The food is excellent! Now, two years later, I just wanted to confirm that after numerous visits, everything is still excellent!

Prices are a bit higher, but the food has always been fantastic! Service is very friendly, and the location near the Stadthallen parking garage is also perfect.

As a fan of Asian soups, I eat here often and I'm always impressed. My favorite is the wonton soup, but the tom kha gai soup is also simply delicious; the chef will make it a little spicier upon request. The ambiance is truly lovely, and the staff and chef are super friendly and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Asian cuisine.

We were there on the evening of August 3, 1925, and two men were serving. The older of the two constantly reprimanded the younger one, giving him new tasks almost every second, and then complaining that he couldn't do everything. The younger man really tried hard, was always friendly and professional. The other man, however, even snapped at him in front of the guests and then made an exaggerated face. When the phone rang, he simply replied, "You can call back later, we're very busy right now." Overall, the good food was spoiled by the unprofessional and unfriendly service. The younger of the two did absolutely nothing wrong, and we felt so sorry for him because the other one was constantly giving him a hard time. It was a very unpleasant atmosphere.

We were in Aschaffenburg again today. When we got hungry, we wanted a delicious meal at the Thai Palace. Unfortunately, they've closed their doors for good. So we ended up here. The restaurant is quite large and quite cozy. We were able to sit outside. The staff is friendly and attentive. We had two daily specials (crispy duck with mango sauce) and two 0.4l Cokes. For a total of €41.00. The price was okay. The rice was cheap broken rice, and the duck's skin was quite reddish. This could be due to old frying oil. Overall, the taste was still okay. Conclusion: still recommended

Top-notch Thai dishes of the freshest quality and with a very wide selection. We sat on the terrace in the pedestrian zone; very good and fast service. We'll be back!

On the holiday, one of the young waiters seemed to be just doing some random job, which is a shame, because serving should also be done with joy, skill, and a certain amount of knowledge. Above all, with a friendly smile. Therefore, only three stars for that.

We were there with 4 adults and 3 kids aged 8 to 12. We all really enjoyed it, the service was very friendly and, despite special requests, the food arrived after a short wait. Everything tasted fresh and simply delicious. I was particularly impressed that the waiter who took our order was able to immediately explain to us which of the dishes contained glutamate. My son has a glutamate intolerance and there were only a few things on the menu that he couldn't eat. This is not always the case, especially with Asian restaurants... An all-round positive experience and we will definitely be back 😊

Super delicious food and very friendly staff. We were there yesterday - on a Tuesday - and the restaurant was full. Nevertheless, everything went reasonably quickly. Since we didn't finish our portions, the rest was packed up and we were able to enjoy some of the delicious food for lunch today. Thank you very much🙂!

There are three different meals cheaper than lunch. These change (weekly?). Food comes quickly and is very tasty.

That was the first and last time I ate in this store. We waited freezing cold for over an hour for our food, even though we were there with children and the shop was still almost empty. The worst part was that the food didn't even taste good. It's full of flavor enhancers, which you can even taste. Unfortunately, even the 10th apology doesn't help with a campaign like this, nor does the free dessert or drink that we were offered.

. The boss put a lot of heart into it and you can tell that as a guest. Always happy to come back!

After a hiking holiday in Austria with “hut food” we came to paradise. Totally delicious, so tasty. Fast and friendly service. I didn't finish my portion and had the rest packed up. Highly recommended.

The food is okay but not earth-shattering and above all not better than other Asian restaurants in Aschaffenburg. The portions are just enough, but not particularly large. However, the prices are steep. The operator cannot rely on inflation or economic constraints here, as numerous local competitors prove that the same quality can be offered at significantly lower prices. The ambience corresponds to the higher price level. If you want to play in this price league, I expect at least tablecloths and a pocketed table

The food was ok, nothing special. The vegetables were partially overcooked. The service does not exist. I had the impression that the service staff only consisted of temporary workers and mini-jobbers. 2 young women took our order. One was sick and constantly fussed and the other spoke so quietly that you always had to ask.

Nice Asian restaurant near the castle. The food is very good. The level of spiciness can be selected. We had baked wonton, sweet and sour duck and mango curry tofu each with rice. The service is very attentive. Absolutely recommended.

The food tastes good, but the prices are no longer humane and beyond any understanding of the burdens of gastronomy. You also have to be lucky when it comes to service, sometimes there are very long waiting times for dishes or the bill. I prefer to get my curry from small Thai snack shops for €7-10 instead of paying well over €15 for it here.

Authentische thailändische Küche im Herzen Aschaffenburgs. Die Karte im aifood ist ziemlich groß. Die Preise sind in Ordnung. Insgesamt ist das Lokal relativ groß, deshalb ist es vergleichsweise laut. Die Größe sorgt bei größerem Andrang auch für längere Wartezeiten. Mein Erdnuss-Curry war lecker. Die Portion ausreichend groß. Leider war bei meinem Besuch keine Zahlung per Karte möglich. Das sollte inzwischen selbstverständlich sein und ist extrem unzeitgemäß.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und preislich gut. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Frühlingsrolle und Wan Tan Suppe. Anschließend zwei Gerichte mit Ente. Ein Genuss. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Aifood ist sehr zu empfehlen.

A very good place for Asian food in Aschaffenburg and i’m an Asian myself so i know the real deal. The taste is very authentic if you love Thai food especially. It’s savory, full of flavour and the portion is pretty big for one person.

Selten so einen schlechten und unhöflichen Service erlaubt. Kein Wort zu viel, freundliche schon gar nicht. Wurden mit Handbewegung aufgefordert unser Geschirr über 3 Leute hinweg der Bedienung zu reichen, weil diese nicht selbst um den langen Tisch gehen wollte. Haben noch dazu zum Teil falsches Essen bekommen. Preise gehoben, Preis/Leistung unbefriedigend. Keine Empfehlung.

Gutes Essen, ab 21.45 wurden die Stühle hoch gestellt um die Gäste zu vertreiben.( Geöffnet bis 23.00??)

Grünes Thai Curry war leider sehr ölig und auch nicht scharf, wie auf der Karte eigentlich angegeben. Habe darauf hingewiesen und keinerlei Entschuldigung oder Erklärung erhalten.

Wir waren ohne Reservierung dort und durften im Wintergarten Platz nehmen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war geschmackvoll und reichlich, Preis-Leistung gut und Auswahl an Gerichten top. Mitten in der Stadt! Sehr zu empfehlen !!

Wir haben hier nach dem verregneten Weihnachtsmarkt durchaus lecker gegessen. Service war nett und fix. Ich würde wieder hier einkehren!

Kein kundenfreundliches Verhalten. Unfreundlicher, unmotivierter Service. Falsche Rechnung erhalten. Lange Wartezeiten und ein Essen viel später als das andere gekommen. Das Alles ohne jegliches Bedauern. Man scheint es hier nicht nötig zu haben. Nicht mehr wieder!

Gericht Thai Pad Grapao Gai war für mich eher wie chin. Szechuan Huhn, nur mit Grapao (Thai Kräuter) und viel zuviel Gemüse, hatte mit dem Original wenig zu tun... Thai Panaeng Curry war schon besser, Vietnam Rindfleischsuppe und Sommer Frühlingsrollen wirklich gut. Preise unerwartet hoch...

Sehr schöne Restaurant mit gute Essen und sehr freundliche Ambiente

Freundlicher Service, sehr sauber, schöne Plätze draußen und drinnen. Das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Hauptgerichte haben eine gute Größe und machen auch hungrige Menschen satt. Man braucht nicht unbedingt eine Vorspeise. Kartenzahlung ist problemlos möglich. Die Preise sind angemessen und völlig in Ordnung, es ist aber nicht günstig und es gibt auch kein Asia Buffet. Zum Glück.

Wir haben draußen gegessen da es noch schön warm war. Ohne Reservierung hatten wir noch einen Platz Freitag Abends bekommen. Es hat uns gut geschmeckt und das Essen kam sehr schnell. Das Lokal liegt in der Fußgängerzone und wenn wir in der Stadt unterwegs sind kommen wir gerne wieder.

Nach mehrmaligem Bescheid geben, dennoch 40 Minuten auf die Rechnung gewartet. Da muss ich leider auch den Rest mit einem Stern bewerten...obwohl das Essen sehr gut war. Das Essengehen war halt einfach dann nur noch nervig und ungenießbar. Blieb uns in schlechter Erinnerung.

Sehr enttäuschend vom Personal, ein Tisch für ca. 6 bis 8 Personen nur von 2 Leuten besetzt, die Bedienung fragte die Dame ob wir uns dort hinsetzen können, sie sagte ungerne, wir sind ordentlich angezogen und haben ein seriöses Auftreten, er sagte wenn sie es nicht will, dann geht es nicht, geschäftstüchtig ist das nicht, er hat 2 Gäste verloren.!

Gegen das Essen gibt's nicht zu meckern, nur die Bedienung könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein und zügig die Gäste bedienen .

Ich liebe das Restaurant und vor allem schätze ich hier sehr die Qualität des Essens.

Schlechteste Asiatisches Essen das ich je gegessen habe als ich gefragt wurde ob alles in Ordnung ist habe ich freundlich darauf hingewiesen. Der Koch versuchte mir zu erklären das die Ente (trocken ,hart und zum teil angebrannt)so richtig zubereitet ist. Weiter so ...ich empfehle das Restaurant nicht weiter und werde auch dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Ich liebe das Aifood!🥰 ich komme jeden Monat ca. 2x mit meiner Freundin zum Essen und es ist jedesmal fanatisch. Unsere Vorfreude ist zurecht, immer wieder aufs neue riesig ! Zu Stoßzeiten empfehle ich zu reservieren und etwas mehr Wartezeit mitzubringen. Einfach zur Vorspeise die leckeren Saté-Spieße bestellen und so die Zeit überbrücken 😉 Meine Favoriten: Panaeng Curry & Udon Nudeln😋 Zum Service würden wir uns wünschen, vielleicht mal eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit🍷 zu bekommen, da wir doch so regelmäßig im Aifood essen gehen und die Kellner uns vom Sehen auch sicherlich kennen 🥺 Liebe Grüße, Manu & Lilli

Das Essen von der Mittagskarte war ok, aber leider auch nicht mehr. Der Teller ertrank fast in der Erdnuss Sauce, dass Hühnchen war leider nur mit 3 Stückchen vorhanden. Bei dem anderen Essen war eine normale Portion vorhanden. Geschmack war ok. Vielleicht hatte ich einfach Pech. Der Service war zwar recht freundlich, allerdings vergass man die zweite Getränke Bestellung. Innenraum ok, die Toilette ziemlich nass und nicht sehr sauber. Preis Leistung fand ich nicht ganz stimmig.

The food is super BUT the owner of this restaurant didn’t hire enough workers to serve the customers. We had to wait a long time for waitress to serve us because they were too busy and this always happen when we dining in here. Hope the owner didn’t think of only the profit but spend some more money to hire more waitresses. Dont be cheapskate, Aifood owner. You can be better, so be better.
