Disorganized and completely overwhelmed with simple ordering. Not again...

We chose this restaurant because of its waterfront ambiance. The interior is beautiful and comfortable. We were served by a friendly but very inexperienced waiter who had no professional support. A dip was left out of my order, which wasn't a big deal. However, I was then presented with a tube of mayonnaise and asked to use it myself. I ordered the Wiener Schnitzel with fries. It came with Hela spiced ketchup. The schnitzel looked good, but it was overlapping in some places and was cold there. The fries weren't even lukewarm; some were still raw. With the other orders, I noticed that the wheat bread was always served without a crown.
