondigas were yummy and the sauce was devine. Sangria was served in a water glass and on the sweet side, but still refreshing.

Super Tapas, einfache, sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre

Süßes uriges spanisches Restaurant mit typischen leckeren Spezialitäten. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr nettes Team. Besonders hervorzuheben Sara aus Kolumbien und Sunny, der trotz Stress sehr engagiert, souverän und mit Spaß seine Gäste bedient. Reservierung empfohlen.

Lahm war zäh und nicht wirklich gut. Die Dorade war gut. Service war freundlich, jedoch unorganisiert. Lange Wartezeit….

Bissl stammkneipemässig, lecker Essen

- wir waren zu zweit essen und haben ca. 70,- Euro ausgegeben - die Tapas kosten ca. 5,- bis 9,- Euro - Tapas, wo Preis/Leistung überhaupt nicht stimmen: Lamm: es war nur Soße drin, kein Fleisch Tintenfischringe: 3-4 Stück Meeresfrüchtesalat: viel zu wenig für den Preis (ca. 9,- Euro) - diese Tapas waren o.k. Hackbällchen: sehr lecker, Portion war o.k. Datteln im Speckmantel: allles gut Patatas bravas: alles gut - Hauptgerichte: Leber und Nieren waren lecker und Portionen waren o.k.

Gemütlicher Abend mit sehr gutem Essen. Leider war schon alles voll an einem Samstag Abend. Aber ein Platz an der Bar wurde mir dennoch angeboten. Ich hab mir einige Tapas ausgesucht zb Hähnchen in einer estragon Soße mit schaumhäubchen, die grünen Peperoni waren seeeehr gut, Champignons und Gambas in einer zitronenspoße. Es war alles super lecker. An der Bar bekommt man auch einiges mit, bester Platz im Restaurant! Man isst mitten im Geschehen ☺️ Kleines gemütliches Restaurant das sichtlich schon einiges erlebt hat. Genau darum hab mich super wohl gefühlt es war nicht Stock steif dennoch konnte ich hier super gutes Essen genießen - toller Abend. Den ich gleich am nächsten Tag wiederholt hab, leider an einem Tisch - an der Bar war es viel schöner hat sich wohl rumgesprochen denn die war voll👌 😊 Das restaurant gibt es schon seit 40 Jahren - Verdient würde ich sagen - ich komme wieder👌 ein neuer Lieblingsplatz🥰

Netter Versuch einen Klassiker wieder zu beleben. Leider war die Küche wohl noch nie in Spanien - das was da gekocht wird kann jede Hausfrauen und jeder Hausmann mit einem guten Kochbuch besser. Dass die Hauptspeise quasi gleichzeitig mit den Tapas kam wurde mit der Überlassung der Küche entschuldigt - kein Kommentar meinerseits.

Il ristorante si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Da segnalare la strana gestione dei tavoli da parte del titolare. Innanzitutto non prende prenotazioni per due... Arriviamo alle 20:30,locale semivuoto e chiediamo un tavolo e ci fa sedere nel tavolo più piccolo del locale (si ordinano tapas, quindi lo spazio serve....). Pensiamo che gli altri siano prenotati, invece quando ce ne andiamo, ormai quasi in orario di chiusura, non è arrivato nessuno... Visto orario e ampissima disponibilità di tavoli poteva farci sedere meglio. Cameriera giovane e un po' emozionata e sbadata, ma si può perdonare. Ordiniamo dei piatti e ben 2 non disponibili... Abbiamo preso come tapas: -spiedini di gamberetti (quasi crudi) -involtini di zucchine, passabili -insalata di mare, povera -gamberi all'aglio, passabili Come piatto principale: -calamaro grigliato, buono ma forse 30 grammi in tutto. Insalata di accompagnamento scondita. -frittura mista di pesce, questa veramente buona ed abbondante. Se venite qui e prendete solo questa, ve lo consiglio. Sangria? Costosa e poco saporita. Infatti la fanno sul momento aggiungendo zucchero e frutta sciroppata a del vino di serie C, in questo modo il vino non prende sapore. Spesa totale 65€, sarebbero ok con servizio e cibo migliore. Consiglio di venire qui solo se partite con l'idea di ordinare la frittura mista.

Erster Besuch uuunnnddd wir kommen wieder. Gutes Angebot an Tapas (nicht zu viele; gefällt mir) und andere Speisen. Preis / Leistung ist hier super. Wir haben zu dritt 65 Euro inkl Trinkgeld bezahlt (Softdrinks, Espresso und eine Nachspeise). Essen war sehr lecker. Auch das Dessert (Crema Catalana) war wie man es kennt und mag. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir sind draußen gesessen - an der Tübinger Straße / Marienplatz. Per se nicht mein Ding und es gibt schönere Ecken (daher in Gedanken ein Punkt Abzug). Hier kann das Restaurant per se nichts. Auf der anderen Seite konnte man so draußen sitzen..

Von den angebotenen Getränken schmeckten der weiße Hauswein, Carajillo und Anislikör. Die Tapas Chorizo, Datteln im Speckmantel und Garnelenspieß sowie Aioli und Brot überzeugten. Die Zubereitung ist durchaus eigen, aber gelungen. Die Einrichtung ist eingelebt und gemütlich. Der Service ist freundlich. Zahlung mit Girocard ist möglich, jedoch nicht mit Kreditkarten. Ich komme gerne wieder !

Klassiker. Gibts schon ewig, das sieht man dem Lokal deutlich an. Die Karte ist einfach, aber gut: leckere Tapas, gute Hausweine, urige Atmosphäre: ein down-to-earth Spanier. Tipp!

I recently visited Casamuu again - where I had spent many an evening, when I studied in Stuttgart, way back in the early eighties! The food is still great, the service friendlier than then - and prices are moderate. Unfortunately - my one-time favourite, "Pallo al ajillo" is no longer crispy-fried - only cooked. And rather tasteless! But the tapas are really good - at least those that I had!

Found this purely by chance place was buzzing and had a great vibe. The seafood we ordered was good and fresh which we had with a couple of nice German beers, it was reasonably priced starter and main course with a couple of beers came to around €55 ..... not bad for Stuttgart

Very good Spanish and Mediterranean food. Service very pleasant and atmosphere very cosy and nice. This is a restaurant as it's supposed to be. Nothing super fancy but very good food and nice service and atmosphere.

Friendly staff, I just went here for a beer but I had a good feeling. Sometimes a smile it's much better than many other fancy and posh things :-)

Visited early evening in February. The staff was very friendly and nice, which is something I don't find too often in Stuttgart. We ordered the paella for two. It was really nice but the portion size could have been bigger. Atmosphere was nice. Very quiet when we came in because it was still early evening (around 16:00). Didn't try the tapas but am definitely planning on going back and trying them out :)

We found this little gem just a block or so from our hotel, the Radisson Park Inn, strictly by chance. Our feet hurt from all the walking we had done earlier in the day and we just popped in! We loved the tapas and were ready for a change from the usual German cuisine. Glasses of Rioja wine made the meal even more enjoyable. We topped the meal off with a glass of grappa. Would certainly recommend it .

After being turned away from other restaurants because they were full on the Saturday night or because they didn’t look so nice inside, hunger alerted us to what should’ve been a Spanish restaurant with Spanish on the door and on the menu, but no one could speak it inside. Although we did our best to find out why the restaurant was Spanish in writing only, the noise level was very high. We asked the server to send us the owner, who then explained the complicated history of the restaurant with old and new cooks and changes in management and encouraged us to try the patatas bravas and the boquerones, neither of which was very good: the potatoes were greasy and the anchovies tasted fresh from the jar. Since this restaurant also didn’t accept credit cards, we decided to keep looking and not to believe what you can read on the doors of Spanish restaurants in Stuttgart.

All I need are tapas. I cannot recommend any main dishes, because I could not skip all the delicious tapas. :-)

A lovely, quiet and cosy restaurant with excellent food and service. Although it's a bit cramped and dark, the noise levels are low enough and the environment pleasant enough to have a nice chat with friends. The prices are very reasonable. The staff are also friendly and attentive.
