The food was good, and the service was friendly. The robots are a particular hit with the kids. During peak hours, you need to reserve a table in advance. Because of the crowds, the buffet isn't suitable for claustrophobes or those worried about COVID-19. It's not recommended to visit the restaurant on Fridays through Sundays.

Hello, I'm a foodie and have been a regular since its successful opening – always a welcome guest. However, the service and staff have deteriorated significantly, and the sanitary facilities are terrible. Previously, they served food at the table; now it's just a matter of leaving the food. Unfortunately, it's bad; there are much better alternatives.

Great atmosphere with good quality food. We were there during the week. The maximum stay was 2 hours. Extending the stay was not possible. It was very crowded and noisy.

The ambiance is fantastic, as is the food! The staff were very friendly, but they seemed stressed. Understandable on a Saturday, October 25, 2025. The robot is a highlight, especially for children/adults who haven't seen one before :). I had to deduct a point for the indoor playground; it was broken and therefore somewhat dangerous for the kids. It's best to avoid that area. However, the restaurant itself is highly recommended!!!

Buffet food isn't for everyone. I think it's great because you can try things you might not normally order. And the freshly cooked food is also very tasty 😋. You even have the option of putting together your own meal. The service has always been friendly, nice, and even up for a bit of fun. I even recognized a former restaurant owner from my childhood. She more or less introduced me to Asian cuisine. In short, I enjoy going there despite the crowds.

The Bring robot isn't working so well yet.

Not recommended without a reservation on weekends or evenings, as it gets very crowded. Due to the number of guests, it resembles a buffet battle, and it sometimes looks like it. Somewhat unappetizing. The freshly prepared dishes are a bit better, but unfortunately, so are the portions. The cooks work at breakneck speed, and as a result, the animal is sometimes slaughtered twice. The meat is sometimes overcooked and becomes tough. A shame about the meat and the animal.

A huge and delicious buffet, BUT when 30 toddlers are messing around with the food, it completely kills your appetite... The staff isn't able to simply wait 30 seconds until my parents (over 80) have sat down in peace... it's all about speed, because after two hours you're kicked out.

The price for children is, in my opinion, far too high. An entrance fee of €15 for a five-year-old doesn't make sense to me. There should definitely be a cheaper option for younger children.

We went there spontaneously. Tuesday around 12:30. We thought it wouldn't be that busy at that time...but we missed the three tour buses 😉 We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to a table. A nice, quiet corner on the side. Then the waiter came – such a nice, courteous, and funny guy!!! He also explained to us that it's better to eat from the buffet. The price and selection were great. Very honest! At the buffet, we met the passengers of the tour buses…retired people, lots of them…It took a while to assemble our food. But it was delicious! Huge selection. There's everything from appetizers to dessert. It's regularly replenished. Used dishes were always cleared from the table promptly. There was always a waiter nearby to order drinks. The two hours were really well planned. We were full and happy in an hour 💞 We'll definitely be back!!!!

We come here embarrassingly often because there's simply no more beautiful place on this planet we call Earth, sorry. Ever since my first visit, I've believed in a God, because who else could create such a paradise? I don't even need to write more. Go! It's worth it. You can even bring dogs and children. Nicely done, very large... we were there on a Friday evening, and it was very crowded. They have a wide selection, including a lot of fast food, but also a live cooking station where they cook your chosen dishes on-site. There are many robot waiters roaming around, bringing your food to your table. Because it was loud and crowded, I found it confusing. It reminded me more of an all-you-can-eat buffet at a huge hotel, where you have to push your way through the crowd to get something to eat. The food was mediocre, and because of the noise and the number of people there, I found the evening more stressful than relaxing. For the price, you get a lot of choice, but the quality suffers due to the sheer number of options and the sheer size of the place. For that price, I would rather go to a restaurant in the future where I can order à la carte, have a relaxed conversation, and eat without feeling rushed.

I've been there several times and have never had any complaints; the food is great. A big compliment goes to the store manager, who always keeps an eye on everything.

What was particularly great was that, upon request, dishes were freshly prepared for us and even served directly by a tabletop robot – a real highlight! The ambiance is beautifully designed, with many thoughtful details and numerous photo opportunities to capture the moment. The restrooms were also, apart from a few minor issues, very clean and, above all, pleasantly spacious. Overall, we felt very comfortable. The service was entertaining, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay particularly pleasant. We would definitely be happy to come back; we highly recommend it! 🌟

Anyone who loves Asian cuisine can't help but love All Seasons. An absolutely beautiful ambiance for children, teenagers, and adults alike. Very crowded, but/and understandable. We made reservations in advance.

We were able to celebrate our wedding here. There was a private room for 50 people, a champagne reception, a private buffet, and drinks for the guests. We were also able to play music quite loudly with our speaker, as the room was separated from the rest of the restaurant, so we couldn't hear the other side. The price was very reasonable, and we were very satisfied overall. We would recommend this restaurant to our friends for all kinds of occasions! 😊 Besides that, we also enjoy the lunch buffet here.

The restaurant is suitable for all occasions, such as birthdays, etc., with small and large groups. Huge selection of dishes. Something for every taste. Prepared meals or fresh ingredients for preparation. Very friendly and flexible staff. We had a reservation, but the table was quite far from the buffet, which was a problem for my husband, who has limited mobility. Upon request, we were given another table closer to the buffet.

The staff was super nice, but I would have liked a second visit to my table so I could have ordered another drink. The robots that deliver the food are also adorable! The dinner buffet had a huge selection and was very reasonably priced at around €24. There was something for everyone, and it was very tasty. Some items (like the egg rice and the sesame balls) were a bit dry, and the sushi was very out of stock – but that's a high level of nitpicking :) The ambiance was fantastic! We were amazed by the beautiful decor both inside and out.

We are absolutely thrilled. We were there for the second time this weekend and are so pleased. This will be our regular restaurant whenever we want Asian food. The food is incredibly delicious, the service is extremely friendly, and the ambiance is second to none. We drove over an hour specifically for this. There's no better place, especially with the huge selection and high quality of food. We're still blown away. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable.

The atmosphere itself was good, the administration at the entrance was wonderful and quite welcoming, they calmly showed us to the table, but the waiter, who was almost the only one in the room for the entire restaurant, was simply terrible, he worked terribly, did not take all the dirty plates, just walked past, although he calmly took from other customers and brought the dish, we had to wait an hour for our dirty plates to be taken away, our table was full of plates, but they did not even deign to take them away, in the end, after maybe an hour or an hour and a half, we finally waited, and as for the food, the sushi was dry, the meat was overdried, there was little selection, especially in seafood, almost nothing remained by the evening

"Asian Experience Restaurant" is written in large letters on the side gable. It was an experience, unfortunately of the negative kind. It was a Sunday, lots of people, waiting times, a lot of work for the staff – I can understand all of that! But not the attitude of a young waiter who came to the table about 5-10 minutes later and, with a group of 9 people, first informed me that I had to register and state what they wanted to eat. Registration had taken place at the entrance counter; the buffet format had already been specified when I made the reservation two days earlier. Three people from the small group had already arrived, and they had already been assigned a table, so it was assumed that the formalities, which the waiter demanded in a less than friendly tone, had been completed. I replied that I didn't want any further discussion because I had already helped myself to the buffet. He then removed the plate from the table and declared my presence over. In response to the complaint, an unnamed employee at the reception desk explained that another waiter had been assigned to the table. This did not prevent the first waiter from removing the plate retrieved by a group member a second time. "In our establishment, you have to behave," was the gist of this waiter's subsequent statement. Even after consulting with another group member, he refused to back down in any way; on the contrary, he allowed himself to make a mocking face every time he passed by. During the second visit to the reception desk, I heard the following verbatim statement: "If you don't like it here today, then go home and you never have to come back!" I subsequently retracted this assessment from the man who had made the comment. I would like to emphasize that I had a very friendly conversation with Mr. Michael Chang about the incident. I gave him a business card so as not to remain anonymous. He certainly tried to accommodate me, even apologized, and extended an invitation. The entire process, however, had completely wiped out my appetite. I must conclude, unfortunately, that some of the staff apparently cannot convey that the well-being of their own jobs depends on the people who generate sales.

It was good, as always. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is friendly and fast. The custom-cooked dishes are always a highlight. Unfortunately, some pieces of meat were grilled very hard this time – with a little more sensitivity, unnecessary food waste could have been avoided – because those pieces were unedible. On a Friday evening, it was very crowded and correspondingly noisy. For a relaxed meal, I recommend choosing another day.

Overall, it's fine. The sushi section isn't that great, with little variety. The rest is typical Chinese buffet food. Go with average expectations.

As far as Chinese buffets go, this one is pretty good. There aren't any weird, weird dishes (I've had sour mapo tofu in Frankfurt). Overall, it's pretty much like a typical American Chinese buffet, with the added bonus of Mongolian BBQ. If distance isn't a problem, give it a try.

A typical all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant. However, many plates weren't clean, some dishes (fried rice and noodles) were cold and tasted bland, which is a real shame for such a lovely and pleasant restaurant. The ambiance is very nice. However, the rather bland dishes, mostly fatty meat variations, and the limited selection of unusual ice cream flavors, take away your appetite. Although the hazelnut ice cream was really great. And the overpriced drinks selection doesn't make it any more pleasant to stay there for an extended period.

I called the restaurant today to reserve a table for four and inquire about the cost. However, the employee's answer was very unclear, so I asked again. At first, I understood "20," then he corrected me in a very rude and loud tone, "26." When I pointed out that he was speaking so aggressively, he told me I was being aggressive—even though I was calm and polite from the start. I find such behavior absolutely disrespectful. A normal phone conversation shouldn't be conducted in such a tone. I've made it clear: I will not be visiting this restaurant. They either urgently need to change their phone staff or work on their communication skills.

A disaster! The food was bad, dried out, and not very good quality. The atmosphere reminds me of a cafeteria. The staff constantly checks guests' plates to make sure they don't leave any leftovers; otherwise, there's a €5 fine if they don't eat everything. Very disappointed! I'll never go back!

Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. It was dry, even very salty. The atmosphere in the restaurant was unpleasant for us, as the waiter kept walking back and forth across the room, observing our every move at the table and watching what we were doing. This was incredibly annoying. We were under observation the entire time. There was no way to eat in peace! I won't recommend it to anyone.

We came here again for my son's birthday. The sushi and other hot dishes are very good, but I personally would advise against the teppanyaki on a very warm day. The ambiance in an all-inclusive restaurant is always comparable to a (small) train station concourse. Nevertheless, we had a tight space, and the staff were helpful in accommodating our requests.

The staff is unfortunately unfriendly, especially the elderly gentleman who welcomed us a few times. Our last visit was for my father's birthday party, which he was visiting from abroad. This gentleman, presumably the manager, completely ruined the atmosphere. Luckily, my parents don't understand German, otherwise they would have perceived his comments even more directly. What was particularly unpleasant was that he suddenly became noticeably friendlier to German guests who arrived after us – which gives the impression that he treats other nationalities worse. The food is good, though, and the restaurant looks nice. The staff, however, could use some retraining. We won't be going there again!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the less positive reviews. We were there on a Tuesday evening. The food was cold, the cake was a run-of-the-mill defrosted item from Aldi and the like, and unfortunately, they didn't have any salt or pepper in the dishes, but they did have plenty of oil. We then ate our fill of sushi to at least make the €23.90 per person worthwhile. The atmosphere is still fantastic, and the staff explained everything to us in detail and with a friendly smile.

Absolutely not recommended! The staff, apart from the waiters, don't speak German or English. I stood there for at least five minutes until they brought me a refill of noodles. The ice cream machine was empty, like so many other things. The staff only took care of it when I asked. The buffet is definitely too small for such a large restaurant, and it's also slow to restock. The selection is also really poor. The taste isn't particularly good either. Definitely not recommended; I would even advise against going there. There are definitely much better all-you-can-eat restaurants!!!

All in all, it was a great experience. You can eat as much as you want, you can always get up, take new plates, and fill everything up. The prerequisite is that you can finish what's on your plate. Otherwise, you have to pay extra, which I think is good, though. If a little bit is left on your plate, it's not a problem. The ambiance, lighting, and feel are great. Everything looks relatively high-quality. There are a lot of service employees there, but they look at you a little too often, so you sometimes feel like you're being watched. We paid about €68 for lunch for two adults and two small children, which is OK. I would come again.

They even demanded an extra charge for the two shoe soles left on the plate to prevent waste. Back when you could eat for three hours, the restaurant was simply perfect. But since the introduction of robots, things have unfortunately deteriorated. You have to hurry much more to avoid paying another €25 for the buffet – it's really annoying. Relaxed dining and conversation, especially on weekends or birthdays, is almost impossible anymore because you constantly have to watch the clock. In addition, the robots often take a very long time to bring the food and sometimes even make a mistake at the table. This also wastes a lot of unnecessary time – time you'd actually want to enjoy. All in all, there's not much left of the former cozy atmosphere, which is a real shame, because guests are constantly coming and going, and the noise level has also changed considerably.

We're thrilled; as a family with three children, you can eat great food here. Of course, everything comes at a price, but the food is varied and delicious, so everyone will be satisfied. There's a wide selection of dishes, from salads, fruit, sushi, rice, noodles, all kinds of sauces, meat in many variations, vegetables (with and without sauce), and there are also fries, nuggets, and crispy fish for the little ones. The ice cream bar, candy bar, cake selection, and, of course, the chocolate fountain complete the experience.
