It tasted good when I was just there for a short time for the first time

The food is tasty but the service is not good at all. The guy with the gray hair and the glasses doesn't take me on all the time, he takes on everyone else except me and he takes on the people who come in straight away. Of course I went out and ate somewhere else, I came here often and will avoid eating there in the future, thank you very much :)

I've always ordered it to pick up, and it tastes damn tasty and fresh... it's never soggy or cold... quality, price, performance unbeatable!

This insider tip is relatively centrally located and is a price and culinary change from the usual catering trade. The food is freshly prepared in a stone oven. Drinks are also available for purchase. The (!) one toilet is well used, which is why people with very weak bladders should only eat here. The staff is mainly in my opinion. Of Syrian origin and always tries to understand the language.

So I thought the two flatbreads I had were delicious :) one with meat, the other was Mexican with cheese. On the tables there was still mayo (but personally I wouldn't have tried that with it :D), ketchup, hot sauce, pomegranate syrup, salt. It could be a little cleaner..! Otherwise I didn't feel uncomfortable. The prices are unbeatable & 2 pieces are completely sufficient for me. Many people drank tea with it. I'll definitely come back and try something different.

So, I don't understand the bad reviews, you have to be aware that you can't expect any luxury for these prices (in terms of service or ambience), but the food is really great! We tried several things and were pleasantly surprised, so a Syrian pizza for 2 euros definitely fills you up and it's also fresh and tasty. We'd love to come back! Thank you for the delicious food!

Discovered by chance in 2019 and have been there since then whenever we were in Hanover. The prices are unbeatable! It fills you up, it's quick and it's delicious. Everything is great for two euros! 😋

The most authentisch and traditionell restaurant. Good and luxurious

I purchased a goodie bag using the Too Good To Go app. Unfortunately, the contents of my bag did not meet my expectations. For "9" euros I received a very small portion, only 2 pieces!! which in my estimation was actually worth less than 3 euros. I appreciate the app's initiative to reduce food waste, but guests should know what they are getting for their money. !!!

A Syrian pizza place with the best taste and price (cooked in an oven), but don't expect much from the atmosphere. I've only tried the small pizzas so far, but I'm very satisfied with the food. Almost everything I tried was above average, but Hühner mit käse was the most delicious. The price was around 5 euros for a small pizza and a drink, so it was just the best.

A small restaurant with a large terrace, but the atmosphere doesn't invite you to sit down, very narrow and unclean tables. Some of the staff are unfriendly and uninterested. The low price of 2 euros tempts you to buy, but the amount you get is very steep and to get full, 2 euros quickly turns into 8-10 euros. In terms of taste, the baked goods are okay, but if you're unlucky you'll get products that have been warmed up for several hours and will become rock hard if you don't distort them immediately.

Die nettesten Mitarbeiter immer am lächeln. Essen schmeckt Hayat, jeden Tag kann ich das essen, am geilsten Nummer 35! Ihr habt sogar geschafft, dass almans in ihrer Mittagspause zu euch kommen. Heftigen! #loveyou

Wenn so bleibt wie es Ist und die Preise auch nicht steigern,dann ist es super!

Man wird nicht richtig satt mit einer dieser syrischen Pizzen. Man müsste mindestens zwei essen. Die sind sehr dünn und manche können sehr fettig sein. Es ist zwar halt sehr billig (2€-3€), aber das bringt mich dann auch zum zweifeln, ob man da wirklich was qualitatives bekommt. Der Typ an der Kasse war distanziert. (Lag vielleicht daran, dass ich kein Araber war.) Die Tischd waren dreckig und allgemein das Lokal sah nicht nach einem Ort aus, wo die Hygieneregeln eingehalten werden. In dem Zucker was an unserem Tisch stand, war einen noch lebende Biene drin und Tücher mussten wir uns vom Nebentisch holen.

Günstiger geht glaub ich gar nicht. Schmeckt sehr gut. Meist sehr voll und laut. Man kann drinnen wie draußen essen

Mega Angebot und Geschmack. Lediglich die Kommunikation war etwas holprig, aber das tut dem Geschmack ja keinen Abbruch

Pizza options are good here with reasonable price

Ich bin von weither angereist, um meinen Urlaub für drei Tage in Hannover zu verbringen. Ich habe in Ihrem Restaurant gegessen. Es war köstlich und hatte einen guten Geschmack. Auch die Behandlung durch den Kundenservice war wunderbar. Ich persönlich bin mit allem, was das Restaurant geboten hat, zufrieden.

Kann man essen ist aber Geschmackssache.

Das Al-Sham kenne ich jetzt schon ein paar Jahre. Die belegten Fladen in unterschiedlichen Geschmacksrichtungen sind wirklich lecker. Die Preise sind sehr moderat. Es werden auch arabische Pizzen zu etwas höheren Preisen angeboten. Ganz lecker ist auch der Tee, dessen Stärke man selbst bestimmen kann, in dem man weniger Tee und mehr heißes Wasser nimmt. 50 Cent sind ein wahrer Freundschaftspreis. Einen Stern Abzug gebe ich für die ziemlich heruntergekommene sanitäre Einrichtung. Hier ist eine Renovierung dringend angeraten. Die sanitäre Einrichtung ist nicht dreckig, sie ist einfach nur total abgenutzt.

Bevor ich zu Back Factory gehe, komme ich lieber hier her. Sehr lecker, preiswert und wenn man möchte wird der Snack warm gemacht. Pizza gibt es hier auch

Preis/Leistung ist hier einfach der Hammer ! Von daher 5 Sterne ! Geschmacklich variiert alles aber ich habe meine gefunden und bin begeistert! Auch wenn es schnell gehen muss absolut zu empfehlen

Sehr lecker und günstig. Die Sachen die ich bisher dort gegessen habe waren vorgefertigt und gingen nur nochmal kurz in den Ofen. Daher super Alternative, wenns mal schnell gehen muss. Und die Herren hinterm Tresen sind immer sehr nett. Und auch wenn ich finde, dass es nicht erwähnt werden müsste, aber habt keine Angst da rein zu gehen, nur weil viele "Nicht"Deutsch-Aussehende davor sitzen. Hier schmeckts einfach. Wer sich ggf. nicht traut ist selbst schuld.
