Die Trattoria Al Castello ist für uns weit mehr als nur ein Restaurant – sie ist unser absoluter Lieblingsitaliener! Carlo und Gianna sind unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber, bei denen man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Diese familiäre Atmosphäre macht jeden Besuch zu etwas Besonderem. Das Essen ist einfach hervorragend: frische Zutaten, authentische italienische Küche und jedes Gericht mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Egal ob Pizza, Pasta oder die wechselnden Spezialitäten – alles schmeckt wie ein kleiner Urlaub in Italien. Auch der Service ist aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Man merkt, dass Carlo und Gianna ihr Restaurant mit Leidenschaft führen und ihren Gästen eine schöne Zeit bereiten möchten. Wer echte italienische Gastfreundschaft, ausgezeichnetes Essen und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Für uns eine klare 5-Sterne-Empfehlung – wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Wir haben zu dritt mit Baby (in der Babyschale) das Lokal besucht. Der Tisch der uns zugewiesen wurde, hatte nur drei Stühle. Die Frage nach einem weiteren Stuhl, damit das Baby nicht auf den Boden gestellt werden musste, wurde verneint…. Es sind alle Tische reserviert!!!!! Es wurde uns einen Barhocker angeboten. (Für eine Babysyhale?!) Wir mussten dann das Baby auf den Boden stellen. Nach dem Essen und beim verlassen des Lokal waren nur drei Tische belegt. Es waren genug Stühle übrig um sie benutzen zu können. Kinderfreundlichkeit gleich null!!!! Essen: bestellt zwei Pizzen und Tortelloni mit Schinken Sahne…. Pizzen waren gut, Tortelloni waren getrocknet aus der Packung. ( Konnte man sehen, da Nachschub aus einem separaten Raum geholt worden ist) In der Damentoilette hat man Knopf vom Wasserhahn in der Hand, der Seifenspender kommt einem entgegen.

Auf unserer Durchreise in den Italienurlaub haben wir spontan im Al Castello in Babenhausen Halt gemacht und was für eine wunderbare Entscheidung das war. Schon beim Betreten wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, freundlich und authentisch. Man spürt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und echter Herzlichkeit gearbeitet wird. Die Pizza war einfach hervorragend. Perfekt gebacken, mit frischen Zutaten belegt und geschmacklich ein echtes Highlight. Dazu haben wir einen fantastischen Wein genossen, der das Essen wunderbar ergänzt hat. Für einen Moment hatten wir das Gefühl, unser Urlaub in Italien hätte bereits begonnen. Besonders in Erinnerung bleibt uns die warme Atmosphäre und die ehrliche Freundlichkeit des Teams. Es sind genau solche Orte, die eine Reise bereichern und aus einem kurzen Zwischenstopp ein echtes Erlebnis machen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team vom Al Castello für diesen gelungenen Abend. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir sehr gerne zurück. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die hervorragende italienische Küche und echte Gastfreundschaft schätzen. 🍕🍷🇮🇹✨

Der Manager Giancarlo bot einen hervorragenden Service und sorgte dafür, dass sich die Gäste wie zu Hause fühlten: zwei exzellente Pizzen und ein Calzone sowie ein großzügiger Teller al dente Spaghetti mit Knoblauch, Öl und Chili in einer angenehm entspannten Atmosphäre: Bravo! (Und zum Schluss ein Espresso, der seinen Namen wirklich verdient: Doppeltes Bravo, Giancarlo!)

Gehe ich immer wieder gerne zum Essen hin. Sehr zu empfehlen, die Besitzer typische Italiener, so wie wir Gäste uns das wünschen und lieben...Die gerichte völlig ausreichend in Menge und top Qualität.. Gruas Matthias

Wir kamen zufällig an ihrem Restaurant in Deutschland vorbei, um uns bei Italienern nach Informationen zu erkundigen, und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Leute dort sind sehr freundlich und nett, und das Essen ist wirklich gut. Die italienische Küche ist definitiv einen Versuch wert! 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

Hier gibts die beste Pizza und Pasta ... egal ob man nur schnell eine Pizza abholt oder einen netten Abend verbringen möchte, im Al Castello wird man immer freundlich bedient, das Essen ist frisch zubereitet und schmeckt sehr gut!

Unsere absolute Lieblings-Pizzeria, super nette Betreiberfamilie. Pizzen schmecken uns hervorragend, auch Salate und Pasta empfehlenswert. Derzeit leider etwas schwierig mit der Parkplatz-Situation, daher holen wir unsere Gerichte meistens ab.

Die beste echte italienische Pizza im Unterallgäu. Chef Carlo und das Team sind alle sehr nett und aufmerksam, kein Wunsch bleibt unerfüllt. Eine vielfältige aber trotzdem einzigartige Auswahl an Gerichten, alles stets von höchster Qualität. Das beste italienische Restaurant der Region.

Herzlichen Dank für den wunderschönen Abend. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Super leckeres Essen. Die Pizza und die Pasta wirklich wie in Bella Italia, (wo wir bis gestern noch gewesen sind), ein gemütliches Ambiente, super freundliches Personal. Der Chef ist auch super nett und fragt persönlich, ob alles passt. Dazu bezahlbare Preise, guten Wein und Desserts nach Tagesangebot. Leider sind wir nur auf der Durchreise, aber wenn wir mal wieder hier sein sollten, dann ist klar, wo wir einkehren. Alles Gute!

Dieses Restaurant ist einfach nur Empfehlenswert. Das Essen schmeckt alles super, von der Küche bis zum Service ist alles Top. Ob mit Familie oder mit Freunden jeder ist Herzlichwillkommen und wird Glücklich wieder nachhause gehen.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich war im al castelo essen und bin mega begeistert. Die Muscheln waren super frisch und richtig lecker, die Pizza perfekt gebacken und geschmacklich top 🤌🍕 Zum Abschluss gab es Tiramisu – brutal lecker, cremig und genau so, wie es sein soll! Super Essen, tolle Qualität und einfach rundum zufrieden. Ich komme definitiv wieder!Absolut empfehlenswert!

A beautifully decorated shop, the owner is incredibly friendly and efficient. The pizza and pasta are absolutely delicious. Pizza just like you'd find in Italy, the kind you'd be hard-pressed to find in Germany. The price is unbeatable for this quality. Whenever I'm in Babenhausen, I always come here.

The food here is incredibly delicious; we didn't have to wait long for our food, even though the pizzeria was full and the beer garden was also busy. The service was absolutely nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. We'd be happy to go back.

I was at the Pizzeria Al Castello in February and had a very nice evening. The service was friendly and attentive. The food – especially the pizza – was really tasty and freshly prepared. The ambience is perfect: cozy and inviting. The seating is also comfortable - not too tight, so you can sit relaxed and enjoy. I would definitely like to come back!

You can get really good pizza here at an unbeatable price/performance ratio. The restaurant itself is not very big, so it is definitely advisable to make a reservation. The atmosphere is very nice, but it can get a bit loud. The owner is extremely friendly. Due to many pickup orders, it took a little longer for us, but the owner pointed this out to us in advance.

One of the best pizzerias I've been to in Germany so far. Super tasty, large selection, great service and at a very fair price. We'll be back soon.

An absolute delight! The daily special at Pizzeria al Castello, the Pasta Tresca with fresh chanterelles and shrimps in a delicious tomato cream sauce, was simply heavenly. The combination of ingredients was perfect and the shrimp were wonderfully tender. I would also like to particularly highlight the friendly owner and the attentive staff, who made the visit a completely successful experience. Any time!

Ordered lasagna 😋. The minced meat is definitely from a discount store - you can still see the waves as they are in the freezer at a discount store. The boss is very friendly at the beginning, but if you don't order anything for half an hour you are asked to order something or to vacate your seat. Honestly, I want to have a nice evening with friends or relatives and not always have to be reminded that I should order something or leave the restaurant. I always thought Italians were a little more relaxed 😉.

So the pizzeria is just incredible, it looks beautiful, the service is fast and nice and the pizza is just great and for me it is simply the best pizza I have ever eaten. I would be very happy to recommend them.
