We went to dinner with the children, and the man immediately started to criticize us for asking for 5-6 napkins. Just pay for the napkins and the food will be on us. It is not something to say to the customer. Since it is a business in the center, it cannot be said that it cares about its customers. They have to choose, they have all kinds of ideas.

Fair price of 6.50 for minced doner in fresh, homemade bread, portion fits. The staff was in the right mood and card payments were possible without any problems. You get what you expect 👍

I ordered a spinach-cheese pide and got a pide with just cheese because apparently spinach was out. In my opinion you should say that when ordering. Therefore poor service and therefore didn't taste like much. I still paid the same amount. They could have at least given a discount.

Yufka was very tasty. Various sauces and also fried vegetables are possible in Yufka. Fries were also very tasty.

I recently went to Alaturka in Reutlingen and have to say that while the food was okay, the service and quality absolutely left something to be desired. The employees tend to ignore you and seem unfocused, especially when there are women in the store. The male customers are virtually overlooked – as if our presence were less important. A real no-go, however, is how to handle the meat. Instead of cutting fresh meat, meat that has been lying around for hours is apparently packed into the kebabs. When I order a kebab as a paying customer, I of course expect fresh ingredients - and to be honest, whether the meat would otherwise have to be thrown away is certainly not my problem. I pay for quality, not leftovers. If you think you have to reuse old meat like this, you should eat it yourself or serve it to your family in the evening and not give the customer a cheeky excuse. Last but not least, I also noticed that there is a camera in the toilet - something that in my opinion is completely wrong and makes the customer experience more than questionable. Conclusion: The store had potential if quality and customer service were taken seriously. But unfortunately I cannot recommend it under the current conditions.

The red sauce is Killa! The kebab gets tastier towards the end.

Was there at a time when nothing was going on. Ordered fries with kebab. Eating the doner wasn't anything special then they brought me the fries. Fries. Hot and completely greasy but not crispy. They just tasted like old mast fat. The fries sat in my stomach for two days. Honestly, what's so hard about frying fries?

The kebab was good. The bread was warm and the ingredients were fresh. Plus, the sauce tasted good. The interior of the restaurant is modern. It was very quick until the food was ready. Reasonable price of €6.50 for a kebab

We were strolling in Reutlingen last week and decided to have something to eat here. Since I hadn't had any beef kebab before, I asked for a sample. I received these promptly and in abundance just to try. I was impressed by the taste and ordered a kebab plate for myself, which pleasantly surprised me. My son, who is very picky about chicken kebab, was also very happy with his meat, as was my wife, who also ordered a kebab plate with chicken. Our general impression is very positive. The taste is very good, the freshness is top and the service is top notch despite the stress. The ambience is just a kebab shop and here, as with the taste, it is always individual! It's not outstanding but I've seen much worse. We would love to come back and enjoy some time and delicious food. Thanks

A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza from this restaurant to eat on site. Unfortunately the pizza came badly burnt and the edges were really black. I then asked for a new pizza, which the boss brought to me personally. Despite this incident, I decided to give the restaurant a second chance and returned today. To my great surprise, this time the boss was extremely rude and didn't want to sell me pizza. He literally brushed me off, which really disappointed me. The staff was also consistently unfriendly and only reinforced the bad impression. I am very disappointed with the treatment and service at this restaurant and will definitely not be returning. Very tasty kebab! The sauce was perhaps the best I've ever tasted. There were seven of us and we ended up eating eleven kebabs. The taste was perfect and I can only recommend this restaurant. The cashier and manager were a little stressed because the store was full, but that didn't affect the quality. 👏

Sunday June 9th, 2023 around 1:00 p.m Before we could order, the “boss” (he was always in the middle) or a more experienced employee had really put down his colleague. In an aggressive tone and highly condescending. You don't treat people like that! Professionalism looks different. He was also very unfriendly to us. The minced meat for the kebab has been cut a long time ago. Therefore the meat is dry. The toilets look terrible. Hygiene is a must! The tables are rarely cleaned.

Doner kebab meat was already cut next to the skewer, meat was incredibly bland and the yoghurt sauce that tasted like nothing made it a really boring affair. Thanks to the fishy aftertaste that kept coming through, it was really close to being a star. I really have nothing but pity for everyone who thinks the kebab is good.

The worst kebab I've ever eaten. On a Saturday evening not all dishes were available. The service clears away before you're even completely finished. Toilets are worse than on the trains or anywhere at the station. If you're looking for value for money, you're in the wrong place here.

Ich habe wirklich lange nicht mehr mein Essen so bereut wie heute. Ich rate euch ab dort Iskender zu essen. Das Essen war nicht nur lauwarm sondern einfach nur lieblos und unappetitlich. Ihr bekommt für 12 Euro lauwarmes Dönerfleisch übergossen mit einer Tomatensauce(die so schmeckt als wurde sie aus der Verpackung darübergekippt) und dann noch zwei Löffel Joghurt oben drauf. Es war so schrecklich, konnte es einfach nicht essen. Riesen NO GO und einfach frech für den Preis!!! Das Personal war unfreundlich und lustlos. Das erste und letzte Mal dort gewesen.

Kaltes Essen serviert! Mega unfreundlich. Macht selber den Fehler und gibt mir als Kunde die Schuld! Über schwaches Verhalten. Lächerlich. Könnt euch sicher sein dass das der letzte Besuch war!!

Am Ende der Fußgängerzone ist das beste Dönergeschäft in RT. Die Portionen sind üppig und sehr sehr lecker. Frische wird hier noch groß geschrieben. In schönem Ambiente kann man hier auf einem von 35 Sitzplätzen Platz nehmen. Im Sommer ist auch rin Verzehr vor dem Gebäude möglich. Preis Leistung stimmt absolut. Eine reichhaltige Auswahl, sowie 3 verschiedener Fleischsorten (Schicht, Hähnchen, Hackfleisch) und Getränke runden den Besuch bestes ab.

Also ich kenne den Vorbesitzer schon der König und der jetzige Nachfolger ist auch gut hatte Döner Menü bestellt Döner Pommes und Cola 10€ preislich Top Pommes mega lecker auch der Döner super lecker die Soße auch werde sicher Mal wieder hin gehen kann es nur empfehlen.

Meiner Meinung nach ein liebloser Döner ohne Ambitionen. Mich wundern ehrlich gesagt auch die guten Bewertungen. Fleisch: Lag schon geschnitten neben dem Dönerspieß. Im Fleisch waren harte Stücke die man nicht kauen konnte. Brot: War einfach noch teigig, weich und schmeckte nach nichts. Soße: Die Soße ist mehr ein Dressing und super flüssig. Beim Essen läuft sie regelrecht aus. Das Brot wird auch nicht wirklich ordentlich befühlt und wirkt 1/3 leer. Hätte dieser Laden nicht die gute Lage, hätte er es schwer. In Berlin würde er keine Woche überleben, nach meiner Einschätzung. Geht lieber zum SimSim oder KebabHäusle, ist ein besserer Deal.
