Not recommended. The burgers are inedible. Reheated patties straight from the oven, without any browning, sandwiched between doner bread in doner packaging. They forgot the pickles, the preparation was half-hearted, and when I complained, the owner started arguing with me. Unbelievable. The quality is abysmal. No refund. Quality and customer service = zero. It's a shame you can't add pictures to your review here...

I ordered a currywurst with double fries and there were a maximum of 25 fries in the box, so either they forgot to add fries or they are cost-cutting measures. It seems you don't get much for your money here.

Great place with excellent food, flexible service, and very friendly, attentive staff. Huge selection. Everything fresh. Delicious! Card payments accepted. My insider tip: pizza dough for children's birthday parties, where you can top it yourself. Most pizzerias are reluctant or unwilling to do this. No problem at all here. I'd be happy to come back anytime!

Good portions for a great price.

No!! Ordered food for home today. Complete food burned. Schnitzel mushrooms onions not suitable for eating. Only the fries were okay, what a miracle. The 2nd plate of the order was no better!! Also burned. This was definitely my last order. This is how you drive away your customers. Never again!!! Shame about the tip. Unfortunately, food had to be thrown away, it was simply inedible.

As a long-time regular customer and also someone who lives in Krombach, I think it's a real shame what has become of Ali. You can see the drastic cost cutting measures everywhere. The sauce is extremely watered down and so runny that it's always dripping out of the kebab. The flatbread is extremely bad and honestly tastes terrible. For whatever reason, it's probably because of the cost cutting. And then there's the new kebab meat. It honestly tastes so different to the regular kebab meat and isn't my thing at all. Probably very cheap meat that's sold at a high price there. Prices and inflation are rising, that's clear, but putting the quality back because of that is just not an option. There are currently many different kebab shops in Kreuztal and the surrounding area that are perhaps a bit more expensive than Firat, but the quality is 1000x better. I'll continue to eat there every now and then because it's a shop I grew up with. But other shops are already much better, and if a new kebab shop opens in Krombach, it will dethrone Ali Baba... It's a shame, too, that I used to have to wait over an hour in the shop for my order to be processed, and now the shop is practically dead on so many days. I mean, the kebab skewer still gets empty; apparently, people like it. I actually didn't want to write to you because the current Ali only sells expensive junk to customers, and that's just not the right way. If you continue to do so, then goodbye to Ciso. Currently, there are much better alternatives. They fill me up and don't give me a headache... And it's not Lieferando's fault, but the quality... I'm out and have given enough tips. If nothing changes, I'll order from the competition and other stores without any problems....

Portions far too small for the price quoted.

It used to be my trusted kebab shop :D, but unfortunately it has dropped a lot, especially in terms of portion size. Nowadays you have to buy 2 kebabs to get full.

Unfortunately, the quality continues to decline. There is almost nothing left on the kebab, we found a hair in the salad and 2x extra yogurt sauce was delivered as 2x cocktail sauce. Unfortunately, there are no proper pizza rolls with salad anymore. Always great in the past, but no longer recommended. Too bad.

Wir kennen AliBaba schon viele viele Jahre. Gleichbleibende Qualität, sehr leckeres Essen und günstig. Mittlerweile wohnen wir knapp 80km weiter weg und fahren doch immer mal wieder hier essen. Sehr faire Preise für sehr gutes Essen. Nettes und zuvorkommendes Team. Macht weiter so, wir Haben schon die nächste Fahrt zu euch geplant ;)
