Asian fusion cuisine with a focus on sushi. By the way, they are awesome! Japan is mixed with South American chimmichurry and it tastes sensational. Recommendation!👍

A wide variety of Asian dishes, not limited to a specific country ("pan-Asian"). Large selection of sushi. I'm not a big fan of sushi myself and so I tried various other dishes including starters. Everything was very tasty, beautifully prepared and fresh. Service seems a bit disorganized and varies between the individual service staff from "attentive and friendly" to "okay". There is still room for improvement here. The interior and exterior of Carrara Square are very beautiful.

best sushi in the wide area, we drove an extra 60 km to eat there and didn't regret it, we were welcomed very nicely, got our food very quickly, as a starter we had Sate Classic and Vegi Gyoza, that was a poem, Afterwards we had Umi and Amaya for 2, which was the best sushi we had ever eaten, for dessert we ordered Coco Balls and Mochi, which was a real taste explosion, and to drink we had the really delicious homemade lemonade and a large one Bottle of water, all three of us were absolutely full, and we haven't eaten so well for a long time and at a really reasonable price, the conditions were all very nice and attentive, the restaurant was very clean, all in all, thanks to Amayas, it was finally possible again A really successful evening, the long journey was worth it and we will definitely go there more often to eat. Thanks again to the whole Amayas team, but especially to the chefs who conjure up a really great meal and know their job.

Best sushi I've ever eaten! Super nice and attentive staff, food comes VERY quickly. Drinks are super delicious, don't even get me started on the sushi - it's a DREAM! The crispy breading is just right: not too little but not too much either. It's great to sit outside in the summer☀️ You can also sit really well inside, there's also a larger table for groups etc. Awesome, can only be recommended!

There were 6 people eating in the beautiful outdoor area. Starter and main course (sushi) were damn tasty. Big compliments to the kitchen and the friendly service, specifically to Norbert :) We'll be back 🤗

When I was looking for a Thai restaurant in Ingolstadt, Amaya (among others) was suggested to me by Google. The address was Mauthstrasse 8. Attention: the restaurant is in the rear building, if you stand directly in front of it on Mauthstrasse you won't see it, please go around the outside. Thanks to the great summer weather, the beautiful guest garden was also open and I was lucky to get a spot. When you read the menu you realize that you haven't ended up with a real Thai, even though some of the dishes have echoes of the original names. But it also says on the menu that it is fusion cuisine. In principle I have no objection to that if you combine the best of different things. In my opinion, that hasn't really been achieved here. At least not with the three dishes I ordered: sashimi salad (which was comparatively the best), chicken sate: unmarinated, simply dry fried chicken breast with peanut sauce and Bangkok Morning: spicy duck breast with lime dressing. I have also had this dish prepared much better in many restaurants. Even without a merger... So you can go there, you can get fusion Asian food, it's definitely not great. I recommend that chefs try eating unfused original food in Thailand. The waiters were nice, I didn't see the atmosphere inside. And another criticism: if you order two hot dishes and one cold one, it would be cheap if you didn't get everything together...

Asian is my favorite food and I have to say without exaggeration that it is definitely the tastiest Asian restaurant I have been to. There is extremely good and fresh quality here at a good price. Highly recommended!!!!!

Oh well. It may be intended as a special eye-catcher, but the green salad didn't really taste good in the Thai Red Curry and I miss the connection to Thai cuisine. The ambience outside in the garden under the trees was nice.

Got serviced after half an hour. Got some of our food half an hour later But nothing to eat it with. 5 min later cutlery. 5 min later drinks 10 min later the rest of the food But: Everything very delicious. As always. But instead of 90-100 seats they should aim for 50-60 so that the very kind and capable staff can actually do their job well. Kitchen, bar and service all where overwhelmed by the guest amount. It’s our third time with the same experience, time for a review to maybe get the owners attention.

Vietnamese food tastes very good, but the sushi has just as little in common with Japanese sushi as Italian pizza from the Pakistani delivery service. But the prices are quite reasonable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. But a single visit is enough.

Even though I joined my group a little later, food came very quickly. Whether simply Asian or sushi, everything convinced me. Ambiance could be a bit quieter, it's difficult to talk to people further than your neighbor. There are certainly options to reduce the conversation level through insulation or partitions.

A very modern sushi place. I'm not a big sushi specialist but I know what I like, and I liked this sushi. We were 3 friends, we ordered an Amaya sushi board and a ramen but without soup (note that the menu said ramen). The sushi board was all good, especially the sashimi and the dragon roll. The second tempered one, very well finished with a sauce that I didn't know what it was but that added flavor without eating the rest and the play of textures of the shrimp with gabardine that was very pleasant to the palate. The sashimi, the best, melted in your mouth, you didn't even need to dip it in soy, both the tuna and salmon had impressive quality. As for the "ramen", the truth is that I didn't try it, my friend who ordered it told me that it was very very good, but that it wasn't ramen. I forgot to say that for dessert we ordered Mochis and sesame ice cream, the Mochis seem frozen with ice cream inside and the sesame ice cream... is for schist palates... (It looks like cardboard to me). In short, a very modern sushi place with a calm atmosphere and good quality fish.

It was a really nice and, above all, tasty evening! The menu selection is wide and very varied. The drinks are also very tasty and authentic. The service is great, but I have two things to complain about. The walls would have to be replaced at some point, especially since the plaster was falling off in some places. Another point is that you don't necessarily have to transfer the sauces from the bucket into the bottles to the customers.

There were three of us there. Beautiful and attractive location. I like it very much. The service was friendly, courteous and very quick. The Amaya Refreshers are very tasty. Unfortunately the food wasn't as good as the rest. Starter: Vegi Gyoza = rather boring in terms of taste. Chili orange sauce very tasty. Tori Kaarage = Unfortunately not a highlight either. Agedashi Tofu = Nice consistency. Unfortunately pretty tasteless. Teriyaki sauce is more like one simple soy sauce. Raikiri = Here too. Very tasty boring. The chicken strips are OK. The wasabi sauce is, however a real disappointment. Tastes very bland. Has no buzz at all. Taste and consistency, almost like Milk with a bit of horseradish. Crunchy Roll Vegi Crunchy = Very tasty. In my opinion, the kitchen just needs to be a little more daring, then it would be possible to do a lot more.

Since we reserved a table and had to wait 10 minutes, we were immediately brought a glass of water as compensation. Service 10 out of 10 Food was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommended

Tolle Location, freundlicher, schneller und aufmerksamer Service, tolle Speisen und Getränkeauswahl. Gerichte ansprechend angerichtet und Sushi super frisch sowie sehr lecker. Es war zwar der erste Besuch aber definitiv nicht der letzte. Restaurant absolut zu empfehlen. Besser vorher reservieren, da das Restaurant sehr beliebt ist und es ohne Reservierung schwierig sein könnte.

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Gang einfach nur gut. Das flambierte Lachs - Carpaccio war ein Geschmackserlebnis. Als Hauptgang hatte ich Lachssteak mit Kräutersaitling und Spargel in Teriyaki Sauce. Welches mich ebenso voll und ganz überzeugt hat. Somit kann ich dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Ich hatte Trüffel Ramen mit Tofu und habe selten so etwas leckeres gegessen. Das Personal war sehr bemüht. Wir waren an einem Donnerstag Abend. Reservieren ist Pflicht, es war alles bis auf den letzten Platz besetzt.

Großartiges Fusion-Sushi Restaurant mit immenser Auswahl an Optionen. Alle Sushis waren unglaublich gut gemacht und hübsch angerichtet. Wir hatten für eine größere Gruppe reserviert und einen schönen Tisch in einem kleinen Nebenraum bekommen. Akustisch kein Mehrwert, weil zu voll und wirklich laut, aber das ist etwas Normales. Essen und Trinken sind preislich absolut in Ordnung, wenn alles in Betracht gezogen wird: Ambiente, aufmerksamer Service, Lage des Restaurants und natürlich die Speisen und Getränke selbst. Empfehlenswert!

Schönes asiatisches Restaurant, in dem vor allem sushi Fans auf ihre Kosten kommen. Es gibt aber auch klassische Kartengerichte wie gebratene Nudeln oder Hähnchen. Reservierung wird dringend empfohlen! Preise sind sehr fair. Hauptgerichte für etwa 14€ oder einen günstigen Mittagstisch gibt es auch.

Wir waren anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstags dort (gab sogar eine kleine süße Überraschung. Danke dafür!) und auch zuvor schon einige Male. Jedes Mal war das Essen besonders lecker, das Sushi megafrisch zubereitet, von bester Qualität und sehr schön angerichtet. Die Hauskreationen an Getränken sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Der Service ist überaus zuvorkommend und schnell. Das Ambiente passt auch. Man sollte immer reservieren. Wir kommen defintiv wieder.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant was authentische und nicht die typische deutsch-asiatische Küche anbietet. Die Sushi-Karte ist wirklich sehr umfangreich und nicht nur auf wesentliche beschränkt. Es gibt ein paar Spezialitäten die man nicht überall bekommt. Wer kein Sushi mag, wird trotzdem auf der Karte fündig. Es gibt genug Auswahl an ausgezeichneten Gerichten, die bei unserer Firmenfeier auch Skeptiker der asiatischen Küche mehr als zufrieden gestellt haben. Die Preise sind dazu noch wirklich sehr günstig (Vorspeise-Sushi, ein Hauptgericht und ein Nachtisch kosten bei mir zusammen gerade mal 26 Euro ohne Getränke). Die Atmosphäre ist auch super. Man sollte aber zu den Stoßzeiten vielleicht reservieren.

Essen einfach immer wieder super. Service immer nett. Einziger kleiner negativ Punkt ist die laute Umgebung im Restaurant selbst. Denke sie könnten nen größeren Laden aufmachen, der wäre genauso jeden Abend Rand voll👍👍

Ich war an einem Freitagabend dort mit mehreren Kollegen zum Essen. Mein Tipp, bitte immer reservieren. 😊 Die Mitarbeiter im Service waren sehr aufmerksam. Es wurde immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob man noch etwas trinken möchte. Perfekt 👍🏻 Das Essen war sehr gut. Ich hatte als Vorspeise eine Misosuppe, die sehr lecker war. Als Hauptspeise dann die Sushiplatte "Amaya for 2". Ich muss sagen, egal wo ich bisher unterwegs war, habe ich immer Sushi gegessen und DAS Sushi war mit Abstand das beste Sushi, dass ich je gegessen habe. Keine Übertreibung. Das Sushi ist perfekt. 😍🍣 Der Reisanteil ist nicht zu hoch, denn man kennt es, ist zuviel Reis drin, stopft es zu sehr und der Geschmack vom Reis dominiert zu sehr. Das ist hier nicht der Fall. Alle Teile auf der Platte hatten einen perfekten Geschmack und waren mit Liebe zubereitet. 👌🏻 Auch meine Kollegen waren durchweg begeistert von dem Essen. Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen. Wir sehen uns bald wieder. 🤗

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Kroatien nach Norddeutschland und wollten zum Mittag eine Rast einlegen. Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir uns für dieses Restaurant entschieden. Eine gute Wahl! Das Restaurant ist gut gelegen. Es gibt Plätze draußen unter Bäumen. Drinnen ist es schön eingerichtet. Die Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und emsig. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden entgegenkommend erfüllt. Das Essen kam schnell und war unglaublich lecker. Die Portionen von der Mittagskarte waren günstig und machten satt. Wir freuen uns, dieses Restaurant entdeckt zu haben.

Wir lieben gutes Sushi und haben lange in München gelebt. Das Amaya kann mit den gehobenen Münchner Sushi Läden absolut mithalten. Beste Qualität und eine abwechsungsreiche, originelle Karte. Auch gute Currys und feine Vorspeisen. So oft wir können, gehen wir hier essen. Sehr freundliche, familiäre Atmosphäre und unter den Bäumen kann man dort auch sitzen.
