In short, it used to be good, but today I wouldn't move a foot in there. The service is very, very unfriendly and unprofessional.

Positive: Food was very tasty. But: No soap in the men's toilet in both(!) large-volume containers suggests a lack of hygiene/process fidelity. To pay we had to go to the counter (and wait there for 5 minutes) because no waiter had seen our signs even after ten minutes. Overall ok

Great place and the food is very tasty. We had pizza and salad that was really "60 Seconds to Napoli" dessert simply the "Burner" Dubai Tiramisu, because it was very crowded and we stopped in spontaneously, we ate outside. A bit cold at the end. Service attentive and friendly. Despite it being well attended, we didn't have to wait long. 100% top recommendation 👍🏼

Great atmosphere! Even though it is full, the volume is OK and normal conversations and listening are possible! The food was very good. The starter was a mixed antipasti platter. That was quite enough for two people. In the main course we really enjoyed the pizzas, especially the dough is a highlight. The different toppings are also more unusual than at a normal pizzeria. We are very satisfied, we didn't have to wait for anything and can recommend it without reservation.

Rarely have I had such a bad pizza. The edge felt like a third of the size of the pizza and everything inside was extremely oily and soggy. Definitely never again.

The ambience is appealing and the service was friendly - but unfortunately that's not enough to guarantee a good restaurant experience. Our drink order was taken quickly, but then nothing happened for 30 minutes. We could see our drinks on the bar, only when we asked were they finally brought - with almost melted ice cubes and stale apple spritzer. From our seat we had a good view of the open kitchen, which was exciting at first, but quickly turned into a negative. Visibly burnt pizzas were served several times and were only stopped after the head waitress intervened. Before that, an attempt was made to conceal black spots with a handful of prosciutto and arugula. When our food arrived after 40 minutes, my Margherita pizza was completely soggy in the middle and very dark at the bottom. The tomato sauce tasted good, but the preparation ruined the potential of the pizza. My partner's Caesar salad was also disappointing: bitter stalks in the salad (see picture) and completely burnt bread made it almost inedible. Overall our visit was a big disappointment. Friendly service alone is not enough – attention and quality must also be right. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the restaurant and will not be coming back. Too bad about the money.

We were warmly welcomed at the entrance and escorted to our table. The pizza was served fairly quickly and at the perfect temperature. There was no skimping on the toppings at all and the tomato sauce particularly stood out. The background music accompanied the relaxed meal after a strenuous day at work and created a nice atmosphere.

Very tasty dishes. The service was very warm. The location is very pleasantly decorated and you felt very invited.

60 minutes to Napoli We weren't really impressed with our first visit to the restaurant today (review from October 2022). Although we got a table very quickly when we arrived after making the reservation, we then had to wait about an hour for two pizzas after we placed our order. Given the fact that the restaurant was completely full, that's probably okay. But our expectations would have been put into perspective a little by just a brief note from the staff when ordering. Without this reference, we kept wondering if we had been forgotten. And that's not a nice feeling when you want to visit a restaurant. Overall, it must be questioned whether a restaurant (with so many tables) should keep the concept (including delivery service) as it is if the guests in the restaurant have to wait so long on their own. Especially since the food itself was ultimately good! The vegetarian and vegan options are also attractive - although the vegan mozzarella wasn't quite to my taste. By the way, anyone who complains about a “loose floor” in other reviews is also in the wrong restaurant. After all, Neapolitan pizzas are known for their airy dough thanks to their short and hot baking. So a soft floor is part of it! Lastly, I would like to note that the tables advertise a “little surprise” if you write a review on Google right there. Who writes anything negative in capital letters in a case like this?

We were there on a Saturday evening. The place was crowded. Despite having a reservation, we waited 10 minutes for our table. Noise like in a train station lobby. Service has “handled” one. Pizza tasty, but not crispy enough and not enough cheese for my taste. I wouldn't eat here again.

The restaurant definitely offers some very good pizza. Worth a visit. The service was also good and friendly.

When we arrived at the restaurant there was a big queue in the entrance area. We had a reservation and first had to ask everyone in line whether they also had a reservation. When we got to the front we were abruptly told that we were late and that there was no space available. We were 5 minutes late and only because we had to fight our way through the queue. The young lady who greeted us so harshly said we would just have to “push forward” next time. We got a table 20 minutes after the reserved time, during which we had to stand around stupidly in the entrance. Another 10 minutes passed before we could order. The pizza was delicious as usual. We then had to draw attention to ourselves twice again until we could pay. No apology or compensation whatsoever, just poor and disorganized service overall.

It was my first time on 60 seconds to napoli and I can't quite understand the hype. I think it's a little overrated. The ambience was quite okay, the service always took a little time to order drinks. I found the pizza prices too expensive.

Excellent pizza, better than many Italian ones, the only flaw is the cut of the ingredients (cherry tomatoes cut in half or practically whole); elegant, quiet environment, excellent location, staff a little slow but given the amount of customers I would say almost justified, otherwise excellent experience, I highly recommend dropping by!

Pizzas looked really great when they arrived, unfortunately everything is very soft and soggy. The basil pesto ratio doesn't match the rest of the pizza (far too much), and the shrimp pizza had far too much tomato sauce. We ordered the aioli because of the thick crust, the crust of the pizzas is also soft and the aioli tastes disappointing. As compensation we were offered a hot drink, plus a point for the service. All in all, unfortunately not convincing.

We were in Koblenz for the opening of 60sec. There we talked to Rebecca (area manager) and said that we would visit her when we were in Oberhausen. Here we are 6 months later and she still remembers us... Great. Place an order for food and I have to say, the quality is a bit better here than in Koblenz. Big compliments to Rebecca, she has everything under control... welcome management, clearing tables, serving, playing music and everything at one speed... amazing. I wish there were more people like that in the restaurant industry... Chapeau!!!!

Simply the best pizza in Oberhausen! At 60 Seconds to Napoli you get original Neapolitan pizza as it should be - airy crust, perfect dough and first-class ingredients. The taste is simply unbeatable! The atmosphere is modern and cozy, and the service was super friendly and attentive. You can tell that people work here with passion. If you love real Italian pizza, you should definitely try this restaurant. I'll definitely be back!

The pizza there is always very tasty. We like going there, the staff is very friendly. The changing action card is also great.

Unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour for our pizza. The toilets are badly signposted. Food was still good. The waiters tried hard.

The pizza was simply fantastic – perfectly baked, plenty of toppings and incredibly tasty. Every bite was a delight. The service was also impeccable. The staff was friendly, attentive and always tried to make my visit as pleasant as possible.

It was our first time at 60 Seconds to Napoli. In Oberhausen on the promenade you are of course spoiled for choice. This time we decided on this restaurant without having heard anything beforehand. It also has a lovely outdoor area right by the river. The waitress outside didn't convince us at all and didn't even know about the drinks. Due to a change in the weather we went in and I have to say luckily. There's a great atmosphere inside and we had some of the nicest service we've had in a long time. Competent, friendly and even made the impossible possible. (special requests) You can watch the food being served live. The price is more expensive than other pizzerias but I would still recommend it. What we unfortunately had like many others was that too much was burned and bitter substances spoiled the great taste. A little is good but too many places and soil were affected here. However, the taste and quality were great and if you look at the menu you can see that there are exceptional creations waiting for you. Nevertheless, the 5 stars because the overall impression was convincing and it was a successful evening. Thanks again for the great service, the delicious food and the successful evening.

First of all, I take my hat off to the staff. Providing food to a group of over 20 people almost at the same time was pretty good. However, I can't understand the hype surrounding the food itself. Cheese roll is actually a large pizza roll and the pizza was now rather so-so for more than 15 euros. I would have liked a little less ice cream with the affogato. The portions are sometimes huge, so sometimes half a pizza goes back after a starter. At least you can take it with you well packaged. Conclusion for me: One pizza chain among many.

Food was super delicious, but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it... because after 40 minutes of waiting (despite reservations) we had to wait 20 minutes to be able to order drinks. Another hour later the food arrived. Apart from the unfriendly manner of the reception staff, the atmosphere was not pleasant. Were here for 3 hours now (we still had to wait for the bill) 😂

The food was, as always, super delicious. However, despite having a reservation, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our table. During that time we were offered two tables that were really not ok at all. The tables were put somewhere even though there was no space for them at all. The waiters at the table were super nice. However, the woman who wanted to bring us to the table was absolutely unfriendly and didn't think anything through. The entire entrance area was full with about 15 people who had reserved reservations and simply couldn't get a table. There were several free tables throughout the store. Therefore, we absolutely cannot recommend the store in winter (when there are almost only tables inside).

Unfortunately our visit was an absolute disaster. We had reserved a table, but when we arrived there was no one available. Instead, we had to wait 10 minutes until two tables were pushed together at the entrance. The order was taken but not sent - so we waited a full 1.5 hours for our pizza! Finally, the wrong table was billed. The only explanation was that they were new employees. The billing was handled very unprofessionally: we were supposed to clarify our complaint by email, for which an email address was only written down after we were asked - and without comment. After paying, the lady at the checkout didn't even say goodbye to us. The receipt was only given to us when we asked and with obvious reluctance. About the ambience: Since we were seated right at the entrance and the door was constantly open, we sat in the freezing cold draft when the outside temperature was -2 degrees. That was extremely unpleasant. Conclusion: The service was disorganized, rude and completely disappointing. Even though the pizza was delicious, we definitely won't be coming back and can't recommend this restaurant at all. What a shame!

We ordered two pizzas and were very disappointed. The pizzas were done in the middle, but the dough around the edges was raw. We started eating in the middle, but when we got to the edge the dough wasn't cooked through. When we complained we were told we still had to pay for a pizza even though it wasn't completely edible. I pointed out that it's not okay to pay for an unfinished pizza. As a gesture of goodwill, I would have expected not to have to pay anything. Still the staff insisted that I pay for the pizza. Never again! Make sure your pizzas are really cooked through. It's best to start eating right at the edge and complain immediately if there are any problems. My tip: order somewhere else to avoid such hassle. It's frustrating to look forward to a meal and then have to pay for undercooked pizzas.

Lots of soft edges, which is delicious, and everything floats in the middle of the pizza. Was a bit like soup from a bread loaf. There are probably people who like that, but I'm not one of them. The positive thing is that there was garlic and chili oil as well as salt and pepper. However, we asked for cheese with the pizza when it arrived, which was brought when I was almost finished eating. I noted this when paying and I didn't have to pay for the cheese. Therefore +1 star again. Thanks for that! Let's say it was okay but I don't have to go again but it's just a matter of my taste. But I can imagine that it will suit some tastes. Not ours. The facility is really cool. All in all, the waiters were really nice, but there was no eye contact with some of them. The (order) cell phone in my hand was more interesting. Of course you take the orders with it, but you can still at least look the guest in the eye between typing.
