Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal dort und ich muss sagen ich bin begeistert. Wir werden öfters kommen. Personal ist auch super freundlich.

Das Fleisch is sehr lecker, vom Preis her kann jeder seine eigene Meinung dazu haben.

Geiles Leckeres Essen, sehr schönes Ambiente und viele private Parkplätze alles top.. Allerdings sollte das Kinderecke dringend renoviert werden... unser sohn war stark enttäuscht weil es von außen interessant aussah doch Innenleben am sterben war....seit jahren wurde es nicht mal gesaugt so wie es aussah, alle legosteine waren kaputt sonst gab es auch nichts, und das bunte straßenspielteppich fast in einer farbton vom dreck... leider sehr unhygenisch... alles drum rum schön und super elegant doch für kinder sollte der raum entweder renoviert oder gesperrt werden... schade

Es fehlt die Möglichkeit, am Tisch zu bezahlen. Man muss zur Kasse gehen und warten. Das ist der einzige Grund, warum ich den Service nur mit 4 Sternen bewerte. Ansonsten ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich muss schon sagen das ist der Restaurant den ich sehe der Döner verkauft und die machen das richtig gut. Die vibes sind so eine Mischung aus Dönerladen und Restaurant. Die warte Zeiten sind zwar bisschen länger aber nicht all zu lange

Essen war okay, Service war es nicht. Vorbestellt. Ganze Bestellung am Telefon 2x wiederholt. Jaja alles gut, in 20 Minuten fertig. 35 Minuten später hin, Bestellung war noch nicht fertig. Nochmal 10 Minuten gewartet. Dann, nochmal nachgefragt ob zwei der Gerichte wie bestellt mit Reis sind. "Ne ist jetzt mit Pommes", und das extra Fladenbrot? "Oh vergessen". Klatscht eines dann ohne Box in die Papiertüte, als ob es meine persönliche Schuld wäre. Und dann zuletzt noch Preisschock: Webseite (mit schlecht eingescanntem Flyer) sagt 12,90, Gericht kostete vor Ort dann 18,90. Das Essen an sich ist okay, wenn auch kein Feuerwerk an Begeisterung. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir gehen nicht mehr hin.

Sehr sauberes Kebabhaus, wo Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, schönes Ambiente. Ein großes Plus ist, dass man auch mit Karte bezahlen kann.

Kein typischer Döner-Laden. Bin eigentlich kein Fan von Dönerteller, doch dieser von Alb Kebap mit Salat war der beste, den ich seit langem gegessen habe!

Absolut klasse von A bis Z habe hier mehrmals gegessen und bisher immer top zufrieden. Geschmacklich ist der Döner auf jedenfalls in meinen top 3 jemals. Ambiente auch sehr einladend ich kann es bedingungslos empfehlen hier zu speisen. 1A hoffe das bleibt immer so.

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort, es ist ein sehr schönes und hygienisches Lokal. Die Einrichtung und das freundliche Personal werden Ihnen bestimmt gefallen. Geschmacklich ist mein Favorit ganz klar der Adana-Kebab, aber auch der Döner ist fantastisch; die Saucen sind ausgezeichnet und sehr lecker.

Bestes Kebab der Region. Wir kommen regelmäßig vorbei und genießen die leckeren Speisen. Service ist ebenfalls immer freundlich.

Freundlicher Service, Essen kam schnell und warm an den Tisch. Beide Gerichte haben uns satt gemacht und sehr gut geschmeckt, sehr lecker!

Sehr leckeres Essen. Zu Stoßzeiten manchmal im Service bisschen chaotisch. Aber alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder 😃

Wir waren zu dritt dort und leider war der Besuch eine komplette Enttäuschung. Wir haben zwei Linsensuppen und als Hauptgericht einen Adana Kebab sowie zwei Iskender bestellt. Die Linsensuppen waren kalt, und wir mussten mehrmals nach Brot, Zitrone, Pulbiber, Salz und Pfeffer fragen. Dinge, die eigentlich selbstverständlich dazugehören. Nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit kam der Kellner plötzlich zu uns und teilte mit, dass kein Scheibenfleisch mehr vorhanden sei. Stattdessen wurde uns angeboten, einfach Hackfleischspieß zu nehmen, und das zum gleichen Preis! Eine absolute Frechheit, uns so lange warten zu lassen und dann minderwertigere Ware anzubieten! Währenddessen haben andere Gäste, die nach uns gekommen sind, ihr Essen viel früher erhalten und waren teilweise schon wieder weg, während wir immer noch gewartet haben. Unser Essen kam noch dazu nicht einmal gleichzeitig am Tisch an. Einer von uns hat mit seinem Adana Kebab gewartet, weil wir gemeinsam essen wollten. Bis unser Essen kam, war sein Teller natürlich längst kalt. Insgesamt ein katastrophaler Service, minderwertige Organisation und für ein „Restaurant“ völlig inakzeptabel. Jeder Imbiss leistet besseren Service als das hier. Wir kommen definitiv nie wieder.

Geschäftlich zum Übernachten im Ort und zum arbeiten. Und mir viel es gleich ins Auge bei der Essenssuche. Alles Tip top, Services, Essen, Qualität, preislich alles bestens. Weiter so und wir sehen uns wieder.

Habe am heutigen Tage dort mit Kunden Essen geholt. Ich habe die Dönerpizza mit Steakfleisch genommen ... 10 von 10 Punkten!!!!! Wenn ich keinen Schlauchmagen hätte, hätte ich 5 von den Pizzen gefuttert und noch nen Döner dazu. Essen ist frisch, schmackhaft, Service super, Restaurant sauber, Ambiente modern eingerichtet. TOP!!!!

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen wirklich nicht nachvollziehen. Insgesamt ist das ein sehr guter Dönerladen auf hohem Niveau, vor allem im Vergleich zu klassischen Dönerbuden. Das Brot wird hier selbst gemacht und das schmeckt wirklich um Welten besser als bei den meisten anderen Läden. Der Salat und das Gemüse sind sehr frisch, und besonders gut gefällt mir, dass sie Rucola in den Döner geben, das passt geschmacklich hervorragend. Die Tische im hinteren Bereich sind aus Massivholz gebaut, was dem Laden einen edlen und gemütlichen Look verleiht. Wir haben sogar kostenlos einen Schwarztee serviert bekommen, der ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Schade nur, dass es kein Hähnchenfleisch am Spieß gab, sondern nur Kalb aber ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

I previously gave the place a good rating, but now it's taken a turn for the worse. I ordered two kebabs, and after 20 minutes, I still haven't had anything. Others got their kebab plates and other items before us, even though we were there 10 minutes early. After saying we were leaving, they told me to wait another 10 minutes. I wouldn't wait 30 minutes for two kebabs. It's been similar the past few times: sometimes someone gets their food really early, and the others have to wait another 10 minutes, and sometimes only one person waits – sometimes the kebab is tiny, sometimes even tinier. The food itself tastes good, but the service, the wait time, and the portions are a disgrace. When they first opened, it was always a pleasure to go there. Now it's a bad thought in my head.

We were at Alb Kebap today. The manager offered us beef as a doner/jufka. We agreed. The beef made it the worst doner/jufka we've ever had. Beef is too dry and doesn't belong in a doner/jufka. The spicy ones weren't spicy.

The food is good, but I drove half an hour only to see at the door that it was vacation time. 😂 Write it here if you're closing for a month.

Hungry after the badkap, we googled a kebab shop. Alb Kebab Haus was shown, open until 11 p.m. We arrived at 9 p.m. and were immediately informed that they were only open for another 30 minutes, that they had run out of kebab meat, but they did have grilled dishes. We chose Adana kebab with shepherd's salad, which never arrived. When we asked, they didn't know their own menu, and then they just brought salad, some of them with a horrible dressing. It definitely wasn't shepherd's salad; it should have had feta and olives in it... The portion was too small for the price. The kids' order came with fries, even though they had ordered without them. Ketchup and mayo were missing... Everything tasted okay, but nothing more. The sink is awful; if you turn on the tap, you get splashed all over. It's a shame, our first impression wasn't good... but it was also mentioned that we were going on vacation the day after tomorrow, so maybe that was just why it was like that.

I've only seen döner kebabs, there's too little in them for the price, Deniz or Mr Snack have more in them

I'm happy to recommend this restaurant, as I've eaten there myself. However, I've heard from friends that it wasn't always a particularly pleasant experience. (By the way, I recommend the lamb platter.)

The food was really delicious and the service was really friendly. Unfortunately, it was a bit expensive – €40 for two, and we each only had one dish and one drink. At first glance, the restaurant appears to be new and well-maintained. The kids' area isn't what you'd expect, with only large plastic blocks lying around, and it's dirty. It's a shame, but it's actually a nice idea.

I haven't visited this "restaurant" for a very long time. The reason was the expired and smelly original meat. We complained immediately, but the staff looked at us strangely; unfortunately, the second attempt was the same. We've now returned after exactly three years, and you can see how the prices have skyrocketed and the quality and portion sizes have decreased. The staff are still strange, and above all, very unfriendly. Above all, there are no hygiene measures in place. I will inform consumer protection. A visit here is definitely not worth it.

The food is great, it's a shame you can't pay by card. You can get pide at the restaurant with salad and sauce. If you take it out, the price is the same without salt and sauce. -> Unfortunately, there's an extra charge with sauce and salad.

Unfortunately, the rice wasn't cooked all the way through. We also wanted to take our food with us, but they just gave us empty boxes – there was no packing service. Overall, it was disappointing, and we probably won't be coming back.

We were at the Alb Kebab House for the first time today and so far we had only heard positive things. We were kindly offered a table and we were also served in a friendly manner. We received menus and were able to order after a quick overview. The food was really tasty. Unfortunately there was no homemade Ayran, only the one from the wholesale market. It can happen that it goes out. But what really bothered me were the many little things that I pay attention to in the restaurant and that, in my opinion, still need to be improved. Everything I saw of the kitchen and the display of prepared skewers was very neat and looked really clean. What wasn't nice at all: Unfortunately the tables were not wiped down. You can see streaks from previous customers' fingers and food everywhere. The same applies to the mirror, which is hung between the tables on the glass wall, i.e. towards the outside wall, and to the clock, which hangs on a pillar towards the kitchen. There is also a sticker with a thermometer look hanging diagonally on one of the pillars. Something like that is noticeable when you walk through the restaurant and you hear it. As he walked past, the waiter wiped something off an empty table next door with his bare hand instead of doing it properly with a damp cloth provided. Then everything ends up on the floor and the streaks continue to be on the table... The toilets are newly renovated but not well maintained. The urinals contain a plastic collecting grille, yellow, streaky and disgusting. When you use it, it immediately smells like old urine. There are traces of ash or coal in the toilet bowl of the toilet, which looks really terrible. Unfortunately, the floors in the restaurant aren't exactly clean either. There were pieces of meat everywhere, here a tomato, an onion or small crumbs of bread. When it comes to electronics, you can also see that it was a nice purchase, but not much serviced or maintained. There are LED strips hanging from the cupboard at the checkout, 3 of the built-in, square lights above the display flicker heavily and are not set correctly. Unfortunately, the rooms are also not optimally equipped when it comes to noise levels in the restaurant. It is also very loud with the restaurant only a third full, which bothered me a bit, at least today. Please take care of the basics and cleaning regularly, then I can adjust my rating after my next visit. I would really like it, because your concept is great and unique and refreshing in Albstadt.

Food was good, but for 2 kebabs, 1 pide with cheese and spinach and a kebab pizza I think 39 euros is quite a lot. The staff wasn't particularly friendly either.

Best experience at Alb Kebab House I highly recommend this restaurant! The staff are incredibly friendly, the service is top notch, and the entire staff does a great job. The food is simply perfect – fresh, delicious and prepared with a lot of love. Everyone here deserves a promotion, especially Ercan! His commitment and friendliness make every visit a highlight. Very good kebab and other dishes. Service always friendly. The store is always full and very busy. That speaks for itself. I usually pick up the dishes I order over the phone. This usually works very well, with a few exceptions. And this waiting time is due to the immense number of visitors. That can be forgiven. There are no problems here like in other places where you don't get the product you ordered and instead you get something else. It's always worked so far. A clear recommendation.

Wow! The one with the bald head and the one with the beard are the best employees I've seen. There are 10 types of sauces here. There are even stone ovens here which really fascinated me and the charcoal grill was the highlight and the meat was simply WOW. Everyone should come here

I came with my wife to eat grill, and at first I said please let the meat be cooked well, they said okay. The lamb chops that came to us were completely raw and red inside, the meat remained as it was and we did not eat it. We always used to go, but we never go anymore. Every time we went there was a friend, I guess he was the boss, and he was not there today. I don't know if they took advantage of the boss's absence and brought raw meat. But it wasn't worth the money I paid. I voiced it and they ignored me. It's a shame really

Everything was great, delicious food, original kebab skewer, highly recommended as well as all the plated dishes. The only thing is when you sit at the front door, the cold draws air in. I have to be honest, I don't understand the few comments related to the staff. I have been there several times with my children and have been incredibly warmly welcomed. You are seated, asked how you are, whether everything is okay and sometimes the waiter apologizes if the place is a bit full. The young waiters really do their best and even when something goes wrong, they react and remain professional. The guys behind the counter are super friendly and happy to chat. The food is always prepared quickly and we are also open to special requests. The younger waiter with a bit of a beard (Erkan) is super warm and has a heart for children. The ambience is and remains unique. Absolutely further recommended.

I dined at this restaurant today and had a very disappointing experience. The waitress made mistakes several times and instead of responding in a friendly manner, she was rude. My soup came at the same time as my main course, and when I asked for salt and pepper I still didn't get it. They also overcharged when I cashed out, which I only noticed after I left the restaurant. The waitress made three mistakes within five minutes. When I became a little dissatisfied, I received the rude answer: "You don't have to eat this, we just make mistakes." To make matters worse, the waitress shouted at us while we were paying, so another waitress had to intervene to calm her down. I've never experienced anything like this in a restaurant. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I have Adana my wife mixed grill meat. Salad looked old, was very soft and no longer crunchy. Weird anti pasti sauces in which half the lukewarm meat lay and 2 small slices of bread. My wife had the same thing. In Adana and köfte you could taste the cheap spice mixture that you can get in every Turkish shop instead of fresh spices. We left the plates three quarters full and paid 46 euros. I'm sorry I have to write it like that, but we'll never go in there again. Not recommended

You can imagine how good it once was here. When you enter the Kebap House you can see the numerous design elements (although too many for me personally) and the well-equipped kitchen with an open charcoal grill. At the same time you can also see how everything has been run down. Paint bursts, broken and closed children's playroom, scratched furniture, blocked 2nd floor, etc. The food itself tasted good, and it was also easy to make a vegan version for someone in our group. Unfortunately, the system is still too much of a snack bar, so you can't expect much service when there's a lot going on.

Price performance is very poor, where else can you get more for your money. Selling a glass of water for €3.00 is outrageous, this is a kebab shop and not a 5 star restaurant. Personally, I also find the boss unsympathetic.
