A great restaurant that is a highlight of every hike ☺️. The homemade apple pie and potato salad are highly recommended and very cheap at the same time. The hosts are incredibly warm and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

Beautiful restaurant, just like I got to know it 60 years ago from my childhood in the Sauerland. Nice hosts, delicious cake and delicious food. Feel-good atmosphere.

Mr. Gerlach brings a piece of history into modern times. The counter still looks like it did 20 years ago, and that's a good thing! Fresh filter coffee, homemade potato salad… everything is authentic and definitely worth a visit.
