Long delivery time. Fries soft pizza cold

We have ordered there several times. Sometimes it feels cold, sometimes warm. But today was the big deal. Completely wrong order 3 times and extremely unfriendly on the phone. Never again!!!

First of all: The kebab was very tasty, and that's what was important. But otherwise? The service was routinely good, but the ambience? Underground! Every station hall exudes more cosiness. But if you can look past that, you'll get a really tasty kebab that's better than the one across the street.

Respectable restaurant with a wide variety of dishes :) A wide selection of soft drinks and other drinks, alcoholic drinks are not available. The prices are somewhat reasonable compared to other restaurants. The problem is that there is no parking space and therefore it is difficult to park the car anywhere.

It used to be my favorite kebab when it was still Garip's, but unfortunately that's gone. Ordered today and completely disappointed. The jumbo was definitely not one, just normal in terms of the capacity. The normal-sized kebab had hardly any filling and almost no meat, which is a disgrace! Quality in general has also declined. The prices are correspondingly high and you still save money on the food. Doesn't work for me at all. It's a shame, I'll have to eat somewhere else in the future.

Everyone deserves a new chance. I was there after a long time and I have to say it was worth it. I had a kebab with cheese. The portion size was great I had the impression that the tzatziki recipe was changed, really delicious Amount of meat was plentiful I would like to come back and am happy about the positive change

First try at Alin's Döner. Unfortunately a big disappointment. The store seems very unkempt and food and cash are handled by the same person without the use of gloves or appropriate equipment. My Dürum was OK in terms of taste, but actually not sensible to eat. The flatbread wasn't in the oven long enough and was therefore too soft. There was far too much filling in the Dürüm and it was also very liquid, so it ran out the bottom. Enclosing a napkin could make life easier for the customer, at least in retrospect. Less filling would be much better. With the above points, the friendliness of the employee doesn't help either. Sorry, but there is still potential here.

I've eaten here a few times. The Alins kebab is a blast! Delivery times are also amazing. Food arrives hot. Many thanks to the whole team ^^

Delicious. Unfortunately I forgot the broccoli in my hollandaise pizza...hence deducting 1 star.

It doesn't look that inviting, everything is rather dingy inside, too. Doner kebab €8.50 WITH Feta cheese on the terrace! Catastrophe!

Everything perfect couldn't be better

Food was delivered a little quicker than stated when ordering. Unfortunately that was the only positive thing. Food wasn't really good. Fries without salt and totally soggy. The curry powder was missing from the currywurst and the sauce was missing from the schnitzel.

The kebab is very good, the staff is always nice, the interior is not very inviting, which is probably the biggest point of criticism. All in all a very good kebab.

Online bestellt, 2 Stunden gewartet und nix kam an. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt dass die Bestellung gerade erst eingegangen ist. Lüge!

Lassen und des öfteren Döner von hier liefern... Manchmal ist alles perfekt, sehr häufig kommt die Lieferung aber kalt an oder die Größe stimmt nicht... Döner schmeckt aber IMMER

Seitdem sie die wände neu gestrichen haben wirkt alles sehr frisch und der döner hat einen nicht zu hohen Brät aber Brot ist selber gemacht Cocktail Soße ist sehr gut Service ist wie man es möchte wenn man Döner bestellt. Preis Leistung ist sehr fair vor allem bei dem Jumbo Döner, alles in einem ein 1a Döner Laden!

War wirklich ein super Döner. Fleisch war gut, Salat war sehr lecker und Sauce war auch sehr genießbar. Alle drei Döner wirklich top. Die Lieferung hat 30 Minuten gedauert und der Lieferant war freundlich. Alles in allem für 20€ wirklich eine super Bestellung, welche man gut wiederholen kann.

Sehr nette und gute Bedienung, sehr lecker. Es lohnt sich hier her zu kommen.

Leckeres Essen, der Lieferdienst ist sehr nett, das Essen kommt schnell. Schön wäre, wenn es Dinkelfladen und Dinkel Pizza Brötchen geben würde.

Das Essen finde ich super lecker. Man kann immer einen Wunsch angeben. Schnelle Lieferung. Nette Lieferanten. Was richtig gut ist, ist das selbst gemachte Brot für den Döner oder auch die Pizzabrötchen. Immer wieder gerne.

Moin, Für einen Döner mit Durchschnittspreis 7,50€ war das ein gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Das beste: das Brot war selbstgemacht und frisch aus dem Ofen. Beste Grüße

Leckerer Döner. Guter Service. Nettes Personal. TOP!!!

Wir haben heute zum zweiten Mal telefonisch bestellt und haben uns das Essen liefern lassen. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden! Auf unsere Extra-Wünsche wurde komplett eingegangen, nichts wurde vergessen und das Essen war auch noch total warm, als es ankam. Wir hatten vier verschiedene Gerichte und bestellen dort gerne wieder!

Man bezahlt für 9 chicken nuggets ohne Pommes ganze 7,50 und muss sich den Dip sogar noch extra kaufen für einen Euro. Nusret wäre günstiger. Absolute Frechheit

My friends and I went for a walk by the sea. And there's we saw a restaurant called Alens donner which serves Halal food, so I'm with five of my friends. Went there to eat food. My friends ordered burgers, döneer,dürum and just that sort of food. After eating we felt very tasty and the restaurant was also very nice and clean. The ambience was great and the chef working there were just lovely. He spoke very well. I am very happy After coming to this restaurant, I will bring my friends here in future as well as myself. Nach 9 Tagen Corona habe ich wirklich viele Lieferdienste durch und bin jetzt erst bei Alin's Döner gelandet. Meine Empfehlung Lahmacun 👌.

Es wird zwar gesagt dass die Lieferung über die eigene Seite schneller ist aber über Lieferando ist es mindestens doppelt so schnell. Außerdem wird beim Döner im fladenbrot extrem an der Soße gespart, selbst wenn man einen 10€ Döner bestellt

Haben zum abholen bestellt. Das Essen war schnell fertig, sogar noch vor der angegebenen Zeit. Jedoch ist die Preisleistung nicht so wie ich mir das vorgestellt hatte. Ein Döner kostet 7,50€ was schon echt happig ist aber wenn er gut ist kann man auch nicht meckern. Ich fand ihn dafür leider nicht ganz gut genug das Brot war sehr brüchlich und viel auseinander zudem war die ovale Form eher unhandlich und sorgte dafür das an den Seiten die Hälfte rausfiehl. Geschmacklich war das Essen ganz in Ordnung haut einen aber leider nicht um. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Essen vor Ort abgeholt. Die Zubereitung ging schnell. Das Personal sehr nett. Die türkische Pizza und die Pizza waren sehr lecker.

Sehr guter Döner, war als Garips schon gut! Zusammen mit Erdal ein sehr guter Döner Imbiss! Allerdings wurden die Preise in der Coronazeit deutlich angezogen. Aber wenn die Qualität stimmt ist ein höherer Preis akzeptabel.
