Absolute Empfehlung! Alabolu hat mich auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Der Service war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Die Qualität der Produkte ist hervorragend und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt ebenfalls. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit gelegt wird. Der Laden ist sauber, einladend und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann Alabolu jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Viel zu teuer fur kleine Portion 8,50.voll Verarschung.nur Salat und pommes.das wars fur mich.

Interessantes Konzept. Natürlich Geachmackssache. Jedoch frische Zutatten und vernünftige Portionsgrößen. Jedoch für meinen Geschmack etwas zu teuer. Kann mann aber auf jeden Fall mal machen.

So lecker! Einfach grandios mit den Saucen, wir hatten sogar eine kleine Schale zum ausprobieren - man wird richtig satt, aber könnte einfach weiter essen, weil es sooo lecker ist.

Komme extra aus Essen nur um Alabolu zu essen. Das Konzept hebt sich deutlich von anderen Fast-Food-Reihen ab. Die Zutaten wirken frisch, das Essen ist geschmacklich top und der Service freundlich. Wer etwas anderes als Standard-Fastfood sucht, ist hier genau richtig

Ist langsam teuer geworden. Und die Portionen sind echt klein geworden. Fleisch weniger als zuvor das ist nicht gut.

Ich werde komplett ehrlich sein. Ich weiß auch viele sind anderer Meinung. Ich finde das jetzt nicht so lecker. Ich finde den Preis auch nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich finde es gibt einige gute Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Dadurch das ich an der niederländischen Grenze aufgewachsen bin, habe ich in den Niederlanden viel sowas essen können. Trotzdem finde ich das Konzept sehr gut und sehe auch das da sehr viel Mühe reingesteckt wird. Was Social Media Präsenz angeht finde ich es auch super also den Content. Ich habe für mein Alabolu 20€ gezahlt was man auf dem Bild sieht. Service war eigentlich auch super aber es hat mir etwas zu lange gedauert, dafür das sehr viele Mitarbeiter dort waren. Ich dachte immer der Preis ist damit gerechtfertigt das halt so viele dort arbeiten. Es hat mir halt trotzdem etwas zu lange gedauert. Alles in einem trotzdem guter Laden und tolles Konzept. Demnächst auch in Düsseldorf verfügbar. Leute geht trotzdem hin und lasst euch selber überzeugen. An dem Tag wo ich da war, war es auch sehr voll. Vielleicht war es einfach ein ungünstiger Tag an dem ich da war. Weiterhin viel Glück.

Mal was ganz anderes. War sehr lecker. Aber außer dem netten Mädel an der Kasse haben die anderen Mitarbeiter das Lächeln wahrscheinlich verlernt 🫤

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und der Service ist auch super

Zu viele Kartoffeln, zu wenig Fleisch und extra Kosten für Soßen. Ich erinnere mich an die Anfangszeit; damals gab es mehr Zutaten, und die Soßen standen bereit.

30€ für 2 Boxen die hauptsächlich aus Salat, Pommes und Soße bestehen. Schmeckt nach nichts besonderem. Werde ich nicht nochmal essen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen. Drum herum gibt es viel bessere Lokale die auch günstiger sind. Kauft euch lieber ne Döner Box woanders, schmeckt besser und kostet die Hälfte.

Der Laden war früher sehr gut mittlerweile unterer Standard und sehr kommerziell ausgerichtet. Die Portionen wurden verkleinert, die prozentuale Fleischmenge reduziert, der Preis ist exponentiell gestiegen. İst mittlerweile fettige Soßensuppe . İch unterstützte so einen laden nicht.

Bin seit mehreren Jahren immer mal mehrmals hier. Alabolu schmeckt immer brutal und macht glücklich satt, ist mal was anderes, kennt man sonst nicht. Man kann gemütlich sitzen, nicht laut, sich vollkommen entspannt sein Alabolu geben.

Ordered food today at 3 p.m., which was supposed to take a little over an hour. After 1.5 hours, I checked and was told the food was on its way. At 5:30 p.m., I received cold food.

The house specialty is highly recommended! The "casserole" was truly delicious. The combination of meat, fries, vegetables, sauce, and cheese is fantastic.

We went to Alabolu in Duisburg and were absolutely thrilled! We ordered two small portions and one baba portion – there were four of us, and we were more than full afterward. The concept is simply brilliant; I've never seen anything like it before. Great taste, huge portions, and everything fresh! Hopefully, there will be something like this in Stuttgart soon. Highly recommended!

We ate here and waited over 20 minutes for our food. Guests who arrived significantly later than us were served first. This is unacceptable for a restaurant. There was no information or apology from the staff. Organization and service are clearly a major problem here. Not recommended.

I could eat there every day. So simple, yet so delicious. The prices could be a bit lower, though; especially for delivery, you pay €3.50 more per dish (Lieferando).

Well, I only write the most honest reviews, so I'll be honest here too. I ordered a large portion of Alabolu. The staff accommodated my request for a spicier version (as usual, it still wasn't spicy. Thank you very much for your effort, though. Maybe my tolerance is just too high for that). I still ate my entire order. The combination of meat, salad, sauces, and fries is slightly reminiscent of a mixed kebab plate, only the meat is different in this case. Taste-wise, it's perfectly fine. I wouldn't say it's not tasty. I can also mention that the large portion can be quite filling (at least for me). My concern, however, is with the restaurant's concept, because while eating, I realized, "Hey... I could actually make that myself at home." And that thought isn't all that wrong. I can't say that about a kebab, burger, etc., or even a good pizza. But an Alabolu is absolutely doable at home without noticing any major differences in quality, and that somehow took away the joy of eating for me. Besides, such a large portion costs between €10 and €15. If the price were a bit lower, I would at least pass the thought by, but unfortunately not at that price. In conclusion, I can only say that my own thoughts took away the joy of the concept. It's a shame, but everything else was great. The staff was great. The place was great. Everything seemed clean and well-maintained. Thanks for the food.

Once great, now unfortunately disappointing I was a big fan of Alabolu in Duisburg for a long time. The dishes - especially the signature dish of seasoned turkey, fries, cheddar and various sauces - were always delicious and filling. The portions were generous and the price-performance ratio was good. However, with my last order I noticed that the price-performance ratio had deteriorated. Although prices have remained stable since the last increases, the actual content of the dishes appears to have been reduced. The portion sizes offered - small, large and baba - have remained the same on the outside, but the actual contents seem smaller than before. This is particularly disappointing as I previously appreciated the restaurant for its generous portions. I hope that Alabolu returns to its previous standards in the future and improves the price-performance ratio. Until then, however, I will refrain from placing any further orders.

5 stars – a real insider tip! Today I happened to be in the Alabolu restaurant with an employee – and what a stroke of luck! The taste of the cuisine is something different, pleasantly different. You can immediately tell that the cooking here is made with love. The flavors were excellently balanced, each dish had its own character, and everything was fresh and authentic. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was pleasant - you immediately feel welcome. We were both thrilled and will definitely come back. A clear recommendation for anyone who is open to new taste experiences!

Tastes TOP. The colleagues are friendly and the store is clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the price doesn't match the rest at all. Such a pleasant image is damaged by the exorbitant price and you can no longer enjoy the delicious food 100%. Almost an hourly minimum wage for a (tasty) aluminum box with an estimated less than 100g of (turkey) meat is simply not justified. I hope the price is adjusted again to the current economic situation.

I had the chance to try ALABOLU during my visit to Duisburg, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was amazing with a great balance of flavors, and the service was impressively fast — we got our order in less than 5 minutes. The staff was polite and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere. Located conveniently in the city center, it’s very easy to reach. We ordered the small box of turkey, which came with perfectly seasoned fries, fresh salad, and delicious sauces that tied everything together. The portion was satisfying, and at €7, it was excellent value for money. And it is Halal. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Duisburg!

We were in Duisburg in the city center and wanted to grab a bite to eat and happened to stop by ALABOLU. We received a very friendly welcome and advice. The food was very tasty and I can recommend this restaurant. Everything freshly prepared and served. We'll go there again when we're in Duisburg.

We stayed over the weekend and ended up eating here because of the many positive reviews. I have to be honest, we don't regret it. The casserole that is offered is really delicious and you can add additional toppings as desired. The staff is consistently very friendly and accommodating. Yes and overall it is very clean there. The only drawback is the waste that comes from eating, i.e. aluminum casserole dish and plastic fork. Could still be improved.
