Very good food By the way, Gab K - from the recession further down was sitting right next to us. It was a disgrace the way she behaved. If I had been the man, I would have slapped her... the smoked eel, which she didn't want, flew in a high arc onto his plate. You could certainly have asked which smoked fish was on the salad. People are there..... 😂😂😂

We ate a very tasty fish sandwich in the snack bar, highly recommended. The only thing that should be given another customer orientation course is the lady behind the refrigerated counter. Your customer communication felt more like a journey through time...

Friendly staff and respond to requests

We've been here twice now and always loved it. You can sit beautifully on the terrace directly on the water and let your gaze wander into the distance. The service is super attentive and nice. I would recommend a reservation, the restaurant is busy and the nice seats on the terrace always go quickly. The toilets are also great, new and always clean (despite being busy). The fish was super tasty and the side dishes were all great too. I still think €5.50 for cucumber salad is too expensive, but it was delicious 😊. Only the drinks have room for improvement, too warm and not enough carbon dioxide. But that's the only downer. As you leave, you can take freshly smoked fish with you to take home. What more could you want… 😋

Very friendly service, large portions

As a matter of tradition, we always go to the Alte Fischer when we are in Werbellin. So far we have never been disappointed. But this time very much. My husband had perch with carrots and potatoes. The carrots were cold and there wasn't enough sauce. I had the salad with smoked fish. The only smoked fish was eel. The salad consisted mainly of iceberg lettuce, the sauce was tasteless and totally watered down. I had to order bread separately. If I had known beforehand that smoked fish was limited to eel, I would never have ordered this dish. And the food is also overpriced. The only nice thing is the view. Never again. It's better to eat fried fish at the snack bar.

Even though it was probably the hottest day, visiting this restaurant was very pleasant.

Food was delicious last time. We wanted to stop there yesterday and asked if we could go in please. She said in a not really friendly tone that it wasn't possible. She had to leave it free inside so that she could let the guests in outside when it rained. You understand, but there are weather reports, there was no sign of rain. It's a shame, we would have liked to eat there, but apparently they didn't want to make any money from us.

I visit this restaurant often. The entire team always strives to fulfill all of the guests' wishes. The price-performance ratio is good and the quality is good ch. The offer is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, a traditional restaurant that can be recommended and is a must

Quite nice because of the great location on the lake. Very busy. The fish sandwiches offered outside (long queues are to be planned) taste just like anywhere else.

After a lovely hike by the lake, my stomach was rumbling, so I was looking forward to a fresh fried fish sandwich. However, the fish was fried far too short, was soggy and not even lukewarm. Nocturnal intestinal problems followed immediately. I later discovered on the noticeboard that the majority of the fish on offer doesn't even come close to coming from the region. Salmon from Chile, vendace from Iceland, pangasius from Vietnam and all sorts of other disgusting things from polluted aquacultures. The lady at the counter (I really have to bite my teeth with the wording here) seemed to be in a bad mood. Attention, customer threatens to place an order! I wanted to pay the almost €6 with a €20 note. That was probably asking too much. At the absolute tourist hotspot at the start of the holiday with great weather, the necessary change was missing. A bit sad how unprepared you can be. The thalers were then “lovingly” slapped onto the counter. The only positive thing to note is the beautiful view of the lake. Once and never again! Fortunately, there are enough alternatives.

Can't say anything about the location because we didn't have the opportunity to park with the motorcycle. Parking prohibited for motorcycles. For that reason we won't make a second attempt. It's a shame.

The best thing about the restaurant is the ambience right on the lake at sunset. The fish selection is plentiful. Access and parking is a bit tricky. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio has gotten out of hand.

Great place, it doesn't matter that much if the staff makes you wait and isn't particularly friendly. The food was very good but not very cheap.

With bright sunshine and a view of the Werbelinsee, you can relax and then eat cod fillet with herb butter and side dishes or pike-perch fillet with herb butter and side dishes and a freshly tapped beer, which is a good way to relax after a hike, highly recommended .

We went for a very nice walk by the lake and then stopped at the old fishery. . The food, the service, everything was great. I'd love to come back. Very nicely located on the water.

This restaurant is located directly in Altenhof on the Werbellinsee. It is a very well-visited place with a steamboat pier, hotel, weight training garden, ice cream parlor and much more. Only parking spaces are a problem. At least you have to pay it at the hotel.

Very nice place, right on the water. There is no parking space for motorcyclists, which is a shame. The prices are also quite high, for a mini potato pancake with salmon 9.90, I thought it was steep. Otherwise everything is fresh and good.

Beware of parking rip-offs from the local hotel

The location is really great, and the house itself is a beautiful thatched wooden house. Unfortunately, the food is not good - especially considering the high prices. The lukewarm fish was accompanied by canned carrots and a pudding-like sauce. We liked the fish soup, we would have been happy if there had been more than a “tasting ladle” for 7.50. One star for the location and one star for our waiter.

Delicious fish, lots of choice, everything looked fresh. The place is usually good and very busy, but you may need to plan for a bit of a wait. Unfortunately, table reservations by telephone or internet are NOT possible. There are also delicious fish sandwiches here and are also recommended.

A beautiful place, you sit directly above the lake. If the food were even remotely similar... Cod baked with sheep's cheese sounded good. The fish was small and mushy in consistency, the onions in the middle were biting and the ones on top with the cheese were almost black. Plus a piece of baguette and some carrot salad, all for €25, incredible. The trout my husband got was pink on the inside and dark on the outside and very fatty.

LOCATION TOP Terrace by the water well attended, but not full Weather great Cook flop, As a starter we ordered fish soup (€7.50) and smoked salmon (€9.90) on potato pancakes. Soup was returned because it was cold!!!! Smoked salmon on a mini pancake, well, that's how it went. Horseradish was missing, came after request. As main dish Shrimp (200g), cold!!! and without taste (27.50€) My husband had fried fish fillet (€22.50) with canned carrots!!!, and 2 cold potatoes. Something like that is absolutely not possible, stress or not. We know about the difficulties in the catering industry but at least the service was quick and very friendly.

We actually wanted to go out for a delicious meal while passing through. There are parking bans or completely overpriced parking spaces throughout the town, which of course were completely empty. In the big city I was able to park my car cheaper in the underground car park. Please pass this criticism on to your local municipality.

We have been regular guests at this restaurant. The atmosphere right on the beautiful Werbellinsee is great. If you get a seat, you can sit at a table on a kind of jetty and enjoy the landscape + sun. The service is available at any time and is available immediately. Respect what the nice waiters do there. Unfortunately, we found that the quality of the food had deteriorated significantly. The broccoli was cold, but the carrots were overcooked, the fish soup was "watery" and you had to look for the fish in it, the fish as the main course was charred... The prices are in the upper range. A large cola costs EUR 6.00 and the fish costs around EUR 25.00. But quality is to be expected for this. This leaves us conflicted and we don't know if we'll come back. Somehow you get the feeling that there are enough tourists there anyway...

The location is simply great We've been eating there in the summer months since 1987 because we have a sailing ship club there. What we are now being offered is simply bad. Not only is the food carelessly made, but the prices are totally outrageous. Everyone probably goes there once, but rarely twice. It's a shame it used to be very nice there

We went based on a recommendation and were really happy. The prices on the menu were adjusted to the food. However, once we saw the plates, our jaws dropped. The fish on the grill plate was very clear and the frozen vegetables were cold. The butter mackerel was present in trace elements. The fish was good but at 55 euros for the plate it was simply excessive

We had dinner there today with a larger group. A beautifully located restaurant. Super friendly service and the food was very good. The menu primarily features fish, but there are also meat dishes to choose from. The food tasted very good...well cooked and beautifully presented. The service was quick and courteous. Small glitches were fixed immediately. Otherwise, the restaurant is very cozy and you have an outstanding view of the Werbellinsee. Highly Recommended.

We were used to better food at this restaurant, fish wasn't tasty, all the side dishes...potatoes, sauces and especially pasta were very bad and not edible. The waiter got the order wrong. So the price-performance ratio varies widely. It can no longer be recommended.

Uriges Fischrestaurant in Form einer Fischerkarte auf dem Werbellinsee. Dabei ist zwischen dem echten Restaurantbetrieb und dem Imbiss zu unterscheiden. Der Imbiss bietet geräucherte Spezialitäten und Fischbrötchen zum Mitnehmen. Es gibt aber auch rustikale Sitzgelegenheiten. Im Restaurant ist eine Platzgarantie nicht gegeben, denn Reservierungen werden nur im Winter angenommen. Im Sommer muss daher zuweilen mit einer Warteschlange gerechnet werden. Ist diese nicht allzu lang, lohnt sich das Anstellen in mehrerer Hinsicht. Die Speisekarte bietet für nahezu jeden Gaumen etwas. Und die Aussicht auf dem Wasser ist einfach sensationell. Da kommt schnell echtes Urlaubsfeeling auf. Die Alte Fischerei in Altenhof ist ein echter Geheimtipp.

Die Fischerhütte hat ein schönes rustikales Ambiente mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Werbellinsee. Das Essen kam sehr zügig von einer freundlichen Kellnerin serviert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Wir sind extra aus Berlin gekommen weil wir gehört haben hier gibt es leckeren Fisch und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Nettes Ambiente, freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen und die süße Katze hat auf meinem Schoß gelegen das war mein Highlight des Abend's. Gerne wieder

Ortam ve servis gayet hoş. Özellikle güzel bir yürüyüş sonrasında, durup sakinlemek için de kesinlikle öneririm. Benim için ekmek yeterince iyi değildi. Ve de daha iyisini tattığım için lezzet konusunda iyi ama harika değil.

Absolute Empfehlung, aufgrund der dauerhaften Öffnungszeiten, kann man sich es auch in den kalten Jahreszeiten hier gemütlich machen... Ein kaltes Bier in der warmen Fischerhütte, jaa es gibt halt nix besseres! Von Berlin nicht weit und einmal im Monat Pflicht hier zu sein

Hier wird alles Frisch zubereitet ... und es schmeckt einfach nur lecker wir gehen hier öfters Abends Fisch essen ... oder auch Fischbrötchen mit Räucher Lachs Seibling, Butter Makrele oder Bismarck Hering schmeckt alles sehr gut ... kann ich nur empfehlen...

Sehr gemütlich, man sitzt direkt am Wasser. Bei schönen Wetter, einfach nur toll. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, man muss nicht lange darauf warten. Würde immer wieder dort hin fahren.
