Very nice lady behind the counter, the food is delicious, and the prices are unbeatable. I eat there whenever I have appointments in the Ruhr area! Highly recommended.

A very nice little snack bar with super friendly staff. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was just right for a snack bar.

For years, this has been the best Greek restaurant in Herten, if not Recklinghausen. Always good, fresh, not-too-greasy gyros. Currywurst is also really good. Schnitzel, burgers...I've never been disappointed. Fair prices, super friendly staff. Hope it stays there for a long time and continues the tradition! Thank you!

Typical Greek food has remained unchanged for over 16 years or more. What has changed are the prices, but you get a good portion. The owner is very friendly and accommodates special requests. We enjoy eating there.

We haven't had such a bad meal in a long time. The Metaxa sauce was absolutely terrible. I had a baked gyro, which was swimming in grease and sat in my stomach all night. The same goes for the grease-soaked fries. On top of that, they wanted to charge me €5 instead of €4.50 for the Metaxa sausage. €4.20 for a handful of pepperoni was a bit overpriced... For us, it was the first and last time.

This is the best Greek snack bar in the entire area. Of course, it's all a matter of taste, but everything tastes fresh. The fries are super crispy and not soggy like many others. The staff are super friendly and quick, even when it's busy. Always happy to come back!

Personally, I think the Cyrus is by far the best and the portions are more than sufficient.

It used to be recommended in all respects, but unfortunately it has worn off. To explain: We often pre-ordered and then picked up. For about two years the order has always been incorrect, too many fries, the wrong sauce for the gyros, mayo instead of ketchup, no salad - there was everything. Fries are often more than 50% just hard because they have been fried for too long, really thin fries. The prices have increased significantly after Corona and unfortunately do not bear a good relationship to the quantity and quality. We always mentioned this, also because the owners are very nice and friendly. Unfortunately nothing is happening, no change or improvement can be seen. I'm often just looked at blankly. There was never a discount or anything else offered as compensation. I'm still happy to give it 3 stars because we always go there and it's simply delicious... there's still room for improvement

I finally found a Greek place where the gyros tasted good too! Always freshly cut from the rotisserie (and NOT like others from the warming container!) and perfectly seasoned too! The pita bread was super crispy and the fries were also very tasty!! I will come again and not alone! Thanks, keep it up! You have gained a new regular customer ❤️

Lived in Herten for 30 years! Was my regular snack!!! Whenever I'm in Herten, I combine it with a visit there. Consistently good quality and delicious. Unfortunately, the portions have become noticeably smaller. Or it fits more in me 🤣🤣 that could also be the case!!

Guter Laden. Gyros sehr lecker, Zaziki mashallah noch nie so ein leckeres Zaziki gegessen. Pita war so gut wurde kurz zum griechen. (Ich übertreibe nicht vallah beste laden aus NRW malaka)

Solide,kleine griechische Pommesbude mit Ruhrpottcharme in Herten! Ambiente ist leider nicht sehr gemütlich, dafür stimmt aber die Freundlichkeit! Sehr nette Bedienung und ein gut gewürztes Gyros, jedoch war das Ćevapčići eher TK Ware.3 gute Sterne + ! Im Vergleich aber insgesamt eher im Mittelfeld was griechische Pommesbuden angeht.

Top Pommes und Schnitzel zu einem guten Preis. Ich wünsche mir die Soße mit etwas mehr eigener Note und nicht so...... Das Ambiente ist etwas dürftig - ist ja auch eine Pommesbude.

Essen super. Nur leider werden sie teurer und Portionen weniger so das nicht alle immer satt werden, vorher schon. Also teurer werden wegen allem ok aber nicht noch Portion weniger.

War super lecker Gyros schön saftig und knusprig Pommes auch super. Salate waren auch sehr gut. Für einen imbiss kann sich so manches Griechische Restaurant ne Scheibe abschneiden!

War am Donnerstag, 06.04.2017 nach einem Bankbesuch dort. Mal wieder. Ab und zu gönnt man sich ja was. Es gab Currywurst mit Pommes. Wie bereits andere geschrieben haben, alles wird frisch gemacht. Ob die Bratwurst oder die Pommes oder das andere. Sauce war der Hammer. Ich nehme immer in die Currywurst Pommes in getrennte Schalen. Lecker und selbst nach der Heimfahrt war das Essen noch heiß. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und immer freundlich! ;-)

Seit dem ich ein kleines Kind bin, kenne ich den Akropolis Grill in Herten -Langenbochum. Der Familiengeführte Imbiss bietet zahlreiche Griechische Spezialitäten, aber auch deutsche Imbiss-Klassiker. Die Speisen werden stets frisch vor den Augen der Kunden zubereitet, und haben wirklich eine gleichbleibende Qualität!! Meine Empfehlung ist der Gyros-Teller mit hausgemachtem Bauern-Salat😋

Diese Imbissbude bietet neben ausgezeichnetem Gyros und frischen Salaten auch die typischen Pommesbuden-Gerichte, wie z.b Currywurst usw. Wir waren hier schon mehrfach Essen (auch zum mitnehmen), und wurden nie enttäuscht. Die Speisen werden frisch zubereitet!!!
