nice Italian restaurant in the city center. Located right on the street. Friendly staff and affordable pricing. We had a very good meal there. Tense parking situation.

Food was mediocre. Starter plate, melon with ham, pizza and dessert were not convincing. The pasta and gnocchi were very good. Nice to sit and friendly service.

I got o sole mio (pizza) and it probably was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. it was very affordable (€12 for a huge plate) and they provide gluten free option as well! The ambiance and the view from the restaurant is also super pleasant. Will definitely recommend anyone to come here.

A real failure! The food was absolutely disappointing. However, the biggest disappointment was the service. The waiter was extremely rude and made us feel like we were a nuisance to him. Our complaints were only responded to snippyly, **“Threatened to call the police.”** I've never experienced anything like that! I definitely won't be spending any more money here.

I was there spontaneously for the first time this afternoon and ordered a spaghetti carbonara to take away. Unfortunately, it tastes a bit bland, and unfortunately it doesn't contain enough bacon for the portion, which is quite large. At least I was well fed.

Unfortunately my visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was not greeted and my questions were only answered reluctantly and snippily. The overall tone of the team was inappropriate and made my stay very unpleasant. It seemed like the staff were annoyed by the guests and didn't feel like doing their jobs. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant and will visit other places in the future where you are valued as a guest.

We went to dinner as a group and sat inside the restaurant. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the rude behavior of one waitress in particular. Unfortunately hair came out of a friend's food but there was no excuse. The ventilation only worked for a very short time. I finished my meal in a short time because I felt uncomfortable with the heat and the rude behavior. At first I thought I would go again with my family, but I decided that I definitely didn't want to be served by the same waitress again.

There was a hair in my pasta, after complaining the same pasta was brought back to me by serving it to me on a different plate and the sauce was suddenly underneath the pasta. The waiter was totally unfriendly and grumpy. Conclusion: Not worth it and not recommended.

Being served food WITH HAIR and being treated stupidly by the waitress. Being served the same food again, just in a different plate, should give the impression that you have been given new food. Not recommended!!!

It's really tranquil and quiet, so I was really happy to visit Augsburg for the first time in years... well, unfortunately the pasta was cold and the waiter was terribly uninterested, a little like he was selling articles and not want to work with people. We were warmly welcomed and shown to a table. Unfortunately there was a very unpleasant smell from the cellar or kitchen, so we changed tables. When we ordered a grilled beef fillet, the waitress didn't ask how we wanted the fillet. Unfortunately, my beef fillet was very raw, so I asked to put it on the grill again. My wish was granted, but not exactly in a friendly way. Unfortunately, the fillet came out of the kitchen unchanged, so I didn't end up eating the raw meat. The waitress just rolled her eyes as she was clearing away when she saw the raw piece of meat - she was obviously disgusted by the sight. No questions, no apologies - apparently nothing matters. This was our last time in this restaurant. Apparently the owners don't care how the guests like it. It's a shame because the location is great.

We were sent away because we just wanted something to drink. Unnecessarily long waiting times for the card to arrive. It's a shame because the ambience is good.

We were 6 people for dinner. Service friendly, but only the pizza was good. All other dishes were completely tasteless! We seasoned it with salt and parmesan so that it at least tastes like it. Salmon/lemon sauce bland, carbonara just creamy (what's cream doing in carbonara?!) Risotto funghi only tasted of these two ingredients. A complete failure and has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. It's a shame because we also invited people and celebrated their birthdays.

Pizza excellent, price performance is ok. Always busy, be sure to reserve.

A great Italian, really authentic and as usual - Italian hospitality HIGH 10. Located in the middle of the old town in the alleys, somewhat inconspicuous from the outside. The food tasted great and was tip top. The service and waiters are very courteous and child-friendly. I would come back at any time. Ciao! 👌

Four of us were there on a Saturday lunchtime. We got a table relatively quickly. The food also came quickly and tasted very good (3* pizza, 1* salad). The beer (Riegele) was also delicious. All in all, an Italian restaurant that we couldn't fault.

Shameful and disrespectful service. My wife arrived at the restaurant in the early evening around 4:30 p.m. There were almost no tables occupied, so nothing was going on yet. My wife was allowed to sit at a table with her friend. It was clearly communicated that the two of them would just have one drink and then leave. After a while another waitress came and presented the bill for the two drinks, pointing out in a very unfriendly tone that this was a restaurant. When the two tried to pay the bill separately and by card, the service repeatedly became unfriendly. With the hint that he wouldn't care if you came to the restaurant again. Unbelievable thing like that. It is an absolute disgrace to treat guests like this. If it had been clear from the start that the consumption of drinks in this restaurant was a problem, the two of them would have gone somewhere else. For me personally, being treated like that as a guest is an absolute no go.

Very tasty gluten-free pizza, well priced, fast service

This was my second time there and unfortunately I was disappointed again with the food. What is very frustrating is that the dish was served with Parmsean even though it wasn't visible on the menu or there was no note mentioning it. There were gnocci with various mushrooms and additional spinach. I don't think the gnocci were homemade. The taste was bland and boring, even with additional spices. My partner's dish was also bland and tasteless (pasta with asparagus and prawns). The bruschetta starter was good and tasty. I particularly liked the fact that the bread wasn't overloaded and was served without balsamic vinegar. Why there is no Aglio e Olio on the menu is beyond me. The service is top, very attentive, quick and courteous. I would also like to praise the fact that a short-term reservation in the evening was possible. Unfortunately it was a bit too loud for me during the main course, but the restaurant was well attended. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated for my taste. I'd love to come back for bruschetta and a coffee.

We were warmly welcomed even without a reservation and were given a table, unfortunately only in the “basement” because everything was already reserved. The food and drinks were served quite quickly. We ate the salami and tuna pizza, and in general we have nothing to complain about. For us personally it was just too much cheese and not enough salami and tuna. The waitress was probably not in a good mood that evening and rolled her eyes when you didn't know what you wanted to eat or drink. Alg. her manner and the way she spoke to the guests was quite rude... maybe. it was because of her temperament. Overall, I can definitely recommend this. 👍👍

It was okay, service was a bit dull, pizza diavola was spicy and the dough was very thin, but the taste was a bit bland.

We received a very warm welcome and were able to grab a spot without a reservation. Food and service were top. We had a nice table in the basement. The team regularly asked if everything was OK. Unfortunately, it smelled a bit like a toilet down here, so you'd have to check - that's not great!

Grote zaak die gekend is want zat overvol. We moesten even wachten op plaats omdat we niet gereserveerd hadden maar kregen toen een tafeltje. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en lekkere verse en betaalbare Italiaanse gerechten met wisselende suggesties. Lekkere, betaalbare wijn. De sugo was verrukkelijk, moest mij inhouden om mijn bord niet uit te likken 😆. De pizza van mijn man kwam wat later dan mijn pasta maar achteraf boden ze ons daarvoor een limoncello van het huis aan. Aanrader!

I was eating there with a friend! We were directed to a table and stayed seated for a good 10 minutes before we got the cards. The waitress didn't even get a “hello” out of it! According to the menu I order a “Bruscetta” and a “Salami Pizza”! I'll be honest, I've been eating bruscetta for years and have eaten it several times in Italy, and the menu didn't say anything about "mushroom bruscetta" or anything like that! Anyway, my starter finally arrived and I saw that 2 slices were topped with tomatoes as usual and 2 with mushrooms! I then told the waitress in question that I had a mushroom allergy, she just replied: “Then you have to read the menu better!” I was taken aback for a moment and then said that I had done that and there was definitely nothing with mushrooms there otherwise I would have I didn't order it! Then she just said that I could have asked! The fact is, I sent them away with the request that I would only like some with tomatoes! With a bad facial expression and a bad mood, she took the plate away and brought me new ones a few minutes later! When paying, sorry, but I always give a very good tip if everything went well, but this woman didn't get a cent from me, she threw the rest of the tip on the table as if I were a dog who was thrown a bone! It's actually a real shame, it was my first time eating there, the newly brought bruscetta was delicious and the salami pizza was too, but the service with this waitress was extremely poor! Because of her alone, this shop will no longer be allowed to welcome me as a guest and from what I have read, this is not the first incident with this woman! Maybe you should take a look at her, but the fact is that she is definitely in the wrong place to be a waitress!

It was a great evening with a very good meal. The area in the basement is cozy and you can have a good chat there. Service was impeccable and really friendly, and special requests were no problem.

Unser Besuch im Restaurant Al Teatro am vergangenen Sonntag war leider alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Obwohl wir für fünf Personen reserviert hatten, bekamen wir einen Tisch für vier. Die Bitte um einen größeren Tisch wurde von der Kellnerin mit sichtlichem Unmut aufgenommen. Der Abend nahm jedoch eine noch unangenemere Wendung,als mein Mann abgerechnet wurde und der Kellnerin Trinkgeld geben wollte schaut sie mich an und meinte "haben sie keine Angst, ich gebe das Rückgeld auf den Cent genau zurück " . Mir fehlten die Worte, ich konnte nicht mal darauf reagieren, da ich so perplex von Situation war. Zum Höhepunkt des Abends wurde ich dann auch noch als "böse Frau " beleidigt. Die negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Service, die Unfreundlichkeit der Kellnerin und die Beleidigung treiben unsere gesamte Erfahrung. Es ist bedauerlich, dass solch ein Verhalten toleriert wird. Wir hoffen, dass das Management auf solche Vorfälle reagiert um anderen Gästen ähnliche Unannehmlichkeiten zu ersparen.

Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr netter service. Die Lautstärke im vollen Restaurant ist leider extrem laut, weil die Decken niedrig sind und keine lärmreduzierenden Löcher in der Decke installiert sind.

Wir waren zu 4. Das Essen war sehr gut alle 4 Personen waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten Calamari fritti Ente 2X und ein Fleischgericht. Wir bekame alle das Essen gleichzeitig obwohl sehr viel los war. Die Preise waren im Vergleich zu anderen moderat. Das Lokal kann ich empfehlen.

Ich gehe sehr gerne in dieses Restaurant, die Gerichte sind immer frisch zu bereitet. Vorspeise sehr zu empfehlen, die Pizza ist sehr lecker, kein Karton oder zu wenig Belag, genau richtig, aber vorallem die Steaks sind Weltklasse, mit Steinpilzen oder auch in Pfefferrahm, medium genau auf dem Punkt. Geschäftlich wie auch privat, sehr gerne besucht, noch nie hatte ich oder wer anders ein Gericht, was nicht geschmeckt hätte. Man geht sogar auf Sonderbestellungen ein. Wenn man mit einer großen Gruppe kommt, bekommt trotzdem jeder sein Gericht ungefähr zur selben Zeit, so dass man gemeinsam essen kann. Freundlich Bedienungen, obwohl diese wirklich viel zu tun haben, immer freundlich und zuvor kommend. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber, eingedeckt ist der Tisch schön. Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln.

Wir wurden rausgeschmissen weil wir kein Hautgang bestellen wollten. Uns wurde der Tisch aber auch nur für eine Stunde angeboten. Wie soll man da einen Hauptgang essen. Zudem riecht es im Keller (auch hier sind Tische) nach Urin

Tutto rigorosamente nella media di un ristorante italiano all estero. Ci sta sia per qualità del cibo che per i prezzi non troppo alti. Felice che abbiano anche in opzione senza glutine nel menù della pizza.
