We were here this evening and ordered two doner kebabs, two fries, and two drinks. These days, prices are quite high, and for €30 for two people, you can expect a bit more quality. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the chicken was sliced ​​too quickly and too thickly, so it didn't have a chance to cook through properly. The spit was only on briefly, and the amount of meat that was sliced ​​off was unbelievable! :o ... Anyway, then the fries were missing, and suddenly there were two. They just divided the remaining fries between two plates. The waiter looked at the plates, then at my face, and said something in another language, and then just "Here you are." xD Look at the pictures, and you'll see what I mean. It's a shame because the bread was extremely tasty, and once the rest is improved, it could be a good doner kebab. :) So, take the criticism and do something about it.

You used to be able to get a good, solid kebab here. Since I eat a lot and enjoy kebabs, I can certainly give an opinion. If the kebab at 1:30 p.m. looks the same as it did in the evening or afternoon, then I don't need to tell anyone where it came from. It was exactly the day before! The meat tasted the same, dry and lousy. Other ingredients were fresh, the bread has potential, but the kebab itself is enough to stop me from coming back. What a shame.

Today, on September 12, 2025, around 1 p.m., I was there and was very disappointed. I ordered falafel and was told that everything was prepared separately. Nevertheless, the falafel was taken out with the same tongs that had been used to handle meat a short while earlier. I didn't say anything there, but my appetite was completely ruined and I had to get something else to eat later, something I didn't really want. This place was much better under the previous owners – back then, they really took care to prepare everything properly and separately. It's a real shame what it's become.

We found a toothpick in our döner the staff was really racist to us and the service was really bad. The food was 7.90€ per döner and it was cold they put very little meat, the taste was not good and as i mentioned we found A TOOTHPICK in our FOOD. Do not recommend.

The service was like in a barracks. Order and money were taken, then “pick up from over there”. The guy who made the kebab pockets was just eating in between. It didn't bother me, but I don't think that's allowed in the catering industry. The food itself was absolutely nothing special. The bread was toasted to 0.5cm. So sticky. The meat. I can't say whether it was real, but it definitely tasted like an imitation. And I think the salad was the only thing that was okay. 1 star for that. This has nothing to do with premium other than the price.

I do not recommend this establishment! We came and ordered a kebab. But he started doing something else and we wanted to say that it wasn't for us. We were there yesterday and it was really disgusting. I had a kebab plate with rice and salad. After only two attempts, the food ended up completely in the trash. Meat cold, tasted of nothing, rice sticky, soggy, disgusting. I haven't even tried the salad. Everything was just slapped on the plate, and you'd never heard of anything beautifully presented there, although that wouldn't save the quality, which isn't there. My wife went to eat there and was insulted by the kebab man after he forgot that she had ordered a kebab box and not a kebab. The kebab I ate here wasn't among the best I've ever tasted, but it was okay. However, I think that due to this and the size of the kebab, the price-performance ratio is not right. I can only agree with the other comments/reviews here. The kebab is relatively small and doesn't taste good, the sauce runs out of every corner before the first bite /unmotivated with fries small and limp as you know with a drink they were 15€ gone. Mayo and ketchup cost 1€ extra. Sheep's cheese is also estimated at 1€ extra. Completely sick and nothing in it so you quickly end up with 20€ and don't get full in the appendix 1 photo

Das Personal wirkte genervt und war unfreundlich. Das Essen wurde dem relativ hohen Preis nicht gerecht. Für den Käse im Döner hätte man mehr zahlen müssen, dies wurde erst nach dem Bezahlen gesagt. Weiterhin fehlte in meinem Döner Salat, welchen ich ausdrücklich in meinem Döner wollte. Zusammenfassend würde ich das Essen nicht empfehlen.

Unfreundlich, uninteressiert und durcheinander. Fleisch sehr viel Gummi Anteil, Dönerbox war eine falsche Box des Vorkunden mit Soße, die ich nicht wollte (ohne Absprache oder Frage). Kalt, wenig Geschmack, teuer.

Gebe den ganzen schlechten Bewertungen Recht. Gestern dort gewesen. Ich sagte großer Döner, bekommen habe ich einen extrem kleinen Döner Brot aus der Fabrik alles Einheitsgröße. Einen anderen gibt es nicht. Gewicht samt Inhalt maximal 300 Gramm. Preis 6.70. welcher Erwachsene Mann soll davon satt werden? Ich habe 30 Taschentücher nutzen müssen um den Döner zu essen da die Soße schon vorab raus lief und der Döner deshalb nicht anzufassen war ohne sich die Finger siffig zu machen. Ich halte diese Ballerbude für eine Abzockbude. Freundlich wahren die Typen da ebenfalls nicht. Ich wünsch dem Besitzer immer Durchfall, zu kurze arme und kein Klopapier.

Kleiner Döner, wenig Fleisch. Geschmack nur durch Soße die nur oben drauf ist und schon vor dem Essen halb heruntergelaufen ist. Brot labbrig, in Summe der schlechteste Döner den ich seit langem gegessen habe.

Neben dem unfreundlichen Service hatte ich nach dem Essen in diesem Dönerladen auch Bauchschmerzen. Die Qualität des Essens und die Hygiene scheinen hier fragwürdig zu sein. Das war eine enttäuschende und unangenehme Erfahrung, und ich kann einen Besuch hier nicht empfehlen."

Vorab, ich gebe wirklich ungern 1 Stern. Ich war heute zum ersten Mal bei Premium Döner. Das Einzige, was hier meiner Empfindung nach "premium" ist, sind die Preise. Das Hähnchenfleisch war sehr trocken und sowohl das Fleisch als auch die Soßen schmeckten nicht gut. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen hier voll und ganz bestätigen. Die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich, dass Fleisch von minderwertiger Qualität. Wer seinen Körper liebt, sollte ganz klar woanders essen. In meinem Dönerfleisch war sogar ein Stück Knochen, dass mir komplett den Appetit verdorben hat. Das war mein erster und letzter Besuch. Es gibt genug Auswahl in der Nähe von „Premium Döner“.

Schlechter Döner ich wollte normal ein Döner essen bis ich ein Kaugummi drinnen gefunden habe was einfach nur wiederlich ist 🤮und das reicht natürlich nicht den sie verdienen ja sogar so viel Geld das die sich nicht mal alufolie leisten können

Unfassbar schlechter Döner. Billigstes Knorpel Fleisch, wabbeliges nicht knuspriges Brot, kein frischer Salat mit anschließendem Daueraufenthalt aufm Klo. Bitte spart euch das Geld und holt euch irgendwas günstigeres bei Rewe oder so, katastrophal und nicht vermarktbar das Produkt.

Actually is one of the cleanest Döner shops I have ever been. -the meat portion is "enough". I had a Döner Dürüm and the meat was plenty. One guy cuts the meat, the other is putting the rest on it after asking what you want. They are not moving fast, but they work good. It made me feel important as a client. There is a saying: "if it is not tight, it is not right!". It was not tight at all. Space for improvement then, when it comes to wraps. -6.5 euros is very decent for a location inside a mall, where I am sure the rent is "off the roof". I ate in worse places with 7.5 euros to 9 euros. -the taste was OK. Mediocre, but ok. Special Thank You for giving customers wet wipes. 10/10 for that
