Ekelhaft und unverschämt.....12.7.26 Fleisch, Gyros, Kartoffeln, Reis und Salatdressing unter aller Sau. BILLIGE TK SCHEISSE!!! EKELHAFT Dann sagte der Inhaber: Dann mußt du zuhause kochen. Null Leistung und dann noch unverschämt. Absoluter Müll, dieser Laden ist eine Frechheit.

Ein Restaurant, das wirklich die Spitze erreicht! Schon beim Betreten überzeugt es mit erstklassigem Service, freundlichem Personal und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist hervorragend – hochwertige Zutaten, großartige Aromen und eine liebevolle Präsentation jedes Gerichts. Alles war frisch, perfekt zubereitet und mit viel Leidenschaft gekocht. Insgesamt ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, das Lust auf einen weiteren Besuch macht. Jeder Stern ist verdient, und dieses Restaurant gehört definitiv zu den besten Adressen…!!!

Wir haben heute beim Griechen bestellt und waren leider insgesamt enttäuscht. Das Knoblauchbrot mit Zaziki war geschmacklich in Ordnung, bestand jedoch lediglich aus drei Scheiben Baguette. Das finde ich für den Preis recht mager und sollte in der Speisekarte genauer beschrieben werden. Bei der Gyrospfanne für 17,90 € fehlten die Kartoffeln, die laut Karte eigentlich enthalten sein sollten. Auch beim Moussaka für 18,50 € wurden die angekündigten Kartoffeln nicht mitgeliefert. Zudem war die Portion insgesamt sehr klein. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch das Moussaka selbst. Es wirkte optisch und geschmacklich nicht frisch zubereitet, sondern eher wie ein aufgetautes Fertiggericht. Die Konsistenz und das Aussehen machten den Eindruck, als wäre es nicht richtig fertig gegart oder lediglich erwärmt worden. Für den aufgerufenen Preis hätte ich hier eine deutlich bessere Qualität erwartet. Insgesamt passen die Portionsgrößen, die fehlenden Beilagen und die Qualität einzelner Gerichte aus meiner Sicht nicht zu den recht hohen Preisen. Schade, denn gerade bei einem griechischen Restaurant erwartet man frische, großzügige und authentische Gerichte. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

Grillplatte für 2 Personen bestellt, andere Läden würde das für eine Person verkaufen. Aluminium Folie im Essen, Gyros nur aufgewärmt. Bedienung nett. Essen unterdurchschnittlich.

Authentisches griechisches Essen. Gut gewürzt und schmeckt wie in Griechenland. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend mit der ganzen Familie und wir kommen gerne wieder! Empfehlenswert, wenn man essen möchte wie in Griechenland. Das Restaurant selbst ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber wohl derzeit nebenher renoviert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Hervorragendes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal. Schönes Ambiente.

Zu Mittagszeit Lokal komplett leer seltsamer rauchiger Geruch in der Luft. Mittagskarte übersichtlich aber mit meist 13,50! € pro Gericht relativ teuer. Essen war größtenteils aufgewärmt das Gyros fettig und zäh. Optisch alles nicht ansprechend. Kein Salat dabei.

Essen war sehr gut und üppig. Bedienung flott und aufmerksam und freundlich !!

Die gewählten Speisen waren warm und schmackhaft. Die Metaxasoße war reichlich und köstlich. Gewünschtes Brot wurde nachgereicht. Das Personal war aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich= also alles bestens und empfehlenswert 👍🏻 Das Mobiliar ist abgesessen, aber alles wurde kompensiert durch Küche und Personal 👌🏻

Gyros fettig und lapprig, Reis schmeckt nach nichts, Beilagensalat langweilig. Besitzer rauchen direkt am Eingang und sind in Jogginghose unterwegs. Keine Empfehlung, da gibt es in Moosburg bessere Lokale.

Servus Habedere ☝️ Haben verschiedene Gerichte bestellt, unter anderem einen Dorfteller. Sehr, sehr zu empfehlen, keine Flaxen, schön saftiges Fleisch, keine kleine Portion und Preis Leistung hervorzüglich. Das Bifteki auch Top. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und nett. Servus Habedere ☝️✌️🍺

Sehr schönes griechisches Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Auf der Speisekarte ist für jeden Geschmack was zu finden und der Service ist herzlich und offen, man fühlt sich wie im Urlaub in Griechenland. Vielen Dank 😊

Waren zu 6 auf der Durchreise...Haben alle verschiedene Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte bestellt, war sehr gut und ausreichend. Sehr freundliches Personal- gerne wieder!

Sehr leckere Speisen, freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal.

Tsatsiki eher Schaumgericht. Wenig Knoblauch auch auf Knoblauch Pita. Fleisch wie überall zäh und es gibt keinen Unterschied. Service Super und sehr bemüht!!! Location OK. Ach ja, das Getränk Spezi stammt wohl aus der berühmten 1,5l Flasche und war daher sehr ohne Kohlensäure und das für 4,80 Euro für 0,4l.

Vor vielen Jahren haben wir uns für duesen Griechen entschieden, da der Grieche am Bahnhof in FS stark nachgelassen hat. Alexander the Great ist great! Hervorragendes Essen, unglaublich sympatische Mitarbeitern/Eigentümer, Atmosphäre ist wunderbar. Preise sind leider wie überall stark gestiegen. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder hierher, man fühlt sich hier wie Zuhause. DANKE!

I had No. 52 – Gyro Pita with tzatziki and mixed salad. It was absolutely delicious! Nicely seasoned, a generous portion, and everything was fresh. I can absolutely recommend the food at Alexander Moosburg!

Our first visit to a Greek restaurant in Moosburg. First, the positives: The space is fine, the service friendly, and the food overall tasty. Ouzo is offered at the beginning and end, very hospitable! We'll try the other Greek restaurants next time, though. The side dishes are rather limited. For example, we ordered a medium-rare rump steak, which was served well-done. The steak on another plate was rather dry. The gyro in Metaxa sauce was more sauce than meat, albeit a tasty sauce, and the meat presumably freshly cut. The fries in the kids' dishes are "seasoned" with green spice (in addition to the salt). Surely well-intentioned, but ultimately, they all stayed put. We hadn't seen anything like it anywhere else.

Delicious and fresh food, excellent service, and we felt completely at home. We'd be happy to return.

Wonderful experience at Alexander The Great! The traditional Greek cuisine was delicious, with authentic flavors that reminded us of home. All the dishes we tried were excellently prepared and made from high quality ingredients. The staff was particularly friendly and attentive, we felt comfortable from the first minute. A place with warm atmosphere and real Greek flavors, we will definitely come back!

With the best will in the world, I can't understand the good reviews. The food is neither good in quality nor in taste. Maybe a 2 out of 10. It is carelessly prepared and the side salad, if you want to call it that, is HALF a slice of tomato, HALF a slice of cucumber and a bit of iceberg and 4 carrot strips. Plus yogurt sauce from the bottle... Thought it was a bad day, but the photos in the other reviews confirm the whole thing. Rice side dish also a heaped tablespoon. The rest is also better. For me the worst Greek I know. Well...

We are guests there often. Up until now I've always been very at peace.

Had dinner here for the first time today - and definitely the last time! The welcome was strange: we - 2 adults and a small child - were the first guests shortly after opening. We were denied a table we favored because it was supposedly reserved from 6 p.m. (it was 5 p.m.) and we were only left with a drafty spot next to the entrance. Guests who arrived 10 minutes after us - also without a reservation - were then assigned the table that was denied to us. Food then subterranean: fish platter with tasteless frozen vegetables, calamari tough, some of the shrimp still with intestines. Not even the fries were good. Then an extra 50 cents was charged for the ketchup from the little one. Never again!

Loved it . Staff there is realy frendly and polite even when the place was packed . As a new parent we missed place for diaper change but done it in woman toilet in troleys and had more than enough room . They do have baby chairs :) . Parking space is a bit problematic but you can find it within range of 5 min on foot from the restorant . Recomendation

Bei Alexander The Great ist das einzige die Preise "Great". Die Portionen sind so klein geworden, dass sogar jemand wie ich, der auf einmal nicht so viel Essen kann, hungrig aus dem Lokal ging. Warme Vorspeise für 2 Personen ein Witz. Ebenso das bestellte Hauptgericht. Wir haben 1x Vorspeise für 2 Personen, eine Hauptspeise, Gyros Kalamari, ein Weißbier und eine Cola mit 53, -- € bezahlt und waren hungrig. Leider war das mal anders. Mich hat der Greate Alexander das letzte Mal gesehen.

Food was plentiful and tasty. My lamb shank was buttery soft and simply a delight with the vegetables. But what came next was simply amazing! The house's recommendation - a special walnut tiramisu that wasn't on the menu. It was really something special, so delicious! I fought until the last spoonful because the size would have easily been enough for 2 people. The staff is very attentive and friendly, but doesn't feel like they're constantly waiting, which is very pleasant. You can tell that the staff exudes a good working atmosphere despite the high workload. The prices for 3 people including drinks and desserts are completely fine, we stayed in 2 figures. Conclusion: If you are looking for a relaxing evening with very good Greek food and friendly staff, you have come to the right place. We will definitely come back and let ourselves be pampered.

Very friendly service and excellent food (mixed starter, medallions with Metaxa sauce). What more do you want? The one star deduction refers to the wooden folding chairs on the terrace. There are certainly more convenient alternatives.

Food was very tasty, portions were clear, prices were very high. I found almost €5 to be really steep, especially for a small children's portion of fries. The staff was also very nice, but I thought it was a shame that the surprise (a dessert) for our birthday “child” had to be taken care of ourselves.

Heute waren wir wieder einmal richtig gut im unseren Lieblingsrestaurant „Alexander the Great“ essen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist super freundlich man fühlt sich hier richtig wohl. Was auch ein Grund dafür ist, das es unser Lieblingsrestaurant ist. Denn wir sagt man ..der Ton macht die Musik 😉. So nun zum Essen .. die Speisekarte enthält alles was den Gaumen und Kenner der griechischen Küche erfreut. Wir hatten uns heute für SOUFLAKI (Schweinefleischspieße mit Reis und gemischtem Salat ) und SEEZUNGENFILET vom Grill mit Reis, Gemüse, Fischsauce und gemischtem Salat. Beides war wirklich sehr lecker. Ich würde oder besser ich kann es jeden der in Moosburg ist es empfehlen schaut rein und lasst euch verwöhnen es lohnt sich

Today we once again had a really good meal in our favorite restaurant “Alexander the Great”. The restaurant is very cozy and lovingly furnished. The staff is super friendly and you feel really comfortable here. Which is also one reason why it is our favorite restaurant. Because they say...the sound makes the music 😉. So now to the food... the menu contains everything that pleases the palate and connoisseurs of Greek cuisine. Today we opted for SOUFLAKI (pork skewers with rice and mixed salad) and grilled sole fillet with rice, vegetables, fish sauce and mixed salad. Both were really very tasty. I would or rather I can recommend it to anyone who is in Moosburg, take a look and let yourself be pampered, it's worth it

During our spontaneous visit we were guided by the many good reviews - not a good decision 😞. The service was very friendly, but the food was average at best. Unfortunately, some of it didn't taste homemade at all and wasn't "tasty". The portions were manageable and the price was medium. We wouldn't come again.

The selection and dishes are perfect for us. No matter if it's a place or to take away. The lunch menu is cheap and the service is also good. We just don't like the seats at the entrance!

Always very tasty. Only recommended! Even after many years, we still enjoy eating there. Changes to the dishes are not a problem. Very nice service. And the dessert is a dream, here you can often find something that isn't on the menu, a daily special so to speak, which has always been super tasty so far.
