A typical pizzeria with a huge selection of pizzas and pasta. Unfortunately, no fish or meat dishes. The pizzas are made with fresh ingredients; highly recommended.

The D'Onofrio restaurant in Eislingen is a true family-run gem. Run by an extraordinary couple: she is a true hostess, and he is equally so, because they welcome you as if you were invited into their home, with all the hallmarks of authentic hospitality. Their smiles, friendliness, and attentive service make this place special. As for the food, I can't resist the truffle fettuccine with mushrooms: it's the dish I often order because it's truly extraordinary. But I've also tried many other dishes, from salads to pizzas, and every dish is always prepared with care and love, and this is clearly evident in the flavor. Another strong point is the son, who, despite his young age, already shows the passion and spirit of the D'Onofrio family in his DNA. Together with the pizza chef and the chefs, he forms a superb team: kind, cordial, and friendly. After all, without capable and passionate leaders, a team that works so well wouldn't exist. Unlike many colder establishments, here you can feel genuine warmth: it's no coincidence that they have so many regular customers, because you grow fond of them and fall in love with the couple, who are truly extraordinary. Depending on the relationship they develop, they greet you, shake your hand, or even hug you: small gestures that make every customer feel like a family guest. The D'Onofrio family's tradition is felt in every dish and in the unique atmosphere that sets them apart. A restaurant that combines quality, passion, and human warmth, highly recommended.

The Adler has been part of Eislingen for many years...

We were at a nearby hardware store, and my husband wanted pizza. So we spontaneously ordered and picked it up. Luckily, because it was by far the best pizza we've ever eaten!!! Thin crust, crispy crust, absolutely delicious sauce, and plenty of mozzarella. And the sausage was divine! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely go back!

We had a really good pizza. The service was also excellent. We'll definitely be back. There's also live music from time to time.

I first visited the Adler at an event about a year ago. The food was exceptionally good, the atmosphere was sensational, and the staff were very friendly. I've been back 20 times now and always enjoy it. It's a shame it's not right on our doorstep, otherwise I'd eat there every day.

Great pizzeria, very nice people, great service

I stopped by for lunch on short notice in the perfect weather, enjoyed a shandy and a pizza in the shade of the massive maple tree, and casually watched the hustle and bustle of the Eislingen town center. A spontaneous "dolce vita" midweek experience will probably happen more often in the future... And, of course, always with the great service of the lovely D'Onofrio family! I love it!

Yesterday, we ate at Salva and Tina's again with friends who regularly visit Italian restaurants in Stuttgart, Ditzingen, and the surrounding area. The bottom line was that we've never had a better calzone than yesterday at the Adler. Many thanks to Salva and Tina and their friendly team. We'll be back again.

We were there on May 3rd, 2025 for dinner and great music in a nice atmosphere. As always, friendly and nice hosts with delicious food. There's something special about eating, drinking and singing along that doesn't happen that often. But at the Adler in Eislingen it is cult and puts you in a great mood. Greetings, we'll be back.

The address in the Göppingen district for traditional Italian cuisine at the highest level at fair prices. Local culture is lived here with regular concert evenings where there is something for everyone.

Chic pizzeria with a nice atmosphere and very good food. For the party people there is also something to see with parties and music in the evening (theme evenings - please inquire if necessary). I liked it very much.

Last Friday evening, the Eislingen cult pizzeria “Adler” reopened after an explosive attack devastated the interior late in the evening on August 10th. Even a little brighter and a little more modernized. And - new! - with silver starry sky ceiling! On Saturday there will be an opening party with live music from the group Underpaid. It's great that the owner of the Adler, Ade Holzherr, was a great help to the operators, as they say. Also from me: congratulations and all the best for the future with great Italian dishes and live music every now and then! It's great that this special restaurant is open again!

Very cosily place. Great Italian kitchen, nice family type service. I had a salad and super tasty garlic bread. Colleagues go traditional pizza way and all where satisfied. Definitely recommended. What I notice was a non stop line for takeaway, it was not by chance. Selection of beers was also good.

Went for dinner yesterday. Great service despite the restaurant being full. The landlord and landlady always have some time for a little chat. Food excellent (try the Rigatoni al Forno!!!), service great and the atmosphere cozy. What can be improved: The chairs are a bit uncomfortable…. Otherwise everything is great!

Ein herzlicher Dank an das gesamte Team und die talentierten Chefs dieser Gaststätte! Unser Besuch war ein wahres gastronomisches Erlebnis. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich, was unseren Abend besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Küche hat uns mit jedem Gericht beeindruckt. Jeder Bissen war ein Geschmackserlebnis, das wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen und weitere köstliche Speisen zu genießen. Diese Gaststätte ist definitiv zu Empfehlen!

Waren heute mit der Ganzen Familie essen, es war die Hölle los und trotz allem hat die Chefin und der Chef immer ein offenes Ohr für jeden und ein lächeln im Gesicht! Top Qualität, auch unter hohem druck und bei so vielen Gästen, mein absoluten Respekt!! Jedem zu Empfehlen wenn es um Gutes Italienischs Essen geht. Bravooo!!

Kurzform des extrem schlechten Umgang mit Gästen im Adler: 1. Essen und Getränke bestellt 2. Bitte : Pizza scheiden , Antwort : Das machen wir nicht, dafür haben wir keine Zeit. Das müssen Sie schon selbst machen. 3. Nach unzumutbar langer Wartezeit auf das Essen, bei der Bedienung (Chefin) nachgefragt wie lange es noch dauert. Patzige Antwort. 4. Aufgrund dieser Antwort um die Rechnung für die Getränke gebeten und das Essen storniert. 5. Unqualifizierte Kommentare der Bedienung (Chefin) 6. Chef kommt und pöbelt uns an und verschwindet wieder 7. Chef kommt wieder und gibt uns 5 Minuten Zeit unsere Gläser auszutrinken, verschwindet wieder 8. Chef kommt vor dem Ablauf des gesetzten Ultimatums wieder und äußert erneut. „Trinkt aus, ihr habt Hausverbot, lasst euch hier nicht mehr blicken“ Wer wirklich richtig schlechten Service inklusive Frechheit und schlechtest Essen erleben möchte ist im Adler genau richtig. Für Gäste mit normalen und durchschnittlichen Ansprüchen ist der Adler jedoch absolut nicht geeignet. Beispiele für schlechtes Essen hatten die Freunde mit denen wir an diesem Abend verabredet waren. Salat mit Thunfisch bestellt – man musste den Thunfisch unter dem Salat suchen, wenn man ihn überhaupt finden konnte. Die Hauptgerichte waren winzig, eigentlich eher die Größe bzw. Menge einer Vorspeise. Die Pizza hatte einen schwarzen und verkohlten Rand. Wer jedoch guten Service mit guten Essen genießen möchte sollte in jedem Fall NICHT in den Adler gehen. Das Verhalten des Chefs war völlig unangemessen, bedrohlich und aggressiv. Auf uns machte es den Eindruck, dass Der Chef nur über ein sehr mangelhaftes Sozialverhalten verfügt und die kognitiven Eigenschaften nur eingeschränkt vorhanden sind. Dieses Verhalten ist bestenfalls für einen sogenannten sozialen Brennpunkt geeignet. Aber nicht für eine Stadt wie Eislingen. Fragt sich wirklich wie er es geschafft hat überhaupt eine Konzession zu erhalten und wie es in der Küche aussieht. Fazit: Das unbegründete Hausverbot gegen uns ist eigentlich völlig überflüssig. Wir würden im Adler zukünftig weder etwas essen oder trinken wollen. Dennoch besteht die Frage ob gegen das willkürlich verhängte Hausverbot keine weiteren Schritte ergriffen werden sollten. Unverschämtheit und Frechheit des Personals und insbesondere des Chefs wird von uns nicht unterstützt. Ebenso ist es fraglich, ob es das Geschäftsmodell ist, die Gäste 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen warten zu lassen um mit Getränken weiteren Umsatz zu generieren. Wir werden in unserem Bekanntenkreis definitiv jedem aktiv vom Adler abraten. Falls der Chef des Adlers seinen Fehler einsehen sollte würden wir seine Entschuldigung gerne entgegennehmen. Vielleicht hatte er einfach nur einen „schlechten Tag“

Essen ganz gut aber leider wirklich sehr teuer...

Rustikales Restaurant, das Personal ist auf Zack und erfüllt einem fast jeden Wunsch. Zum Essen gab es die Pizza Ronaldo. Grillgemüse, Salami und auf die fertige Pizza eine Kugel Burrata. Eine 100%-ige Empfehlung. Super lecker. Auch der Espresso am Schluss war Top

Waren an einem Mittwochabend hier, der Biergarten war nur zur Hälfte gefüllt. Trotz der zahlreichen freien Tische wollte man uns (2 Personen) zu einem anderen Paar an den Vierer-Tisch setzen. Auf die Nachfrage was mit den freien Tischen ist wurde nicht eingegangen, es wurde nur unfreundlich wiederholt dass wir doch jetzt diese zwei Plätze nutzen sollen. Da das fremde Paar den Blicken nach über diese Idee genauso unerfreut war sind wir ohne zu bestellen wieder gegangen.

Waren, heute das erstmal da. Sehr lecker, sehr freundlich. Werden jetzt öfters hingehen. Der Nachtisch Zitronen Tiramisu war so mega lecker.

Sehr lecker! Aber für über 15 Euro dürfte gerne "eine Hand voll" Pasta mehr ins Pfännle - Pasta kostet ja ned die Welt... Oder zumindest für die leckere Sugo kostenloses Pizza rot dazu reichen... 😎😉

Das Essen ist nicht schlecht aber die Wartezeit ist viel zu lange. Ich verstehe nicht wieso man auf eine Pizza über 1 1/2 Stunden warten muss und dabei versucht so viele Getränke wie möglich zu verkaufen.

Comida excelente, atendimento maravilhoso. Local agradável e acolhedor. Atendimento nota 10, pessoas muito simpáticas, especialmente o Salvatore.

Italienisch-Schwäbische Vollblut Gastronomen. Ausgewählte Live-Musik-Events (leider viel zu wenig). ...... bleibt so wie ihr seid.

Beim Adler in Eislingen passt alles. Nette Bedienung, extrem leckeres Essen (die Pizza Frutti di Mare war herrlich) und eine tolle Kulisse.

Das Essen hier ist sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, kann man wirklich nur empfehlen.
