Very good Turkish cuisine. The meat still tastes very juicy, even when delivered. I ordered today through Ubar. Ubar canceled the order after 2 hours. System error. It was already 11:40 p.m. The order did not arrive at the restaurant. The boss still did it to me. I've never experienced it anywhere. Otherwise I would go to bed hungry. Now I come more often. Thank you very much

The waiter was rude and I saw insects in the food. It is a no go for me.

Today we went to Altin Sofra for dinner as a family. We found insects in the food (lamb skewer and salad plate). The waiter took the food back. We waited for a very long time and expected him to bring us a replacement. After about 20-30 minutes nothing came back. We spoke to the waiter. He wanted us to pay for the meal in full. No apologies, no food... A very bad service.. never again!

Can really only recommend it to people who are on the verge of starvation!!! Ate at many Turkish restaurants but this one was really very bad. Lahmacun was a disaster covered only in tomatoes and garlic, Flesh was more like the sole of a shoe. Service is very motivated, “irony off” and courteous.

Ordered kebab box with additional salad. At home I noticed there was no salad or sauce even though that was on the menu. It doesn't work at all. Way too dry to eat.

The restaurant was recommended to me for a date two years ago. We went and were there as a family for the second time the day before yesterday. We got a table near the door both times, when it's open, which it was last time, it's pretty cold, I had to get up and close it. Unfortunately, all the tables we would have liked were occupied or still dirty and not cleared. The waitresses are friendly but not particularly attentive and the service is not the fastest either. By the time someone came, we had already been sitting at the table for 10 minutes. I had to complain about my dish because it was delivered without rice, even though I ordered it separately, and I had to say twice that I wanted to pay, whereupon I was told that needs to be done at the front. We wanted to take the leftover food with us, but didn't get it and left without it after the waitress got lost and forgot what we ordered and I had to repeat it twice. The food itself is really tasty, but I've also had better Turkish food. Prices absolutely okay. It's very busy at lunchtime and evening and correspondingly loud. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant as a date as it's not particularly visually appealing, it's not a really nice ambience, but it's not bad either. The bus keeps rushing past, which unfortunately makes it even louder. So all in all mediocre. The food doesn't need to be improved, but the service does.

Went for dinner today with my husband and children between 7:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The food was tasty but unfortunately the service was not good. We would have to order more cutlery for our children (for soup). Had to get bread yourself. We ordered grilled plates and didn't receive any plates so we had to get them ourselves. My daughter is 1 year old and got a child seat and had to clean it myself.

I went out to eat with the family, we've been there a few times already. The service is very bad, we had to get our food, bread cutlery and plates ourselves, no one cared about what the tables looked like. The food tasted very good but there was a lot of potential for improvement.

Today the numbers have obviously gone down so much, for what reason? Just because a few euros more were needed? Yes, you have it for a few weeks until everything falls away and never goes back to the way it was! Unfortunately, this is how the story of greedy business owners often ends. So happy to always be there and always eat for at least €50-60 (2 people). Keşke böyle bitmeseydi muhabbetimiz.. Yazık ettiniz. Yolunuz yinede açık olsun.

Food was really good, delicious 😋 But the service was not, they are nice but don't come quickly. The atmosphere is also ok, but they really have to remember to clean everything, clean the table and seats, clean toilet that is ventilated and has a better smell. I would recommend the cleanliness and nice decoration etc.

Very lackluster service, no hello, please or thank you. When asked, people would whisper quietly to themselves, and repeat orders would be forgotten or ignored. You would have the feeling that you were disturbing. The minced lamb skewer was a bit dry, nothing special, the portion was relatively small and the price was very high! Quality of meat not good. The fact that at the end you were asked in an annoyed and unfriendly manner what you had was the crowning glory. If I could give zero stars I would, I will never eat there again!

Service very poor, portions too small for the price. Very long waiting times. The waitress doesn't know their own menu and orders are often forgotten.

The Ayran was super tasty, absolutely recommended. The pizza was good too. The rest of the food, however, was far too expensive, small portions and there was no salad in the dürüm. Taste ok. Price-performance ratio was not satisfactory.

The restaurant wasn't even very busy and we still waited an hour for our food. When we asked where our food was, the staff responded in a really unfriendly and incompetent manner. If it were possible, I wouldn't even give it a star. You don't even get the food served as it is on the menu. It was the last time I ate there. Not recommended.

Food is very good, service needs improvement. Things are constantly being forgotten or mixed up, you are not treated very kindly or the waitress doesn't understand German.

If you like kebabs and the like, you should definitely try the food here. The restaurant is clean, big enough and the staff is courteous and friendly. The prices are good and the portions are big enough to fill you up. I like coming here.

You don't get what's on the menu after a long wait

Restaurant is simply loud and is not a pleasant experience at all. After we had to wait a long time for our food, it was served simply carelessly and cold. Employees are overwhelmed and don't understand a word. Never. again. Had ordered a Dürüm and the food was brought on a dirty plate. The food is expensive but quality is not guaranteed in any way.

I ordered for the first time today via Lieferando! Delivery was quick and the driver was very friendly! Only the food was wrong! My lahmacun was tasty but cold, the pizza was too salty and the tripe soup for my father didn't have a single piece of tripe in it. I'm really disappointed!

So we ordered a pizza from you today, kuddelsuppe lamacuc. I have to be honest and say that I have never had anything like this with the kuddelsuppe. True, not one in it, but beef, which I think is an absolute disgrace. The pizza was oversalted and not a bit spicy, not even with the paste for the lamacuc ehr was cold

Never again!!! We ordered a starter, the Mega Döner Plate and the No.78. Now all the chaos started ci. First something came that we didn't order, then the kebab plate, the meat and the fries were cold, 10 minutes later the starter number 78 had liver and pieces of meat, inedible, liver was dry and the pieces of meat, there was nothing of it Only fat can be seen in the meat. We left the food and despite complaining we paid €45. This shop should be closed.

It was really bad, I can say it was the regret of my life, I wanted to vomit what I had eaten, it was disturbing, hair was growing out of the starter, I regretted not leaving the place at that moment.

I ordered a doner sabdwich. The meat, if you can call it that, tasted like absolutely nothing. Salt was fresh. Service was friendly and quick. In retrospect, it is clear to me why it is not called kebab, because this term is protected and ensures a certain proportion of meat. Pizza was good. Prices are absolutely okay. Conclusion: You can really bend the kebab sandwich, all the other dishes are good.

Unfortunately, the quality of the kebab has deteriorated compared to before. The once delicious kebab skewer is now pure minced meat that tastes more like meat loaf than kebab meat. The grilled dishes are still very tasty.

We were visiting our relatives in Pforzheim and we went out to eat there. The food was quite good, but the service was very bad. We had to order twice because we were forgotten the first time. Then at some point our order came and there were no side dishes... My cousin ordered without onions and her food came with onions, the employee didn't care... the bill at the end was also wrong... so that wasn't any fun. You also noticed that the employees were very friendly to regular guests and took great care of them, and they didn't really care about other guests, which was a shame. Definitely not a recommendation from me.

Were there with 7 people. There was almost nothing going on. To order we had to provide the numbers from the card. Still, 4 out of 7 didn't get any food. And the one meal that was delivered was even wrong. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the store. Very strange atmosphere with strange employees.

For me Altin Sofra is the best restaurant. We have eaten there several times and also ordered for home. And it's always good. I also had a few small wishes and they were always all fulfilled. They also forgot to deliver something, I called and said so, and came specifically to deliver it. For me it wasn't a bad thing at all that they forgot something, but they also apologized for it. I'm really so excited. Would order and eat from them again and again. TOP food, TOP employees, TOP delivery and TOP friendliness and warmth. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars.

The restaurant experience was disappointing. The service was poor, from missing orders to timing irregularities in food delivery. Ordered a kebab plate and only received salt! Since there was supposedly no meat, the guests also ordered and received kebab. The inconsistencies, especially the missing orders, negatively impacted the overall experience.

Today I ordered a kebab plate with many colleagues and had to wait an hour for the food to finally be served. Additionally, the food was cold. And last but not least, a plate of kebab cost us €11.90. I'm surprised that the juice shop has 4 stars. The only person in the juice shop who made an effort was the waitress, the rest can go raise sheep.

The falafel I got here is some of the best I've ever eaten. The kebab meat was also very tasty. The fries were okay, but we had to add more salt. All dishes were very moderately priced. Unfortunately, the restaurant was very crowded and loud. When a larger group came in, we were politely asked if we minded sitting at a smaller table since there were only two of us. This table was still pretty greasy from previous guests, but was thoroughly wiped down without us having to ask. Overall, one of the best kebab shops I know.

On the way back to Stuttgart we visited this restaurant for the second time in 2 years and were very happy to be served with the same quality. The restaurant, the service and the toilets are clean. It is also very convenient in terms of parking as there is a parking lot right across the street. The portions are very large, filling and tasty. The prices are also reasonable. We didn't regret any of the menu items we tried. The staff is polite and communicative. We would like to come again.

There were 4 of us there, ordered different plates and got our food almost 45 minutes before we wanted to leave. Waiters constantly talk loudly from A to B in private, are very unfriendly, listless and when you pay you don't even get a receipt but only verbally and with an open hand waiting for money. I don't even want to start with the hygiene... disastrous. Not for families, just for men who want to gulp down something quickly.

I was there with my family, a total of 4 people. 2 adults and 2 children. As soon as we walked in, the staff looked at us strangely because they didn't feel like it... We ordered 4 doner kebab plates and waited for about 30-35 minutes even though there was a doner kebab skewer... After the meal there was no bill, just a verbal bill without a receipt. That's a no-go. Never again...

Ich war ca. 15:30Uhr mit meine Familie gesamt 4 Pers. 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 13 und 9 Jahre alt dort. Schon beim hereinlaufen haben uns die Mitarbeiter streng angeschaut warum auch immer... Wir haben 4 Dönerteller bestellt und haben ca. 30-35min gewartet obwohl Dönerspieß vorhanden... Eigentlich wollten wir schon gehen, weil wir das gefühl hatten wir STÖREN BEIM CHILLEN... Zum schluss als ich bezahlen wollte kam der mitarbeiter und nannte mir einfach ein Betrag ohne Rechnung(Quittung) vorzuzeigen also das geht mal gar nicht... Also nie wieder!

When I got my order there was more lamb than anything else and the fries were packed with the meat so you couldn't eat the fries. The fries were soggy. We have been customers at Altin Sofra for a long time and the kebab meat smells like lamb! Apparently a lot of people have complained, but nothing has improved. I wasted more than €100, Should have ordered from any pizzeria. If the quality hasn't deteriorated, I can only recommend the soup.

Sehr lecker und die Auswahl ist riesig. Zu den Grilltellern gibt es immer einen Salat, Dips und Brot dazu. Preise sind gerechtfertigt.

Topp Essen zu bürgerlichen Preisen

Waren mit paar kumpels essen vorab hatten wir Suppen die auch gut geschmeckt haben. Bis mein Lahmacun kam was alles ok. Zur Info ein Lahmacun wird mit Salat Tomaten Zwiebeln und Sosse serviert! Meiner bestand nur aus Gurken siehe Bild. Nach meiner Beschwerde hieß es "GRINSEND " der Koch hätte es falsch verstanden und es gab für mich keine Entschuldigung Natürlich musste ich die Gurke sorry meinte mein Lahmacun auch noch zahlen kein Thema aber ich werde nie wieder dahin gehen.

Der Laden ist dreckig, Abwasch steht Stunden lang auf dem Tisch, Kellner ignoriert, lieber reden sie miteinander anstatt zu bedienen. Ist furchtbar geworden. Und das Essen dazu auch noch sehr teuer!

Nicht begrüßt beim Reinkommen, ich musste mir das Essen selbst bestellen. Leider war das Fleisch schon kalt, weil nicht vom Spieß… der Rest war ganz lecker, auch wenn klein. Das Personal isst nebenbei Tomaten von der Theke, sowas macht man einfach nicht. Eine kleine Uluday kostet 3€, schon viel dafür, dass es eher ein Dönerladen als Restaurant ist.

wir sind normalerweise nicht oft in dieser Ecke von Pforzheim, und die Lust auf was Leckeres kam im Vorbeigehen. Doch nicht erwartet, dass wir solch ein vorzügliches Restaurant finden. Für uns Beide einen 1,5 Personen-Teller, das war sowas von LECKER und VORZÜGLICH.... mhmm, was für ein Genuss. Da werden wir definitiv wieder vorbei kommen und bewusst bei euch vorbei kommen um wieder was mitzunehmen. Und so freundliche Bedienungen und Küchenpersonal. ♥ Hammerhart! Können wir nur empfehlen.

Essen war wie immer lecker😋.Das war einmal. Gestern gab es verkohlte Hänchen. Service lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Erst beim nachfragen unsere Getränke erhalten. So gerne ich früher dort essen war, es ist schade was aus dem Lokal geworden ist.

An dem Essen habe ich nichts zu meckern, allerdings finde ich, dass der Service sich überhaupt keine Mühe gibt. Vergessen ständig Sachen, sind nicht freundlich oder zuvorkommend. Nach dem wir mit dem Essen fertig waren, wurde nicht einmal unsere Teller aufgeräumt, obwohl wir Nachtisch haben wollten. Nachtisch wurde auch vergessen. Finde es nicht okey, wenn der Service nichts zutun hat uns nicht einmal fragt ob alles in Ordnung ist.

„Die goldene Essenstafel“; leider eher Altmetall aber nicht Gold! Also entweder hatten die Jungs von Altin Sofra leider einen schlechten Tag oder es ist mal wieder die Diskrepanz zwischen einer Person, die außerhalb von Baden Württemberg bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich der Gastronomie machen konnte und dem BW-Standart-Höhlenmenschen, der die Speisen dieses Lokals mit seinem Standard-Höhlenfraß vergleicht, der aus Schnecken, Käfern, Ufergräsern und Essensresten, die man unter den vielen Brücken der Goldstadt findet besteht. Klar, dass die Speisen für einen „Furzheimer“ nach kulinarischem Feuerwerk schmecken, wenn die meisten essbaren Errungenschaften, die man sonst gewohnt ist (Ravioli-Dose vom Discounter, kalt etc)…wundert mich also nicht! Kommen wir zur Restposten-Zumutung mit Dönergeschmack á la Altmetall-Verwerter: Ein „XXL“ Döner (der in anderen Bundesländern als absolute Standardgrösse durchgehen würde), war gefüllt mit Gemüseresten vom Vortag…darunter auch MAIS???!!!??? Was in drei Teufelsnamen macht Mais in einem Döner??? Beim Fleisch hätte man auf der Karte aufführen müssen: ACHTUNG!!! KANN SPUREN VON ALTFLEISCH ENTHALTEN!!!! Bei der geringen Menge an Dönerfleisch muss der Koch früher mal Goldschmied gewesen sein (Wahrscheinlich eine Koryphäe im Auftragen von Blattgold), denn mehr als gefühlt 0,00246mg Fleischreste waren in dem Restpostenbeutel, den die Döner nennen nicht drin. ABER, dafür bestand die anatolische „Rumfortbombe“ (Rum-Fort deswegen, weil das was an Resten noch in der Küche herum lag musste fort) aus über 90% aus Brot vom Vortag bestand. …und diese LKW-Bremsscheibe für NUR 6,90€!!! Euer Ernst?!? Also so unverschämtes kann man auch nur in BW zu seinem unwissenden, Brückenschläfer-Kundenkreis zumuten, denn im Norden hätte man euch dafür die Scheiben des Ladens eingeschlagen! Fazit: Lieber beim Discounter für 0,69€ ein ganzes Toastbrot trocken runterwürgen…kostet nur ein Zehntel und man hat danach keinen „Mund-Pforz-Geschmack“! Hier kann man lediglich herkommen, wenn man Corona positiv ist und eh nichts schmeckt…aber auch nur dann, wenn der Döner maximal 1€ kostet. Das nächste mal sammeln wir einfach ein Paar Schnecken unter der Brücke, dazu ein Flussalgensalat, bissle Toast vom Discounter…und das Furzheimer-Geschmacksfeuerwerk ist angerichtet.

Sehr guter Service und Essen von guter Qualität. Die Salatsauce und Gewürze im Döner Fleisch haben mir gar nicht geschmeckt. Vielleicht sind die Grillgerichte besser. Kann jedoch Geschmacksache sein. Das Ambiente ist akzeptabel, aber keinesfalls gemütlich und sehr laut.

Zu meiner Überraschung habe ich einige negative Kommentare gesehen. Ich habe Altin Sofra schon oft besucht, sowohl mit den Mitarbeitern als auch mit dem angebotenen Service habe ich sehr positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall anderen empfehlen.

Der Laden wirkt einladend und die Bedienung ist sehr sehr freundlich. Vom Kebab Fleisch war ich nicht überzeugt aber gegrilltes Fleisch wie Adana oder Hähnchen schmeckt top! Gerne wieder :)

Suppe Döner Grillteller alles war süper seit 7 Jahr immer gehen und essen

Achtung an Alle Selbstabholer... wurde schon zum zweiten mal innerhalb eines Monats beschissen. Es ist selten drin was bestellt und vor allem bezahlt wurde. Dieses mal habe ich einen einfachen Dönertellevr mit Salat bestellt ohne Beilage. Als ich zuhause war musste ich feststellen das ´man mir nur reines Dönerfleisch angedreht hat und drei Scheiben Brot . Bezahlt habe ich dafür 10 Euro ......Eine absolute Frechheit Dieser Laden ist nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen . Geschmack des Essens ist befriedigend

Es gibt reines Rinderdöner, das leider nicht besonders gewürzt war. Die frittierten Bratkartoffeln waren jetzt auch nicht so der Bringer. Die Soßen kann man aber empfehlen. Der Service war schnell und gut.

Die Speisen sind immer frisch und schmecken sehr gut. Was mich das letzte mal gestört hat ist, dass die Teller nun anders sind, dadurch wurde meiner Meinung nach auch die Portion kleiner. Außerdem fehlt eine Klimaanlage, bei heißem Wetter unerträglich warm, die Türen und Fenster sind geöffnet aber es kommt nur warme Luft und der Lärm von der Hauptstraße rein. Noch ein Punkt was mich gestört hat, wenn man Dessert bestellt bringt der Kellner die Gabel ohne schützende Serviette, d.h. fasst direkt das Besteck an, finde ich nicht gut. Ein Rat an den Besitzer, bitte Kellner einstellen die zumindest etwas Deutsch verstehen.
