No toppings on the M9 pizza. It wasn't cut the way I wanted either. I waited over an hour, and then this happened. When I called, they told me the same story twice, and after 20 minutes, they still didn't deliver a replacement. I wouldn't recommend it. And on the second call, the customer is laughed at. He says he can bring the pizza over...

One star deducted because you can't eat in, even though tables are set up and it used to be possible. The food is amazing, though, and the staff are all very friendly. The prices are very good.

We've been ordering from there for about three years. The quality has always been consistently good, and the prices are quite reasonable compared to other pizzerias. The value for money is excellent!

Well, we've actually been regular customers for a few years now, and yes, everything is getting more expensive, that's fine. But I've been ordering baguettes from there for a long time, it always cost 4.50 euros, now it's 6.00 euros, and everything is still fine. I've had baguettes twice in a row, they were much smaller and there was no cheese on them, just salad and remoulade in my mouth. I'm really angry, it's a disgrace, honestly. If you think you can keep customers this way, fine, but not with me. That was the last time, I won't pay 6.00 euros for a baguette for salad and sauce, it's a joke.

INSECTS! For my conscience I share this… There were several in my fries... Sensor? Limbs? One or more insects... I fished two out of the fries for the photo, but there were more... I have no idea how many I ate 😭

Since the first price increase, savings have also been made with the quantity and packaging of potato wedges, fries, toppings for pizzas, baguettes. After the second price increase it was said that there would be no further price increase. Now there was the 3rd increase. Absolutely cheeky and criticism is welcomed. Driver also rude. Just deduct more tips. And still denies everything. Little tip. The store should also be checked for hygiene... Freshness looks different Good by after over 20 years

Today we ordered two pizzas with hollondaise sauce, but somehow the pizzas were so dry that we couldn't eat them. Have ordered several times but today it was really really bad.

The food was OK, but the service was just rude. We got the wrong size and were yelled at on the phone. The delivery was 15-25 minutes late and there was no apology. I was absolutely disappointed.

Absolutely awesome shop. I can highly recommend the baguettes. Extra requests will be taken into account. Still amazing, just delicious! Totally nice drivers and the delivery time is unbeatable! Live nearby but our complete order is still there in 20-30 minutes. It doesn't get any better!

Doesn't taste good and is unfriendly

Had food delivered to us. I had spare ribs and chicken wings. Seriously? The spare ribs were so tough, not a pleasure to eat. If there was even meat to nibble on at all. And the small amount for just under 8 euros is a disgrace. At least in this quality. If only they had been tender, but as it was they were inedible. Chicken wings were nothing special either, taste neutral. The casseroles, which were supposed to be two different ones, tasted the same. I don't understand why you don't want to be a little proud of your food and put in the effort. But here it's just a matter of getting the cheapest quality quickly.

Meiner Meinung nach die beste Pizzeria die ich kenne. Alles was ich dort bisher gegessen habe war sehr lecker. Essen wird sehr schnell angefertigt und schmeckt immer gut 👍🏻

Leider keinen "Hallo" beim Betreten des Ladens, desweiteren kein "Essen vor Ort". Sehr ärgerlich,da auf der Homepage nichts vermerkt ist, im Gegenteil, sogar mit dem Ambiente geworben wird. Sind dann mit 4 Personen woanders hingefahren.

Super lecker und schnell sind sie auch noch eigentlich 5 Sterne allerdings liefern sie nicht bis zu uns deshalb ein Stern Abzug da die Konkurrenz in der Nähe den Weg fährt trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben gerade bestellt. Ich kann die negativen Kommentare nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Der junge Mann am Telefon war sehr nett. Unsere Schnitzel kamen früher als in der angegebenen Zeit. Das Essen war wie immer lecker und heiß. Die Röstkartoffeln waren nicht mehr so dolle, allerdings war uns das aufgrund der Lieferung klar. Der Lieferant war wirklich ebenfalls sehr sympathisch. Da gebe ich sehr gerne Trinkgeld. Bis zum nächsten Mal, gerne wieder. Viele liebe Grüße

Eigentlich voll gut aber dass man jetzt 1€ mehr bezahlt und die Pizzabrötchen beim Auflauf dennoch wegfallen finde ich sehr bescheiden.

Immer gerne wieder Nudeln sehr lecker und schnelle Lieferung bei Vorbestellungen

Über eine Stunde warten für 2 Salate und kalte Pommes. Naja vielleicht doch nichtmehr das was es mal war.

Super leckere MEGA Pizza mit Schinken, Champions, Tunfisch und Salami für den ganz großen Hunger! Allein so gut wie nicht zu schaffen. Aber immer wieder gern!

Ich find das ist einer der besten Pizzeria den es in Bergkamen gibt, es schmeckt einfach gut. Die American Pizzeria kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Morgen Leute! Ich habe heute das letzte mal bei der Bude was geholt! Die Pizzen waren überhaupt nicht gut ,mehr schon wiederlich , die Thunfisch war so wiederlich,die hat nach alten gammelfisch geschmeckt! Die anderen hab nach nichts geschmeckt! Das ist wenn man andere Produkte nimmt die nicht so teuer ist ,und meint es ist alles gut! Ich werde da nichts mehr holen ,dann lieber ein Euro mehr ausgeben und man hat was leckeres von einer anderen Pizzeria!
