Generally, I'm a very picky and meticulous person when it comes to hotel stays. I always pay attention to cleanliness and the associated upkeep of a room. For me, this includes: - Checking the mattress for hair, unpleasant odors, etc. - Checking the inside of the pillow and duvet for yellow stains (sweat/drool) - Testing the floor to see if it's sticky or stained - Checking the bathroom, toilet, sink, and shower - Checking the seats for stains and odors This is the first hotel where I truly feel like sleeping like a log, and actually can. This hotel excelled in every single point on the checklist above! I fell in love with room 20. It's so cozy here. I hope I can get it again for a few days on November 27th. :-) P.S. I could even walk around barefoot here. And I felt really comfortable!! Just imagine. Barefoot in a hotel, and it feels clean!! ... I would highly recommend this hotel.

You immediately feel welcome. The restaurant has a warm, vibrant atmosphere. You can smell the oven, and you can see the attention to detail. Go there. The focus is clearly on pizza – and you can taste it! The cuisine impresses with its refinement and quality. Even the appetizers make a culinary statement: The deep-fried buffalo mozzarella is crispy on the outside and melts in the mouth, and the Black Angus Carpaccio delights with its delicate seasoning and perfect freshness, thanks in part to the fine strips of celery. For our main courses, we chose the Pizza Capricciosa and the Pizza Black Tiger – both divine. Crispy bases, aromatic ingredients, and beautifully presented. In conclusion: An all-around successful experience.

We just ordered two pizzas for pickup by phone for the first time. The lady on the phone was very friendly and, after we ordered, offered a dip for the pizza crust. The food was ready on time and tasted fantastic, and the aioli is one of the best we've had so far. Absolutely fantastic.

In summary, the 360 ​​Grad Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for central and comfortable accommodations in Leer and who enjoys eating out at the surrounding cafés. What a place! I wanted to reserve a table for seven people today for the end of this month. The restaurant employee said: "I'll reserve the table for you, but if a larger group arrives that day, I won't be able to reserve this table (max. eight people)." Wow, we'll just go eat somewhere else. Unfortunately, I had to give it a star to post this comment.

I sat outside because the only space inside was at the counter. The pizza Tunaight (tuna ++) and the red house wine were "very" delicious.

It's a shame it was so busy that everything took so long. We would have liked to have another drink and dessert. But it was so crowded, and the staff practically ran through the place. Sometimes it's better to take on a few fewer guests and then improve the service. For example, by selling an extra drink or another dessert. Because we had a vegan at our table, we ordered a sandwich with hummus, which is also listed as vegan on the menu. We were then given bread with melted cheese on it. We spoke to the staff, and they said something had gone wrong and we would get a new sandwich. But unfortunately, we never received one. We mentioned this when we paid, and the dish was removed from the bill. But no apology was offered. This time we were very disappointed. We've been here three times now. The first time everything was great. The second time it wasn't great either, and this time we were very disappointed. It's a shame, because the pizzas are divine.

I'll try to write a fair review. We spent a few days vacationing in Leer, East Frisia, as a couple and booked a double room at the 360 Grad Hotel for €100 per night. One advantage of the accommodation is its central location... the harbor, pedestrian zone, and old town are all in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, there is no hotel parking, so you have to use a public parking lot and pay the corresponding fees (up to €10 per day). Conclusion: We find the price-performance ratio disproportionate and too expensive.

We (a male and female couple from Rhauderfehn, 44 and 66) were dining at 360 Grad with a guest from Saxony (73) at 6 p.m. this weekend. We had made a reservation through Open Table, with no particular seating preference. Well, we were seated right by the entrance door. It was drafty. No, other seating wasn't available. It bothered me. You should always start with the positives. So: seven big plus points for the appetizer (risotini, 9 euros), three pizzas (Tunaight, Capricciosa, and German Special, 14 and 15 euros each), two really great dips for the pizza crust (basil aioli and yogurt, sensationally 1 euro each), and the super attentive and friendly service. What wasn't right at all: Suddenly, a five-person band appeared next to our table and started playing. That's totally unacceptable! It bothers me when I want to have a conversation while eating. Okay, we made up for the fifteen minutes of conversation at the harbor. But that's a no-go for me. Conclusion: The menu is tempting. The service is good. We want more and will be back.

The outdoor area is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and definitely invites you to linger, especially in good weather. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We were served promptly, and the food arrived within a reasonable time. There was nothing wrong with the presentation of the dishes either – everything was served attractively. Our impressions of the menu were mixed. The pizzas were well-crafted and tasted of a high standard. The dough was light and airy, well-baked, and the ingredients were fresh. However, the selection consisted exclusively of rather unusual, sometimes very creative pizza combinations. Certainly exciting for people who like to try new things – although I would have liked to have seen at least a few classic variations, such as a simple salami or Margherita pizza. Unfortunately, such standards are hard to find on the menu. That's a matter of taste, but in my opinion, a good pizzeria should also cover the classics – especially for guests who don't want to be "surprised" with culinary delights every time. All in all, it was a lovely evening with good food in a pleasant setting. If you're in the mood for creative pizzas, this is definitely the place to go. Personally, I felt the pizza options were lacking to give it a full rating – hence four out of five stars.

Nice location with delicious pizzas. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The waiter accidentally spilled a bottle of cola on me, soaking my jacket. It happens, but I find it disrespectful that no compensation was offered. A drink on the house or some other kind of compensation would have been more appropriate.

A different kind of topping for pizza bread. Depending on your choice, there's no tomato sauce, but a different kind of cheese. Delicious grilled tomato pieces, tasty buffalo mozzarella. Delicious, I have to say, just a different kind of pizza. Unfortunately, there's far too much crust. Actually too expensive for that.

Went there for the 4th time yesterday. Food and drinks are top. Unfortunately there was no service. The order has been taken. Drinks and food were brought to us. No follow-up service even though 5 drinks were empty. We wanted to order desserts and drinks but because we had to wait so long and no one paid attention to us, we just left after paying.

The hotel is good in terms of location and cleanliness, but when I first asked for a room, the girl at the reception either did not understand me or did not want to give me a room; Thanks to the owner of the barbecue restaurant, he helped me and I stayed for one night and paid 90 €.

The truffle pasta in particular is a delight and there is no skimping on the truffles either. The best pizza – and not just in Leer! Here the pizza tastes as original as in Naples, with a dough that is simply perfect. There are also incredibly great variants that leave nothing to be desired. The starters are also an absolute highlight and definitely recommended. Even if you just want to drink a delicious cocktail and ring in the weekend, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is simply great – a place where you immediately feel at home!

The hotel is located right next to the central pedestrian zone and the small harbor. The room was nice and quiet - probably because the window overlooked a backyard. The location of the tiny reception desk should be considered for a good first impression - slightly hidden halfway around the house. And also opposite the restaurant toilets, which smelled slightly unpleasant. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

360 Grad Hotel & Bar, at Mühlenstraße 36-38, 26789 Leer, bakes excellent pizzas using, among other things, the best flour and gluten-free ingredients. They also serve excellent food and, if desired, serve harmonious wines. I like to spend time in the winter garden or in the modern lounge to enjoy a successful aperitif, served by friendly staff. Not far is the Leeraner harbor, which I always walk through afterwards to enable me to take a so-called digestive walk. I didn't stay at this hotel, which is why I'm not giving it a review. So I give it a satisfied 5 stars.

This evening we ate pizza in the winter garden and it was very cold there. I think the room temperature was at most 15 degrees. Even the pizza cools down very quickly. The staff did not respond to the criticism. It was very warm in the front room. However, we couldn't get a table there. The pizza itself tasted very good. A cozy atmosphere could not be created because of the temperatures. My husband left his winter jacket on.

Been there for the first time. Pizza BBQ Chicken was great, the Crispy Chicken starter was also juicy and delicious. Points deducted for the terrible knives, they don't work at all. It's better to eat the pizza straight out of your hand than to bother with these things 🙄 - horrible. I ate at 360 Grad for the first time during the Gallimarkt. Previously I had not perceived this restaurant as such and certainly not as an Italian restaurant. It was a very successful surprise! The appetizer alone is incredibly delicious! There was also hummus on the plate. I could have put myself in there. Super! It doesn't bother me that you almost only get pizza there. Because this pizza is gigantic... and there are unusual combinations. I chose the spicy honey pizza. Since I rarely eat anything sweet or sweet, I was a little skeptical. But I was taught otherwise. The dough is super crispy, a slight spiciness (for me) framed by the sweet note of honey. Very unusual, but super tasty. It wasn't the last time I was there and I'll definitely come with my wife next time. ... and very attentive staff. An absolute recommendation! Addendum: we ate there again in mid-November 2024 with my wife and a good friend. And the very positive impression has been confirmed. There is no run-of-the-mill pizza here (although that isn't meant to devalue the simple pizzas!) but rather great combinations that I hadn't considered before. This time I chose Buffalo BBQ Chicken. This had an 'I'm spicy' sign in the menu, but the normal version wasn't spicy. But no problem: I could also get them spicy. This pizza is also a poem! Keep it up!!!

So the pizzas are great… unfortunately there is nothing for children/babies. (changing room, play area, food).
