The staff are so unfriendly, it's just impossible...I've decided not to come back a few times because of this...but each time I thought, come on, who knows...maybe I'll be in a bad mood...but I'll keep coming back again and again...So sad!!!😢

Fabulous, beautiful menu and coffee

We ate there a few times while staying at the RV park, and the food was fantastic. The price is relatively high, but you get good quality for that. The only downside was that my rump steak was quite small one time, but the second time it was a normal size.

The waitress was very unfriendly and greeted us in a bad mood, and treated us badly because we hadn't ordered anything. We later learned that eating at this restaurant was absolutely essential, but we weren't told this beforehand.

It's a shame that everything has gone downhill. The waiter only came to take our order and collect the money. I had a salad with fried salmon, no dressing, no flavor. A waste of money. When I wanted to pay, the waiter spontaneously said, "That's right," and that was very rude of him. There were six other friends at the table, and he said that every time. No words, never again. I will advise everyone against it.

We expect more commitment from the service team when it comes to appreciating new guests. The food leaves much to be desired. The cotoletta was suspiciously soft, the croquettes inedible, and the eggplant was nowhere to be found. A huge disappointment.

The food was good again. We sat outside, and there seemed to be a disagreement between the waiters. The first one suggested we sit in the middle of the row, but he didn't want to take our order. The second one wasn't in charge either, until a waitress took pity on us. We were about to leave, even though we liked the food there and enjoyed it.

The food is always excellent. Not just the a la carte menu, but also the recommendations. I've been here often and have never been disappointed.

Even after repeatedly asking to pay, you were ignored. The food was okay, nothing special. The experience was spoiled by the staff!

Everything is super delicious, and the food is great both inside and out. It's always delicious and everyone is happy.

At an Italian restaurant, you should expect coffee or espresso from a portafilter machine. Unfortunately, that's asking too much for this restaurant. The espresso came from a fully automatic machine, poorly made, and without crema. This place is definitely not worth recommending to coffee connoisseurs. Card payments are only accepted for amounts over €20, which I personally find rather difficult. The service staff was generally friendly.

I've omitted one star so there's still room for improvement. But everything is very good there.

The pizza was super delicious. The pasta was also delicious, but the carbonara sauce was unfortunately "crappy" (sorry, that's what they call it!). The atmosphere, especially outside, is great. Right on the Rhine. The prices are reasonable, too. The staff is friendly. We'd definitely go back. Highly recommended!

The pizza was the best I've had in a long time.

Never again: dry spaghetti, burnt, bitter garlic, dried herbs. Of the 15 vongole mussels, 4 had something in them. The cheapest olive oil... The pizzas were good. The service was good. Nice atmosphere inside, dirty tables without tablecloths outside. The seating is nice, certainly good for pizza and wine, but spaghetti is unacceptable for an Italian restaurant.

Everything was fine, but not all of the ingredients were listed on the menu. I ordered a normal lasagne and it turned out that it contained ham. When we asked the waitress since when normal lasagne had ham been in it and why this wasn't okay because it should actually be stated on the menu, all we got was an arrogant "I don't know where you've had your lasagne before, but traditional lasagne contains ham." It's a shame because they could have said that in a normal and friendly way. I think everyone knows that normal lasagne with Bolognese doesn't contain ham. They tried to take us for fools. What if someone has an allergy? It could have ended badly.

We've been going here for special occasions for many years because it's not very cheap, but it's worth it and always delicious. The food is plentiful and incredibly good, and we've never had any problems with the service. Of course, it's a bit of a "what goes around comes around." Be careful when checking the bill! You might get a little overpriced... ;-)

After ordering, the food arrived very quickly, and after that, no one from the service staff was to be seen. After an hour and repeated requests, we were finally able to pay. A tip for the service staff: less chatter and more walking. We would have liked another drink.

Beautiful restaurant right on the Rhine. We've been here several times. Whether it's appetizers, pizza, pasta dishes, meat, or fish, everything is absolutely delicious. The service is charming and attentive. We really enjoy our meal here.

A cozy restaurant with a view of the river.

The food was okay, but the service was mediocre, or even disastrous. The waitresses were very stressed and annoyed, even rude and arrogant, and their responses to questions were accordingly annoyed and with eye-rolling. That's a no-go for me; even if it's full, you should react professionally. The ambiance is right on the Rhine, so you have a view of the water, which is the only nice thing about it. Conclusion: We definitely won't eat here again, because anyone who treats their guests with ignorance and arrogance definitely doesn't deserve our money!

Beautifully located directly on the Rhine. The attentive and friendly—if sometimes hectic—servers create the requisite authentic Italian ambiance. The food lived up to the expectations of an Italian pizzeria; nothing exceptional, but absolutely fine. The wine recommendation of a rosé, however, was excellent. A delicious tipple for a good price!

You call and ask if there's room—no problem. Then you come right over, everything's full, and the waiter snaps at you. For us, that means: goodbye forever 😜

We ordered the Antipasti Misto starter plus the lunch special. We hadn't finished the starter when the main course was brought to the table. We had to complain twice before we got our salad. It's a shame. I prefer writing positive reviews.

Highly recommended. We went there for lunch on a public holiday. Although it was quite busy, we received our food quickly. Portions were plentiful and everything tasted good. Despite the rush, the service was friendly and attentive.

I ate there a few weeks ago. The carbonara was served cold and tasted moldy, and the Coke tasted stale. I can't recommend this place and won't be coming back.

We ate pizza, and it was delicious and completely satisfying. The atmosphere is lovely, right on the Rhine, and you can also take a nice stroll. There's a delicious ice cream parlor next door. 😋 The prices for drinks and pizza are also reasonable. 👌

5 stars – and a raw egg yolk! I came, I saw, I ordered – almost an original spaghetti carbonara! When cream wasn't on the menu, I thought: Ah, oh, hau, ciao, Originale Italiano! The waiter – a true machismo export from the heart of Rome (or maybe Mannheim) – came with the charm of a 60s Italian film. I asked: "With or without cream?" – He: "With cream." Me: "But I want it without." He, with the gleam of a Vespa headlight in his eyes: "We can do that – no problemo!" The spaghetti arrived. It looked great. No raw egg yolk on top – hygiene, of course. This isn't a crime scene at home, but a public restaurant. But hey: Parmesan was amazing. I enhanced it with olive oil – and then: BOOM! Flavorfully catapulted straight into the Grand Canal. And the view! While I was looking at the Rhine on the left, the taste of Rome on the right was just amazing. Who needs Venice when you have Worms? Lirum, larum, manico del cucchiaio: For anyone who enjoys a semi-original carbonara with a view of the Rhine and 100% Italian charm from the waiter – absolutely recommended!

First, we completely forgot about one of our 5 dishes. When the four of us had finished eating, the fifth one could eat. A wrong one. Another 15 minutes later the missing food was brought. However, the supplements were again completely wrong... The dishes themselves were ok. I rate them as average to good. But nothing special in the pos or neg sense

Very bad service. We just wanted to order drinks, sit for a bit and move on. The waiter was so rude to us and said: there is no drinking establishment/pub here and turned around and left. So you only get drinks with your meal. A very strange place. I've never seen or heard anything like that in my life. 20 meters further top service, everyone was super friendly and that's how it should be. You can take a leaf out of it and learn how to do it right.

At peak activity on Easter Sunday! Still very good Serbian and very good food. The house-style salmon in particular was just right. Juicy and warm. The schnitzel Bolognese is something for the really hungry! I took 1/3 home with me. The large amount of space is also good - we found a nice place without a reservation. Next week we'll be testing the lunch menu...

It's nice outside on the Rhine, but inside it's stuffy. Pizza at the pizzeria imbiss tastes better. Repetition factor 0 Regular customers may like it, but unfortunately it's a failure.

The Melanzane as a starter was great, but the seafood pizza was too dry. The seafood was rubbery. Then you notice that the pizza has been warmed up again. The service seemed stressed. There was better food in AL Fiume. Therefore grade unsatisfactory.

The food has always been great. But the waiters are like luck in a game of dice. Sometimes you have a really good, nice waiter. Then you have someone who thinks you're stupid and doesn't make any effort to hide that he wants to screw you over. Other times you have someone who is so arrogant that you have to thank them for even being allowed to eat there.

I was there for the first time. I personally really enjoyed the pizza! Service is attentive and responds quickly and professionally, ambience remains a matter of taste. All in all worth it and a little pearl in summer or when the weather is nice with a view of the Rhine.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't as usual, seafood on pizza was burnt and tough like...the supreme discipline of an Italian restaurant, pizza, wasn't achieved. They don't offer anything like that anymore.

A table was booked for 6 p.m. and we were put off with 2 children for half an hour and then went somewhere else...

Wir waren, bis heute , öfters in dieser Pizzeria . Heute kamen wir hin und es war so voll, dass es die Bediensteten kaum bewältigen konnten. Die Sitzplätze waren soooo eng, dass man ständig angerempelt wurde von den Servicekräften. Sie waren ALLE total überfordert und unfreundlich zu den Gästen. Wir hatten unseren kleinen Hund dabei, der in seiner Tasche ganz nah an unserem Tisch stand . Eine Bedienung stolperte über ihn drüber und schüttelte den Kopf . Als es an zahlen ging , sagten wir es sei eine reinste Katastrophe gewesen , meinte der Mitarbeiter, dann sollten wir beim nächsten Mal unseren Hund zuhause lassen . Diese Aussage war eine Frechheit . Das was ich hier schreibe ist nur ein Bruchteil dessen, was dort heute abging Diese Pizzeria sieht uns NIE wieder

Had dinner on Christmas Day. Despite rush hour, super nice service, friendly, very approachable, fast, careful, attentive, all food intolerances were taken into account, great wines, nice menu, especially the fresh fish counter is mega. Large portions (but “small plates” possible). Fair prices. Absolutely recommended.
