480grad neapolitan Pizza & Bar in Würzburg

The only reason I go there is the pizza, otherwise i would go somewhere else. Pizza is really good , dough on point , fresh ingredients, taste top! But , there have been many times where I have gone and it is closed, i think they just dont update the opening hours or they are just late. I have gone only during lunch time, and looks too dark. They could put more lights and play some Italian music, they vibes would be totally different. Today Jan 28 at 13:00 was at the door but it was closed, another couple came few min later too but they also left as i seemed it was closed. I Waited for ~10 and left. Google showed it was open

The shop was closed although confirmation of the reservation was received by email.

Unfortunately, I had to change my previous 5-star rating after we (like so many others here) found ourselves in front of closed doors despite a reservation and a reminder email. A few weeks before, our reservation was canceled at short notice. Also annoying, but at least canceled. This time nothing came. Nobody answered the phone either. Luckily we were able to find a table with the competition at the last minute. But that really doesn't work! No matter what reason the restaurant had to stay, you could have at least sent an automatic cancellation email to everyone who made a reservation so that you don't go there in vain. No matter how good the pizza is, given the fact that this wasn't an isolated incident, I don't think I'll take the risk of going there again for free and then driving back hungry, but would rather go to the competition instead. It tastes good there too and the service is a thousand times better.

I've eaten here before, which was very good. However, I made a reservation online for last Saturday and found the doors closed despite the email confirmation. A few other people seemed to feel the same way. Finding another table on Saturday evening is virtually impossible. Great evening! If we had at least received some information or something like that at some point, it would have been nice.

I've eaten pizza here quite often and had it delivered. The pizzas are really good, no question! That's why I reserved a table for my partner and I again for last night. Received confirmation by email, so far so good. But when we got there (Thursday evening at 6 p.m.) we stood in front of a locked door, lights were off, no sign on the door and no one was available on the phone. Luckily there is an Italian restaurant next door, so we didn't have to go home hungry ;) but still, that was really annoying...

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food, but the service is unacceptable. I had reserved a table for my wife's birthday and received another reminder email in the morning. When we got to the store at 6 p.m. we found the doors locked. It can always be the case that, for example, B. The chef is sick, but then you could at least cancel the customers who made reservations.

It was actually pretty tasty at 480 degrees, but they just stopped opening without comment but at the same time still offer reservations. It doesn't work at all. Luckily the journey wasn't that far for us, but then just standing in front of a closed door is annoying.

I'll keep it short: We made a reservation for this evening and stood in front of the closed doors... no one answered the phone... just nice, especially given the long journey we had. As the saying goes: once is not a time!

I love Pizza Napoli, i have looked for a place in Würzburg to serve it, and after i found this place i was really exited but after i tried it i got really disappointed, topping was good but the bread! Under the bread of One the pizza’s was completely burned ! And tasted very bad!

Top pizza, unfortunately very poor service. If you make a reservation online and the store is closed, you wait an hour on site to pick it up, and something is often forgotten while sitting in the store, then you don't have a 5th chance anymore. It's a shame 😞 Treat yourself if you have good nerves.

After we had made a reservation online a few days before, but then found ourselves in front of the closed door, we tried again today - we were lucky, it was open. At least we thought we were lucky, but only until the drinks came. The 'homemade' lemonade is just cheap syrup that tastes like pure sugar and is not drinkable. But at least it’s expensive. We were happy that we had found a shop that had a large vegan selection, but the first few pizzas we chose were out, the pizza that came was almost cold, the base was burnt and the mozzarella was rather slimy Consistency. The service was nice but very slow and seemed a bit overwhelmed with 4 tables. All the pizzas look very appealing online, which is why we really wanted to try the store. They also look really good in person - but taste rather semi. Apparently the phone is just a decoration, as no one ever answers it. All in all, pretty disappointing and a waste of money. Unfortunately, I hadn't read any reviews before, but I have now and it happens relatively often that the floor is burned and other problems are apparently not an isolated case.

I was in this pizzeria for the first time about 3 months ago. The service seemed annoyed, forgetful and unfriendly. Rocket on my pizza was forgotten and only brought after more than 10 minutes, when the pizza was already half eaten. The pizza was delicious, but the service really ruined our evening. Now last night I wanted to give the pizzeria a new chance. I made a reservation for 5 people, received a reservation confirmation and a reminder about my upcoming visit the evening before. Yesterday on time in front of the restaurant, the door was locked and it was dark inside. There was no sign on the door, nor was there anything online about vacation or anything else. We were very disappointed and now there is no further chance for the restaurant.

Simply catastrophic! Service is still ok, but the kitchen has no idea. We ordered two starters and then two pizzas. Then there are two pizzas, but no starters. We said we would eat the pizza first, then the two salads. Afterwards our waiter said that the chef doesn't make salads. This was the third time in a row that we have had problems with ordering. A year ago everything was good, service and kitchen too. Now it is no longer recommended. Now we eat tartufo kebab instead of burata. Thank you 480 degrees 😡

We have been to 480grad in Würzburg several times and have always had a very good experience. The Neapolitan pizza is very tasty, although I could do with a bit less sauce. The dips for the edge are a great idea. Unfortunately we last had it for December 30th. Reserved via the website and then stood in front of the closed door at 2 p.m. You should urgently check the reservation system. Well, pizza again next time.

Our visit on December 15th, 2023: After we didn't receive a response to our Instagram message, here's a little insight into our visit. We had reserved a table for 5 people at 8 p.m. This was not yet free at 8 p.m. So we were asked to wait outside (in the cold) for our table. After waiting 20 minutes in the cold, we made our presence known again and were then assigned another table. We ordered three starters, some of which came with the first pizzas. If the pizzas hadn't arrived lukewarm anyway, we would have been annoyed because they would have been cold after the starter at the latest. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas didn't arrive after repeated requests, so we canceled it after everyone had finished eating. To apologize for the lack of pizza, two pieces of cheesecake arrived, one of which was frozen. Unfortunately, according to service that evening, napkins were also out. Despite the hard-working service staff, a disappointing evening.

Chaos when ordering by telephone with an extremely long waiting time despite collection, then shortly before collection the call back that the ingredients were not available and another waiting time. Pizzas were completely burnt on the bottom and top, tomatoes were old and fermented, unfortunately only noticed at home. There are clearly better alternatives in Würzburg, last order from me.

Drinks taste like syrup. They don't even make an effort to ensure that the drinks taste like something sweet. The pizzas were all burnt. Tasted like burnt dough. The pizzas weren't particularly tasty either. We also had to wait an hour for the food to arrive. Definitely not a recommendation.

Wir waren mit dem Essen immer sehr zufrieden! Das einzige Problem ist, dass unsere Bestellung des öfteren schon storniert wurde, was sehr schade war, da dies oft nicht direkt geschah sondern nach ca. einer Stunde Wartezeit. Eine weitere Sache ist, dass wir einmal im Restaurant einen Tisch reserviert haben und diese Reservierung wurde per Email auch bestätigt. Als wir dann vor dem Restaurant standen, war dieser geschlossen, obwohl im Internet stand, es müsste offen haben und immerhin wurde unsere Reservierung ja auch bestätigt. Finde es sehr schade, dass es jetzt schon öfter Probleme gab, da das Essen sehr lecker schmeckt.

Eine absolute Herzensempfehlung! Essen & Service super, sehr aufmerksam und einfach liebenswert sympathisch! Das Ambiente im Restaurant sehr reduziert und modern, aber dennoch zum wohlfühlen.

Ein schöner Trip nach Würzburg mit einer krönenden napolitanischen Pizza. Auf Empfehlung sind wir zur 480Grad Pizzeria gegangen und muss gestehen, das ich sehr positiv überrascht wurde. Das war mit Abstand einer der besten Pizzen, die ich bisher in Deutschland hatte. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung. *wir hatten die Smashed Bufala & Burrata Pizza mit jeweils einer Limonade

Wir haben reserviert. Nettes Personal. Die Pizzen sind richtig lecker, man muss auch nicht lange warten. Besonders Veganer kommen auf ihre Kosten. Der Laden ist recht dunkel (dgraue Wände, schwarze Decke... Oder umgekehrt 🤔) und man sitzt nicht wirklich bequem. Zu unserem Unmut war unser Tisch nochmalig vergeben. Als wir nochmal nachbestellen wollten, mussten wir den Tisch räumen. Haben den Abend dann anderweitig beendet. Wenn, werde ich nur noch Pizza holen.

Pizza geschmacklich ok aber leider deutlich zu kalt und unten sehr verbrannt.

Persönlich hat mir die Pizza nicht so geschmeckt. Gut wie überall im Leben über Geschmack lässt sich streiten. Der Service war vollkommen in Ordnung.

Sehr gute Pizza mit ausgefallenen Kreationen. Ich hatte Zuchini meets Aubergine und war begeistert. Selten so eine gute Pizza gegessen. Leider war sie ein bisschen zu braun 😅 aber sonst top

Die Pizza ist wirklich sehr lecker und es gibt eine tolle (auch große vegane) Auswahl mit ausgefallenen Variationen und hochwertigen Produkten. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Wartezeiten im Restaurant nicht zu lange. Die Location ist ein bisschen dunkel und eng und man sollte vorab reservieren. Liefern lassen sollte man sich nicht - erstens dauert es viel zu lange (Wartezeit laut Online-Angabe wurde weeeeeit überschritten - trotz vorheriger telefonischer Nachfrage!!) und die Qualität der Pizza leidet unter dem Transport.

Geschmacklich war die Pizza Inferno Mega super! Bin zufällig ins Lokal gestolpert. Ein echt fairer Preis für diese Qualität! Pizza super, Birra Moretti kalt und Personal sehr freundlich. Perfekt!

Sensationell Pizza, mit gutem Teig. Der Boden war nur etwas matschig. Genial sind die crust dips! Empfehle Trüffelmayo. Und bei den Homemade drinks den Melonen Eistee! Eine der Top 5 Pizzerien in Würzburg!
