We received a super friendly welcome. The ambience is of course fast food style, but still cozy. I had a kebab plate because I like to have the components separated on the plate. Unfortunately, the sauce was all over the plate and the meat and fries were partially sunk into it. That wasn't my taste, otherwise I would have ordered a normal kebab in bread. But otherwise it was delicious and my family even thought it was really tasty. We will definitely go there again.

The service was impeccable - the staff was very attentive, friendly and really took the time to respond to our needs. The food was simply outstanding! The dishes were fresh, creative and incredibly tasty. We were particularly impressed with [name of a dish] – a perfect combination of flavors. The portions were also generous and the price-performance ratio was absolutely right. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Restaurant Aberna. We'll definitely be back!

There is very, very good kebab here. I always take the “Aberna Döner”, recommended by the house. It always tastes super fresh with a dash of lemon in it and I don't know anything comparable in the area. You should have tried it. Clear recommendation!

Ordered 15 dishes by phone. 11:30 a.m. was agreed upon, and the food would arrive after 12 p.m. However incomplete. Two dishes were missing and our wishes were not taken into account for other dishes. Doner kebab without sauce was delivered with sauce... A salad was delivered that we hadn't even ordered. The missing and incorrect dishes were delivered later. It's a shame the order didn't work out well. That's better!

We ordered here today with my work colleagues. The portions were outrageously small for the price. The grill plate only contained a skewer and 2 chicken wings, the rest was filled with fries. The kebab boxes were small. It also said there would be 10% off the order. Unfortunately, this was not adhered to and on top of that we had to pay delivery costs, even though it was only a 4-minute journey. We will definitely not be ordering here again.

My order was due at 4:05pm - I got it at 4:45pm. The fries were already completely inedible because they were cold. I ordered two Dürüm and both were wrong. Not recommended.

Everything was very fresh and tasty, very nice and courteous staff. Jumbo kebab, pide with kaṣar, Adana plate...everything freshly prepared and really great, salad top fresh and crunchy. Was there with family. I can highly recommend Aberna.

Grill plate for two people was so small, as if it were only intended for one person and we paid €45 for it plus drinks for €3. We can't recommend this place.

Delicious. Price-wise it's okay. The premises are more in the style of a snack bar, but are in good condition. The staff is, as you would expect, very friendly :)

When I read the reviews I was very unsure whether I should go or not. The decision was to go, thank God. Ordered a grill plate with fries, salad and rice. As well as a large pizza with kebab meat and sauce. There was Uludag to drink. Everything was very successful. Grill plate wasn't like most restaurants for a lot of money, it didn't have much meat, no, it was a very good portion and the pizza was the tastiest pizza I've ever eaten. Well, here the boss is still doing things, among other things, as I heard myself afterwards. And I eat a lot and often in different restaurants, but I can only recommend this one. We will definitely see each other again.

Very unfriendly staff Nobody speaks German and to top it off I found a nail in my lentil soup. Oh my god, I almost threw up... Hygiene is zero. I will never go back there again

Great service, perfect Turkish food.

In Germany, where meat is so cheap, mixed grills should not be this scarce. You pay 23 Euros but you get 7-8 pieces of meat. I think it's a shame...

I used to love eating here and always ordered. In the past there were always large portions etc. Now there is only the bare essentials on the plate. It is no longer prepared with love, the last time my skewer was burnt and some parts were inedible. Unfortunately, no one there except the boss speaks German, which makes ordering extremely difficult if you have special requests. I won't be ordering or eating there again.

I've never had such good Turkish Restaurant visited in Aschaffenburg. I am/and was really surprised!! Simply recommended, try it out, I can only recommend it 😊🙏🏾

I can't understand the 4.7 star reviews, we ordered two pizzas and they came with two very thin flatbreads, with far too much cheese, which was on the pizzas as if slices of cheese had been placed on them, the edge was burnt but the pizzas were where the topping was supposed to be was because so much cheese was raw! Underneath the cheese, each piece of pizza had a slice of salami and three pieces of ham, the rest was cheese. One was even missing the onions. It's a shame, we saw pictures of the pizzas here and thought they looked delicious, unfortunately the pizza looks completely different than the pictures that were posted here as reviews. By far the worst pizza we have ever eaten. €21.50 wasted. Oh and unfortunately the supplier couldn't do the math either and would have given me 5€ too little. Only when I pointed out did he give me my remaining money back. I'm sorry but I can't recommend them more. Unfortunately, the pizzas are not as they are shown in some of the pictures in the reviews. We ate them because we were hungry.

I'll never order there again, we ordered a kebab and a kebab plate there. My wife had hardly any toppings and sauce for the kebab, I ordered a kebab plate with fries and extra toppings, what came out, the fries were forgotten, the sauce was an extreme joke and the salad had an onion on it, no cabbage for it a little iceberg lettuce and sauce and the worst thing was that it didn't even taste good, so €24 was just thrown away. I then called them and they denied that everything was correct.

Aberna Grillhaus's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I recently ordered food through Lieferando and unfortunately my order was delivered incorrectly. Of course, I immediately contacted customer service to clarify the problem. But instead of showing understanding and goodwill, I met a boss who was neither understanding nor accommodating. The boss's reasoning was just bad. Instead of trying to find a solution and correct the mistake, he tried to shift the blame onto me. He claimed that I placed the wrong order and that it wasn't his problem. This is absolutely unacceptable! As a customer, I expect that if the restaurant makes a mistake, I will be accommodated and a satisfactory solution will be found. Unfortunately, Aberna Grillhaus' customer service in this case was a major disappointment. I definitely won't order there again and can only advise against doing so. The way customers deal with bosses leaves a lot to be desired.

This was a great spot in the past, but they no longer wipe the tables between guests (they simply remove the dishes), and you need to sit in an accumulation of mess.

We have ordered couple of time here. Food taste is amazing. Grill Chicken was very tender and juicy 😋.We will order again. We will try to visit and dine in at restaurant.

Extrem gutes Essen. Wir haben meinen Vater hier her gebracht und wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Eigentlich waren die Tische reserviert, doch uns wurde trotzdem noch spontan Platz gemacht. Wir hatten eine schöne Unterhaltung mit dem Chef und uns wurde sogar Tee angeboten. Fleisch ist sehr frisch und von guter Qualität. Die Koteletts und Pizzen waren Mega.

Update 2024: leider etwas verschlechtert.... Soße immer noch zu dominant, was dem fleisch, was eine super Qualität hat, leider komplett den Geschmack nimmt.... besser ohne Soße Soweit ein solider Döner, nur die Soße war viel zu viel und geschmacklich nicht so gut... Was sehr schade ist,weil das Fleisch ist echt top und so übertrumpft es den Geschmack....

Leckerer Döner, knuspriges Brot , Dönnerfleisch super, so wie ich es mag, Ambiente war sehr schön , viele Sitzmöglichkeiten ,zu Weihnachten sogar schön dekoriert, Personal sehr freundlich, sehr sauber. Meiner Meinung nach der beste Döner Aschaffenburgs. Man kann auch sehr entspannt vor Ort essen. Sehr nette Bedienung, ich war ein Paar Mal dort und habe jetzt schon öfter einen gratis Kaffee und Getränk bekommen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Der Service verdient 5*, top freundlich und zuvorkommend, vor allem die jüngere Dame. Ich hatte einen Dönerteller mit Reis, mit dem ich mittelmäßig zufrieden war. Der Reis war mir zu weich gekocht, die Fleischstreifen zu groß und trocken und zudem war vor allem im Salat irgendein Gewürz oder Öl, das mir nicht geschmeckt hat. Dafür preislich schon gehoben! Aber ist natürlich Geschmackssache!

Sehr leckeres Essen was frisch zubereitet wird. Ocakbasi Grill mit leckeren türkischen Gerichten und freundlichem Personal. War schon öfters da und jedes Mal war es sehr gut.

Wow Leute, das war der beste Adana Döner (siehe Foto) seit ich in Adana einen Döner gegessen hab! Gäbe es zehn Sterne, würde ich auch die komplett vergeben! Preis Leistung ebenfalls unschlagbar!
