Without any greeting from the two employees, I went to the counter. I greeted them friendly, which was met with an unfriendly murmur. Then I ordered a doner kebab. He told me to sit down for five minutes. I did well. I waited and waited. I should also point out that there was only one customer in the entire shop who had already been served. So he could have just handed me the doner he made me wait for without having to wait. So I went back to the counter to ask if it would take any longer because I unfortunately had to leave. Then he suddenly announced that the doner in his hand was mine. So far, so good. When he asked what kind of doner I wanted, I told him. I then asked for something spicy. He really hammered the spicy sauce on it, as I can't eat spicy food. To which I asked why so much. He then aggressively took the hot chili powder and threw it in the trash. I was absolutely outraged by this behavior. Then I confronted him about his behavior, asking him what he meant, that as a customer I should be able to choose what I wanted on my kebab. Then he lost it even more and, in defiance of me, threw the finished kebab with full force into the trash can. I must say, my 5-year-old daughter was with me. Absolutely impudent. I had to wait so long for this. Then he threw the kebab in the trash because you can't eat as spicy as he liked. I told him what I thought of his behavior and walked out. ... The paying customer should be allowed to decide how they want their food, not the person behind the counter. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Köfte at its finest, the best in the whole city!

Definitely better than Cinar Imbiss but still pretty bad! The kebabs here in Ingolstadt are sometimes an insult to the kebab. The kebab here doesn't even taste good and you often have burnt pieces of meat in your kebab. When you're almost finished with your kebab you just want to spit it out because that part where there's only meat left at the end just tastes disgusting... You still get 2 stars because the employees are actually nice, but the long wait here upsets me just as much as the taste of the kebab

The kebab used to be really good here, but since new staff have come in, the quality has dropped significantly. Unfortunately, the taste is no longer convincing and the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame - it used to be one of my favorite shops.

The worst thing I've ever experienced. I ordered online from Wolt and it took almost an hour for the order to arrive. The kebabs were extremely cold and some of the meat in the kebab was raw. They weren't even packaged properly and there were cuts that caused the dürum to open. Absolutely filled with too much salad and cold.

I ordered the crispy chicken breast and it was really delicious.

I've never eaten worse fries in my life... dripping with oil, tasting old, just disgusting. Hardly any salad. The meat wasn't bad, but nothing special.

The rigatoni with kebab meat and cream sauce is particularly a highlight, large portions, extremely well made and delicious. If you are looking for the best kebab noodle combination in Ingolstadt, you will definitely find it here. The kebabs and shawarma are also very good. Service is generally friendly, but can seem a bit stressed, especially in the evenings just before Iftar (breaking the fast), as they try to get all orders ready on time.

We ordered a mixed Lachmacun platter, which included twelve different pieces such as vegetarian or spicy. The taste was excellent, the appearance was wonderful, you can really say that the eye is actually there and the heart is also satisfied.

It's extremely slow, they can't make doner kebab in 30 minutes. If you have time to throw away, you can come.

I do not recommend, the food does not arrive, they take the wrong order, a doner that was supposed to be cut, arrived in 30 minutes.

Absolutely awesome kebab! The meat is incredibly good, you immediately notice the quality and that the work here is done with love and skill. Every bite is a pleasure! The ingredients are super fresh and the portions are huge – exactly how it should be. What's particularly cool is that you can sit outside, and the large parasols make it perfect for dining outdoors, even in summer. The ambience is simply great and the service is friendly and fast. I definitely enjoy coming back again and again!

I ordered 2 doner kebabs with all three sauces and salad. In one of them he did that. In others he only added salad and very little meat and no sauces even though I told him twice that he would do the same thing. The kebab didn't taste good at all dried the salad was dried meat was ok but no sauces so service 0 from me never eat there again😡👎🏻

The worst pizza I have ever had in germany, base not was cooked properly and toppings were falling off. It was almost impossible to eat with hands. Really disappointed with the food.

The food there is simply mashallah, it's delicious and takes a lot of time, but it's because there are a lot of people there. I give it a 5 out of 5 stars

Top Fleisch schnell und freundlich!

Unfortunately I should have read reviews beforehand... Waited over 1.5 hours for 2 schnitzels with fries and salad (delivery). No comment on duration. Fries completely soggy, schnitzel as if it had been fried five times since Monday morning (drier than the fries) and the salad wasn't even delivered (probably better that way). Unfortunately 24€ gone because it's not edible - and I really don't have high expectations for a schnitzel that's a kebab distance away. Now cook pasta...

Waren heute das erste Mal da.Linsensuppe war voll lecker! Mann hat nen Dönerteller für 12 Euro gegessen - ohne zuviel Öl...Hat alles super gepasst! Personal freundlich und Atmosphäre mit Musik👍

Weiß gar nicht warum der hier nicht 5 Sterne hat. Der Chef gibt sich mega Mühe und die köfte schmecken einfach legendär. Den Döner hab ich leider nicht gegessen, aber die köfte könnte ich morgens mittags und abends das ganze Jahr fressen.

Wir haben schon öfter bestellt und waren bis jetzt immer zu Frieden aber heute sorry das Hackfleisch auf der Pide war roh und die Pizza mit sucuk hat geschmeckt wie Gummi mit Belag !!! 😞😞 da reut einem das Geld habe auch angerufen aber mehr wie ein sorry und geb ich dem Schef weiter war nicht drin 🤷‍♀️

Anfangs war das für mich eine klare 2 von 5 Aber Mittlerweile eine 5 von 5. Würde jedem die hausgemachte Pizza empfehlen die ist so viel besser als andere Pizzerias in Ingolstadt. Der Döner ist ebenso sehr schmackhaft da er nicht wie jeder andere Döner im fladenbrot angeboten wird sondern in einem frische pide. Die Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich über den Preis kann man streiten aber solange es geschmacklich passt ist alles in Ordnung. Die Lieferungzeit ist sehr viel besser geworden .

Das wichtigste ist für mich das die Bedienung und der Chef gut und immer freundlich ist. Das andere ist die Sauberkeit und das gesmack des Essens. Ich bin immer zufrieden und esse immer dort. Sowohl Personal auch geschmacklich alles perfekt. Esse seit Eröffnung immer dort und war immer zufrieden. Portionen Riesig und Geschmack Bombe preis der Hammer. Bis gleich 😜 5 Sterne zu wenig. Essen ist super aber das mit den Döner Menüs und dem Döners Tag versteh ich nicht menu 9.90 und dann extra Geld für Fleisch und extra für pommes und Getränk das ist irreführend sollte der Gesamtbetrag anzeigen Wieso extra Geld für Fleisch und Pommes sollte doch im Preis dabei sein oder??

Es ist ein sehr gutes Laden. Es schmeckt sehr geil und am bestens. Alles frisch und sauber.

Der Dönerteller war sehr lecker. Außerdem finde ich es einfach top das in Ingolstadt ein Grill und Kebap Haus gibt der bis 23:00 Uhr auf hat. Richtig toll finde ich es das Kartenzahlung möglich ist.

Mega Lecker!! Als Schüler kann ich nur sagen, es lohnt sich aufjedenfall. Es wird nicht gegeizt und die Zutaten werden ordentlich rein gepackt, heißt das Geld lohnt sich 100%. Freu mich schon auf das nächste mal und Danke für das leckere Essen!

Heute um 12:45 Familie pizza bestellt . 3 mal angerufen Mitarbeiter immer hat gesagt es ist in 15min zugeliefert . Pizza angekommen um 15:35. Pizza war kalt und nass . Also wirklich unzufrieden.

Ich esse hier sehr oft und finde es toll das es Geschmacklich und Qualitativ nichts geändert hat (Lieferung und vor Ort). Obwohl die Preise gestiegen sind, was ich vollkommen verstehe, da jeder seine Preise erhöhen musste, komme ich sehr gerne zu euch.
