Rice doesn't taste like rice...

Quite ok, food decent, nothing special.

On the last two visits the food came cold (after about half an hour), the dishes were mixed up and the duck meat had an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, the quality of the service has clearly deteriorated. For these reasons I simply cannot recommend the restaurant.

I just been there, and after 20 minutes that I left the shop, I noticed that I don't find my house key so I called the restaurant, and a man answers me than I started to explain that I lost the key and of he can check if my key are there. Than the man just in rude way (because he doesn't speak English) start to scream as an Eagle and close the phone in rude way on my face) I'll never go there again. Maybe just yo check if the key are there.

Very unfriendly staff! Were completely ignored at first, only the 3rd came to our table. This while only 3 tables were occupied. Cheap for drinks, but next time I'll pay a little more!

We had a large noodle soup with beef, it was a bit too much glutamate for me - salty. Beef with red curry - a bit too oily, jasmine tea good

A relatively simple, cheap but also good Vietnamese dish. Large selection. The taste of the food is very good. The quality is also good. It's always a pleasure to come back.

Great value for money!!! Had a beef dish with rice. It was awesome for the price. Very nice and attentive service. I'll be eating there again on August 12th. because I'm back in the PEP shopping center. To recommend to everyone. However, I don't understand the bad reviews because I had a very good experience. The food was okay, there is a daily menu that offers cheaper dishes all day, probably smaller portions than usual. For me there wasn't enough barbecue sauce on such a daily menu (M41). My brother had more sauce with M1. It's very annoying that you can only pay with a Girocard! Credit cards and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa,…) do not work. There is a bank next to it and Commerzbank actually takes credit cards and debit, but if you don't want to handle cash, that's annoying. It wasn't really understood why we found this rather disturbing. Not accepting credit cards or debit cards in 2024 is not really up to date! Supposedly it's the device, but in reality it's more the contract. Especially since nowadays even an iPhone can be used for credit card payments!

Very good food at a great price

This is our favorite restaurant and we go here several times a week! No matter what food you order here, it's always delicious! Edit: The first picture is SP 26 - “Happy Topf” and it has all sorts of meats in there and the sauce is awesome! This is my personal favorite 💯

We came here with our son in June 2024. The location was crucial for us. After a long journey we just wanted to have something for dinner. The service was ok, could have been a little faster. The offer was diverse and quite a challenge. Special requests are well taken into account and this was very relaxing, especially for people with intestinal problems. The food was prepared quickly and served sensibly. It was rich and very tasty. In any case, you don't have to worry about whether you'll be full. There was a wide selection of drinks. The price was very moderate for Munich. You can really recommend the restaurant.

The food is good and cheap. However, the store is very dirty and unkempt.

Without a doubt my favourite Asian Restaurant in Munich and Bayern. The food here is delicious and the portions really generous. On top of that, the prices are very decent. The ambience and service are passable too. The place deserves additional brownie points for its location.

Ordered a platter for 2 “Family Happiness” and received it relatively quickly. Service was very good, I also really like the atmosphere. Our son needs his wheelchair from time to time and it was no problem at all to park it in the restaurant. Only one star was deducted for the food because the sauce could be spicier! Meat, fish, rice, vegetables all very good! The soup is absolutely great!

The interior is extremely outdated and the staff, especially the females, are neither interested in their job nor in you. We found 4 pieces of chicken in the vegetarian meal and of course complained. The lady then said why, there is only a little chicken... everything is clear, so our mistake. 🥹 Judging by the taste, our cola was probably from Aldi and was non-carbonated. Ice cubes were only brought under a death-punishing stare. The food didn't come to the table at the same time; if there were 5 people, the last person got their food after the first had already had dessert. There is no need to say more at this point.

Best Restaurant nearby for Pho or BunBo. we really love coming here and getting some good Asian food. The service can seem cold sometimes but they get the job done well and serve you very fast

🍜 A long long time ago I was here at AN MINH Restaurant. It's probably been 25 years, not exaggeratedly :) Almost everything is still the same. The food tastes okay. It's just a shame that the meat (both chicken and ring) isn't cooked well. Chicken meat is still quite white. But otherwise everything is fine. Also the prices (they are in the middle range). Poor cuisine Nothing Vietnamese Rude staff

Small restaurant with friendly service and a good selection of food. The food is good quality and inexpensive. Unfortunately, the furnishings are getting old and the ambience spoils the stay.

The bill only comes in the form of a piece of paper, despite the good taste I won't be coming back.

Fazit: FURCHTBAR Qualität des Essens war sehr schlecht. Die Tischdecke war voller Flecken, das Lokal ist schmuddelig. Gut, dass der Gast nicht in die Küche schaut. Auf Reklamationen wurde sehr unfreundlich reagiert. Man hat den Eindruck, man wird hier abgezockt. Wir hatten Ente bestellt.....an den Tisch kamen undefinierbare braune Fleischbrocken. Diese schmeckten weder knusprig und waren ungenießbar . Dieses Lokal ist NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN.

The Pho was very tasty and the sweet and sour soup “…Tom” was made with fresh mushrooms. Both with fresh coriander and a slight remaining spiciness. The service is always friendly, the atmosphere is rather old-fashioned but still cozy. The prices are moderate. All in all, the food tastes fresh and delicious, so I recommend it

I give 5 stars although I still have a few criticism points and that would actually just be that it was finally time for a renovation and refreshing, new plates, cutlery, new life in the interior then the ambience would be much nicer and better

Sehr große Auswahl an verschiedene Gerichte. Auch für Vegetarier. Die Preise sind wirklich gut und die Portionen sind groß. Sowohl im Restaurant,als zum Mitnehmen. Hat durchgehende warme Küche bis ca.21:00 Uhr . Gerne wieder

4 Sterne wegen Essen weil das sehr lecker ist, sonst kann die Bedienung sich ein wenig mehr mühe machen. Komme mir oft vor wie ein unerwünschten Gast, aber das essen ist der hammer, sowie preis Leistung toll.

We visited for an evening meal as we were staying in the hotel opposite. The waitress noticed us using Google translate and brought us English menus without asking, which was a lovely touch. The food was delicious and service was fast, I had chicken with pineapple and rice which was delicious. we were in and out within an hour. The only thing that was a bit disappointing (but probably us not realising) and has been mentioned previously is that payment is not the easiest thing as many cards are not accepted, my partner had to go over to the cash point over the (very icy) precinct for us to pay with cash.

Food was really good, service was ok, there was a slight language barrier on both sides. Would have preferred to be told they only took German cards and cash when ordering, as had to run to the cash point across the road to get cash to pay

A fuir!!!! Accueil à la limite du correct. 10 minutes avant la fermeture, soit 21h20, on nous demande de payer et partir alors que nous avons juste fini le plat, donc pas de déssert… et pour finir ce restaurant ne prends ni les cartes Visa no les mastercard! Only cash!!! Sans oublier que personne ne parle anglais, évidemment…

Das Personal in diesem Restaurant ist an Unhöflichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Kein Hallo und kein Auf Wiedersehen. Die Bestellung wird emotionslos aufgenommen. Nach fast 30 Minuten Wartezeit machte ich die Kellnerin darauf aufmerksam dass mein Essen noch immer nicht da ist. Man stellte fest, dass man vergessen hatte die Bestellung in die Küche weiter zu geben. Keinerlei Entschuldigung oder sonstiges. Zwei Sterne gibt es weil das Essen wenigstens in Ordnung war doch wie ich finde etwas wenig von der Portion her. Betrifft das Mittag essen.

Das Essen in diesem langjährigen Restaurant war leider alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Trotz meiner Erinnerungen an leckere Familienmahlzeiten aus meiner Kindheit konnte die aktuelle Erfahrung nicht mithalten. Vom Start weg wirkte das Personal eher geschäftsmäßig als freundlich. Eine einfache Bestellung einer großen Wasserflasche endete in einer kleinen, was definitiv nicht dem erwarteten Service entspricht. Die Ente mit Pilzen und Bambus, speziell nach einer medium-gebratenen Ente gefragt, entpuppte sich als Desaster. Das Essen kam viel zu schnell, was darauf hindeutet, dass es bereits vorbereitet war. Die Ente war weder medium noch knusprig, sondern einfach matschig, die Konsistenz enttäuschte schlichtweg. Die Reaktion auf meine Beschwerde war nicht besser. Mir wurde mit einem Lächeln gesagt, dass Änderungen nicht möglich seien, (allerdings nicht so freundlich-mangels deutsch Kenntnisse) da das Essen bereits fertig sei. Auf der Karte stand "Gebratene Ente", aber geliefert wurde frittierte Ente mit einem enttäuschenden Geschmack. Die Shitakepilze aus dem Glas hatten mehr Biss, und die Soße schmeckte wie eine einfache Fertigsoße – überwürzt und wenig ansprechend. Auch war das Essen nicht schön angerichtet… Die Enttäuschung setzte sich fort, als ich darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass das Restaurant in 15 Minuten schließen würde, während noch Essen auf meinem Teller lag. Innerhalb von fünf Minuten wurden die Stühle lautstark gegen den Tisch gerückt, die Lichter gedimmt, und das Personal schien sich mehr auf den Feierabend zu Konzentrieren, als auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis, das eher an Massenabfertigung als an Gastfreundschaft und Restaurant erinnert. Andere Gäste etwa 6 Leute zu der Zeit (21:20 hatten teils noch mehr als halbvolle Getränke, Sie wurden „gebeten“ zugehen in dem man Ihnen kleine Kaffeebecher aus Pappe hinstellte und gesagt wurde, „Sie jetzt zahlen, wir Feierabend“

Das Essen und die Kellner ist alles Top. Ich finde es traurig nur dass keine Musik im Restaurant läuft. Typische Vietnamesische Musik für das Ambiente. Man würde sich aufjedenfall für Musik freuen. Chèo. Tuồng. Quan họ Ca trù Nhã nhạc. Xẩm. Hát chầu văn. Đờn ca tài tử Etc

Schade, dass so viele Bettler im Aussenbereich beim Essen stören.

Leichte verständigungs schwierig keiten

Waren heute zum Mittagessen essen war geschmacklich gut aber Bedienung schon am Mittag unfreundlich waren Abends noch einmal zum Abendessen essen erneut gut aber so was von unfreundlich hab ich noch nie erlebt hatten schon bezahlt da kommt sie mit Rechnung 10 min Feierabend keine Entschuldigung und gar nix kennen uns aus da meine Frau ebenfalls Asiatin ist nie mehr wieder mfg ihr Kunde ..........HP

Gutes vietnamesisches Restaurant im PEP. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Der männliche Kellner war auch sehr nett. Leider war aber die Kellnerin extrem unfreundlich, daher auch "nur" 4 Sterne.

Wir gehen schon seit über 20 Jahren hier essen. Das Essen ist immer frisch und sehr lecker.

Das Essen (v.a. die Gerichte mit Ente) sind für den Preis mega gut. Ja, der Service ist oft sehr "kalt" und das Ambiente wirklich altmodisch, aber irgendwie passt das für mich alles zusammen. Die Leute ziehen seit Jahrzehnten ihr Ding durch und halten die Preise niedrig. Ist mir lieber als künstliche Freundlichkeit zu überzogenen Preisen. Sozusagen der Gegenansatz zu Schwabing.

The food was very good, we’ve had crispy chicken, it was delicious. The waiter was nice and kind. The only problem is about the payment. At the end of our dinner we asked for the bill to pay: we’ve been told only at the end that they just accept payment by cash or by “German” cards since they don’t accept visa or Mastercard…that’s really weird, probably it’s the only restaurant in the European community where Visa and Mastercard are not accepted…only German cards????!!!!???? Anyway I was forced to go to the nearby ATM to take money (since I’m not from Germany I also had to pay international commission) and I could pay. I expected to be informed immediately after I sat in the restaurant, soon after I asked for an English menu since I’m not German and probably I’m not supposed to know the “only German cards accepted” policy of the restaurant…

Für eine Stärkung nach einem langen Einkaufsbummel jederzeit zum empfehlen. Viel Auswahl und Preise im Rahmen.

A casual dining place & food was not bad. Food portion is decent. They hire Viet waitresses & could not speak basic English but service was not bad.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Service okay, passend zur Einrichtung, zweckmäßig ohne zu glänzen. Aber das Essen ist gut, wenn auch die Portionen früher schon größer waren. Dafür ist jetzt der Preis höher...

Essen und Getränke waren gut und auch faire Preise. Das Servicepersonal verdient seinen Namen allerdings nicht, einfach nur unfreundlich. Das Ambiente ist verbesserungsfähig. Uns wurde um 21.20 Uhr die Rechnung auf den Tisch geknallt, mit dem Hinweis: wir schliessen in 10 Minuten...ohne Worte!
