Cheap and good, it really is here. Order in advance or bring a few minutes to wait. It's definitely worth it. Cash only and no delivery. I go there regularly and will do so in the future.

Nice amd cheap place where you can get good and quality food

Unfortunately things are getting worse lately. We have been regular customers for a long time. The dishes are very affordable in terms of price/performance and almost all taste very good, but... In the last six months we received a pizza that was unfortunately 2cm too small in diameter. Recently ordered 3 chicken kebabs and 1 normal and got 4 chicken. Of which 2 kebabs had very little meat. Ordered 3 chicken and 2 normal kebabs today. I received 5 normal kebabs. Mistakes can happen, it's not an issue, but unfortunately things have gone downhill in the last 6 months. I hope the boss reads this and trains his staff again, otherwise I'll be forced to look for something else, which would be a shame because it's always fresh and tasty.

This döner-pizza place is a solid choice in Chemnitz. The ingredients, especially the meat and salad, consistently taste fresh, which is a big plus – it's the only döner I've had here that hasn't upset my stomach. Service is efficient and quick, and the staff are good at taking orders. While the indoor seating is limited to a couple of sofas (no tables inside), they do offer outdoor tables in the summer, making it a more pleasant dining experience. Otherwise, it's primarily a take-out establishment. Despite the limited indoor seating, the prices are lower than what you'd find for döner in the city center, making it a good value option. Overall, I recommend this place for a tasty and affordable döner.

However, in a piece of pizza we found a plastic rope, which is absolutely unacceptable, especially when it comes to a child's health. Were passing through and wanted to have a quick kebab. We found the ALAN Pizza Service on Google Maps and when we entered we were conflicted about whether we should really eat here. In fact, the kebab was rock solid and cost “only” €5. Our colleagues in southern Germany can take a lesson from this! It's a shame that the building doesn't look inviting inside or out.

If you want good food, you've come to the right place. The food here is very good and also inexpensive. I can only recommend it 👍👍👍

I have always been satisfied. Last Friday I ordered 2 dürüm by phone. After a 5 minute drive I picked it up. I found it strange that it happened so quickly and that the dürüm felt so cold. They didn't taste good this time either. But the gastrointestinal issue was much worse the next day. I don't want to assume anything but......

Here are definitely the best doners and durums in this city. And the pizza, the pizza is something special. The quality is always the same, the orders are ready exactly in the number of minutes they say when you order over the phone, the staff is nice, and the food is incredibly tasty. 5/5 for this place!

It was quick...it was inexpensive and delicious. Ambience is just not the priority, cheap good food. It's not for nothing that the student pizzeria/kebab shop is there. The casseroles are really delicious. There is also vegetarian options. Self-service, pickup only, no delivery service.

My favourite is chicken lasagne

Always reliable and fast and a savior in an emergency when the fridge is empty. The menu is very extensive, there is something for every taste. You can't beat the price and always friendly.

The menu offers a good selection. The pizzas are particularly recommended. The service works effectively and the waiting times are not too long, even with many customers. Value for money is very good. All in all, the store is highly recommended.

I got a lasagne there today, it was the worst of my life, 1 lasagna sheet and 5 strips of ham inside, otherwise just the baking dish full of liquid tomato broth, that's a lasagne for 8 euros, horrible.

I have tried Döner, pizza and something called 314 on the menu several times in Alan pizza. One can call them before reaching (Mob Num mentioned in Google maps) and they will prepare the order, and can be collected when reached to the restaurant. The food is delicious, and they are friendly people. it’s takeaway normally but they have a couple of chairs outside too.

The house and the parking lot don't look inviting, but the inside seems to be hygienically clean. An employee always takes the order and then it goes very quickly. Quality ok, unbeatable price. I've posted the current menu. My children say: favorite kebab or pizza.

As always, we got top kebab and dürüm. The spicy sauce is particularly good here. Hardly any time to wait with so many people.

Price/performance is unbeatable!

Dealing with customers is friendly. Prices are also cheap - from €2 a medium-sized pizza is served. If you want to eat cheaply - this is exactly the right place! Sometimes there are a lot of customers on site, but due to the quick preparation and quick delivery of the food, you only have to plan for a short waiting time. We usually call 15 minutes in advance and when we get there after 15 minutes the food is usually already packed and ready to be picked up. The quality of the pizzas has also gone up a notch. Compliments to the team! KEEP IT UP! I recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience! :)

ALAN is the place where you can really get a good kebab or pizza in Chemnitz. Even though the days of two euros for a pizza are over, it is still really cheap and the taste is really a 10 out of 10

The quality in the store now leaves a lot to be desired. The kebab yesterday was anything but okay, totally oily bread was cut too deep. The tiles have been broken for years 😔

Schlechteste Dönerbox jemals!! Das Fleisch hat nach Gummi geschmeckt und ich habe eine leichte Lebensmittelvergiftung davon getragen. Geht einfach zu megges oder Subway wenn ihr in Chemnitz seid! Preise waren zwar sehr günstig aber das macht das unfassbar schlechte essen auch nicht besser!

Der Durchfall den ich hatte war grossartig! Immer wieder eine Erfahrung Wert (die ich nie wieder machen möchte) und eine super Empfehlung für alle Menschen die man hasst.

Mein Freund Pepe von der Arbeit hatte großen Appetit auf ein deftiges Essen zur Mittagspause. Sein Weg führte ihn zum wiederholten Male zum Alan Pizza Service. Die Wahl fiel auf eine Döner-Pizza mit doppelt Zwiebel. Nach einer dem Herstellungsprozess geschuldeten Wartezeit von einigen Minuten erhielt Pepe den runden üppig belegten und knusprig gebackenen Teig in einem attraktiv bedruckten Karton ausgehändigt. Geschmacklich fand Pepe keinen Makel und verspeiste in Windeseile die locker 2000 Kalorien schwere aber exorbitant preisgünstige Pizza.

Dort wird man freundlich bedient, daß Essen wird schnell zubereitet und schmeckt.

Der Service und die Preise sind super. Vor allem die Pizza für2 €. Kann ich nur empfehlen. DÖNER SCHMECKT HIER AM BESTEN (ABER DAS IST JA BEKANNTLICH GESCHMACKSSACHE) WIR BESTELLEN IMMER ÜBER DAS telefon und können 10 minuten später meistens schon das Essen abholen. Es wird sehr schnell gearbeitet.

Habe mir letztens eine Lebensmittel Vergiftung zugezogen. Habe eine Pizza und eine Döner Box mit meiner Familie gegessen und war im Nachhinein glücklich das mein 4 jähriger Sohn an diesem Tag nichts essen wollte. Hätte es ihn erwischt,wäre es nicht gut ausgegangen. Ich hatte mit meiner Frau mehrere Tage zu kämpfen. Eine Magen Darm Grippe ist nichts dagegen! Und es kommt definitiv von dort weil wir vorher alles gleich gegessen haben und mein Sohn "zum Glück" nichts hatte! Also kann es nur hier her kommen. Die Hygiene in diesem Geschäft müsste dringend überprüft werden. Ich Frage mich wieso immer noch so viele Leute dort hin gehen. Lieber zahle ich 5 Euro mehr ,aber diesen Laden werde ich nie wieder betreten...

Der Pizzageschmack ändert sich sehr häufig.
