Aksu in Dermbach

A decent restaurant where service isn't exactly a priority. The food is okay, but nothing more. The service staff is conspicuous by their absence, which is rather incomprehensible given the proximity of the Burg Clinic. It's a shame that no one realizes what a goldmine this could be. With 250 patients of the clinic in the immediate vicinity, there's nothing more to say.

Pizza 🍕 was pre-made dough. Definitely not fresh.

We were passing through and stumbled upon this restaurant spontaneously. The prices were totally reasonable compared to other restaurants, as were the portion sizes. The service was friendly, and the selection was very large. We'd be happy to come back when we get the chance.

The ice cream is simply exceptionally delicious! Especially the cookie flavor with crispy cookie pieces. The owners are also super friendly. The interior is a bit dated, but I can easily overlook that. Aside from the ice cream, I've had a doner kebab and a lahmacun. Both were also delicious.

I ordered food with a few others during my stay at the rehabilitation clinic. Since we found dinner a bit boring after a few weeks, we ordered pizza and fries a few times and a kebab plate once. The food isn't more than okay. You can see that the pizzas are baked in baking trays, as they're perfectly round and even. The pizzas are all topped with cheese, which isn't supposed to be the case (it's actually cheese and then toppings). The taste is okay. We didn't particularly like the kebab plate. The fries were sometimes really tasty, sometimes not so great. But we were happy to have something other than cheese sandwiches in the evening. Unfortunately, there isn't much choice in town to order food or eat out. I suspect the restaurant only survives because of the hospital guests. We always picked up the pizzas. I wouldn't have wanted to eat there either, as it doesn't look very well-kept. There were also a lot of flies in the restaurant. The prices are good. If you're tired of hospital food, you can definitely order something and will be happy to have a different menu. However, if the restaurant were in my city, for example, I wouldn't go there because the food isn't convincing in terms of taste and quality. Unfortunately, I only took one picture. I specifically ordered only the Margherita pizza because I didn't like the pizzas with the baked topping at all. Another group had eaten there, and when they wanted to pay (all together), they were quoted an amount of X. They asked for an invoice/receipt because they wanted to split the bill between themselves. The person taking the money complied, and lo and behold, the total was actually several euros cheaper. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a scoundrel. They then stopped going and didn't get anything else.

I stopped there for a bite to eat on my bike. The snack bar is run by a very friendly and welcoming family. The food – in my case, the doner kebab – was excellent and very reasonably priced. The family also rents out holiday apartments with 2-4 beds – but also for solo travelers for an overnight stay, for example, on a bike tour. I was able to store my bike in the basement. Everything was very clean, very welcoming, and the rooms were decorated in oriental style. Very early check-out was possible without any hassle. An ideal combination: holiday apartment rental and restaurant/snack bar.

Get stomach cramps and diarrhea after visiting there

I'm here for the second time today and I'm simply overwhelmed by the friendliness, good food, service, and trust shown in me. The room is fine and clean. The value for money couldn't be better. Thank you so much!

I was very disappointed there. Firstly, the tables aren't cleaned regularly. They're still very dirty from the previous occupant. But what's absolutely unacceptable is that they offer Aperol, which isn't Aperol. That's completely unacceptable.

Mega staff and mega hospitable, we were there for the first time and were allowed to sit there for five hours, were served quickly and also mega friendly, thank you for the experience, the food was Nh 10/10

I ordered a Jägerschnitzel with fries. It was delicious and was brought to my room 👍

2h 20min delivery time After 1.5 hours of calling the restaurant - you are waiting for the driver. No goodwill after a 2 hour 20 minute wait. Fries were soggy, pizza was limp - no wonder. Absolutely no courtesy from the restaurant. It doesn't work at all!

I was very disappointed with my mixed salad, the vegetables were good, but unfortunately drowned in your mayo sauce. Well-intentioned, but way too much.

I had a farmer's salad and the tuna pizza. Both very good and plentiful, although the quantity is usually not important for me. The salad was fresh and crunchy, the pizza was very good. The dough is not too thick and not too thin, the edge is slightly crispy, the whole thing is harmonious. The service was very friendly and attentive, the ashtray arrived quite quickly without me asking. Only cash payment possible, order at the counter (food is then brought to the table), but it is clearly visible next to the entrance, so everything is ok. Price-performance ratio very good. Disadvantage: Access to the restaurant is only possible via a high staircase, so definitely not suitable for people with walking difficulties if there are no free tables outside. Overall, I can only recommend Aksu.

Magnet in the pizza! I found a small magnet in my pizza. When we brought this to the woman's attention, she immediately identified it - it seemed to us as if this wasn't the first time. Despite asking, there was no discount or any accommodation. “The prices here are already discount enough” was the statement. Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to tip anyway, out of habit and politeness. The pizza was delicious but that's not possible.

Ordered kebab, it was cold, Ordered kebab boxes, also cold, with salad, croquettes and meat. 3 croquettes, a bit of chicken meat (which is cheaper) and more salads than anything else, absolutely not recommended.

Pizza was delicious, and hot. The staff friendly. We were served quickly. The restaurant was very busy. I will definitely come again The menu offers a lot of choice from pizza to kebab but also hamburgers, casseroles, nuggets...

Ich war positiv überrascht, da das Restaurant von außen nicht viel hermacht. Eine nette Bedienung, wir haben etwas warten müssen, da ziemlich viel los war. Das Essen war heiß und frisch und lecker! Ich würde nochmal dahin gehen.

Ich hatte eine die 75. Pizza mit Dönerfleisch Knoblauch und Pepperoni. Sehr lecker und mehr als ausreichend. Ich bin ein guter Esser und habe es nicht geschafft. Die Pizza ist absolut empfehlenswert. Der Döner ist gut, die Pizza herausragend.

Bin wirklich verwöhnt was Pizza angeht , das ist eine der besten Pizzen die ich je gegessen habe. Wirklich sehr lecker. Gefährlich! :D

Die Preise sind wirklich günstig. Pizza , Pommes , Pasta und Burger schmecken gut. Bei den Steaks mache ich Abstriche. (trocken und durch gegrillt)

Freundlich, kein Problem mit extra Wünschen, Lieferzeit im normalen Rahmen, geschmacklich, Portionsgröße alles top.

Hat geschmeckt und war eine nette Abwechslung, als mir auf Reha langweilig war.

Es ist ein kleiner feiner Laden, wo alle sehr nett sind. Es ist zwar immer mit etwas Wartezeit verbunden. Aber dafür ist es gemütlich.

Sehr leckeres Essen und nettes Personal. Das Essen wurde auch schnell zubereitet. Die Auswahl der Gerichte ist sehr gut und die Lokation ist sehr angenehm.

Meiner Meinung nach der Beste Döner im Umkreis immer nett und zuvorkommend gehen auf wünsche ein nette Atmosphäre im Lokal Angemessene Preise essen immer Heiß 🔥 bei Lieferung so wie es sein sollte macht weiter so Leute

Alles super. Hatten leider Probleme mit der Bestellung. Hatte aber keiner dran schuld gehabt, weder ich noch Aksu . Weil Speisekarte wurde erst erneuert, so das es nicht genau hingehauen hat mit den Bestellnummern. Aksu hat das kleine Problem souverän gelöst zu meinen gunsten. Klasse vielen Dank nochmal.

Also der Burger mit den Pommes war ok.Auch der Preis war vollkommen okay🍔🍟 Bedienung freundlich😌 Leider schmeckt das selbe Gericht jede Woche anders und sieht auch anders aus,beim Burger zb.🤔 und es wird immer mal versucht mehr abzukassieren….

Leider mangelt es etwas am Service. Preise werden irgendwie bei jeder Lieferung neu bestimmt und eine Lieferpauschale zu erheben trotz Mindestbestellwert ist wirklich schade. Zu oft wurden auch schon Gerichte vergessen und die Lieferung trifft immer später ein als ausgemacht. Essen ist jedoch gut. Wäre der Service auch so wären wir zufrieden.

Super Essen, allerdings stellenweise mit sehr langen Wartezeiten. Hält sein Niveau seit langer Zeit auf einem hohen Stand.

Sehr gutes Essen und sehr nettes Personal. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell und der Lieferant war sehr freundlich. Wir haben eine große Bestellung zum Geburtstag aufgegeben und selbst da war das Essen innerhalb von einer Stunde da. Sehr guter Laden, nettes Personal und super leckeres Essen. Klare Empfehlung!!!

Ganz ehrlich, geht zum anderen Döner. Keine Ahnung wieso die so oft wechseln, letztens Lavin, jetzt Pizzeria Star. Aber alles ist besser als der Aksu. Die letzten Bestellungen dort haben ewig gedauert, waren dann fast kalt und teils noch das falsche bekommen. Meeresfrüchte statt Speziale und so... Nie wieder.
