The food was very good and of excellent quality. The service was friendly, but unfortunately a bit chaotic for us. The wrong drinks were delivered, and the appetizer was forgotten. These things happen. What I find truly outrageous, however, is €5 for a 0.33l Coke. That's simply unacceptable.

The service and location were great. The service was exceptionally friendly and they were wonderful with children. The food was good and plentiful. The prices for non-alcoholic drinks are outrageous (€5 for a 0.33l Fanta).

We've rarely been served and treated so attentively in a restaurant. The service is truly excellent! The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The food was delicious and also very visually appealing. The price is mid-range and, in our opinion, completely justified. Another very good thing was that the ouzo was regularly refilled 😉. Thank you so much for the lovely stay with your team ❣️ Yesterday, Sunday, the four of us were keen to go to the Greek restaurant again in the early afternoon. At this Greek restaurant where we had already been very satisfied months ago. Extensive menu, very friendly welcome from every member of the staff who saw us enter. Many tables were occupied, and we got a nice one. We chose our drinks and food, and everyone was cheerful and attentive. Instead of my usual liver, I chose pork medallions in honey-raspberry sauce with figs and raisins (was that correct?) from the daily specials, with baked potatoes and a very fresh salad, and we were all thrilled with our meal. Especially with mine... 👍✊️ = what an explosion of flavor combined with such tender, delicious meat. All of our companions want to order it next time. I hope the chef listens to our wishes and adds this dish to the menu! We left happy, full, and satisfied. And we were sent off just as warmly and cheerfully. A wonderful stay, definitely worth recommending. 5 stars and we'd gladly return ❣️

This was my first time at this restaurant, and I wasn't disappointed. Every member of staff was friendly and accommodating. It's true that the drink prices are a bit high, but at the end of the evening, the final bill is what counts, and I think that's still reasonable. I ordered the anchovies as a starter and the sea bream fillets as a main course. Both were really good. The sea bream fillets were cooked to perfection and not at all dry. The fish and side dish tasted perfectly together, and the tzatziki was also incredibly delicious. The portions are generous, and I even had to have some packed up for myself; this is a great value for money. In conclusion: From the first to the last second, I felt in good hands. The view of the Elbe, the music, and the food were so harmonious that it felt like a short vacation in Greece. I will definitely come here again.

Unfortunately, zero stars isn't possible. Ordered food. It took almost two hours. It arrived almost cold when we got there. We were hung up on several calls. We'll never order again!

Dear people, please do yourselves a favor and don't order any more food there after 6 p.m. Because then you won't get your food until the lovely employees finish work. We've ordered from there several times, and the first two orders were perfect, on time, and hot. Ordered from there again today (unfortunately, I was persuaded because I was firmly convinced it would be a disaster again, and rightly so, as it turned out). Ordered at 6:20 p.m. and 9:20 p.m.!!! It was delivered! Of course, everything was cold, and the delivery time is unbearable. This was my last order, once and for all. Really sad.

Ordered from them by phone today for the first time! The price/performance ratio was okay. But the taste was really good and really, really tasty, so I can say I'd go back and keep it up because the meat was really juicy. I can't say anything about the restaurant itself, as I'm from Geesthacht.

I didn't book any rooms at the hotel, so I can't say anything. We celebrated a birthday at the restaurant. Everything was like everywhere else in Geesthacht except for the portions. The portions of food we ordered were bigger than in other restaurants in our town and everything was cooked deliciously.

Restaurant Visit The food was good as always. But the drink prices are ridiculous. 5 euros for a 0.3 liter Coke 4.80 for a 0.3 liter beer And I think 7 euros for a half-liter of wheat beer is a bit cheeky. I've been here often with colleagues and family, But I can't and won't afford these prices anymore.

We only went to the restaurant. The service wasn't particularly attentive. The price was okay, but I find €5 for a Coke a bit steep. Everyone has different tastes, but I won't be visiting the restaurant again.

Free parking is available in front of the door. There's a beautiful view of the lake, and in good weather, you can also sit outside on the terrace. There's a road between the restaurant and the lake, but it wasn't very busy on a Sunday evening. The restaurant has a nice, modern interior, the chairs are comfortable, and the staff is friendly but seemed a bit lackluster. The gyros and bread were empty, so we couldn't order them. The Achilleons appetizer plate (No. 13) was beautifully presented, very tasty, and the portion was very generous. I was a bit disappointed with the Vasiti plate (No. 51 with lamb fillet, lamb skewer, lamb steak, and lamb chop). The fillet and skewer were very good, but the steak and chop had a lot of fat on them, and the meat was tough. I left it chewed all the way on the plate, and there was no reaction when the table was cleared away.

We had diner. Greec food top quality. Very friendly people and nice price.

When we went out to eat there, it took over 40 if not 45 minutes after ordering until the food was at the table. I still accept even though only 3-4 tables were occupied, but to only deliver food after 1.5 minutes is really a shame. I'm really sorry but you actually don't even deserve 1 star.

Good Greek restaurant outside of Geesthacht. A lovely terrace with a view of the Elbe River. Unfortunately, the Elbuferstraße (Elbe Riverside Road) gets in the way. Good food, decent portions. Mid-range prices. They also serve ouzo, of course.

I had dinner here with my family yesterday, and all four adults had fantastic food. Whether it was the starter or the main course, it was a real treat; we'll definitely be back.

Right on the Elbe. We had a great meal. Rich and lots...absolutely delicious! And the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive! Definitely recommended - parking spaces are available, the furnishings are modern but very comfortable. We didn't use the hotel.

We had reserved a table to enjoy a lovely evening by the Elbe and traveled 20 kilometers specifically for it. As we were about to enter the restaurant, a burly waiter, cell phone in hand, rushed past us, looking agitated, as if chasing a deadbeat. He neither greeted us nor gave us a smile. In the restaurant, this gentleman again neither gave us a friendly welcome nor a smile. When he went to check the reservation book for our table, he received a call and, without an apology or a smile, simply left us standing there like an idiot and disappeared behind the counter. His colleagues also paid us no attention or any other kind of attention. After a while, he reappeared and wanted to give us a table right by the aisle and the terrace, which was incredibly uncomfortable, loud, and hectic. When we asked if he had another table, he said no, without regret or interest. Even when we left the restaurant, he wasn't interested. Apparently, the restaurant doesn't need to make an effort to be friendly. Well, not again then!

Update February 15, 2025 We can now be described as regular guests, whether on site or to take away, top quality and always great service. Keep it up 🫶🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🫶🏻 Had it delivered today as an exception, even ordering over the phone was difficult, only the third person was able to take the order (language barrier) but the order delivered was not entirely correct, one of the 2x gyros was supposed to be with rice but both came with fries. We also found the meat to be of lower quality than we are used to when visiting a restaurant. Therefore only 2 stars, in the restaurant it has always been 4-5 stars.

Greek restaurant with exceptionally good quality meat. Meat skewers medium fried and incredibly tender. Great hospitality, attentive staff. It was a bit loud. But that was due to the capacity to last place. Great restaurant that we will definitely see again.

I ordered food, the schnitzel tasted like it had been in the frying pan for half an hour, the stuffed pork fillet was so dry that it became more and more in your mouth, just like the lamb, which was also very creamy. It's a shame, and then you paid €70 and you couldn't even eat it. The only positive thing was the delicious bread.

Rooms simple, breakfast not very appealing

We spontaneously went there yesterday after the Elbfest. Great service from the staff. Exceptionally good food. We chose gyros and lamb kebabs. The gyro was crispy and juicy, well seasoned. The lamb was super tender and also very tasty. The fries were crispy and nicely salted. Beforehand there was a fresh, delicious salad and homemade bread. Super good :) . The portions are a reasonable size and we were all full. Absolutely fair price. There was also two ouzo per person on the house. We come from Hamburg and tried a lot of Greeks after Corona. All have disappointed in their own way. (Quality, taste, service, portion size, price) Since we love Greek cuisine, we didn't give up and discovered this restaurant. Everything was fine here yesterday. We will be happy to make our way from Hamburg again in the future to visit this restaurant. Please don't change anything, then you'll have new regular customers :)

We were there for dinner on Saturday evening. The food was, as always, very good. Unfortunately, we couldn't order a second drink because, despite our attention, they ignored us. People looked at us and just walked away. It's a real shame, it really annoyed us.

We ordered a table for 9 people and received a confirmation by email. When we arrived at the restaurant it was closed due to vacation. Organizationally an absolute no go.

1 star because 0 stars is not possible. The telephone number was incorrect, no one was there and we could continue without having done anything.

We went here for dinner today based on a recommendation. We've eaten at many Greek restaurants, but it was excellent here. All wishes were implemented. It was very very tasty. If we could give more stars, we would do this too. We'd love to come back again.

I ate here with my wife and we were impressed by the service, the food and the atmosphere. Today we wanted to enjoy this delicious meal again, but we weren't motivated to leave the house. That's why we used the delivery service via Lieferando. The food came very quickly. Unfortunately, the “right” food didn’t come for me. I had ordered (in my opinion) gyros with fries, but got gyros in cream sauce with fries. So I called the restaurant, where they apparently already knew about the problem. The ordering process at Lieferando is a bit confusing so you can quickly order the wrong thing. Gyros were immediately delivered to me as a courtesy. Thank you for that! As expected, it was again very tasty. That's what I call customer service.

Delicious Greek food with a small but… We had bifteki and bifteki with gyros. The bifteki was very tasty, but unfortunately the gyros were not freshly cut, but reheated in the deep fryer. That and the possibility of not getting any side dish other than rice or fries (e.g. vegetables or similar) unfortunately have to be deducted one star. The reception was very friendly and the service was attentive.

Unfortunately I had diarrhea after my visit. The waitress with dark hair is unfriendly and seemed drunk.

Best Greek in a long time...really fresh and I would say home-made food and super tasty. So far away from the standard Greek gyros. Friendly staff and great selection of food. We will be back.!

We booked a table in advance, it was my first time there. The service was good, even if not everything on the menu was available), the portions were really big (at least almost all of us didn't manage to finish everything, the rest were also packed up, we specifically asked for it), the food was delicious and the shop was also very good Well visited. I can imagine going back there again. Unfortunately it is a bit remote, in the summer with a walk on the Elbe and sun it is certainly a much more beautiful environment than in the winter with wind and drizzle in the dark.

Our absolute “favorite Greek” in Geesthacht. Always friendly, always delicious, everything is just great. The ambience is great, the waiters are great, the food is great, even if we think the portions have become smaller and the prices have almost doubled, there are still stars here!

Ein sehr schönes griechisches Restaurant direkt an der Elbuferstraße. Sehr nettes Personal, Schnelle Bedienung und sehr leckeres Essen. Wir sind extra vor 5 Tagen von Wentorf bei Hamburg nach dort zum Essen gefahren.

Das Essen ist super lecker und die Portionen Top. Die Preise sind zwar etwas höher als üblich, aber gute Qualität kostet und hier bin ich sehr gerne bereit zwei Euro mehr zu bezahlen. Auch wenn wir das Essen mitnehmen bleibt immer noch etwas für den zweiten Tag übrig. Das Fleisch ist immer zart uns saftig. Kleiner Manko, wenn Hotel und Restaurant etwas voller sind, ist es manchmal schwierig mit dem Parken. Aber ich nehme die paar Schritte gerne in Kauf und parken dann in Krümmel

Immer einen Besuch wert. Auch hier Preise angehoben und weniger essen, aber nicht so extrem wie anderswo. Leider bisschen außerhalb gelegen. Aber nette Bedienung und guter frass.

Die Zimmer sind o.k., das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig, das Essen wie bei jedem Griechen, also kein Highlight!

Wir sind seit ca. 20 Jahren im Achilleon l zu Gast und haben heute mal das Achilleon lll ausprobiert. Es war leider enttäuschend. Die Bedienungen waren alle merkwürdig unmotiviert und die Speisen waren stark überwürzt. Dann fahren wir künftig lieber wieder nach Bergedorf.

Ganz okay. Das Essen schmeckt gut, allerdings könnten die Getränke schneller geliefert werden. Die kamen erst nach 30 Minuten - zusammen mit der Vorspeise. Das Ambiente ist schön, allerdings war es sehr laut - von den anderen Gästen. Sorry, wenn ich Party beim Essen haben will, gehe ich zum Fußball und esse Bratwurst - da kann auch mal drauf geachtet werden. Ja, wenn ich Hunger habe und da zufällig vorbei komme, dann ja - aber extra von zu Hause da hin nein. Das geht woanders besser.
