Aji Sushi in Wetzlar

Wir haben heute dort Sushi bestellt und waren echt überrascht. Das Sushi war frisch und richtig lecker. Man hat gemerkt, dass die Zutaten eine gute Qualität hatten. Die Lieferung war auch schnell und der Fahrer war total freundlich. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen. Klare Empfehlung!

Preis/Leistung ist super, nette Inhaber, das Sushi frisch und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Due Sushi waren ok aber der Lachs war abgelaufen der hat nach Plastik geschmeckt

Also das essen schmeckt echt sehr lecker…aber habe was zum liefern bestellt es hat genau 2 stunden gebraucht was ich noch schlimmer fand ist dass der Lieferant mir hätte 2 euro rückgeld geben müssen er sich aber umdrehte danke sagte und weg ging ich rief hinterher weil es frech war dass er sich einfach trinkgeld nahm ohne dass ich stimmt so sagte jedoch lief er einfach weiter sehr frech.

Das Essen schmeckt soo lecker und das Personal ist so lieb und freundlich. Wir gehen jeden Freitag mit Freunden dort essen. Wirklich toll!.:)

Ich komme schon seit langer Zeit in dieses Sushi-Restaurant, und ich schätze die gleichbleibende Qualität und Sorgfalt, die sie in ihr Essen stecken, sehr. Wie jeder langjährige Kunde hatte auch ich hin und wieder kleinere Probleme, zum Beispiel ein unerwartetes Haar oder eine Fliege im Essen, aber ich möchte auch sagen, wie sehr ich die Art und Weise respektiere, wie sie mit solchen Dingen umgegangen sind. Das letzte Mal, als ich ein Problem hatte, haben sie schnell reagiert und meine gesamte Bestellung neu zubereitet. Das hat mir sehr viel bedeutet. Ich weiß, dass der Betrieb eines Restaurants nicht einfach ist, vor allem wenn es darum geht, Insekten von leckerem, frischem Essen fernzuhalten. Trotzdem möchte ich freundlich anregen, Wege zu finden, damit Haare oder lebende Insekten nicht ins Essen gelangen. Es gibt nichts Beunruhigenderes, als eine Fliege im Essen zu entdecken, und das sage ich in aller Freundlichkeit, weil ich wirklich möchte, dass dieses Restaurant erfolgreich bleibt. Das einmal beiseite: Das Essen hier ist in der Regel sehr gut und schmeckt frisch. Gelegentlich ist der Fisch vielleicht nicht mehr ganz taufrisch, aber wenn er absolut frisch ist, ist er den Besuch auf jeden Fall wert. Ich komme aus einem bestimmten Grund immer wieder. Wenn sie weiterhin an Dingen wie der Frische des Fisches, der Hygiene, dem Haarschutz und der Insektenbekämpfung arbeiten, wird dieses Restaurant wirklich hervorragend sein und alles Lob der Welt verdienen. Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich immer Mühe geben. Ich werde auf jeden Fall ein treuer Kunde bleiben.

Ich habe schon sehr oft hier bestellt und das Sushi ist mit Abstand das Beste in der Umgebung. Und ja,am Wochenende muss man mit Wartezeit rechnen,unter der Woche gehts aber deutlich schneller. Bisschen schade finde ich tatsächlich,dass man immer noch nicht mit Karte zahlen kann. 😅

Es schmeckt gut, man kann es an einem kühlen Ort genießen, der Preis ist angemessen und das Essen ist köstlich.

Ich habe zum zweiten Mal bestellt und jedesmal nicht vertragen. Das Essen kam spät und das warme war kalt.

Nettes kleines Suhirestaurant. Suhirollen sind sehr großzügig und sättigend. Lecker. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Gemütlich. Kein Running-Sushi. Echt faire Getränkepreise. Parken direkt davor schwierig. Größerer Parkplatz aber ca 150m entfernt.

Ich habe abends Sushi bestellt, weil ich sehr hungrig war. Leider bin ich enttäuscht. Ich habe zum ersten und letzten Mal bei Ihnen bestellt. Die Rollen sind viel zu groß, ungleichmäßig geschnitten und fallen auseinander. Fisch ist kaum vorhanden – fast nur Reis. Aber das Wichtigste: Sie sind nicht lecker und praktisch ungenießbar. Vielen Dank für die verdorbene Stimmung und den ruinierten Appetit. Ich werde Sie definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

An sich esse ich gerne hier selbst im Restaurant und auch immer leckeres Essen. Dieses Mal bestellt. Nach fast 2 Stunden Lieferzeit habe ich auch kein Hunger mehr. Dazu hat noch ein Gericht gefehlt, am Telefon wurde gesagt, dass es nachgeliefert wird, haben aber jetzt auch nach 90 Minuten noch nichts bekommen.

A ji Restaurant ist LGBT freundlich. Essen und Getränke sind sehr lecker. Die Chef sind sehr nett und freundlich. Sashimi könnte ich euch empfehlen. Mega lecker. Ich komme wieder vorbei. L.G aus Marburg

Dieses Sushi-Restaurant wurde mir von meiner Cousine empfohlen und der Besuch hat diese Empfehlung auf schöne Weise bestätigt. 🍣 Ich war mit zwei Freundinnen dort, und uns allen hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Speisen waren frisch, liebevoll angerichtet und harmonisch im Geschmack. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Edamame 🌱 leicht gesalzen, warm serviert und perfekt zum Knabbern, fast wie Sonnenblumenkerne. Ein wunderbarer kleiner Auftakt zum Essen. Von außen wirkt das Restaurant zunächst eher unscheinbar, doch innen ist es richtig süß und gemütlich. ✨ Sehr zu empfehlen, ich komme gern wieder, wenn ich Familie und Freunde besuche. 🌿

Fantastisches Restaurant in der Innenstadt. Das Essen ist hervorragend, die Atmosphäre gemütlich und freundlich. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Gute Preise und guter Service. Absolut empfehlenswert. Ein fantastischer Ort mit wirklich exzellentem Essen zu einem sehr guten Preis. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und entspannend, und die Inhaber sind sehr nett. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, und das Restaurant liegt mitten in der Innenstadt. Man muss nie länger als 10 Minuten warten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Normaler Weise bestelle ich da öfter aber diesmal kamen 30 Minuten zu spät das Essen Dach richtig durch geschüttelt der Lieferant hat zu wenig Rück Geld gegeben und im Sushi waren Haare drinnen und die Box wo alles drin war war auch beschädigt

Wir lieben das Sushi von Aji und bestellen demnach dort öfter mal - immer dann wenn es eine Kleinigkeit zu feiern gibt. Leider ist die Lieferung extrem unzuverlässig. Nicht selten dauert es 2 Stunden oder länger, fast immer rufen wir nochmal an um nachzufragen (nach ca 1,5h) und bekommen immer gesagt "der Fahrer ist unterwegs" - dann dauert es aber deutlich länger als die fahrtdauer... eimmal sind wir ganz vergessen worden (bekamen aber einen gutschein als wiedergutmachung). naja, vor Ort ist alles top und es schmeckt wirklich toll. Wir würden uns aber sehr wünschen, dass die Lieferung zuverlässig nach ca 1h klappt oder man zumindest online den Status einsehen kann.

Wir waren zufällig dort zum Abendessen und es stellte sich als echtes Highlight heraus. Sehr leckeres Sushi, aber auch alles andere (Wakame, Suppe) war super. Innen kann man auch schon sitzen; der Außenbereich ist nicht ganz so einladend.

For that price, the sushi could have been the same size and the same amount of fish. The sushi was also not neatly cut and unevenly.

There's nothing wrong with the food or the delivery. During peak hours or on weekends, you may have to wait a bit. My only criticism is the lack of payment options.

The food is really tasty but the delivery took almost 2 hours. Status updates via email didn't work and no one could be reached by phone because the line was permanently busy. We were about to order somewhere else when the driver came. He was very nice and apologized, but that doesn't change the fact. Feedback from the owner would be nice.

Beautiful interior, friendly and caring staff and the most delicious sushi I have ever eaten. We celebrated my son's birthday and came to this establishment with the whole family. Everyone was very pleased. Thanks to the staff for a pleasant evening❤️

Salmon often has a strange smell and aftertaste. Unfortunately, parts of the order have often been missing lately.

The food was actually good, but the last few times it was just cold. And this is the third time we've had to wait so long. They said it would be here in 45 minutes, but it arrived after two hours. Before that, it took 1.5 hours...and before that, it took another 1.5 hours, even though we were the first to order.

The sushi itself is super delicious and well-made. However, recently, something has gone wrong with every order: things we paid for were forgotten, incorrect items were packed, etc. Most of the time, they tried to rectify the situation and the mistakes were fixed relatively quickly, but it's still very annoying and simply frustrating.

I can't recommend them for their total rudeness on the phone. "The customer is king," just saying ☺️

Unbeatable value for money, a nice large selection of delicious sushi and very nice service if you pick up the food on site. Personally, the restaurant is too small for us to eat there, but otherwise everything is great.

We pre-ordered for 4 people by phone and were able to pick it up on time. Each of the 4 “orders” were packed separately and everything fit. Dane on the phone was very attentive, repeated everything calmly and everything fit perfectly. For 4 people the 65€ was completely fine. It was very tasty and we can only report positive things. Gladly again ☺️

Delicious sushi and exciting creations. The ambience is something different, personally the place is a bit too small for me because I quickly feel cramped. The service was friendly. We waited quite a long time for food, but we were “seen” and apologized properly. Overall we were satisfied.

We ordered here for the first time 2 weeks ago and are thrilled. Until now we had always ordered our sushi from somewhere else, but that's no longer the case from now on. Everything was super fresh and very tasty. The sushi was beautifully prepared and was ready to be picked up quite quickly.

I always order online and I've never been told that I have to order for 200 euros or anything like that. Sushi is always delicious and fresh. It took 45 minutes from ordering until it arrived and I find that absolutely acceptable at 6 p.m. The only point of criticism is that the very polite driver hardly had any change. He couldn't even give out 20 euros. If you only accept cash payment you must also have cash with you.

First of all we DID NOT ORDER here but ate there. I emphasize this here because a majority of the negative reviews focus on what was ordered. I can't say anything/rate there, except that certain people here were so angry that they gave negative reviews here with three different accounts and the same names :). Well, I'll get to the actual review. After checking out a few spots in the area, you came across this store that was more decentralized than all the others. We received the food straight away 20 minutes after ordering, which went quite quickly (this may be because we showed up right at opening time and were the first customers). FOOD: The quality of the food was impeccable, we actually had nothing to complain about. The sushi looked... just like sushi. :) Nigiris: The ratio of rice and fish in the nigiris was perfect. (Not like the stores that make SQUARE lumps of rice in what feels like an 80:20 ratio XD) The ratio was very bite-sized and didn't "suppress" the flavor of the fish. The rice had a nice sweetish taste (probably with rice vinegar) and there was a bit of wasabi between the rice and the fish, which was perfectly fine as it wasn't dominant. So very nice details. Gyoza: The gyozas were really tasty. Served nice and warm. There is no need to say more. Rolls: I can't say much about the rolls, they were also delicious. But what I also really like here is the detail on usability. With the last pieces (e.g. cucumber/leek) the rolls are prepared efficiently (in my opinion xD) so that they are nice to look at and at the same time not wasted. RESTAURANT: The store itself was perfectly fine. You just have to be careful with your cell phone, as there was sometimes a radio lock in the store. The problem was solved with the QR code for the guest WiFi (I also had minor problems, but managed to get it in after a few minutes). Toilets very clean and tables and chairs too. (It should still be noted that we arrived directly at the beginning of the shop) Ambiance was very cute combined with the arched ceiling. So not intrusive. Light incidence went. CONCLUSION: Overall the shop was really nice and I have to say I haven't eaten such good food in a long time. Prices are absolutely acceptable for the quality. I would recommend everyone to eat there ON SITE.

Really great sushi. Unfortunately, the last time the salmon had a strange aftertaste and smell. Unfortunately, that was very disappointing because so far everything has always been incredibly tasty. Unfortunately, the rice paper rolls stick together so much that you can't eat them.

Unfortunately the best sushi in Wetzlar. The reason for my “unfortunately” is because I really like everything about this restaurant… But the seaweed from the sushi not at all. I've been there twice so far in the last few months. Both times I got decent-looking sushi, but when I took a bite it became apparent that the seaweed was tough. I don't know whether the rice is rolled far too fresh or warm and therefore a lot of the steam is absorbed into the seaweed... or whether they simply save on the seaweed... But this drags down the entire experience, as the sushi is priced at regular prices become. The ambience itself gives the impression that it could have once been a bar or similar inn. But the cleverly placed decorations and furnishings create a somewhat modern and pleasant atmosphere for sushi. Parking is a bit difficult as everything is on a smaller parallel street. If you're lucky, you'll get a parking space right in front of the sushi. Otherwise, just park a little further away and walk over.

Delicious. The sushi rolls are very large, you almost can't eat them that way. But definitely worth it.

Seriously. My wife and I have not been able to eat sushi in Germany since we were in Japan. Here the desire for sushi has overcome us and we are more than thrilled. With the options here, better is simply not possible. Thanks :)

Highly recommended. Very friendly service, good sushi (only the Inari was way too sweet, everything fishy and vegetable was very good!), very good selection and quality of starters. Significantly better than all the all-you-can-eat or other sushi shops in WZ and GI (although I don't think Wetzlar's Fuku is bad either). Fair prices. The ambience is much nicer than you might think from the photos - you can clearly see that it used to be a pub, but the current owners obviously have taste and have put a lot of effort into furnishing it, and it shows. Down by the door is nicer, but of course also more popular and busier than up past the counter. I will come back!

Wow... I have a new favorite sushi shop 🍣. We ordered the Party Box "My family" and I have to say, the portion is enough for 2 people, the sight of the sushi makes your mouth water and bam...the taste is simply amazing! Delivery was great. We ordered at 5:07 p.m. Order arrived at 6:30 p.m. I can only recommend Aji Sushi!

My guilty sushi pleasure! Rarely have I eaten such inexpensive sushi. The nigiri have little rice and a lot of fillet and the creation rolls and other special features of the menu are always impressive. Ordering online also works perfectly and the sushi is ALWAYS an absolute pleasure!

VERY good sushi, it tastes really excellent. From time to time we have had the case that the order was not completely complete. However, it was either delivered quickly or we received a voucher (even higher than the value of the forgotten sushi). So it's not a big deal for me. It goes without saying that you shouldn't order food shortly before closing time, as I see from some of the bad reviews here. That's simply not appropriate and it is therefore the operator's right not to accept the order.

Sehr freundliches Personal und meist findet man auch ohne Reservierung noch einen Platz. Die Sushi Gerichte sind sehr lecker und preislich im Rahmen. Das Einzige was beim gemütlichen Ambiente etwas stört ist, dass es keine Getränke aus dem Glas gibt (Softdrinks muss man aus der Flasche trinken).

Heute zum ersten mal dort bestellt & mehr als zufrieden gewesen. Preis Leistung perfekt, das Sushi frisch und geschmacklich sehr gut ! Noch nie so gutes Sushi gegessen. Großes Kompliment an die Küche.

Wir haben das Sushi-Restaurant empfohlen bekommen und sind direkt hingegangen. Die Einrichtung vom Restaurant ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Essen war super lecker und wird sehr schön auf den Tellern & Brettchen angerichtet. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und noch dazu stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Wer gerne Zuhause Essen möchte, kann auch gut zum Mitnehmen bestellen.
