I went to Ali Baba again today. I've actually been going there regularly for years, but I'm getting fed up. I've given the place so many chances, but the service is getting worse and worse. I ordered a dürüm. However, the employee served the customer who ordered after me first. When my dürüm was finally made, there was hardly any meat in it – it was truly awful. If they need to cut costs, fine, but then they should at least make a decent-sized dürüm or adjust the price. The baklava was another story: the icing had completely run out, everything was sticky, and the pieces were piled up haphazardly (see photos). The staff were unfriendly, overwhelmed, no "hello," no eye contact – just zero motivation. I've been there quite a lot, and the baklava actually tastes really good. But today was unacceptable, and I find it a shame that the service has become so disrespectful and uncaring.

I'm not often in the area, but whenever I'm passing through, I like to stop at this fast-food restaurant. The sesame rings are always a highlight—fresh, crispy, and incredibly delicious. The doner kebab is also very good and always freshly prepared.
