60 seconds to napoli in Oberhausen

Unfortunately our visit was an absolute disaster. We had reserved a table, but when we arrived there was no one available. Instead, we had to wait 10 minutes until two tables were pushed together at the entrance. The order was taken but not sent - so we waited a full 1.5 hours for our pizza! Finally, the wrong table was billed. The only explanation was that they were new employees. The billing was handled very unprofessionally: we were supposed to clarify our complaint by email, for which an email address was only written down after we were asked - and without comment. After paying, the lady at the checkout didn't even say goodbye to us. The receipt was only given to us when we asked and with obvious reluctance. About the ambience: Since we were seated right at the entrance and the door was constantly open, we sat in the freezing cold draft when the outside temperature was -2 degrees. That was extremely unpleasant. Conclusion: The service was disorganized, rude and completely disappointing. Even though the pizza was delicious, we definitely won't be coming back and can't recommend this restaurant at all. What a shame!

Food was super delicious, but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it... because after 40 minutes of waiting (despite reservations) we had to wait 20 minutes to be able to order drinks. Another hour later the food arrived. Apart from the unfriendly manner of the reception staff, the atmosphere was not pleasant. Were here for 3 hours now (we still had to wait for the bill) 😂

The food was, as always, super delicious. However, despite having a reservation, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our table. During that time we were offered two tables that were really not ok at all. The tables were put somewhere even though there was no space for them at all. The waiters at the table were super nice. However, the woman who wanted to bring us to the table was absolutely unfriendly and didn't think anything through. The entire entrance area was full with about 15 people who had reserved reservations and simply couldn't get a table. There were several free tables throughout the store. Therefore, we absolutely cannot recommend the store in winter (when there are almost only tables inside).

We ordered two pizzas and were very disappointed. The pizzas were done in the middle, but the dough around the edges was raw. We started eating in the middle, but when we got to the edge the dough wasn't cooked through. When we complained we were told we still had to pay for a pizza even though it wasn't completely edible. I pointed out that it's not okay to pay for an unfinished pizza. As a gesture of goodwill, I would have expected not to have to pay anything. Still the staff insisted that I pay for the pizza. Never again! Make sure your pizzas are really cooked through. It's best to start eating right at the edge and complain immediately if there are any problems. My tip: order somewhere else to avoid such hassle. It's frustrating to look forward to a meal and then have to pay for undercooked pizzas.

We were there on Saturday evening and unfortunately, despite having a reservation, we waited longer for the table and for service. The staff was very nice, but unfortunately not attentive and the restaurant in Oberhausen was quite loud.

Lots of soft edges, which is delicious, and everything floats in the middle of the pizza. Was a bit like soup from a bread loaf. There are probably people who like that, but I'm not one of them. The positive thing is that there was garlic and chili oil as well as salt and pepper. However, we asked for cheese with the pizza when it arrived, which was brought when I was almost finished eating. I noted this when paying and I didn't have to pay for the cheese. Therefore +1 star again. Thanks for that! Let's say it was okay but I don't have to go again but it's just a matter of my taste. But I can imagine that it will suit some tastes. Not ours. The facility is really cool. All in all, the waiters were really nice, but there was no eye contact with some of them. The (order) cell phone in my hand was more interesting. Of course you take the orders with it, but you can still at least look the guest in the eye between typing.

We came here because of the good reviews. The restaurant was quite fully booked, but we were able to find a place for two people. Ambiance is rustic and quite nice. Because it is a large room with a gallery, it is correspondingly loud. The service was very quick and nice. We had an appetizer, a pizza and a César salad. The appetizer with the dips came quickly. The dips were very tasty, but the bread was burnt in places so that the bitter taste masked the delicious dips. Then came the pizza, which we were disappointed with. It's quite an art to bake a pizza that was both burnt and undercooked at the same time. The pizza base was raw in the middle and very burnt around the edges. The salad came last after we could only eat half of the pizza because we don't like raw dough. In addition, half of the pizza actually consisted of just crust. Unfortunately, the salad wasn't anything special either. The cheese tasted very strong. Unfortunately, the dressing was very sparse, so that the salad, combined with the cheese, was very dry. The chicken was good. Unfortunately, the bread with the salad was burnt in places again. To compensate we were treated to two hot drinks. That's extremely nice, but we would have liked to eat something tasty. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the bad memory of the food will no longer tempt us to eat here. I also think the prices are a bit excessive considering the quality and quantity of the food. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you'll have better luck eating here. In that sense - bon appetit! But I definitely don't recommend it!

We sat down at 7:42pm today and waited until 8pm. When no one came, we even let them know that we were sitting outside and no one had come yet. When the slightly smaller lady with the dark hair and curls came out, she avoided our eyes and walked right past us, served other customers (who came later when we arrived) and then wanted to walk past us again. Then I asked her that we had been waiting for almost 20 minutes so that we could order a coffee and that it wasn't okay for her to just walk past us even though we had even let us know and shown where we were sitting wait. And when I told her that, she didn't say anything and just looked bored and then went straight back in. Without saying anything or apologizing for it. If you don't like your job, you should probably change it, but this was incredibly bad service, rude and impolite. Never again.

We came in on January 1st around 3pm for a late lunch. We sat on the first floor as we wanted to watch the pizza making process and ended up seeing things we didn’t want to see. It is important to mention January 1st as it was the first day of their special menus. The briefings were taped on the kitchen wall and the cooks were touching those laminated paper with their gloves on and then proceeded with the pizza making - not very hygienic. At some point a lady with a pink beanie who appeared to be the manager came in to give more instructions, directly using the empty pizza plates to rest her briefing papers - also not hygienic. A few times, we saw two of the waiters, playing with the empty plates as if they were a DJ set - those same plates which are used to serve the pizzas. But the most horrendous was seeing one of the cooks putting a drop of parmigiano mayonnaise on his finger - whilst wearing a glove - and then licked it before continuing to dress other pizzas - without changing gloves. It would be beneficial to train the staff on hygiene measures at a restaurant. As a side note - as it appears less important compared to hygiene: water glasses were dirty, the Pepsi drink we received wasn’t the one ordered and the Arnie pizza only had fior di latte and was missing the « Steirischer Bergkäse »

Bad service, I would have expected more for this location. Waited over 1.5 hours for food and only when cancellation was mentioned did we receive new food within 5 minutes. Nobody sits at an empty table for over 1.5 hours with just drinks. Apparently no one noticed it or they intentionally overlooked it. I can't say anything about the food, I haven't eaten it yet.

The food was actually delicious, but something wasn't right, so my partner and I woke up the day after with food poisoning. It has to be said that the shop was empty when we arrived on January 1st. arrived there around 5 p.m. We were the first and there was no stress in the store afterwards. Unfortunately disappointing.

Runny dough in the pizza, burnt on the outside. Instead of just additional tuna on the pizza, onions were also added, so that the onions dominated. Another pizza was cold and on a third pizza the shrimp was simply rubbery and inedible.

The waiters were friendly and accommodating, but when I got my dish and tried it I didn't like it at all. The red sauce was runny on the pizza and tasted like nothing, making the whole dough soggy. Lots of rocket with oily sauce poured over it. I then called the waiter and said that it didn't taste good and the plate with the food was taken away. To make up for it, I could choose a drink. When I paid I was forced to pay for the "pizza" that I didn't eat. An impudence. Never this store again.

Disastrously bad service. Glasses are empty on the table, are not cleared away and the question of whether you would like to order something else never occurred to anyone. Out of 8 people, 1 got his food very quickly, we then waited 1 hour for the remaining 7 pizzas.. the same thing happened again with dessert..! When you pay you get a disparaging look because you don't give a tip for the great service

Eat a really delicious pizza before going to the cinema. That worked great here 😀 As a starter there was a good focaccia with very good dips. The pizzas were baked really quickly and were very tasty. Even the crust with a dip would have been enough, but the fillet of the pizza was also delicious. Even though it was very busy, the service was very friendly and prompt. I would recommend reserving a table in advance.

Pizza was rather sparsely topped and unfortunately service wasn't really there. No asking if anyone else would like to drink something. The coffee machine was broken and therefore the ordered espresso was not delivered. Nobody said anything about it, but the espresso was still billed.

The service was way too late and the pizza wasn't good either with a very runny sauce and cheese that was hard to chew.

Absolutely brilliant! The pizza at 60 Seconds to Napoli is to die for – crispy base, fresh ingredients and perfectly topped. It couldn't be more authentic! We'll definitely be back.

The food itself was tasty, although the toppings were sparing. On the pizza the cheese was very chewy and bubblegum-like when it arrived. A salad and 4 pizzas were ordered as the main course, but the pizzas arrived at the table 25 minutes later than the salad, which had already been eaten. The salami on the pizza was strangely torn, at first it seemed as if there was no salami at all and the bacon pizza contained 2 strips of bacon! Last but not least, at 6 p.m. there was no more sheep's cheese. The service was still very nice, but the timing was terrible - probably more like 60 Minutes to Napoli.

We visited the restaurant during the week. We reserved online in advance, which worked well. Parking is free at the Centro. The atmosphere on site is rather loud. The waiting times were okay and the taste was very good. The handling of the ingredients is rather stingy: for example, prawns were cut lengthwise to give the impression that more had been processed. Vegan alternatives are available and taste very good. The service was rather disappointing. Price-wise it's okay.

If you don't make a reservation you have to be lucky. I find it difficult to understand the terminology of what toppings are on the pizzas since it's so half Italian?! The pizzas are a good size. But they are slightly burnt, which unfortunately dominates the taste. The sauce is too much and generally the food is only lukewarm. No soap in the women's toilet, although there are 2 dispensers and no toilet paper either. Special requests will not be taken into account.

Yes, I wanted to get a free drink through the rating, but it wasn't possible because I only ordered a €10 dessert... rip off😑 But there was nothing about it on the sign.

We had heard a lot about this place before. Unfortunately it didn't quite meet our taste or expectations. First of all: the appearance of the pizza is great. Unfortunately, things are different when it comes to taste. Too few ingredients and very soggy pizza. The juice had settled heavily at the bottom and the burrata cheese wasn't worth the exorbitant extra charge. Very doughy and unfortunately not as fluffy as it looks. Points deducted also for the exorbitant prices in general. The ground burned too much... However, our service would have earned 6 stars.

Delicious Neapolitan pizza, complemented by good quality starters and desserts. The prices are reasonable for the service. For me I can recommend the pizza "The Rock": a pizza with pesto, cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese with a scoop of buratta. Top courteous service.

Food was good. An error after placing the order was responded to well and everything was resolved quickly. The homemade lemonades are great and the tiramisu is very tasty. All in all recommended.

The food is top quality and very tasty! Unfortunately the focaccia only consisted of 4 small pieces. The drinks were also very tasty! Unfortunately we have over an hour for this Food waiting! Yes, the store was very busy! But none of the employees were overwhelmed! On the contrary, there was chatting etc and the ovens weren't being used to capacity either! At the end we ordered an espresso and a cappuccio and neither was brought. The same when ordering the invoice! The staff was very communicative! Unfortunately the work stop yesterday was not :(

Luckily we made a reservation because the Christmas market; staff coped well. Table downstairs; also fine. It took a while to get our attention that we wanted to order (20+ minutes) but we succeeded. Drinks and pizza came very quickly. Pizza maybe a little too hot and undercooked because the cheese looked like soup when served. So you have to wait a bit, but the food is delicious. Atmosphere: large open space with boom boom boom music and that is apparently hipperdepip. Bill wasn't too bad, but 4 euros for a coke... a bit of a shame.

Very tasty food (we had Pizza Carbonara (see photo) and Pizza Burrata Bomb), both highly recommended. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The pizza came after just 10 minutes. We were here in the evening around 6:30 p.m. during the Christmas market on a Tuesday.

Ordered there via Lieferando. At the beginning the delivery time was shown as 60 minutes. But then it got longer and longer. I spoke on the phone to 4 people in the store. A different statement every time. Everything from “your order should be here soon” to “we don’t have any orders from you”. Nobody knew. The order apparently could not be canceled. After 2.5!!! Hours later, 3 ice-cold pizzas arrived and the driver also wanted a tip. Worst experience EVER!

The taste was ok, but the pizza was just soggy due to the sauce. The dough was very good but that was it. The pizza definitely tastes better in Duisburg than in Oberhausen.
