Hello everyone, I went to Adana for dinner with my friends today and I have to be honest: we had to wait a long time for our order. I ordered menu 093 and it wasn't worth the price at all. I only got two skewers of kebab with half a tomato and a green pepper on the plate. Also, I found a little hair in my food! That's why I only give you 2 stars.

We were in Adana last weekend, more precisely on Saturday evening. We spent several hours there, so we were able to get a good impression. I can't understand another reviewer's comment that alcohol is sold here. I haven't been told anywhere that this isn't the case. Expressing horror is beyond ridiculous and should be ignored. Everyone is free not to consume alcohol and I say this because I hardly ever drink anything myself and I still felt very good there. The atmosphere is cozy and invites you to linger. If you love the Balkans, Adana is certainly not the worst place to go. From 10 p.m. you could enjoy live music, perhaps a bit loud for older audiences, but then at least you don't need to turn on your hearing aids :-) In the end it was several hours and everyone was more than satisfied. The service was friendly, although it could have been a bit more attentive in places, but a quick wave always led to success. However, this is no reason for me/us to devalue it. The bad recession regarding food is incomprehensible. I had the Adana Kebap, the meat (minced) seemed fresh and was pleasantly seasoned. My companions had poultry and I didn't hear any complaints from them either. The grilled vegetables are bland, yes you have to say that, but there is salt, pepper, herbs (I assume coriander) and chili flakes on the table. Don't know why this is perceived as negative. I don't know anyone who puts seasoned vegetables on the grill, they usually only do it afterwards and in Adana it is left to the guest. Why should this be negative? The starter, in turn, various dips (hummus, peppers, chopped tomatoes, etc.) were very well prepared and we (a group of four people) enjoyed it very much with the freshly baked bread. The main courses arrived at the table warm and, combined with the shared starter, the portions were adequate. Everyone at the table was more than full. The prices are due to the current situation and market developments, so I would at least rate it completely neutrally. It's certainly not the cheapest restaurant in Mannheim city center, but cheap isn't always good either. Considering the live music in the evenings, I think the prices are okay. If you want to treat yourself to an entertaining evening on Friday or weekend, Adana is not the worst location in Mannheim. This way you should be able to get involved in the southern mentality and hospitality. And if you're afraid of having to wait too long for a seat, let's tell you a little secret - you've heard of making a reservation :-) We were definitely very satisfied and enjoyed the evening to the fullest. With this in mind, we would be happy to come by again.

We came from Norway to Mannheim, the beautiful city of Germany, for my nephew's bride to be celebration. We chose Adana Mannheim, the first restaurant that attracted attention, to have our dinner and have fun with music. The staff were very friendly and professional; There was nothing missing from our table and we were extremely pleased with our meals. Their chefs are really successful in this regard. The food "Iskender" was the worst I've ever eaten and Ayran as well, was anything but an Ayran, tasted like a mixture of Actimel and kefir. The portion of the Iskender was also an insult to me as a customer, so charging 17.50 for that is an outrage. I would have loved to send everything back and run out. Good Turkish grill restaurant in Mannheim city center. Here you can eat delicious cold and warm starters, grilled specialties from the charcoal grill and desserts. It is also the only restaurant in Kleinistanbul Mannheim that serves alcohol.

I was there at an Iftar, ordered a grilled plate with chicken and lamb, unfortunately the food was cold, and for about €19 there was very very little on the plate, 4 pieces per skewer, cold and not tender, dry. Rice very dry and a crust had already formed on the top, probably from yesterday! There were as many fries as my 10 fingers, and very few onions, the plate felt like they had taken the leftovers from customers and put them together on my plate. It's a shame for €19, I would have expected a little more. And it was cold at least where we sat.

The atmosphere is very inviting and the live acts offer a successful evening with their great music. The food is served in generous and beautifully presented portions. My favorite here is the meat platter with a künefe to finish. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. We ordered 3 dishes. One dish came, we waited 30 minutes for the other 2 dishes. Unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait. The meat was cold and difficult to cut. For €18.90 you would expect a full plate, but this wasn't the case either. Plus, we had a seat by the door, which isn't so bad. However, the door was open the whole time and it was very cold. According to employees, there is nothing they can do about it.

Hello I came to the restaurant on a recommendation. So the food is really very good. Ate an Adana and lamb skewer. The Adana is the best I have eaten in Mannheim. Lamb kebabs are solid. But the interior design and the alcohol sales are an absolute disaster. Old alcohol bottles as candlesticks?! Really, I've never seen anything as ugly and scary as Count Dracula. And everything was dark and it was cold. As I said, the food was great, but unfortunately I won't eat here again because of the alcohol sales.

Food was cold and my wife had a bone in the skewer. But the best thing was the bill!!! If you want to be shit, this is the place for you. The first beer on the bill was 4.5 euros and the second beer of the same type was 6 euros. But that The top hammer was the Raki 2 glasses 8cl. 33 EURO. We spoke to the waiter about the bill. He didn't notice us anymore.

Essen war sehr lecker. Aussage von unseren 2 Kindern: " Das war der Beste Dönerteller den wir bis jetzt gegessen haben." Selbt meine Schwägerin, die aus Frankreich zu Besuch war und sehr wählerich ist, hat der Dönerteller ihr sehr geschmeckt. Service einwandfrei, sehr sehr freundlich. Kebab endlich mal auch mit Alkohol angeboten. Werden öfter hingehen und es sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Der erste Eindruck war sehr positiv, saubere Location schönes Ambiente und live Musik. Allerdings wurden wir schnell vom Gegenteil überzeugt. Das Essen kam leider nicht zusammen, was zur Folge hatte dass eine Speise schon ausgekühlt war, bis der gegenüber seine serviert bekommen hat. Als wir dann starten konnten wurden wir auch geschmacklich nicht überzeugt. Der Adana Kebap hatte nicht viel mit einem Adana zu tun, auch das übrige Fleisch ( Lamm und Hähnchen ) konnte weder qualitativ noch geschmacklich überzeugen. Ein eigentlich nettes Konzept leider wurde nicht genug Augenmerk auf die Qualität der Küche gelegt.

Wir haben als Familie Silvester bei Adana gefeiert. Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Musik, die Stimmung und der Service waren hervorragend. Trotz vollem Haus und viel Stress waren die Mitarbeiter jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommen gerne wieder.

Exzellenter Service und alles was vom Grill kam war sehr lecker. Leider war aber der Reis kalt, die Pommes waren nur so lala und die stumpfen Messer waren etwas nervig.

Trotz Reservierung, konnten wir uns nicht in Ruhe dem Essen widmen & mussten sofort aufstehen. Bedienung war sehr hilfreich und höflich. Die Beilagen zum Gericht waren durchaus kalt und wenig gesalzen. Für ein nächstes mal wird es wohl nicht kommen.

Essen war richtig gut. Genau so der Rest. Aber ich musste einen Punkt abziehen, weil meine ganzen Klamotten so extrem nach dem Besuch gerochen haben, das ich alles direkt in die Waschmaschine schmeißen musste.

Nettes türkisches Restaurant mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Die Grillgerichte und das Fleisch sind sehr lecker. Pide, Lahmacun und die Vorspeisen sind im oberen Durchschnitt und damit besser als die meisten Restaurant im Umkreis. Es gibt eine großzügige Rakiauswahl, was in der Umgebung auch eher eine Seltenheit ist und dementsprechend definitiv einen Besuch wert. Wir sind immer wieder gerne dort.

Obwohl nicht besonders viel im Laden los war mussten wir zu zweit c.a. 40 Minuten warten bis wir unser Essen bekommen haben. Während unserer Wartezeit haben andere Tische mit mehr Personen natürlich ihr Essen vor uns bekommen, obwohl wir viel früher bestellt haben. Eines von den 2 Gerichten war komplett kalt und musste somit nach der langen Warte Zeit erneut aufgewärmt werden, wodurch es logischerweise sehr trocken war und die Wartezeit wieder in die Länge gezogen hat. Bei unseren Hauptspeisen war keine Pommes, Reis oder Salat dabei, wodurch einfach etwas gefehlt hat. Dies wussten wir zwar vorher aber bei dem hohen Preis hatten wir erwartet zumindest die typische Vorspeise, Brot und Dip vor dem Essen zu erhalten. Natürlich ist das normalerweise nicht selbstverständlich, aber ich hatte noch nie im Leben die Situation in einem türkischen Restaurant, egal ob in Deutschland oder in der Türkei, keine Vorspeise zu erhalten. Am Ende wurde mir noch ein dummer Spruch gedrückt, der eher humoristisch gemeint war, aber nach dem Gesamterlebnis, mehr als unangebracht war. Im Großen und Ganzen war das Essen geschmacklich okay, aber für den Preis bekommt man in anderen Läden sehr viel mehr für sein Geld.

Es hat sehr stark geregnet und die Bedienung hatte keine Motivation und es haben Bestecke und serviertten und Getränke gefehlt. Der Gast sollte ganz groß geschrieben werden und bitte!! Als Gast, wenn man die türkische Sprache nicht beherrscht, gehört sich nicht auf türkisch sich zu unterhalten. Ich bin selbst Gastronomien und sowas würde ich meinen Gästen nicht zumuten. Es gibt mittlerweile Videos auf tiktok, wie man ein Restaurant richtig führt. Höflich waren die Herren, aber es kamen fünf verschiedene Bedienungen und keiner wusste, was der letzte tat. Möge Gott euch Weisheit geben und die Gabe mit den Gästen richtig umzugehen. Der Döner hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Danke für die schöne Erfahrung

Ingesamt unterdurchschnittliches Essen, optisch ok aber geschmacklich fad. Schade, war hier vor einem Jahr einmal hier und an sich sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Die Gerichte waren relativ lecker, doch der Service ist nicht grad so der hammer. Unsere Pommes kamen an, nachdem wir das Hauptgericht schon verspeist hatten. Das Ambiente war sehr angenehm und echt schön. Doch es ist etwas unordentlich, was den Service betrifft. Das hat uns schon verärgert.
