It was great, the food was very high quality, the service was never such a friendly, nice looking staff, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back! Unfortunately only open until December 22nd, 2024 then it will close!!! Be sure to reserve in advance!!!!

Super great restaurant and super delicious food

I'm completely thrilled. Very nice service. We always make sure that you can eat your food in peace. The food was very good 👍 and tasty. You actually don't see the staff at all, although they are always there if you need anything. People always politely ask if you need anything else. We had reserved for today and I noticed that people asked if there was a special occasion. Such as a birthday or a celebration. I think it's extremely good 👍. A lot of effort is made here to ensure that the guest says goodbye happily. Although the lack of staff is obvious here too. A huge compliment to the whole team. I can only recommend it. Will definitely come back. Keep it up.

Absolutely recommended. Very friendly staff from reservation to goodbye. Great selection (10 pieces) of draft beers and very tasty food. The Solyanka is an absolute must. Rustic atmosphere, just as you would imagine an old brewery. Price-performance: TOP. Would love to come back.

The food is very fine and the portion is also very good

We were in this restaurant for the first and last time on Saturday. The welcome was friendly and nice. The order was taken quickly despite there being a company and we were served the drinks and food relatively quickly. Unfortunately the food wasn't good. This also explains the speed... We ordered the brewery bruschetta (€8.30) in advance. It sounded great at first, but it wasn't fresh. There were 4 pieces of white bread slices with toppings and extra salad (like at the Italian restaurant). Unfortunately the bread was completely soggy. But the toppings and salad tasted very good. My wife ordered the roulade as the main course for €26.30. This, along with the sauce, was very oversalted; the salt shaker must have even fallen into the red cabbage. You couldn't really eat the food. The pike perch (€24.50) with julienned vegetables and potatoes is not recommended: pike perch was O.K. Vegetable strips completely soft and without taste and the potatoes had 2 colors: white pieces (probably from the day before yesterday) and yellow pieces and they were from yesterday. The coronation came once again to say goodbye. My wife had 2/3 of the food returned and told the cook that there was way too much salt. The trainee took the hint and looked very strange. His expression probably said: What do you want now? After a short time he came back with the over-salted roulade wrapped in foil and we “could take it home with us”. He ignored my wife's advice that she "didn't want this" and left. We order the invoice. Total with drinks €71.90. We always like to tip generously, but this time we "only" rounded up to 75. The trainee looked at the money and you could literally feel the following from his facial expression: "What, is that all?" We left and of course left the over-salted package on the table. The trainee called after us: “You forgot your roulade”. My wife replied: "I don't want this" and was answered: "You could have said that straight away" and we received a "friendly": "Nice day" afterwards. Yes, I can only hope that this trainee takes a different career path. He has no place in the catering industry... Have a nice day...

Friday evening, 8:45 p.m. My wife and I kindly ask for 2 places. With a sarcastic undertone, the colleague asks, “I’m sure it’s only for drinking.” It quickly became clear that the kitchen was already closed. No “sorry, the kitchen is already closed”. The buck for being late is already ours. You don't do it. But then there's the follow-up: "If you had to be there by 8 p.m., better still 7:45 p.m." On the weekend or its start! Is clear? If so, okay. But do you have to say it like that? My wife: “Thank you, we’ll go again.” But that doesn't seem to suit the employee. As he walked, he texted us: "You can't blame the restaurant, after all, no other restaurant in Eberswalde has consistently warm food like they do from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m." On Tuesdays, for example, 2:30 p.m., he compares them with the weekend, when things are actually buzzing and all capacity is needed. So this “content” was added to the sound. I think I'll give him an olive branch and offer, "Well, it's definitely not easy to get staff to open up more." The atmosphere is quiet and rustic, the restaurant and the toilets are very clean and well maintained! But most importantly, the food was to die for!!! Great quality of ingredients, beautiful presentation and the taste was simply outstanding. We can absolutely recommend the “Alten Brewery” restaurant in Eberswalde and will of course be happy to come back!

This is the second time we've been there...and it won't be the last time. The food is sensational. A chef who 1. uses fresh ingredients and 2. knows something about food. I have never enjoyed such excellent food, let alone beer. The excellent service from Mr. Daniel should also be highlighted. With him, the guest is king from the first minute to the last. I only experience it very rarely these days. The brewery is rustic and cozy and you can also sit outside very well. The price/performance ratio is right. I'm excited. We will come back in any case.

The food was okay, the staff was rather unfriendly. If a guest complains about a meal and has it returned because it was simply inedible, you don't want to hear that the chef has 15 liters of it in the kitchen or that the guest is perhaps pregnant or that no one has ever complained about it. It was thin ice that the employee was walking on. I also find it cheeky that a replacement of the sauces has to be paid for and that costs over 2 euros. If I had been informed of this beforehand, I would have thought three times about whether it would have been worth it to me. We were happy to have paid and left the restaurant.

Restaurant in the heart of Eberswalde with high standards and equally high prices. Just under 20 euros for a classic like a Wiener Schnitzel is quite an announcement. The schnitzel, pounded very thinly, is a real treat, but the side salad is rather homeopathic. The price for extra ketchup is a disgrace: 1.20 euros. Anyone who has recovered from gasping for breath at the prices can enjoy the courteous service or feel at home in the coordinated, comfortably rustic guest room. With its triad of taste, service and ambience, the Alte Brewery is definitely one of the top addresses in Eberswalde.

Great service in a nice atmosphere...we were there with three small children. The staff was very attentive, really great. The food was rich and very tasty. A few more vegetables on the plate and the restaurant is even better. But really good as it is. And of course the beer is great.

Wir waren mit der gesamten Familie (5 große und 4 kleine Gäste) eine kleinere Familiefeier hier. Schon bei der telefonischen Reservierung wurde man mit einem hervorragenden Service empfangen. Direkte Fragen, um welchen Anlass es sich handelt oder ob/wie viele Kinder dabei seien werden, um den Tisch entsprechend einzudecken, machen für mich den Unterschied zwischen freundlich und sehr gutem Service. Im gleichen Stil ging es vor Ort weiter. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und an einen sehr schön eingedecketen Tisch geführt. Trotz dessen, dass das Restaurant recht gut besucht war, mussten wir nicht lang auf die Bestellung, unsere Getränke oder unser Essen warten. Stichwort Essen, 5/5 Sterne beschreiben es recht gut. Sehr gutes traditionelles Essen, Sonderwünsche wurden ohne Probleme erfüllt. Über Preise von 20-25 € pro Person kann man sich auch nicht beschweren. Alles in allem, eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ein Tipp zum Schluss: telefonisch reservieren empfiehlt sich.

Ooohh , es gab Gänsekeule mit Klößen und selbstgemachten Rotkohl. War echt sau lecker ,Unser Kellner sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und kompetent. Es gab noch extra Soße. 👍 Ich finde es dort sehr gemütlich und sauber.Auch das WC . Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Man kann als in Eberswalde doch noch richtig gut Essen gehen. Wir sind rein gekommen und wurde gleich freundlich begrüßt. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich, wir wurde immer wieder gefragt ob wir mit allem zu frieden sind und noch einen Wunsch haben. Das Essen war erstklassig, keine übertriebene warte Zeiten bis wir unser Essen bekommen haben und es kam heiß am Tisch. Geschmacklich würde ich sagen wie von Oma gekocht, super lecker. Die Preis sind für das gesamt packet vollkommen in Ordnung. Immer wieder gerne.

Eine tolle Gaststätte...freundliches Personal und eine gute Küche..allerdings sind Parkplätze rar...man muß in den umliegenden Straßen suchen ....ansonsten kann man diese Lokalität mit ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen 👍

Diese Gaststätte ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist sehr schmackhaft und das Ambiente sehr ansprechend. Das Personal super freundlich, entspannt und herzlich.

Freitag Abend, gutes Wetter. Drinnen nicht mal halb voll, draussen nur eine Terrassenseite offen und leer. Kein Tisch ohne Reservierung bekommen, auch auf Nachfrage nicht draussen. Schade sah zumindest gemütlich aus, aber wo kein Wille ist, ist auch keine gute Bewertung.

Obwohl der Termin feststand und man auch pünktlich da war, war die Küche erst einmal geschlossen. Es gab für dieses Ereignis kein Entschuldigung inform eines freigetränk oder zumindest zum halben Preis. Das Essen selbst war auch nicht so besonders. Es fehlte an dementsprechende beilage. Das Auge ist auch auch mit. Das positive was man im Vorfeld gehört hatte trifft überhaupt nicht zu. Ich werde da nicht mehr hingehen und werde anderen davon abraten

Wir waren 08/23 da! Das essen war sehr lecker 🤤 der Service war super freundlich und ist auch auf Extrawünsche eingegangen. Wer deutsche Küche mag ist ist hier genau richtig.
