I had the food delivered to my home and was even there too early because of the time :). But the fries aren't fries, they're actually just oil and the Bolognese that I ordered had a really strange aftertaste, as if it was no longer good, like frying old meat. The only thing that tasted good was the bread. Very unfortunate...

Today I ordered food via Lieferando. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. The tomato soup was really a little too watery, and the penne baked with meat sauce and cheese really had no flavor at all and tasted really bland. Ordered once and never again.

The food doesn't work at all. Ordered there for the first and last time. Schnitzel bone hard, everything fatty and unseasoned. They have absolutely no idea about cooking. It felt like everything tasted the same, whether soup or main course. Just disgusting......

We had the food delivered to us and it arrived on time. I ordered a dish from the Christmas menu which also tasted delicious. Unfortunately I couldn't order any dumplings separately even though the dish came with dumplings. 2 relatively small dumplings are a bit too few. Nevertheless, I can recommend the restaurant.

Bottomless impudence. Pizzas not baked at all. Pizza driver stands at the door for 20 minutes and waits. After 20 minutes he calls and says he's there. No, this pizzeria is not recommended

Placed an order on Monday at 12:15 via Lieferando. After waiting 1 1/2, I called and was told that the order would be there in 20 minutes. After 2.15 hours the food came cold and not complete. Not recommended!!!

We had ordered food. First the positive: The food was rock solid. You can do it even if there are no spices. Now for the rest. We asked for the fastest possible delivery time via Lieferando. The food arrived after an hour and fifteen minutes, even though delivery time was stated to be 45-60 minutes. A cola was missing. The larger portion, with an additional charge of five euros, was the same size as the small portion. Additionally, the supplier complained about the stairs (Fourth floor, new building, low ceilings). In response to a telephone complaint about the missing Coke, it was offered to deliver it within an hour. Did the delivery person not have it with him in the first place or was he able to cover half an hour of travel in just five minutes after delivery? Well, now we probably have a credit for a Coke if we make a reservation by phone. FYI: A liter of Cola cost more than three euros. Were we really noted somewhere? Who knows, who knows... It's actually a shame since the food really wasn't bad.

very cozy, delicious food, also positive: the dining room is pleasantly warm - that's not always the case these days. This also has something to do with feeling good. A special compliment to Luigi = courteous, humorous and friendly. Clear recommendation.

A small family restaurant, a bit hidden, but definitely with the potential to be a regular. The food was very tasty and sufficient and the service had that classic Italian charm, which we found incredibly pleasant.

The food and drinks were all decent. The atmosphere is wonderfully retro. The service was original and friendly.

I ordered via Lieferando and the whole thing took almost an hour. I wouldn't mind the wait, but I ordered a lasagna that ended up burnt to the bottom of the packaging while the entire middle was raw. The cheese from the gratin was also a single mass.

We ordered online from the restaurant. The delivery was good but unfortunately the food was not as expected. We had 2 pizzas, 2 spagetti carbonara and 1 schnitzel.. The fries were extremely wobbly and completely tasteless, as was the pasta... it felt like all the spices were missing. The noodles tasted absolutely nothing. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't quite cooked through and was very wobbly... Unfortunately not recommended.

We only ate one piece of pizza, which was inedible. The artichokes were black and tasted like metal (that's what happens when you cook them in an aluminum pot). We would love to give 5 minus stars! The noodles tasted like nothing, the “cream sauce” tasted very watery. The entire meal ended up in the trash and we spent 28 euros for nothing. Long delivery time and stomach ache the next day. NEVER AGAIN! Under no circumstances order! I don't normally write reviews, but it was so bad that everyone should know!!!!

Please do not put flyers in the mailbox and do not ring on other people's doors in the morning, even if it is already 12 p.m. I was woken up by their flyer distribution and that really bothered me. So please respect that and don't throw your flyers in strangers who clearly have an anti-advertising sticker on their mailbox. 10/4/2024 Update Dear Sir or Madam, if you have mailboxes with anti-advertising stickers like my mailbox, please don't just throw in your annoying advertising anymore. But read it carefully beforehand and respect the fact that you don't want any advertising next time. Maybe you should rethink your marketing concept.

Culinary assault!! After calling 5 times and asking where the food was, they hung up on me cheekily! Schnitzel didn't see any spice? Croquettes cold and completely raw mushrooms in the sauce! Zero fried! Any bad feedback here is absolutely justified! It would have to be forbidden for borrowers to simply be allowed to practice their profession!!

The service in the restaurant is always top notch. What you can't always say about food. It's not bad, but it's sometimes too sober for me personally. Maybe other guests like it that way, but unfortunately I don't.

We came to the “Alberto” through an invitation. Our first impression was sobering... Small and the furniture on the terrace was quite cramped. Dried flowers on the window sills, framed by spider webs. Oh dear! The waiter was alone, but quite nice. The food was ok, the prices were moderate. We've had worse Italian food. We were missing the spices. Too bad!

The restaurant is in a relatively quiet location in Baumschulenweg and is therefore easy to sit in the outdoor area. But there is also enough space inside to dine with friends or as a couple. The service goes to great lengths and even with a larger group things are quick. The drinks are well tempered and, if desired, ice cubes can also be served with the white wine. A fresh salad is served with meat dishes and the dog is also given a bowl of water upon request. The food was okay although there were some points that could still be worked on in the kitchen. The boiled potatoes must be warm, even if they are not freshly cooked. The sauces can definitely have a little more flavor. The fish, even if frozen, can be of better quality. As a trained chef, I know that some ingredients cannot be prepared fresh or à la carte, but if ten people order in advance, good preparation can make a big difference. All in all it was a nice evening and everyone was happy. Thank you

Order via Lieferando did not arrive. Ok, that can happen. Called after 1 hour. Then the food was brought 20 minutes later. Tagliatelle still very aldente. Sauce watery. Onions and chanterelles almost raw. I've never eaten anything so bad! Inedible!

Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. My wife and I went to eat our favorite chanterelle mushrooms. We ordered chanterelle soup and for the main course fish with chanterelles and schnitzel with chanterelles. Very tasteless. Just a disappointment. The bread that was served was also damp and tasteless. We were also not informed that they do not accept cards before ordering food. It is not right. This is a restaurant, not a diner. We were unhappy and ruined our evening in Berlin with this food. The prices are not reasonably high for the location and quality of food.

We were in this small, beautiful restaurant yesterday for a funeral service. We had the entire outdoor terrace to ourselves, which was lovingly set up. We received a warm welcome after such a sad event. The food was fantastic and very freshly prepared. We would like to thank the lovely employees who made our day so much better! We were in this lovely little restaurant for a family celebration with around 20 guests and everything was delicious! There were several plates with a variety of Italian dishes, all of which were very tasty and freshly prepared! Every request was met in a friendly manner, so that we were able to enjoy the terrace and the afternoon in great spirits. Thank you

Cozy restaurant with affordable prices.

It is somehow always crowded but I don’t find this place that great. Specially not for vegetarians.

I ordered for delivery. Portion of pasta in cream sauce and sour cream Noodles were okay, but not great. For 10€ it's actually a shame. Sour cream was dramatic and flew into the trash after the first bite Delivery time 1:10h even though I live 3 minutes around the corner 🫤 I can't say anything about the atmosphere

This is the second time we've eaten there, it's simply delicious. Portion generous, fresh and tasty, good value for money. Luigi is awesome, you feel like you're part of the family, always friendly, nice and funny, without Luigi something would definitely be missing. We will stop by often.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Küche, an den immer gut gelaunten Luigi und den an diesem Tag sehr aufmerksamen Carlo, der uns super bedient hat. Sehr lecker und reichlich. Gerne wieder. Intrusive advertising! Although it clearly said “No advertising” on the mailbox, there was an advertising flyer inside. Something like that is annoying!

Very disappointing: delivery man doesn't even say hello or look in the eyes, nothing, not a word. Pizza Hawaii lukewarm and the CHEESE was completely forgotten. Delivery took place after about 70 minutes

Advertisements are everywhere, even though the post office says “no advertising.” Waste of paper!

It tasted really bad and the service wasn't good either. Not recommended! There are much better restaurants in the area.

Wir waren bei Alberto am Donnerstag vor Ostern mit der Familie zum Abendessen und waren sehr zu frieden. Die Kellner waren schnell und sehr freundlich. Es gab eine große Auswahl und die Portionen waren sehr groß. Sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder.

Terrible! Waited over an hour for the food and then didn't get what you actually ordered. The garlic soup barely tasted like garlic and was red! I don't want red garlic soup! And I don't want to season it with salt and broth either. My carbonara only tasted good when I mixed in a little garlic soup. Then I'd rather spend 10€ more, but in return I'll have a satisfying meal.

Ordered at 11:27 a.m. and received delivery at 1:19 p.m Cold and wobbly food Pizza chews like chewing gum and meat dry and cold The shop is not recommended. You can't even get a pizza right. Pizza base burns New entry ordered again after 3 years and it has gotten worse. We ordered garlic soup and a red, thick soup was delivered that had no taste and only garlic was added. Ordered spaghetti carbonara with garlic but there was no garlic in it and nothing seasoned. You had to add seasoning and even vegetable broth had to be added to the soup to get some flavor. I'll eat there in person and see what they stir up when red garlic soup comes again and the flies will fly because garlic isn't red.

We ordered through Lieferando and waited almost 2 hours for our food. We haven't eaten so badly in a long time, the schnitzel was drowned in the sauce and completely limp. NOTHING had any taste, even the broccoli tasted like nothing. Everything was completely carelessly prepared, even the salad was drowned in dressing. We definitely won't be ordering here again!!!

We felt very comfortable and well looked after at the Alberto. We had various pizzas, homemade tiramisu and ice cream for the children. Everything was consistently delicious. We'd love to come back.

This evening we ate at Alberto for the first time. We were gifted a Groupon voucher and redeemed it. Luigi greeted us in a very friendly and familiar way, as if we had known each other forever. The 3-course menu and the pizza for our daughter met our expectations 100%! Special requests were taken into account. The kitchen knows what it's doing and the service is simply top. One thing is certain: Luigi & Alberto have gained new regular guests ;-)

I have eaten or ordered here again and again (despite some stupid experiences) - But yesterday the whole restaurant smelled like sewage. There was such a strong smell of manure in the toilets that it permeated the entire store. - Our juice was served with an ant in it - And when paying, the waiter couldn't keep his fingers to himself. I think it's time to say goodbye to this store.

Ich kann das Restaurant mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Man wird dort immer herzlich empfangen, und sehr gut bewirtet. Ich habe dort neben Pizza und Schnitzel schon sehr viel gegessen und es war immer gut. Die Preise sind sehr gut. Über den Lieferservice kann ich nichts sagen, ob er qualitativ genauso gut ist.

Die Nudeln kamen nach 2,5std und sind mit Abstand das schlechteste was ich je gesehen habe.Hoffe in der Küche stand kein Italiener denn dies wäre eine beleidigung.Die Nudeln waren in einer fettigen Sahne Soße ertränkt und die Pfifferlinge demnach auch ungenießbar. Die Vorspeise aus Tomate-Morzrella hat leider abgesehen von einem Tropfen Öl weder Pfeffer noch Salz gesehen .Etwas Balsamico wäre toll. Die Pizzabrötchen und die dazu bestellte Fanta waren ok

Wir waren heute das erste mal dort essen, und ich muss sagen, dass Essen war richtig lecker. Auch die Bedienung Luigi war sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich bestelle regelmäßig bei Alberto und lasse mir das Essen nach Hause liefern. Der Salat ist immer sehr gut, frisch und knackig. Das Dressing ist auch sehr gut. Pizza ist ok. Die Nudeln sind Tagesform abhängig. Heute schmeckten sie nach Spülwasser. Schade ist, dass immer etwas vergessen wird, meistens ein Beilagensalat. Heute bekam ich daher zwei, dafür fehlte die Flasche Wein, die man ab Bestellwert von 30 Euro bekommt. Preis - Leistung ist ok, aber nicht mehr. Sorry.

Wir waren das erste Mal hier & haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt... Das Essen & Trinken hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt... Auf jeden Fall kommen wir gerne wieder...

Haben dort nur was getrunken war schnell und freundlich. Alles wunderbar.

Lieferung 40 Minuten länger als angekündigt. Essen war lauwarm. Cordon Bleu war eine gerollte, zu dunkel frittierte Keule. Die Soße dazu war eine dicke Pampe mit trockenen, muffig schmeckenden grünen Pfefferkörnern. Brokkoli war zu fest. Salat ging so. Pizzabrötchen schmeckten noch am besten. Nicht noch einmal.

Sehr netter und sympathischer Chef Hat uns die Pizza mit Käserand und Bruschetta mit Schafskäse empfohlen. Beides super lecker. Können die ganzen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Ja es wird mit den weiblichen Gästen geflirtet, aber für mich als Ehemann auf eine nette und nicht sexueller weiße. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung. Wenn wir wieder nach Berlin kommen, werden wir dort wieder sehr gerne essen gehen. Viele Grüße Familie Risch

Super leckeres Essen. Pizza und als Vorspeise Tomatensuppe. Aber auch alle anderen Gerichte sind lecker. Wir hatten letztens ein 3 Gänge Menü. Und immer freundlich bei Luigi.

Das Essen war unterirdisch! Gefrore Pfifferlinge in dem "Sahnesoßenbrei". Das Cordom bleu kam aus der Friseuse und sah aus wie eine dunkelbraune Keule. Ok, Pommes waren gut, aber das ist ja keine Leistung.
