Very cozy restaurant despite a lot of people, you're already used to the good food at Abacco ;) The service earns its tips with the great performance it provides. You feel completely comfortable for the money you spend here. Highly recommended. There are enough parking spaces and also charging stations

Unfortunately, our visit to the restaurant was disappointing. • Waiter Tommi: Tommi seemed overwhelmed, disorganized and unsuitable for guest service. He confused everything, was very jittery and made numerous mistakes. • Unpleasant heat and whistling sound: There was an extremely hot gas heater next to our table that made us sweat profusely. In addition, the heater produced an unpleasant whistling sound that made sitting at the table unbearable. Despite repeated requests to the waiter Tommi to remove the heater or lower the temperature, nothing happened, even though he kept promising. It was only after 30 minutes that another waiter intervened and solved the problem with the heat. • Long waiting times: We waited 45 minutes for the menus because Tommi was initially taking care of a large group that had arrived at the same time. This meant we had to wait a total of 90 minutes for our food. • Missing dish: The 300g Enrico from Argentina I ordered was not available. However, I only received this information after the long wait, which added to the disappointment. This experience is in stark contrast to our previous visits to this restaurant chain, where we were always completely satisfied. Unfortunately, the chaotic process and poor service this time severely marred the entire restaurant experience.

I'm shocked. We have been here at least once a week for the last 3 years. The staff has changed recently and it was not a good decision by the management. The staff is very unfriendly and treats us like kindergarten teachers. I can't accept that for a place like this with prices like this.

The restaurant invites you to linger for a long time. The service makes you feel comfortable and the food is to die for. Had a delicious and great evening.

Top breakfast, top modern, pool, sauna and fitness.

We made reservations for 6 p.m., and shortly after 8 p.m. we received our first starters. After the order for 10 people is deleted and the new order is taken. My starter was the Abaccos Special Salad. This was a raw quarter head of lettuce poured over with Caesar sauce. Add bacon cubes instead of bacon cubes and very small egg cubes. Definitely not worth 10 euros. I've never had an appetizer that had so little love in it. The garlic bread was okay (also cold) but definitely not a highlight. When the main course arrived, all of the guests' fries were already cold, and the stone was brought lukewarm. To do this, the waitress placed the new hot stone directly on the old one covered with fat and sprayed me with the hot fat. About 10 minutes after the main course I had a stomach ache and had to go to the toilet. Afterwards I tried the Kaiserschmarn, which was also lukewarm. Conclusion from the evening. Everyone was disappointed with the service and the side dishes. The only good thing was the meat, the rest was unfortunately very disappointing. This restaurant experience was not the first that was so negative. However, this evening gets 2 stars from me even though I tend towards 1.5.

Yesterday there were 6 of us with one Toddler eating and it was just amazing. The food was very tasty, the meat was super tender and of great quality. All the side dishes, especially the salad and the potato gratin, were the best. We would particularly like to emphasize the service. No matter whether when taking the order, reordering side dishes, exchanging stones, recommendations. The staff is extremely attentive and quick. Of course we rewarded him with a big tip. We'll definitely be back and are really looking forward to it.

We were guests with 6 people and a small child. We were served very friendly, quickly and well. The food was very tasty and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely go to Abacco's again soon.

The food, like all Abacco steakhouses, was very tasty. Friendly but unfortunately very inattentive service. There were only four people in the restaurant. Had to wait almost 10 minutes before we could order a new, hot stone and fresh fries. Same for the bill.

We went to this steakhouse based on a voucher and were pleasantly surprised. Both the steaks and the side dishes were great. The cocktails we ordered were also excellent. The service was very friendly. However, after the main course was presented, the attention waned. We found it a bit of a shame that the herb butter wasn't included with the steaks. I would have liked to have been able to choose herb butter instead of the dips that were served. The dips almost completely disappeared for us.

Seems very focused on efficiency. Prices too high for what is on offer. Service tried hard but was very short due to the maximum occupancy, slightly annoyed if you didn't immediately rattle off all the options you wanted for what you ordered. The winter garden is basically a better tent, very unevenly heated by gas mushrooms. Should simply be dismantled. That wasn't fun. Nice inside, but with maximum seating. The tipping suggestions range from sporty to outrageous; this should be solved more elegantly. It was recommended to us by friends, but we will not recommend the restaurant ourselves.

Food was very good&the atmosphere however the service was not top notch my friends ordered a different steak than they received if the wait staff was paying attention this would not have happened.

The steak on the hot stone was extremely tasty and we had a great time! I would particularly like to highlight Tomi's exceptionally professional and courteous service, which made our visit a perfect evening! Thank you very much for that, we'll be back!

We waited 70 minutes for our food. In addition, the service (rear winter garden) was unfriendly. Charged us for something we didn't even order. And insisted that it was so. Disappeared with our bill for 20 minutes. The food was TOP as always! Service unfortunately poor.

Abaccos is always a wonderful experience and we enjoy being in Stuttgart or Frankfurt. But I have to say a big compliment to the service team, especially Vanessa - we have never been served so warmly all evening - thank you for that ❤️! Always happy to come back if we are in the area again!

We were looking forward to a lovely evening at ABACCO'S STEAKHOUSE, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The food was good - I had the Argentinian rump steak for €21.90, my friend had the large Kikok chicken breast fillet for the same price. We each chose a side dish for €5.90, an apple spritzer for €3.50 and a fuze tea for €4.30. According to the menu, our meal would have cost €63.40. However, when we looked at the bill we noticed that an amount of €64.40 had been charged. I gave the waitress €66 and expected change. Instead, she took the difference of €1.60 as a tip without asking - an outrageous assumption, especially given the disappointing service. The waiting times were far too long: it took a very long time for both the drinks and the food to arrive. We also asked for a new, hot stone slab; This was recorded but never brought, which gave us the feeling that we had simply been forgotten. There were also complaints at the neighboring table. The gentleman there was served at the same time as his companion, but while he had already had his food, his companion's food didn't arrive until around 15 to 20 minutes later. The kitchen even had to bring the drinks because the service staff was noticeably overwhelmed. Taking tips for granted is unacceptable, especially with such poor service. If the restaurant has staffing problems, it would be wise to attract qualified employees through fair pay rather than losing guests through poor service. We will definitely not visit the steakhouse again and unfortunately we cannot recommend it.

I happened to be in this restaurant as I was staying at the hotel of the same name. Since the prices on the menu are great for a steakhouse, I thought I'd give it a try. I thought the concept of sizzling yourself on the stone was great and the meat was fantastic. Fries and sauces as much as you like round off the great concept. But the whole thing only works with great service. I think my waiter was called Tomy and he did a great job. Very friendly, attentive and above all super fast. Big praise💪 I'll advertise it and will definitely come back myself.

Since we stayed at the hotel, we reserved a table in the evening! We were totally surprised by the good food and the real friendliness of the staff 🫶🏼 I have rarely experienced something so great!

There were 6 of us there. The staff is overwhelmed and brings ordered items to the wrong tables. Sometimes we waited 30 minutes for our drinks and new hot stones because our meat was already cold. It's a shame that the prices are excessive and getting such a service is intimidating. It was also extremely smoky; your eyes started to burn and you could hardly breathe.

I gave it one star less because we had to wait a little over an hour until they served us. If you are going to delay like this, offer an appetizer of bread with oil, I know. The meat is very good indeed! They could add less sugar to the lemonade.

When the restaurant takes in the customers more than what they can service. This is what you will feel coming to this restaurant. Wait time was unbelievable. We booked for 20:30. At 22:30 we got just salad and soup. 2 hours wait time. You have gotta be kidding me. The people started to leave early canceling their orders. Actually I can’t review the food quality. Because I also left after 2 hours. Lesson: stop taking the booking without checking with the kitchen. It ruins the whole thing. Doesn’t matter how good your foods are.

We didn't get off to a very good start, poor communication about our booking, we weren't seated straight away and the staff were confused so we thought they hadn't booked a table for us… However, the food is good and our waiter was super attentive and friendly which made up our evening, it was great.

There were four of us there and it was a great evening. The hot stone method means you can eat in comfort and the really fantastic meat doesn't get cold. Great side dishes and a huge selection of drinks. The terrace is great and there is plenty of space. The attentive service made the evening perfect. Gladly again.

Super delicious food and it's fun to spend your time there. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, I can only recommend them. Prices are perfectly reasonable for this steakhouse. We paid around €100 for two people (1x medium steak and 1x large steak, 2x colas and a bottle of water).

The steaks are only brought to the table fried. You have to finish frying it yourself with a hot stone. You can reorder supplements as often as you want without paying again.

Really tasty meat with a nice crust is served to the table. And cooking it yourself on the stone is fun, you always have warm meat and can cook it however you want. Unfortunately, the side dishes of fries and sweet potato fries do not do justice to the high quality of the steak. The herb butter versions were great.

Best steakhouse in a long time!

I love steak and am an absolute fan of Abaccos. Unfortunately, I think the organization in the restaurant in Münchingen has become a bit lacking. We visit the restaurant regularly, both at lunchtime and as a couple or in groups in the afternoon and evening. For the lunch menu: The menu is amazing, you can find whatever your heart desires there and at truly incredible prices. There's a lot to choose from, from salads/starters, soup, steaks (beef, chicken fillet and minced meat) to combos (soup and salad). Unfortunately - and I'm not kidding - it was always what we wanted to order. This was the 5th attempt at lunch. This starts from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. We come between 12 p.m. and We have never come after 12:30 p.m. and so far the rump steak has always been served - regularly also the US beef culotte. This also applies if we reserve a place or simply drop by spontaneously. It's starting to seem as if they're trying to ensure that people opt for the steaks (Argentinian Rumpst./Argent. Entrecote/New York Strip etc.) at lunchtime. Due to the amount we were there and therefore always what we wanted to eat and what we didn't get, I personally assume that the meat quantity calculation was very poor. Annoying! Couple/group meal: One time the two of us came to eat. We were sent away on site because we didn't make a reservation. We can completely understand it and absolutely permissible! What I can't understand is when I'm told on the phone to make a reservation that you don't have to make a reservation, you can just come along. Once you do have your table, everything runs quickly, friendly and professionally. What I have to criticize/note here again: If there are children, please prepare the children's food first. It's really hell when the parents don't get food until the kids have ordered a special children's menu. Here again positive, the selection for children and the price is great (€9.90!) Overall, I can still recommend the restaurant because once you have your table and get your food, it's a pleasure. The quality of the beef (I actually only eat beef fillet or sirloin steak) is good.

Unfortunately, the stake had been left on the hot stone for a very long time so that it was now lukewarm and the stake was burned through and badly burned on one side. The fries were also cold.
